Years upon years ago...

Drake awoke with a start. He looked around, wondering how he came to be in this place. Last thing he remembered, he had been in front of Wyatt. Wyatt had...he couldn't have...Drake began to sob. He sobbed for what felt like forever, but had been about ten minutes. After he stopped, his cheeks still wet, he watched the people...they walked around without fear. This was a different. This had to be a different place.

"Sir." Josephina Reden said, appearing before him, "I'm sorry that we were separated."

"Josie? What...where are we?" Drake asked.

"Another reality. I shifted us through after your death."

"My death? I...I really did die?" Drake asked.

"Yes, sir." Josie replied.

"And he killed me." Drake asked.

"Yes."

"In this reality...he lives?" Drake asked.

Josie nodded.

"And I?" Drake asked.

"See for yourself." She said, extending her hand. Drake took her hand and they disappeared.

Chapter 87: That Flashback Chapter...

"But honey, France is perfect this time of year and it's our anniversary." Wyatt argued.

I was looking for the Summers' Book of Shadows, "Wyatt, it's just not a good time." I frowned.

"It takes seconds to get there. We go, we site-see, we eat...dance a little..." Wyatt said, grabbing my elongated waist.

"Dammit!"

"Watch your mouth." Wyatt sighed.

"Look, Wyatt, I'm sorry if I'm making you angry but we have so much going on."

"I know. And the stress is dangerous to you and the baby." Wyatt frowned, "You got so light-headed yesterday you almost fell."

"Your mother and aunts aren't back yet." I frowned, "And my book is missing."

"It's not where you left it?" Wyatt asked.

"No, that's why it's missing." I frowned, "Sorry. Hormones."

"I know. And don't think I'm not glad you know that." Wyatt chuckled.

"I'm sure your family is having some big party thing for us." I said.

"Without Mom and her sisters?" Wyatt asked.

"And that's probably why you want to take me to France." I mused, "Fine. We can go."

"Really?" Wyatt asked.

"You're right. I'm almost nine months and I want this baby to be healthy." I said quickly.

"Well, alright!" Wyatt smiled.

Years ago..

"Wyatt, dude, you mean to tell me you got to second base with Bianca?" Tristan asked.

"It's not a big deal, dude."

"It's a huge deal! She doesn't put out for everybody." Tristan smiled.

"Maybe you're right, but I'm not sure I like her." Wyatt said, "She's pretty vapid."

"Vapid?" Tristan asked, "She's hot. Hey look, It's your brother and douche Summers."

"Dude, you know he's my friend too. Lay off of him." Wyatt frowned.

"Fine. I'm just saying that you have bad taste in friends."

Wyatt chuckled.

"What?"

"He says the same thing about you." Wyatt smirked.

Chris and I walked over to him.

"Hey Wyatt...dick." Drake sneered.

"What's up, your pad missing?" Tristan shot back.

"Anybody ever tell you that you invented the word asshole." Drake frowned.

"Then you should like me." Tristan smirked.

"Again, dick."

"You guys." Wyatt warned, "Why can't you two be friends?"

"Never." We said at the same time.

Just then, Talik bumped into Wyatt. They exchanged angry looks and Talik remained on his way.

"That was rude. Who is that?" Wyatt asked.

"Tyson?" Chris asked.

"Terry?" Tristan guessed.

"Dude, I'm practically snoring. I'll see you in chem." Tristan said, walking away.

"Somebody enlighten me on why I don't use my powers on him." Drake asked.

"He's human and not entirely bad." Chris chuckled, "I've got to go. I'm picking up Melinda today."

"Okay, see ya." Drake said.

"So..." Wyatt said.

"I hear you're dating Bianca." Drake said.

Wyatt shrugged, "I didn't know we were dating..."

"Oh...oh!" Drake said.

"Not like..."

"Oh."

"You know me. I'm not...promiscuous." Wyatt said.

"You're a guy." Drake smiled

"And you're not?" Wyatt asked.

"I mean, Bianca's pretty and kinda smart..." Drake continued.

"Does this freak you out?" Wyatt asked.

"No. No! Freak out, no!" Drake said, "I've got to go."

"What's wrong? Did I say something?" Wyatt asked.

"No." I said, turning and walking away, "Just everything."

-

"I'm not asking you to leave your wife." Warren frowned.

"Lower your voice." Professor Penn Regal said, "Do you want everyone to know?"

