^o^
The long, long travel back to Surf Walk Lane, Laif and Jared divided up the `luggage', sharing the shopping bags, Philip on his dads shoulders, Jared piggybacking Ethan.
"Hey, Jared?"
"What?" Jared said a little louder than normal, seeming like Ethan was yelling in his ear.
"You're growing a beard," 7-year old Ethan answers his own question.
"Am I now?" Jared replies, feeling Ethan's arm scrape the side of his face.
"Our dad was going to once, but he said it didn't work for him."
Right next to him, Laif says, "Giving away all my secrets, son?"
Standing up for Ethan, Jared says, "It's good to know things like that."
"See, dad?"
"I see," Laif answers Ethan, but eye to eye with Jared.
Philip, he kept slipping because he was falling asleep. Whenever his dad woke him, he asked, "Are we there yet?"
Then Laif would interrogate, "Are we there yet, Jared?"
Jared answered him, "You're worse than the kids!"
Turning into Surf Walk Lane, Ethan was amazed, "Hey, where they all going?"
One of the most traveled walkways on the island, as some surfers were leaving, others flocked. Today the waves were still churning, Jared explaining, "There's a coastal storm way out to sea. The waves on the Atlantic can be subtle, so when the surf-bums get wind of big breakers, they flock here in numbers."
Ethan, forgetting his father's education on proper address, asks, "What's a suttle, Jared?"
Jared, he didn't care, saying, "Plain or ordinary. Most of the time the waves are small, hardly worth surfing on."
"Then why do the surf-bums come here?"
It made Jared smile, "There are other things which can be practiced, besides riding on a wave, like balance."
"I think I maybe want to try to be a surf-bum. Can you be my teacher?"
"I'd leave that up to my brother. He's the surf-bum of the family..." Jared forgets, "but right now he can't surf."
"How come? Is he sick?"
"He had an accident and can't walk. If he can't walk, then he can't surf."
"That's so bad," Ethan's words for `horrible'.
Jared agrees, offering the alternative, "It is, but Jay, that's my brother, is working on other things to take up the slack."
Both boys mistook the sports club for the house, at which time Philip yawns.
Soon after, another short trek down Surf Walk Lane, Ethan is announcing, "Look! I think that's it!"
"Where?" Philip perks up.
Smiling, a giggle almost emerging from his throat, Jared says, "That there's the one!"
Forgetting his father needed his eyes to see, his son covering one of them, "Philip, I need both eyes back, please!"
"Oh. Sorry dad!" Philip tilts his head to look around his dad's face, making sure things were copacetic.
However, his dad's full eyesight was old news, looking upon the one and half story home, surrounded by a tightly clad white picket fence.
"Hey, dad?"
"What Ethan?"
"It looks like one of them cute Cape Cod houses you like!"
"That it does, son."
Philip then confides, "Our dads saw plenty of `em at P-town," lucky for the boys it was abbreviated, even though not on their own behalf. "You know where P-town is, Jared?"
"P-town, huh? The gay hangout capital of the world?" Jared says amusingly.
"Holy cow!" Ethan exclaims. "Are you gay, Jared?"
"Ethan?" their dad cautions, too late.
"Oh," Ethan calms his excitement, "Sorry Jared," while being reprimanded, "I mean, Mr. Evans."
Jared allowing a lot to slide, but certainly Laif was not, "You don't ask..."
"I know dad. I'm just being a bad boy again."
"Not so bad," Jared helps him out, "and yes', I happen to be gay.'" Though, Jared was thinking the response more for Laif's ears!
Laif says sarcastically, "Thanks for helping me out there, Jared."
Almost to the first corner of the yard, Philip says, "Hey, dad?"
"What?"
"Can you and Jared get together, so he can be our new dad?"
If Jared could live the moment over, stuck in his mind out, curious, "What happened to the other one?"
Knowing it was a taboo subject, but forgot, Philip says solemnly, "We're not supposed to talk about him, Jared," upon which Philip tightly seals his lips.
"Why don't we leave it till later, Philip?" Laif's face, bright red, easy to see against his untanned skin, reflects displeasure on discussing the matter. "We're here at the house. Don't you want to meet Jared's brother?"
Like they were 15 or 16, the boys heckle, "Yeah, cool!"
As if riding on suntan-glazed back, the two slip off, disconnecting at the neck.
Jared apologizes, "I'm sorry for slipping out with that."
"That's okay," Laif is very forgiving, "I'll treat it as if one of the boys!"
Feeling a tap to his ass, Jared reacts, "Really?"
Both exchange smiles.
