Chapter 15: Revelations

" The Road is long without you...no, doesn't sound right." Chris said in frustration, " You make me smile..." he said, trying to find words that fit the song. He strummed the guitar in an attempt to make the notes and lyrics fit. I stood at the door and clapped, causing him to stop and stand up, " Hey, how long you been there?" he asked.

" Long enough to know that you and George and Eric are finally putting together that band." I smiled.

" Yeah, we were gonna ask you if you wanna join, but you have been AWOL lately." Chris said slowly, " I just meant..."

" I know." I said quickly, " I'm good now. Grounded for AWOL-ness, but good. The demons have died down and now we can do our own stuff. You're working with the band...I'm catching up on homework and tutoring and teaching...and Wyatt's...AWOL." I frowned.

Chris chuckled, " He's just busy. He has been a little quiet since Krimean." he smiled, " So, are you in?" he asked.

" I would love to, but I can't. With the paper, the teaching, the tutoring and the mass of demons, I'm out. In more ways than one." I laughed. We both laughed and I stopped, " Chris, about what you said when Krimean..."

" What about it?" he asked quickly.

I sighed, " Doesn't matter. Oh, and your mom says dinner is in fifteen and it's your turn to set the table." I said, turning to leave, " Oh, and Melinda says that you suck, but she's wrong." I smirked.

Chris chuckled and telekinetically slammed the door, going back to his guitar.

Wyatt sat in the bar with Tristan and a few friends. They were all laughing because of a joke he had told. The joke was lame, but they were drunk, so it didn't matter.

" We should go to a Strip Club, there's one not far from here." Wyatt's friend, Bradlie said. Bradlie was a twenty year-old law major who was a 6'2 and brunette with blue-eyed greek guy.

" YEAH!" Tristan said instantly looking at nineteen year-old Davis, who was blonde with green eyes, twenty year-old Kierkan, who was a red-head with brown eyes, and twenty-one year-old carter, who was blonde and green eyed.

" I'm not sure." Kierkan said.

" I'm down." Carter said enthusiastically.

" Let's go!" Wyatt said, drunk out of his mind.

They all got up and left quickly.

Back at the Manor...

Everyone sat at the table. Leo and Pipersatat both ends of the table, leaving Chris and i stting by each other, then there was Melinda, who was sitting opposite of us. It was silent tonight because of me, I guessed. Maybe it was because...who am I kidding? They were waiting to see if I was mad about being grounded.

" This is great." I blurted, " The food, is."

Piper and Leo looked ad." he smiled.

Piper sighed with relief, " I expected you to react like on of our children." she chuckled.

" Mom." Melinda pouted.

serve it, I was't at school and...you weren't supposed to know that." I flinched.

" Where were you?!" Piper demanded.

' umm..." I said, stalling.

" Was it somewhere dangerous?" Leo asked.

" I'm dating someone and they...we don't want everyone to know yet." I said, not realizing it.

They all looked at me and Chris frowned, " You're seeing someone?" he asked.

" Is he another demon?" Melinda asked, " The demons are hot."

" Melinda." Leo said impatiently.

" No. He's...a nice guy." I smiled.

" Is it Wyatt again?" Piper said eagerly.

" No. He found out who and he's mad." I said, noticing their faces, " Not because who the guy is, but more because it's not Wyatt." I finished.

" So, how long have you and...whoever been dating?" Chris asked.

" Since about a month or two after Wyatt left." I confessed.

Melinda smacked on her food, " I think it's great! I mean, finally, you're moving on." she smiled, " As long as I can have Kyle." she said dreamily.

" What?" Leo asked.

Melinda rolled her eyes, " Oh, come on, he's hot. He's a hot whitelighter...but it is weird that he dated Auntie Paige." then she caught the look on my face, " It's not Kyle, is it?"

Piper chortled, " Kyle...right..." she chuckled. Leo chuckled too, but Chris and Melinda didn't. After a minute they stopped and looked at me, " You're dating Kyle?" Piper asked.

" Wha...that's..." Chris mumbled.

" Oh crap, I'm so sorry." Melinda said, running from the table.

" You've gotta stop." Piper said nervously, " Seriously."

" You and Leo did it." I said impatiently.

" Leo and I were thirty...well, twenty ni-and that doesn't matter." Piper argued, " You're underaged."