"Look, I'm okay with us being a secret. I don't want to have to explain stuff anyways." Warren frowned, "But I'm not going to be used."

"Used? Why would I use you?" Regal asked, "I think I love you."

"You love me?" Warren asked softly.

"Of course." Regal said, "Which is why I think we need to just try and stay as casual as we can. No one has to get hurt."

"But someone will." I said, standing at the door.

Warren looked absolutely furious.

"I don't know what you heard, but..." Regal started.

"Can I talk to Warren alone?" I asked.

"I've got another class..." He said, disappearing quickly.

"Who do you think you are? What the Hell are you doing here?!" Warren asked angrily.

"I'm worried about you." I said.

"Shouldn't you be worried about dying in a few weeks."

"Maybe but I'm worried about the people I leave behind." I frowned, "This situation isn't good for you."

"How do you know about my situation?" Warren asked, "What do you know about my life?"

"I know that we've been ignoring you lately." I said, "Everything's just gotten so complicated and we're ignoring vital parts of our lives."

"You think that's what this is?" Warren asked.

"No, I honestly think you're falling for him, but maybe that's not a good thing." I said, "He'll never leave his wife. He'll never look at you as anything but his mistress-er."

"How do you know?"

"I've seen it." I frowned.

"This is different."

"Because he's such a good guy? Because he says so?" I asked.

"Because I can feel it."

"You want it to be true." I said, "I know the feeling."

"Is your life so perfect that you're trying to butt into mine?" Warren said, looking away.

"No. I was in love with you once and that's how I know that you know this is wrong. You know his kind." I frowned.

"His kind? So know you know him? Just stay out of my business." Warren said, shimmering away.

I looked down and waddle out the door.

Years ago...

"I can't believe this." Chris said, looking around at the party, "If your parents don't kill you, mine will."

"It's just a party." Drake smiled, "And a good one."

"There's alcohol." Chris said, "Not that I'm complaining..."

"Somebody spiked the punch bowl." Drake smirked.

The party was in full effect! People were dancing everywhere and everyone was having a great time! Wyatt and Bianca danced a few feet away and Chris had danced with Christie Swan and now was standing beside me. Tristan had made an appearance, despite he and Drake's deep hatred of each other. Drake had danced by himself when he wasn't checking everywhere. He had put a spell on the house that made people stay downstairs. It was a pretty cool party. There was alcohol and people and probably drugs and Drake was enjoying himself. It was the first time in a while he'd let go. And all he had to do is have everyone leave before his parents and Wyatt and Chris' parents got back. He was aware that Melinda was at the party, as well as Tam and Kat. He hoped that they stayed away from the spiked punch, but he knew that there was definitely some danger. Dark Drake stood outside with Josie, staring into the window.

"This reality's me...lives so differently." Dark Drake frowned, "How is he..."

"He and Wyatt are not together." Josie said, "I've watched them for a couple of days and it seems he's younger. This world, this reality is foreign."

"I think there's something we must do." Dark Drake frowned, "We've got to separate them indefinitely. We've got to stop this from happening and..."

"But how?"

"Going darker than we've ever gone before." Dark Drake said.

"I thought we could start over here. No enemies.."

"We're going to have go deeper undercover than we ever have." Drake frowned, "This boy can't turn into me."

"Undercover? You can't mean...we can't..." Josie said, staring at him.

"I heard this quote once, `You either die or live long enough to see yourself become the villan'." Drake said, not bothering to look at her.

-

"You haven't seen him?" I asked, walking to the book.

"No, he's gone?" Chris asked.

Wyatt walked beside him, "Yeah, he just disappeared." He frowned.

"And so is my family's book." I said, "I'm starting to think I got to him way too late."

"That's an understatement." Chris smiled.

"The thing is, I don't know why they need that book." I frowned, "It's powerful, yeah, but it's not the Book of Shadows."

"I've got to agree." Wyatt said folding his arms, "Why wouldn't he go after our book?"

"Why do I feel like there's something neither one of you is saying?" I asked.

"Hey, guys." Melinda said, walking in.

"Hey." Chris and Wyatt said.

I stared down at the book.

"Come on Drake, you can't still be mad at me." Melinda frowned.

"Nope. I'm just not talking to you." I smiled.

"So, you're mad?" Melinda asked.

"Oh yeah." I said.

"It wasn't...we didn't do it maliciously! I went in ready to defend you and I did. We just connected." Melinda said, "And the only reason we didn't tell you is because we didn't want you to feel betrayed."