Ethan, he almost bumped his head, thinking he could push the gate open and walk right through!
"That's a special gate," Jared says. "You need to push the little buzzer."
The boys fight over it, Jared settling it, allowing each give it a `buzz,' "We wouldn't want to excite the troll!"
Like the witch coming out of a forest cottage to yell and scream at Hansel and Gretel, Homer exclaims, "Who's ringing my bell!"
Jared could tell, probably Homer saw them through the slats of the gate. With the front door wide open, he also heard a commotion, "We got company?"
Homer, without saying a word, laughs heartily.
"What's up with that, Homer?"
Letting the kids in, whom make a beeline for the front door, Laif couldn't call them back, disappearing so quickly.
"Your brother's friends, Alex and that `CK-guy' are here." Homer adds a smile, glint, "Said they didn't want to forget Jay's birthday, but they won't be around for the weekend."
"What's so funny about that?" It's then Jared realizes, "Oh, this is Laif. Laif, this is the famous comedian, Homer."
Jared could tell, the way Homer acted, scanning Laif like an x-ray machine, looked ready to score!
"You didn't answer my question, Homer?" Not which it was real important to Jared, but curious.
"Nuttin' much, only CK, he's complaining he'll have bunions on his feet from all this walking around!"
Squinting his eyes, Jared asks, "Um, are we both on the same page here, Homer, like isn't CK 30-something?"
"I know, I know. He acts like such a baby," Homer laughs.
In a hurry to get back to the house, Homer left Jared and Laif in his dust.
"Excuse my ignorance," Laif asks, about to hit the front door, "who is this CK?"
Jared acts like he's a man', myth' and legend' all rolled into one, "Cayman Karlyle, whom has an entourage of beautiful men always in his presence, all' for the sole purpose of making models or wannabes into supermodels."
"Really?" Laif asks, "Do you think he brought any extras he doesn't need?"
It earned a return volley, Jared's hand swatting Laif in the arce, "Don't we wish!"
"Hey, I didn't hit you that hard!"
From experiences with Joseph, Jared says, "Question is, did you like it?"
"I might," Laif says, low-keyed, serious-like.
"Hmm..."
Before the subject carried its weight, the boys come bustin' out the front door, "Dad!"
"What's all the commotion?" Laif answers.
"Jared has kids!"
"News to me," Jared replies. "He must be talking about Alex and Kyle."
Walking in, both boys grab either of their dad's hands, dragging him in, "See?"
"Alex!" Jared exclaims, seeing 3 boys.
"Jared!"
They had this `thing', upon meeting and greeting...
"Alex!"
"Jared!"
They're a foot apart by now...
"Alex!" Jared welcomes the designer with a bear hug.
Last time they met, without getting mellow dramatic, nor romantic, Alex had mentioned the same thing as he did now, giving Jared a forceful bear hug, "I missed us."
"What," Jared plays him, "your chock-full-of-sock-pocket briefs pressing against my crotch?"
"Same ole Jared," Alex replies, backing off. "Come and meet the family.
Kyle was often the babysitter of the family and with 2 added members, along with 11yo Justin, Jared is introduced to Eric, 10 and Pablo, 7.
"Hey, Jare," Jay exclaims, like a kid himself, "look, I'm an uncle!"
"Look at you," Jared phased out everything else happening in the room, seeing Jay, out of his chair and leaning up against the coffee table, playing with the kids.
Homer tears himself away from conversing with Cayman Karlyle, stands next to Jared's ear, meekly mentions, "Spur of the moment, I came up with this idea and even though ruining a perfectly good table, it makes it possible for Jay to stay in the sit up position, without dive-bombing onto his nose."
"I appreciate that, Homer."
Stepping away from Homer, he says, "What, no kiss? No hug? Not even a handshake? Forget all that. A simple thank you would be nice!"
Turning, Jared smiles, half-hugging, "Thanks, Homer."
Like Joseph would say, Homer replies, "At least I got that much!"
From the afternoon together, Jared saw how Laif could be with children, completely devoted, getting down on the floor and playing with them, as if a child himself.
Not only this, but Jared saw how much fun Jay was having and hoped, someday he could have a family of his own. It made him think years back, their mom saying, all the time, `You can do anything, if you set your mind to it.'
In thinking on it, past and present flashing by him, like a never ending mashup of tunes, Jared knew it was the right thing, setting his mind on the island businesses and pawning the J&J businesses off on those he could trust, instead of having to be there day in and day out.
Thrown back to his brother, Jared wondered, idea about Jay playing with his own children, why not for himself?