" I get that and he gets that, but we thought if anyone wold get it, it would be you." I argued, " Chris, shou..." but before I could say anything, Chris got up and left. I folloed behind him, " Chris, I need you to be on my side about this."

" They're right." Chris said angrily, " What? Not enough guys your age to screw? You have to find guys over age?" he snapped.

" What is your issue? What do you have against me and Kyle?" I asked angrily.

" Maybe we see what you don't." he replied.

I rolled my eyes, " And what is that?" I asked.

" That it's not gonna last." Chris said, turning and ascending the stairs. I turned and walked back to the dining room, where Piper was calling for Kyle.

" why are you callin him?" I asked," Look, this is my decision and if you do this I'm gonna be super-pissed." I frowned.

" You'll get over it." Piper said angrily.

I froze Leo, " Look, Piper, I actually like Kyle and I want to be with him no matter what you or Leo or Chris or Wyatt have to say. I like him anyways." I said calmly.

Piper growled, " Are you sure? It's just the age thing, sweetie. If you were older, I'd have no problem...ok, some problem because of my grandchildren, but still." she said, hugging me, " We should duck." she said.

" Why?" I asked.

She pointed behind me and I saw a man standing behind me with a potion.

" POTION? what demon can make a potion?" I asked.

" Don't worry, witch, it won't matter." the demon said, about to throw the potion, but I raised my hand and froze him!

" What the hell is that?" Piper asked shrilly.

" Chris!" I shouted and Chris came bustling down the stairs.

Chris looked from the demon to us, " What's going on? Why is dad frozen?" he asked.

" Get the potion!" I shouted.

" Me? Why couldn't you have gotten it?" CHris asked in disbelief.

" Because bad things always happen to you." I said, " Hurry, the freeze is melting."

Chris sighed and moved to the demon's hand and grabbed the vial, then stepped back in time for the demon to come to, " Missing something?" Chris said as the demon tried to throw the potion.

" WITCHES!" the demon said, disappearing.

" We might need Wyatt...I'll go." Chris said turning to orb.

" I wanna go." I said quickly.

" Maybe you should hit the books." Chris sighed angrily.

" I've never done what I should." I said grabbing his hand, which was mildly sweaty, " We should hurry, I think you're melting." I said, causing him to orb away.

As we orbed in, my eyes immediately went to my surroundings. Chris looked around as did I, then turned back to me.

" We'd better go." Chris said, trying to grab me again.

I snatched away from him, " What's going on? Why are we here?" I asked, looking around him. I saw Wyatt, getting a lapdance from one woman while he kissed another.

" We should have called." Chris said, turning in Wyatt's direction.

" I shouldn't have come." I said quietly, " You should go and get him."

" We're going to get him." Chris said, gently pulling me.

As we got closer, I froze the scene and noticed that Wyatt hand't stopped sucking that poor girl's face. He moaned as he kissed the girl's face.

" Wyatt." I called.

" Oh yeah, Drake, your mouth is so..." Wyatt moaned as he kissed the frozen girl.

" Wyatt." Chris said a little louder.

Wyatt stopped and looked around, " Hey, the place is frozen. Who in the hell...oh, Chris! But you can't freeze things," Wyatt said drunkenly as his eyes found me, " Drake, what are you doing here?"

" Watching you make out with strippers." I said bitterly, " And as fun as that's been, we need you."

" Strippers?" Wyatt said, looking around, " God, I must be really drunk. Must be Tristan's idea."

" Doesn't matter, we got demon problems." Chris said quickly.

Wyatt grabbed his head, " Just a demon?" he asked.

" No. A demon with a potion." Chris snapped.

" that doesn't make sense, bro, demons don't use potions. That's like saying demons use doors." Wyatt said, trying to stand. He did, but he was shaky.

" We got the potion and came to see...since when do you drink?" I asked.

" Just this time...and that other time...and..." Wyatt said slowly.

" Nevermind. It's obvious that it's an hourly thing." I said, looking him over. He looked like hell, if hell was hot, but a little dingy. Wait, I've heard it is...so nevermind.

" I so miss the us before we lost our minds." Chris sighed, rolling his eyes, " Come on."

" No. Finish whatever the hell you were doing. It'd be weird for him to..." the freeze broke, " Shit." I said instantly. The two girls fell to the floor and I couldn't hide my smile. I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned to see Tristan and four other guys.

" Hey, it's the kids." Tristan smiled.

