Chapter #25

Stu and I had no sooner entered our room than the telephone rang and I cursed, "Who in hell can that be?"

"I'll get it, you've done enough for today. How about fixing us a drink?" Stu said picking up the receiver.

I wasn't listening while Stu was talking on the phone and I fixed our drinks almost in a daze, my mind on what we had seen at the West Point farm. I wasn't a prude and I knew about guys that hustled for a living but not on such a mind numbing scale, it was almost like white slavery. Young boys selling their bodies for a few lousy bucks, the fat cats behind it getting rich and watching on closed circuit television. The place was like a factory consuming the raw material and producing a product at low cost.

"Stu," I said turning with the drinks in my hands. The room was empty. There was a faint glow coming from the bedroom doorway and carrying the drinks with me I almost dropped them when I saw Stu silhouetted against the light in the bathroom doorway, naked.

Even in the darkened bedroom he was beautiful standing there with his arms extended over his head, his hands resting on the jambs with one leg cocked standing on the balls of his foot. I couldn't see his face because of the contrast between light and darkness but I knew he was smiling in his provocative impishness; it was an erotic hypnotizing vision and my heart was racing.

Lowering his hands from the doorway he slowly, seductively ran them over his chest squeezing his breast muscles and then down over his rock hard stomach into his thick pubic hair grasping his thick cock before gliding across the floor too where I was standing mesmerized.

"You better put those glasses down before you drop them." He said softly reaching out and taking the drinks from me, placing them on the table by the door.

I forgot about the farm, the telephone ringing, everything I had been thinking about except how much I loved him and I didn't move while he undressed me.

I placed a hand on his shoulder when he knelt down to take my shoes and socks off and pulled my jeans down over my legs and feet. Still kneeling, he threw the jeans off to the side and I sucked air deep into my lungs when he took my throbbing cock in his mouth, holding my nuts with both hands squeezing them gently. My mind flashed back to when he had first knelt in front of me and sucked my cock and holding his head I thrust my hips forward pushing my cock deeper feeling it touch the back of his mouth. He gagged, withdrawing slightly and reaching down I pulled him up against me, kissing his soft wet lips lightly, his arms around my neck. Leaning back in my arms his still around my neck he looked at me grinning, his blue eyes sparkling with excitement. I didn't need to ask what he was feeling and the musky odor of Stu's sweat mixed with cologne assaulted my senses like an unneeded aphrodisiac filling me with desire.

Stu felt like a feather when I picked his solid muscled body up in my arms and I felt his heart beating with mine. A light giggle escaped his lips and he laid his head on my shoulder his lips nibbling my ear lobe.

I could feel the adrenalin rushing through me, my muscles swelling, hardening and I carried him to the bed as if in a euphoric dream hearing the soft cooing sounds Stu was making from deep in his throat.

Laying him in the middle of the bed, he spread his legs for me and I kneeled between them, my cock throbbing, pre-seminal fluid oozing from the crown. Leaning forward between his legs I placed my hands on either side of his chest letting my cock press against his quivering anus, his eyes gleamed with desire and anticipation of my entry but I held back teasing him, moving my hips gently.

Stu bit his lower lip, his body shuddering, hands twisting the sheets at the agony of being teased. I pushed gently my semen slick crown entering him and when his sphincter snapped gripping me tight I groaned, hearing his guttural hissing growl, "Clyde". He lifted his legs, locking them around my waist forcing my hips inward driving my cock deeper within his body. I moaned feeling the intense pressure of his legs, the fiery heat of his rectum engulfing my cock and with a lunge I fell forward on his chest burying my cock deep in his bowels. He held me tight moving his hips slowly squeezing my cock with his tight sphincter.

Slowly withdrawing and re-entering, he lifted his hips meeting each thrust and our rhythm was an increasingly quickening synchronized movement driving us to the ecstatic heights of a mutual climax. My sweat fell on his glistening body mixing with the increasing pool of the pre-seminal fluid flowing from his thick rigid cock and the gleam in his eyes, his tongue licking his lips told me he was as close as I was. My balls felt like a boiling cauldron and I could feel the pressure building when Stu grabbed my hard biceps his body tightening under me his hips driving upwards lifting me as he shook his head gnashing his teeth and hissing, "Now Clyde, nowwww."