A revelation to him, Laif walking into his life this afternoon, he finally caught a glimpse of what a family oriented lifestyle could be like. The boys, Jared already felt attached. All he had to do now is get Laif to do the same!
Jay laughing out loudly, it brought Jared's attention to his brother's sidekick.
Thor, he didn't know what to make of all this hullabaloo, staying clear of the `little menaces!'
He also realizes how much he was missing, standing around and being a spectator, every single one of the kids giving Jay a high-5, which means he must've missed one of his bro's witty comments...perhaps a blessing in disguise!
"What was that, Jay?" Jared kneels on the floor, right next to Laif's hips.
Nothing new or unusual, Laif had lain flat out on his stomach. Philip, who had straddles his dad at the mid-back, had leaned forward to catch his share of the palm-slapping.
Not unyielding to his brother's question, Jay answers, "If you weren't being such a moron, bro, you wouldn't have missed it!"
The kids thought Jay was smartly funny this time, Philip not waiting to get last dibs on the `high-5-ing', getting off his dad's back, getting his 5 digits worth and sitting down next to Gary.
All the kids, they follow Jay's lead and start calling Jared a `moron'.
Lying down on his tummy, half-picking up one shoulder, Jared turns to Laif, "Are you going to let your kids get away with that?"
Smiling, Laif cordially says, "Why should I cover for you?"
Into the `whack' thingy, Jared swats Laif on the ass, "Oh, you're gonna get it!"
Perfect set up, in Jay's eyes, he says, "Hey guys, you wanna take that stuff down to The Spin Club?"
The kids, not having a notion to what Jay talked about, only that every other word out of his mouth was funny, laughs their little asses off!
Sketchy on the details, Laif asks, though not wanting little eyes to pick up on the radar, "Is that the..."
"Yeah, that's it," Jared replies, feeling on the same wavelength.
Cutting through the talk and laughter like a hot knife through butter, they hear coming from the deck, "Homer, I need more hot water?!"
"Coming, dear!" Homer replies, dashing out from their presence.
Jared's eyes make a beeline for Alex, whom seemed to be CK's translator, "Cayman's bunions...Homer came up with soaking his feet in hot water and epsom salts."
Having received inside information, Homer's incarceration at The Spin Club, via his good buddy, Joseph and their experiences together, Jared doesn't say it, but thinks, `Hmm, I wonder why the salts and not the tongue!' It makes him smile.
Alex asks, "Am I missing something, Jared?"
Jared, who didn't wish to leave himself open for ridicule, even though he knew his brother meant it in fun, like how it looked, two bods assembled tightly next to one another, sits up and at Alex's sitting level, "Uh, I'll explain it to you sometime!"
"We have tons of catching up to do!" Alex replies, returning Jared's smile.
Even though knowing each other a short time, they both accredit meeting up in the mens room at Korbeau's that first night, as a kickoff to their friendship. It wasn't love at first sight', but merely a closeness of friends, sharing an intimate kiss. Unlike what could normally take place, hands exploring below the torso, became a soft rubbing of hands down the shoulders, Alex stroking Jared's cheek, saying a proverbial, If only we had met...'
Each was sure that first clandestine meeting crossed their minds at this moment.
Akin to what their attention should have been on, thoughts are broken, when Jared responds to the children, "Wha-a-a-at?" in a long, drawn article of speaking.
Alex and Kyle's 7-year old, Gary, says, "If you don't pay attention, you're gonna be a moron again!"
Hands on hips, Jared frowns upon Jay, "Hey bro, see what you've gone and done?"
Laif tosses in, doing a pushup, "Word of the week, thanks to your brother. I'll probably be listening to it for months, before the boys get it out of their systems!"
Hand to Laif's shoulder, Jared alerts his pal, "Nah, more like, get used to it. It'll be around for a long, long time," he looks to Jay.
Taking five from the kids, Jay reflects a moment on when, how and why the use of the word `moron' ever came about, throwing the origins off of himself, "We have Jake to blame for that!"
"Sure, bro. Blame it on Jake, since he's not here to defend himself!"
Finding Jay no longer the source of their laughter, the kids took to making like airplanes, balancing on their ghost-surfboards, Philip saying, "Hey dad, look! I'm a surfbum!"
%
Meanwhile, out on the deck, Cayman Karlyle had just awarded his nursemaid with, "Y'know, Homer, I sure could use a Swedish massager on staff?"
One foot in the bucket, other on Homer's thigh, sole being sweetly man-handled, Homer says, "If you're talking about put on the payroll," he stops pulverizing CK's foot, "it's not a job with your firm I'm looking for."