"Yeah, well, lying to me did just that." I said.

"Honey, it's not like you haven't lied before." Wyatt said.

"Who's side are you on?" I asked.

Wyatt looked between us.

"This is a whole new level of low for you." I said, "Guess I won't be naming my daughter after you."

"You know what. Fine. Screw this." Melinda snapped, "I'm seeing Dean and you're going to have to deal with it. I like him."

"Fine."

"He offered you a show. If you would have stayed, he would have fought for you." Melinda said, "But you gave up."

"You know what, screw you." I spat, "Don't you dare try and turn this on me! You were wrong! Whether I quit or was fired, my time there ended because they wouldn't take a chance on me. I had been there and brought hundreds of readers and I messed up once and they let me go."

"Thousands."

"What?" I asked.

"You brought in thousands with your writing and opinion and you turned your backs on them just like you're doing on me." Melinda said, "I was wrong to keep it from you, but who I fall in love with is my business."

"You're wrong." I said, "I didn't just walk away. It wasn't that easy. Who you date is your business but never in a hundred years did I think you would make me feel so betrayed." I said, leaving.

"That was so much like mom and dad's `I'm not mad, just disappointed' speech..." Melinda trailed.

"He's getting good at those." Chris said.

"I think you hit close to home." Wyatt said, "He's just being defensive."

"He's not the happy housewife?" Chris asked.

Wyatt shrugged, "He's happy, he just doesn't know how to be a normal guy." He said, "Ever since he let the fame spell die, he's been pretty famous and he's dealing with all of it gracefully. I'm still at the hospital and he's doing appearances, so we're financially stable." He explained, "But it's not enough."

"First we save his life." Chris said.

"Then we give him his life back." Melinda said.

"We still have a deal with Dark Drake?" Chris asked.

"Yeah, we give him the book and he finds a way to break their bond and save Drake." Wyatt explained.

"We're really giving him the book?" Melinda asked.

Wyatt nodded.

"We don't have a choice." Chris frowned.

"Maybe we should check with the rest of the Charmed Children." Melinda said, "It's theirs too."

"You think they're going to have a different choice?" Wyatt asked.

"You guys are idiots." I said, standing at the door.

"Drake..." Wyatt said, walking over to me.

"You can't give him the book." I frowned, "He already has one Book of Shadows and he wants to kill my husband."

"It's the only way we can save you." Chris said.

"Then let me die." I shouted.

The room was silent.

"I die...he dies." I said.

"You expect me to just let you die without even attempting to save you?" Wyatt asked, "It's the most selfish thing you've asked."

"This book is your family's legacy. He has one book, if he gets the other, he'll have all the power in the world." I explained, "He wants to break the connection and nothing else."

"I don't think he wants to kill you." Melinda said, "I actually don't think he wants to kill anyone but Wyatt."

"Then we find another way. Promise me that you won't do that." I said.

"Okay." Melinda and Chris mumbled.

Wyatt looked at me, trying to figure out what to say.

"Wyatt," I warned.

"No."

"If I live while you guys lose the book...I'd rather die." I frowned.

Wyatt looked to be concentrating.

"Listen to me!" I shouted, "The only thing I want you to worry about is what we're going to name our child."

Wyatt said nothing, he walked out of the room. I stood, saddened. I knew the score now. I knew the scale of these decisions.

Years ago...

Drake walked into the sea of people, fixing his clothes to fit just right. He was expecting to see someone so special that everything had to be just right. Being in college, there was an abundance of guys, but nothing substantial. He'd left the Halliwells a couple of years ago and made a new life for himself. He had friends and family, though he did miss his job at the Bay Mirror and the Halliwells. Drake stood, fixing his clothes. He was excited. He'd made friends with Tristan but was reluctant to take it any further. There was one person for him. Always had been. He stood in the sea of people, after watching thousands graduate. He saw who he was searching for. It was magnetic. He saw Wyatt and the group of Halliwells and started towards them. As he walked, everything went through his mind, everything that had transpired. He was ready to go back, to rebuke Tristan's advances and stay in love with Wyatt, as he had been. This had to be the right descision. As Drake walked closer a girl in a cap and gown walked over to them and kissed Wyatt on the cheek and playful slapped his chest. Drake stopped but was seen. I turned and walked away from the crowd. Before Drale could get outside the stadium, a voice called to him.