His cock erupting with a force that sent great thick streams of his sperm over his chest and stomach in gasping spasms drove me over the edge and I ground my cock deep in his bowels feeling the gushing fire of my seed being emptied into him. My mind was in a whirl of lusting desire and I slammed my cock deep into his body twice, three times reveling in the power I felt, the sensation of coupling with him.

It was almost as if time had stopped in the eroticism of our lovemaking and then we both collapsed in near exhaustion. I lay on his chest feeling my heart and his beating like hammers on an anvil our breathing in quick short panting gasps.

He felt my cock softening and gripped it tight with his sphincter stripping the remaining drops of my sperm as it slipped slowly from his body. We both tightened for a moment as my cock slipped out of its warm cocoon and we lay together as we had done before enjoying the warm afterglow of the mutual love that joined he and I. We both were relaxed even as I lay on him his arms around me and he whispered in my ear, "It's better each time Clyde. I love feeling you in me, filling me and making me part of you."

"And it will only get better for both of us Stu. You are mine and I am yours and I feel it more each time we make love. Nothing makes me feel like you do when your arms are around me and I am holding you, nothing."

Showering for most people was a mundane requirement of personal hygiene but for Stu and I it was a time of play and relaxation for us. We both washed each other and I couldn't help reveling in the magnificence of his smooth hard muscled body. His muscles rippled under my fingers and I knew from his reaction he enjoyed my caresses as much as I enjoyed his. His touches were feather light, gliding over me, the feelings like low voltage touching each nerve. His eyes gleamed, his face beaming as he teased me. Leaning towards me his lips brushing my forehead lightly, he whispered "If we keep this up, we won't get much rest for tomorrow."

"I know I just wish it was all over and we can get on with our lives." I said turning the water off, following him out of the shower.

As we were drying each other off, thoughts of the future flashed through my head and I didn't really hear what Stu said at first. "I'm sorry hon, what did you say?"

"I said I agree with you but you were miles away. Something bothering you?"

"Nothing that holding you in bed won't cure." I said leading him back into the bedroom.

The fresh bed sheets and pillows had a faint titillating lemon odor as we got into bed. Stu backed up spooning his body with mine and I could feel his muscles and mine relaxing and we seemed to melt into each other. I don't think his head had hardly hit the pillow and I heard his soft breathing, his chest rising and falling evenly. I curled my body closer, kissing the back of his neck before drifting off, his clean body odor in my nostrils.

I must have slept the sleep of the dead when even Stu moving from our bed did not wake me; the raucous ringing of the telephone did that. Through sleep sodden eyes I saw Stu standing naked with his back too me answering the phone a towel over his shoulder and I managed to mumble, "who's that Stu? What time is it?"

He hesitated briefly before hanging the telephone up and turning to answer, "Robbie sleepy head, reminding us again about the portfolio we need to bring with us. He and Devon will meet us downstairs for breakfast."

"Again, when did he call before?" I asked still slightly groggy.

"Last night before you, we, got so amorous." He said sitting on the side of the bed.

"Oh yeah, I remember now. We never did finish the drinks did we?"

"Still sitting on the table. You better get out of bed; we have to be in court at 10 o'clock. I've already shaved and showered."

"Why didn't you wake me up when you got up? How much time do we have?"

"You were sleeping soundly and getting up early was your fault, you left me with something last night that started working earlier and it didn't give me much choice." He said grinning and moving off of the bed.

"We've got plenty of time Clyde but you better get moving. Rob likes to go over things before going into court and I'm hungry."

Dressing in business in the business suits we had brought with us, I double-checked the portfolio that Robert wanted and we went downstairs to meet them in the dining room. Scott Alexander was sitting with them in the all but empty room; a small buffet had been set up on one wall. We poured ourselves coffee before joining them. Devon and Scott were talking as we walked up and Scott looked up as we approached the table.

"Good morning Mr. Hampton, I hope you rested well." He said.

"We did Scott, thanks. Do me a favor and tell the maids that cleaned the room that the lemon fragrance on the bed clothes was a good touch."

