"Tales from Bentonville" is a romantic story centering on the lives of high school kids. Lovers of other ages may appear, but not normally in a cross-generational sense. References to sex with under-age kids may be made for the sake of the story line. However, I feel that child molestation is a crime and should not be glorified or tolerated.

Tales from Bentonville, Chapter 76

On the morning of the day of the concert, the whole group had breakfast together -- well they straggled in at various times, but got to see each other. Liam wanted especially to see Strawberry Fields Memorial to John Lennon and most everyone wanted to go to Central Park. So Jason "organized" the limos to take everyone to those sites before the band guys would have to go for sound checks and rehearsals. They hoped to have enough rest time to be fresh for the concert. The Iowa guys were free to take a limo to do more sightseeing on their own.

The concert was awesome! When the Wild Boys came out singing the old Queen standard: "We Will Rock You," the whole audience sprang to their feet and stayed that way for the rest of the concert. The Bentonville guys were thrilled to be in the front row where no one blocked their view. Dave loved it especially because the Bentonville High pep band often used this song to get the crowd wound up.

It was a special treat to have Billy Joel appear. He performed: "My Life" which was something that the gay teens could relate to even more that the straight ones. Joel Teague sang along with it because he had memorized the words long ago during his disputes with his parents.

David Bowie made a guest appearance as well. The only big name who couldn't be there was Elton John who was on tour too. He sent regards to the band expressing his disappointment at not being able to attend.

After several encores, the concert ended. Those with backstage passes were treated to one big party. The band members took some time to shower and change before joining their guests. It was a good time. If the liveliness of those kids could have been harnessed, there would be not energy shortage in this country!

It was late when they all got back to the hotel, so the Iowa guys showered quickly and fell into bed. No one had the strength to make love. Cuddling with their lovers was enough to satisfy them.

Besides, they were supposed to be up very early to inform Jason of their plans for a whirlwind tour of the city. He wanted at least to be in the crowd at the Today Show.

Originally, the Iowa boys would have been returning home the following day, but they had been invited to stay longer in order to celebrate Liam's birthday. He had told his father that all he wanted for his birthday was a big party and that he wanted the Bentonville guys included. Joel could understand a celebration on that scale because his grandparents would have done something like that for him, but the rest of the guys were really awed by the offer.

Even bigger was Jason's proposal that they all fly to England at his expense to celebrate Gary's 18th birthday in August. The guys talked it over, but felt it was just too over the top to accept. Also, they would find it difficult to carve out the time. Alex would have football camp, Dave would have band camp, and there were other activities that would be difficult to rearrange. But it did get Dave and Dustin thinking about applying for passports when they got home. The other four could have traveled abroad at the drop of a hat, but the two of them had not done so before.

The extra time in New York gave the guys opportunity to see many more sites.

Joel knew the major highlights and Dane had searched the `net to make sure he didn't miss anything. They drew up a plan as the sat in the living room of Joel and Alex's suite over a room-service breakfast. Then they called Jason's room to see if any or all of the Wild Boys' entourage wanted to go with them.

Jason and Gary were eating breakfast in their suite and said they would call everyone to see who was up for the tour. Most of the guys and girls wanted to see the major attractions although a few would split off on 5th Avenue. After breakfast, the limos and security car headed for Rockefeller Center for the NBC morning show. It was more exciting for the Iowa guys to see the hosts of "Today" in person. They felt like average tourists until someone in the crowd recognized the band members and drew Matt Lauer's attention to the fact.

He made an impromptu change in the program in order to do a quick interview with the band members. The program editors behind the scenes scrambled to find some clips of last nights performance to broadcast. The crowd went wild. It was great, free publicity for the band and would lead to many more fans and lots of CD sales in the US.

All the while, the Iowa boys were standing in the background, but Jason made sure to introduce each one of them on national TV. Dane hoped that Greta was watching Channel 7 at home instead of Channel 9.

To avoid further disruption of the show and their personal plans, Jason called for the limos to whisk the guys away to continue their tour.

They walked part of 5th Avenue with security people nearby. The girls favored Macy's whereas the guys liked FAO Schwarz. Where else could they see so many toys? They would meet up again in an hour.