" Hey, you undenialble ass-hole." I smirked.

" Who's the kid?" a tanned guy asked.

" Not a kid dumbass." I said angrily, " and my name is Pahras."

" Is not." Tristan said.

" Is so." I argued.

" Is not."

" So is."

" This is so pathetic." Chris said.

" Well, Pahras, I'm Bradlie. This (he pointed to the other three guys.) is Carter, Davis, and Kierkan." Bradlie said, introducing me to his friends.

" must be nice." I said, turning to Wyatt, " We're going."

" Wait, I'm going too." Wyatt said, still drunkenly.

" Wait, Wyatt, we're all having fun. Just chill." Tristan said, turning back to me, " I thought you'd burst into flames if you came in here." he said calmly.

" What's that supposed to mean?" I asked.

" Doesn't take genius to figure out that you're.." Tristan began.

" That's enough." Chris said angrily.

" Oh, come on Chris, you know too." Tristan said.

" I'm so gonna blow you up." I blurted, gaining some odd stares from the group, " Figuratively."

" Awkward." Kierkan joked.

" Look, we're wrestling with demons...the inner kind. Very personal demons and we need family alone time." Chris said impatiently.

" He's not your family." Tristan groaned.

" Tristan." Wyatt growled.

" It's okay. He's right. I'm not. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty much donen with all of this." I said, walking away.

" Wait!" Chris called after me.

As I walked out of the strip club, I felt something calling me and soon I disappeared.

" Pahras." Peter said as he saw me materialize in front of him, " Wha..." was all he said before I ran to his arms.

" Daddy." I said in tears, " I need you."

" I'm here." Peter said, hugging his son.

" Good." I said, looking over his shoulder and at mom.

" I'm not going anywhere. I'm here for the long haul." Peter promised, " I'm fully supportive."

" Dad." I said nervously.

" Whenever you need me. Not a shimmer away, actually here." Dad said, hugging me tight.

" DAD!" I said again.

" When mom wakes up..." Dad began.

" I broke and looked at him, " She is." I said, pointing to her. We sped to her side and I stared at her, wanting to hug her, but not really sure if I should.

" Pahras?" Mom asked weakly.

" Yeah, mom, I'm here." I said happily, " I'm gonna call Caleb."

" Peter." Mom asked.

" Yeah, baby, I'm here." peter smirked.

Mom choked and we jumped, " This is what we wanted. It happened. This is the moment I prayed for..." she said raspily.

" yeah, baby, it is, but settle down, we gotta get a doctor." Dad said, pressing the nurse's button.

It was then I knew something was wrong.

" You can't stop it. They were clear on that." Mom said.

I stopped and looked at Dad, then at Mom, " Who was clear on what?" I asked.

" They're coming. All three of them..." Mom said.

I stepped closer, " Who is?" I asked.

" It's so bright." Mom said, looking into the distance, " They said that I could live long enough to see it and now that I do...I love you both...tell Caleb that I love him too. I'm g...g...gonna be with all of you." she trailed, slumping over.

" No, mom, No!" I shouted, " DOCTOR!KYLE! PAIGE!...WYATT..." I said, putting my hands on her chest and trying to pump them up and down. As I did, blood spurted out of her mouth and I scrambled to put i back. The world around me froze and faded as I heard the monitor flatline. I guess I must have been too busy to hear Kyle, the sisters, Leo and Wyatt and Chris orb in.

Dad ran to me and grabbed me, " It's okay son, it's okay." he said, hugging me.

" No, she's not..." I broke from him and turned to Kyle, " Heal her!"

" I can't." Kyle said softly.

" Please, just heal her. I'll do anything, jus...Paige. Wyatt?!" I asked and they all looked at me in a way that broke my heart. I sobbed and turned to my mother and I felt arms around me.

" It's going to be alright." Piper said, holding me, " It's going to be alright, baby."

I sobbed and sobbed and sobbed until I felt a rush of doctors and nurses wiz by us and I watched them try to resuscitate her and more blood oozed out of her mouth and the doctor closed her eyes. I cupped my hand over my mouth, trying to erase the memory. I looked back at them, the Halliwells, watching me and I wondered how they felt, watching me break once again.

I hope you liked it. It's been a while since I posted so, enjoy and of course comments and suggestions are welcomed. And for those who go, 'Who's Caleb?', you'll see next chapter.