"I think the laundry includes a different fragrance each time the do the laundry but I'll be sure and tell them. Devon and I were talking about the dining room and kitchen when you and Mr. Ricksford came in."

"Just a few preliminary ideas Clyde." Devon said.

"Good idea." I said. "After we are finished in court and everything is settled there are several ideas I've been kicking around in my head. We'll all get together later. Do you think we will be finished today Rob?"

"I don't see any reason why not Clyde. I'm glad to see you and Stu brought suits with you, makes a better impression then Levi's and pullovers. I don't know Judge Doumar but his clerk told me he likes things in order and no flimflam."

"Flimflam Robbie. I've never heard that term before, what is it?" Stu asked.

"I think it's a mid-western term little brother. Back home we would call it beating around the bush using a lot of lawyer speak. Some judges get just a little upset when they think you are trying to outsmart them or trying to pull the wool over their eyes. Doumar must recognize our firm or he would not allow me as Clyde's representative."

"You registered the firm by reciprocity didn't you?"

"I didn't, Dad did before I left. We are listed in the ABA Journal but it's always a good idea to be state registered. You should have learned that in your first year at law school Stu."

"Sorry, your right, I'd forgotten. I've had a few other things on my mind." Stu said glancing at me, a twinkle in his eye.

"Yeah, I bet you have." Robert said grinning. "We should be going if you guys are finished. Are you going with us Dev or staying here?"

"I think I'll stay here Rob unless you want me along. There are a few more things I'd like to discuss with Scott if it's okay."

"I don't think Devon needs to be there Rob and there are a couple of things he and Scott can do for me while we are gone. I'd like the Salvation Army called and see if they can use the dining room furniture except for a couple of tables and chairs. Do you think they would take them Scott?"

"They would be delighted Clyde, probably pick them up today."

"Good, call them and see. You have two maids here like I asked?" "Yes, they are in the employee's quarters waiting for assignments."

"Have them collect the linen from all of the rooms, bath towels, sheets, everything. Do an inventory and have it all boxed up. If they still have time, start on the drapes and do the same with them. The Salvation Army should be able to use them along with the furniture."

"Clyde." Stu said. "Hold some back for our rooms unless you plan on sleeping on bare mattresses and don't forget Devon and Rob's rooms."

"I'll take care of that Mr. Ricksford along with towels." Scott said a faint smile on his face.

"Don't forget receipts Scott and make sure everything is itemized." Robert said. "You can use that for taxes Clyde, charitable contributions. I've got a hunch what you have in mind so be sure you itemize everything by description of the item."

"Well would someone tell Devon and I? I'm not good at guessing games." Stu said, a little exasperated.

"He's going to strip this place bro from top to bottom. Aren't you Clyde?"

"From the roof too the basement. There are a few things we might keep but not much. Ready to go?" I said picking up my attaché case.

The Explorer was parked in the drive and cleaned up as Nicky had said it would be. Stu acted as chauffer while Robert and I sat in the back talking about what the judge might ask. His briefcase was like a small filing cabinet, everything in almost chronological order. His laptop fit inside the case and I watched while he initiated a connection with his home office in Baltimore and using Instant Messenger he asked Judy to standby in case he needed any information. After that was done, he turned to me, all lawyer.

"Clyde, a couple of things. Don't mention that we are having another inventory and assessment done, the court has all they need. If the judge should ask anything about the one he has, tell him what you know but I doubt he will. Don't mention West Point Associates or that we have been too the farm. The farm is in the inventory as part of the estate assets."

"Clyde." Stu said from the front seat. "The best thing to do is say nothing unless asked a direct question. Let Rob do the talking."

"That won't be hard to do, judges make me nervous."

"That's what you have me for. Dickson and I are going to have a few words before we go in the courtroom; just to be sure we are on the same page. That's one reason I like getting to court early and see who is going to be there and get the stage set."

"You're the lawyer Rob but after what we saw yesterday, it pisses me off thinking Dickson and the others are getting off pretty easy. What they were doing at the farm made my skin crawl when I think about all of those young kids being exploited like they were."