The next stop was the financial district. They walked the famous Wall Street taking in the Stock Exchange and a quick look at Trinity Church where Alexander Hamilton is buried.

By this time everyone was famished. They found a spot with several restaurants close together. The group split up again to accommodate the variety of appetites.

After lunch it was off to Battery Park to catch the Staten Island Ferry. It would provide a relaxing 25 minute ride to the furthest borough and allow them to see the Statue of Liberty as well as an excellent view of Manhattan's skyline. Cameras were clicking frequently.

Having spent around an hour without having to walk, everyone was ready to take on the last of the sites the Iowa guys had in mind. They saw some of the highlights of the Museum of Modern Art as well as a short tour of St. Patrick's Cathedral.

Then it was back to the hotel to rest a bit before dinner. When they exited the limos, they were greeted by the concierge who told Jason that, as per his request, he had been able to secure enough tickets for the Iowa guys to see "Rent" on Broadway. When Jason asked if they wanted to go, no one declined.

Jason had considered "Avenue Q" and "Spring Awakening" before settling on "Rent" at Joel's suggestion. He had also allowed the concierge to use the Teague name in his quest.

The Iowa boys were pleased that Joel had reminded them to bring jackets and ties in case they wanted to hit a play or a good restaurant. When they met up in the lobby again, the guys found that everyone was nicely dressed and looking quite sophisticated.

Jason took the whole crowd for an early dinner at Café Boulud. It was not that he couldn't have afforded Daniel, but there was no way to get reservations for that many people despite his money and Joel's family name.

Even though it was decidedly less expensive, it provided a fine dining experience. Dustin initially paled at the prices. Somehow he had gotten a menu with that included them although Jason had requested menus that did not list the cost. Dustin ended up ordering what he wanted to, but it seemed wasteful to him to spend over $32 when his whole family could eat for that in Cosgrove!

Dining was leisurely for the Iowa guys because there was no need to worry about getting to the theater on time with a limo always at the ready. The band members had to skip dessert in order to get set up for their concert.

"Rent" lived up to the hype. Some of the kids had seen the movie, but pronounced this to be the best performance they had ever seen.

Had they not had their own performance to do in front of a sold out house, the band member would have loved to have gone to the theater too. As much as they would like to have spent the evening with their new friends, it simply could not be done.

The plan was to sleep in late in the morning to be rested up for Liam's party. In view of that, the Bentonville guys began to smirk in the elevator going up to their suites. They had known each other long enough to know what was on all of their minds.

After quick showers, each couple climbed into bed with only one thing one their minds -- SEX!

In their private suite, Joel and Alex didn't waste any time in getting it on. They played and nibbled and sucked until Joel lay on his back with his legs against his chest. There was no missing that request and Alex certainly did not have to have a second invitation. He gently prepared his lover and teased his prostate until Joel begged him to enter.

Their lovemaking began slowly and gently, but speeded up as they nearer their destination. Alex leaned down to French kiss Joel toward the end. To Joel, it felt like he had a piece of meat in his mouth as well as in his ass. It was awesome and it caused him to pump the second he felt Alex flooding his guts.

Dave and Dustin settled on humping their bodies against each other until they eventually reached climax. It took quite awhile, but they were in no hurry. They enjoyed all of the sensations that lead up to their orgasms.

Colt and Dane began messing around in the shower. They alternated spending time on their knees. They were careful not to get carried away because they wanted to make it last.

In their bed, Colt sucked on Dane's nipples until he was writhing. Then Colt suddenly lay on his back giving Dane the not so subtle hint that he expected the same in return. Dane did not disappoint him.

The guys took turns licking the insides of each other's legs. This was a major turn-on for both. It was hot being stimulate in that way, but it was equally hot pleasing one's lover. It was a win-win situation!

Once they assumed the 69 position, all of their intended self-discipline went out the window. Having foregone lovemaking for several nights in a row, holding back was like trying to stave off a tsunami!

Dane's less than articulate: "unh, unh, unh, unh, unh" signaled his impending climax. Those sounds always stimulated Colt almost as much as Dane's tongue. With a couple of uncontrollable thrusts, they filled each other's mouths with the taste they had been craving.