"Drake." Piper said, running up, "Wait, where are you going?!"

"I should go." I said.

"We'd all like to see you, to catch up." Piper said, examining me.

"Tell Wyatt congratulations...not from me, just congratulations." I said, walking away.

-

"What about Potter?" Chris asked.

"Oooh! Paisley." Bianca said.

"No." I said, "What about Patience."

"Penny, like Grams." Chris asked.

"Maybe Phoebe or Paige?" Warren suggested.

"Poppy, Phyllis, Petra, Porsha, Payton..." Bianca said.

"Peyton." I said, "I love that. Like the chick from One Tree Hill."

"It's pretty." Wyatt said, walking into the attic.

"You're back?" I asked.

"I'm sorry about earlier." Wyatt said, "I would do anything for you."

"I know, but now...what I need you to do is just be ready to love our child." I smiled.

He hugged me.

"Where does this leave all of us?" Warren asked.

"My brother, the insane one, is gone with the Summers BOS." I said, "And they're after this new one before my baby is born because that's when I'm supposed to die. If I die, he dies. So I say he dies."

"No hope?" Melinda asked.

"There's hope." I said, placing my hand on my stomach.

Suddenly, orbs brought the sisters before us.

"What'd we miss?" Piper said after a lengthy silence.

-

Wyatt woke up to knocking at his door. He looked over at the other side of his bed and noticed that there was a brunette girl in it. He retraced his steps in his mind and remembered what he could. There was alcohol and dancing and he was here now. It was a very poignant point in his life. This wasn't nearly his first time with this kind of experience. It was quite frequent and he knew what this was about. He didn't like to talk about it, but he knew what it was about. He was also more stable around alcohol. He worked at the hospital and then did what they did on Greys, he went to a bar and picked up chicks and guys. He'd been in relationships but nothing concrete. Well, maybe one or two concrete, but mostly just flings and one night stands. This was definitely a one night stand.

"Hey bro, I'm headin...ho!" Chris said, walking in, "Full Frontal Wyatt. Another one, dude?"

"Exactly what did you want?" Wyatt said groggily.

"To say that I'm leaving and you better have her out of here before mom and dad get back." Chris said.

"You live with your parents?" The girl asked from under the cover.

"It's complicated." Wyatt said, "Where's Mel? What if all three of us need to be together?"

"Just call." Chris said, "I'll be out with Bianca." He said leaving.

"Right." Wyatt said.

"Ummm, is that bacon?" The girl asked.

Wyatt sighed to himself and laid on the bed.

-

After everything, I didn't fight Wyatt when he said he was taking me out. After the Sisters had come back, they were secretive. They wouldn't reveal anything about the visit. I walked into my living room and smiled over to my husband. He was dressed in some formal beachwear. A button up shirt, some khakis, and sandals. He'd told me to put on the same and we had a very specific time frame. I couldn't ask any questions, not even where he'd gotten the shirt that fit me. He smiled as he walked over and grabbed my hand, orbing us out. When we finished orbing, there was sand in my sandals and I shook it loose. I looked around, finally noticing that we were on a beach. Hawaii. It was beautiful. There was an arch filled with yellow roses and the Halliwells were all there, waiting.

"What is this?" I asked.

"This is us. Again. Like our re-wedding should have been." Wyatt smiled, "I hope I didn't orb us here for nothing."

I fought back tears, but some sprang forward, "Promise me that when the time comes, you'll let me go." I said.

"Fine. But from here on out, we're together. There's no space." Wyatt said.

I nodded, "Let's get married." I smiled.

-

Not so long ago...

"Hey, cupcake!" I said, throwing my hands in the air and causing one of the demons to explode! I was on a date with my fiancée. We had been on a walk when we heard a scream. I told him to go and call the police while I investigated. I had come into the alley to find a woman being choked telekinetically. I'd blown up the other demon but there was still one left. I was used to vanquishing a demon here or there, but the vanquishing was getting more frequent and sometimes my powers didn't always work. Many times, I had to hightail it before the demon got me. It was hard to keep this part of my life secret from my fiancée. The demon sent a fireball at me, to which I ducked. I waved my hand and froze the next fire ball and walked over to the girl, helping her up.

"Are you okay?" she nodded, "Run!" I said, causing her to run.

"Demons that come, quickly they go, end his unlife now, make it show." I chanted.

The demon exploded.

"Hey, where's the guy?" Tristan asked, running to me.

"He ran away." I smiled.