"Look at this way Clyde, we put an end to it when Dickson signed the farm & West Point Associates back over to you. I'm amazed he thought he could get away with it. Trying to cut that part out of the estate. He might have gotten away with it if you and Stu had not suspected something was wrong in the inventories and estate assessments."

"Stu spotted it not me."

"It looks like little brother has learned a little about documentation." Robert said leaning over and patting Stu's shoulder.

The Municipal Probate Court building was like any other municipal building. Wide marble floored hallways lined with half glassed doors for various offices and gleaming double wide wooden doors with the inevitable placard indicating which court was inside. Uncomfortable wooden benches were placed down the hallway on both sides. Dickson was standing at the end of the hallway talking with some young lady who handed him a folder and when we approached she turned too us.

"Mr. Robert Ricksford?" She asked looking questioningly at the three of us.

"That's me Miss, good morning." Robert answered. "Good morning sir. This is the court docket and the copies of the documentation Judge Doumar has reviewed. Mr. Hampton's petition is included and his case is first on the docket at 10 o'clock. Judge Doumar likes starting on time." She said, a little like a warning.

"Thanks, that gives us about 30 minutes." Robert said as the young lady turned on her heel disappearing through one of the half glassed doors without any comment.

Robert glanced at Dickson who was looking over the folder he had been handed and then he turned to us. "She is probably the judges clerk, they don't say very much and that tells me the judge likes efficiency. Wait here unless you want to come along, I want to talk with Dickson." He said moving towards where Dickson was standing, Stu and I following.

"Good morning Brian, everything in order for the hearing?" Rob said.

"It seems like it. I understand you went up too the farm, everything in order or do you have some questions." Dickson said with a half smirk on his face.

It was an effort for me not to answer him but Robert put his hand on my arm before I did. I wanted to wipe the smirk off of his face.

"Now how would you know that? Maybe a little birdie called you? Would his name be Marx or Martineze?" Rob said.

Dickson's eyes widened and he blanched a little his eyes flicking between us before saying, "Martineze?"

"Why yes Brian. Martineze was helping Marx load boxes of some very interesting material into Marx's truck and his car. Didn't you know that? You called Marx after our meeting according to him and Martineze. We had an interesting conversation with them before they left."

"I don't know what you're talking about. I called Marx just to let him know you might be visiting the farm but I didn't know when. The farm is still listed as an asset under West Point Associates. If Martineze was there, I have no idea why." "Have it your way then Brian." Robert said softly his eyes never leaving Dickson's. "There was a lot of very interesting equipment and files there as well but we managed to convince the both of them before they left that it belonged to the estate. Shall we go inside, I understand the judge does not like to be kept waiting."

Dickson was a little flushed and he kept shifting his eyes while Rob was talking. His upper lip quivered and he wiped a light bead of sweat from it with his hand. When we entered the courtroom, I glanced back up the hallway and noticed three men walking towards us.

The courtroom was arranged as most of them are. The judge's bench was elevated on a dais at one end separated from the public seating area by a low banister that ran the width of the room. The clerk sat on a lower dais with her steno machine to the right of the judge's chair and the witness chair on the left. Lawyer's tables and chairs were on the inside of the banister and there were the usual flags behind the judge with several ceiling fans turning lazily.

The bailiff motioned us too either table but Dickson sat alone on one side with us on the other. I saw the three men that were in the hallway enter and take seats at the back of the courtroom, they didn't look like the usual spectators and I nudged Robert indicating them. He looked and shrugged his shoulders and before he could make a comment, we heard the bailiff announce the judge's entrance.

"All rise. This court is now in session, the honorable Judge Albert Doumar presiding."

Judge Albert Doumar was a tall man maybe about 60 years old with a shock of silver white hair enhanced by his black robe. He stood looking out over the courtroom with both hands on the bench for a brief moment before sitting down.

"Be seated." The bailiff intoned.

We sat for what seemed ages while the judge leafed through several papers he had before him. Robert had his folders along with the portfolio I had given him arranged neatly before him. You could have heard a pin drop and my hands felt a little clammy until Stu reached under the table and squeezed my thigh. I looked at him and he had a soft look in his eyes. I was damn glad he was there. When Judge Doumar spoke, his deep baritone voice jolted me back into reality.