They fell into a peaceful sleep wrapped in each other's comfortable embrace.

The next morning, Jason roused everyone in time to have breakfast before heading to the pier where they would board the chartered yacht. Liam's dad had spared no expense in making this a special party.

Unlike the whirlwind tours of the past couple of days, this was a relaxing day to chill out and enjoy each other's company. The ship was stocked with plenty of soft drinks, loads of great food, and music that they all enjoyed.

The weather cooperated in being warm enough to be scantily dressed, but not so hot and humid as to be uncomfortable.

The yacht sailed along the beautiful coastline dotted with resorts and private vacation homes. The smell of the salty breeze was relaxing and invigorating at the same time. This was like a bit of paradise for a bunch of teens who had had very busy schedules for quite some time.

Eventually, the ship sailed closer to the shore and dropped anchor. A small motorboat was lowered so that the kids could be ferried to the beach and so that those who wanted to could try waterskiing. There were also a couple of jet skis for entertainment.

The Iowa boys had fun teaching their British hosts how to use the equipment.

Since they had lots of experience and their students were pretty athletic, it didn't take long before everyone was able to at least get up on skis for a few minutes. The water was choppier than at the lake, but that didn't stop the Bentonville group from showing off on one ski shooting rooster tails of water behind them.

After a couple of hours of playing in the water, everyone got back onboard the yacht for lunch. The aroma of grilling meats met them immediately. The chef had chicken, tuna, and steaks going and was magically able to feed the guys what they wanted, prepared as they wanted.

When all of those teen appetites were satiated for the moment, the meal wasn't over. A large cake in the shape of a Fender Stratocaster guitar was wheeled out for dessert as everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to Liam. Liam was filled with emotion to the point that he had to turn away in a futile attempt to hide his tears. No one thought less of him for his reaction because they would feel the same.

The rest of the day was spent lounging or dancing to the music that the hired DJ was playing. Some of the slower numbers encouraged the guys to dance holding their partners close. The effect was stimulating as evidenced by tented swim suits.

There was more food to be had whenever anyone wanted it.

Eventually, it was time to go back to the city. It had been a wonderful, laid-back day. They ended it by going up to the apartment where the band members were staying. There they played video games, listened to music, and continued the leisure that had been their main pursuit of the day.

When they felt hungry again, the Bentonville boys insisted on buying carry-out pizza for everyone. Most of them realized that they could not (nor were they expected to) repay Jason for all of his kindness, but this was a token of their appreciation.

It was probably 11:00 before the boys got bedded down with their lovers for the night. Some were feeling randy while others simply wanted to go to sleep cuddling with the ones they cared about more than anyone else in the world.

After breakfast on Monday, the Iowa boys were whisked off to the airport in one of the limos. Jason and Gary accompanied them to the plane. Everyone hugged and there were some misty eyes. Although they had been together for a short time, all felt like they had been friends forever.

This time, no one felt any anxiety about boarding the jet for home. Despite hearing about the scare that the Wild Boys had on a previous flight, Dustin was relaxed. His face broke into a huge grin as Dave reached over to rest his hand in Dustin's lap.

"I'm fine," he whispered to Dave. "But I don't mind the distraction!"

With that, he placed his hand on Dave's crotch. They experienced the double thrill of the pull of G-forces and the pleasure of feeling each other up at the same time.

The boys enjoyed passing the time watching videos and eating the snacks which never seemed to run out. Ayden, the hunk who was their steward on the previous flight, was there again to wait on them hand and foot.

Eventually, the guys got Ayden to sit down and visit with them. He wasn't that much older than they and they didn't want to treat him like he was hired help. He relaxed and told them a bit about himself and his life. He also said that he envied them because they seemed to have found loving relationships already. His own experience was that most men wanted him for his body, but weren't interested in settling down. While he loved hot sex, he really craved a loving relationship more. His conversation got the boys thinking about how fortunate they really were.

Greta had been waiting only about 15 minutes when the guys bounded off the plane and down the stairs. She could tell by their smiles that they had had a wonderful trip. On the way to Bentonville, she heard many of the highlights. They caught the travel bug, but they were also pleased to be coming home.