"Mr. Robert Ricksford." He said.

"Yes your Honor." Robert said standing.

"You are the attorney for the petitioner Clyde Hampton?"

"I am sir."

"Do you practice in Lincoln Mr. Ricksford?"

"No sir, my office is in Baltimore, Maryland, Ricksford, Ricksford and Luskins. Mr. Hampton is a resident of Maryland but since his uncle's estate is located in Nebraska, we filed for reciprocity with the Nebraska State Bar Association. I believe the proper documents are included with the petitioners brief."

"They are, thank you. Which gentleman with you is the petitioner?"

Robert nudged my shoulder and I stood.

"I am sir." I said, my voice a few octaves lower then usual.

"My condolences on the loss of your uncle, I knew him well. He did a lot of good for the community. The other gentleman a relative of yours?"

"No sir, he is Mr. Ricksfords brother Stewart Ricksford."

"Are you with the firm also young man?" The judge said directing his gaze at Stu.

"No sir, I'm still in law school at the University of Maryland. I'm assisting my brother since we don't have a formal office in Lincoln yet."

"Yet? Are you planning on setting up practice here then?"

"We are looking into the possibility your Honor." Robert said quickly glancing at Stu. "I'm sure Lincoln would be happy if you did. Wouldn't you agree Mr. Dickson?" The judge said shifting his gaze too where Dickson was sitting.

"Yes sir, your Honor." Dickson said his tone low.

"We have a few minutes gentlemen and I'm just a little curious about something. Mr. Ricksford, I went to law school at Harvard with an Elwood Ricksford. Would he be related?"

"My father sir. He attended Harvard law 1936 too 1940. He was just starting his practice when the war broke out."

"We both accepted Lieutenants commission in the Army and he served in Europe while I was assigned to the Judge Advocates Office at Fort Wool. I lost track of him after that. We met year before last at a convention in Chicago. I'm surprised he hasn't been appointed to the bench, he was at the top of our class, above me."

"He was offered a judgeship sir but turned it down. He preferred staying in general practice and estate probation working with the public."

"That sounds like him, he always took the defendants case when we debated. If you and your brother are half as good at the law as I am sure he is, you have big shoes to fill."

"Thank you sir, I'll be sure and tell him that." Robert said.

"Do that Robert and if he comes too Lincoln you tell him to be sure and get in touch with me. Now then let's take care of this matter of Mr. Samuel Hampton's estate. Mr. Dickson, you acted as the executor of the estate according to the documents before me, is that correct?"

"Yes your honor, I did."

"Good. Mr. Ricksford and Mr. Hampton, will you stand with Mr. Dickson and raising your right hands be sworn please."

The three of us stood and were sworn in by the judge.

"Do you gentleman on pain of perjury swear that the information and documentation that you have given and submitted too this court is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief?"

The three of us answered yes and were told we could sit down. Judge Doumar continued leafing through papers for a few moments before speaking again.

"Mr. Dickson petitioned this court to expedite the probation period Mr.Ricksford since your client is the only living heir and all of the information indicates there is no reason it needs to be handled otherwise. Your clients claim that he is the only living male heir as stated in Mr. Samuel Hampton's last will and testament has been substantiated with the proper documentation. No other heirs have petitioned the court and no objections have been given. Do you understand the terms and conditions as outlined in the request for probate?"

"My client and I do your honor." Robert said starting to stand but the judge waved him down saying.

"We don't need to be that formal for this hearing. Just retain your seats." He said looking at the back of the courtroom.

"Would you gentleman have an interest in this case? If you do, please come forward unless you are spectators."

We all turned looking at the three men and one of them stood and spoke.

"No your Honor, we aren't involved with this hearing. We need to see Mr. Dickson on another matter when he is available."

"Very well then, that should not be much longer. Just a few formalities and we will be finished. Mr. Hampton, you have sworn that you are the only remaining living male heir of Mr. Samuel Hampton, is that correct?"

"Yes your Honor, as far as I know." I said quietly.

"Mr. Ricksford, your firm did the background investigation for Mr. Dickson's firm and found no irregularities. Is that correct?"

"Yes your Honor. As stated in our affidavit we investigated Mr. Hampton's relationship to his uncle and traced his ancestry back to the families origination in England."

"Mr. Dickson, your firm will receive the estate executors fee of $200,000 dollars and you have submitted an itemized affidavit for all expenses and taxes paid. Is that correct?"

"It is your Honor. All state and federal taxes have been paid up to and through the third quarter of this year. I think you will find that the estate has grown considerably since the death of Mr. Hampton and while I was his executor. There were some property realignments and the proper transfers have been included with the petition."

"I see that they have and you are right, the value has increased considerably even after taxes and fees. One thing though, I don't see a listing of banks, stock firms and brokers included with the petition."

"I have that here with me your Honor. We just completed it yesterday in order for it to be up to date and complete for the hearing. I have copies for Mr. Ricksford and Mr. Hampton." Dickson said handing a document too the Clerk of Court."

"Good thinking. These documents are in order gentlemen, is there anything else before I enter my order vacating the petition?" The judge said looking first at Dickson and then Robert and me.

"Hearing no objections then, it is my order that the Estate of Samuel Hampton be transferred too and under the name of Clyde Hampton here now present with all rights to assets as recorded in the records of this court and we are in recess. Congratulations Mr. Hampton, you are a very wealthy young man."

"Thank you sir." I said standing.

"I think you should thank your uncle young man, not me." Judge Doumar said with a twinkle in his eye and left the courtroom.

I could feel Stu about to burst standing behind me and Robert was smiling from ear too ear. Dickson was putting papers back in his briefcase when the men at the back of the court approached him. We watched, not sure of what it was all about. One of the men separated slightly from the other two and spoke too Dickson.

"You are Brian Dickson sir?" He said.

"Yes I am. What may I do for you?"

"We are Agent's with the State Attorneys Office." He said handing Dickson a blue covered document and showing his identification. "This is a subpoena ordering your appearance before a Grand Jury being convened that is conducting an investigation into an alleged pornographic operation in West Point."

Dickson went white and his hand trembled as he took the subpoena, his eyes darting to where we were standing.

"The State Attorney is investigation what?" He blurted out.

"It's all explained in the subpoena sir." He said turning to us.

"Mr. Ricksford as the attorney for Mr. Hampton, we have a warrant to search the Hampton property in West Point." He said handing Robert another blue covered document. "We would like to complete the search of the property today, we have agents waiting and they have secured the outer perimeters of the property until we arrive. Mr. Hampton has the right to be present while we conduct the search and of course you since you are his attorney."

"What's going on Robert?" I asked. "What does he mean search the farm property?"

"I don't know Clyde, let me read this."

Dickson was fuming and if looks could kill we all were dead. The agent stood patiently while Robert read the warrant.

"It's like he say's Clyde, the State Attorney has issued a warrant to search the farm for material's in connection with a pornographic investigation."

"Well what do we do?"

"We open the farm for them." Robert said looking at the rather young agent.

"Mr. Ricksford, since the property is secured by our men and it is a two hour drive we could meet you there if you'd like. It's almost 11 o'clock now so would 2PM be a good time?"

"That's better then leaving right now. We can change and grab a bite of lunch on the way. We will be there at 2PM."

The agents had no more left the room when Dickson started raving. "What in hell are you doing Ricksford? I thought we had a deal? This damn thing will ruin me."

"First off Dickson, you better lower your voice and don't make any wild assertions. Second, I have absolutely no idea why the State Attorney is conducting this kind of investigation or who reported it. Since it is a Grand Jury, you know as well as I do that in order for state to be conducting a hearing, the jury had to be impaneled on previous information. That means someone has given them information that was sufficient for them too kick off the investigation. Someone does not like you or you have pissed someone off pretty bad. You better put your thinking cap on pretty quick."

"Ricksford, if I find out it was you or you had anything to do with it. .. . . ."

"Don't start threatening me Dickson. Anything that went on at that farm, before it was transferred too Clyde, was your responsibility, think about it." Robert said.

We left with Dickson standing like a whipped dog holding the subpoena. I didn't feel sorry for him, not one bit.