It's not how CK meant it either. Enunciating his words by acting out, CK leans forward, steps on his one foot, still lodged in the bucket, quickly repairing his words before all was lost, "Oh, not what I meant either, forgive me."
Movement underneath his foot, sets the bucket to sliding on the deck, which makes CK's bod lurch forward, losing all footing!
"Oh well," Homer says sarcastically, the 44-year old allowing the foot on his knees, slide right past his ribcage and through a slat in the deck railing, "if you're sure that's not what you meant?"
Ever since sitting his butt on the chair out on the deck, CK entering the house with complaints about his `bunions', Homer has extended his welcome and as usual, nature regarding being the perfect house-host.
Whereas, in business, CK could be a top-notch business manager, all the macho, even dominant manner of carrying himself about, in Homer's hands, he was reduced to more the man he pictured himself being, in private with a guy, babied, which is why it became the most recent memory of allowing his shirt to be stripped off overhead, someone else taking command over life, slowly losing his grip on reality.
Now, bucket slipping out from under him, the 33-year old could have very well reverted to his macho-self, "There you go, saving me again, Homer?"
Steadying himself, CK's hands grabbed the wooden railing, surrounding the perimeter of the deck. However, the rest of his bod had been planted, full force into the cavity of Homer's welcoming arms, of which he retorts, "Again? When did I save you the first time?"
Neither one were immune to each other's surrender, CK saying, "When you rescued my bunions?"
Face to face, inches apart, Homer wasn't sure what this was, choosing his words, "Bunions? What bunions?"
Resettling, moving hands from the scratchy wood, to Homer's soft shoulders, CK says, "Sorry it seemed like I was forcing myself on you?"
Backing away would have been impossible, to the full extent, Homer's hands cradling Cayman at the hip and playing dumb, "Oh, you were forcing yourself on me? That's how it goes?"
Falling over his words like stacked dominoes, CK could only attribute it to losing control. However, they were not in a business environment, but a deck, far, far away from that world, "Forcing myself?"
Giving tug to embracing hands, it left Homer to either confess or lie, choosing, "Will you look at that," he laughs, "my hands don't want to let you go!"
Applying it to himself, same thing he's accused models around the pool at his mansion, CK says, "We're like, going so `porn-flick' on each other!"
"Say, have I offered to show you how I've decorated my shack out back, yet?"
"No and I'd be so interested, because I'm thinking of remodeling some rooms of my mansion."
Knowing the difference between a multi-million dollar mansion in The Hamptons, to his own kept up beach cabin, Homer warns, "Don't get your hopes so up for a big let down!"
"Where is it?" CK wonders, Homer moving over to the rail, away from the house.
Placing a thigh up on the railing, Homer says, "It's shorter this way and," swinging his butt overboard, "will draw less attention!"
Easy for Homer to do, jump the foot-and-a-half to the sandy ground, but CK sits, fearful of the leap.
"I think I'm going to need a hand here?"
Shaking his head, smirking, Homer says, "You're pathetic, you know," taking CK's hand.
However, the idea in his head wasn't to so much as to help CK, but provide the catalyst for an `accident'.
In doing so, Homer pulling on CK's hand, they land with Homer's back on the warm sand, landing with an, "Oo-of!"
Lying their, bods matched up almost perfect, nips-to-nips, bellyhole-to-bellyhole, trio of parts lining up according to size, a little uneven, CK, who knew whom the real culprit was in the dive he took, "Oh, I'm so, so sorry!"
Not which he wouldn't mind alarming the neighbors, several hundred feet out back, Homer replies, "You can apologize when we get to the shack?"
"I suppose Alex and the family can find their own way home," CK smiles, thinking how much time he'd like to absorb, taking decorating notes!
%
Alex didn't remind, only thought, finding their way from the Hamptons to Fire Island, they brought the Lexus and not a limo from one of CK's fleet, which drew up a humorous response within, making Alex mumble, "Hmm, looks as if Cayman "
"What was that?" Jared pops up, from playing submarine, buttoned shirt split down the middle, all sweaty. One button held it all together right below the treasure trail.
"Nothing," Alex, the only observant one looking out the back door, "I think your landlord and my business associate are taking things to the next level."
It's not that Alex didn't like children. He was all for them. Nevertheless, when the kids were with `their own' or being playful with other adults, he allowed them to seize the moment. From involvement he became the observer, whipping out his cell-cam as the moment called for it.
"Hey, how about a group picture?"
Since Nash wasn't appropriately dressed, Jared dragged him from his coffee in the kitchen, to being picture-taker. The kids, they weren't phased by Nash walking around in his tight briefs, because their dad did it all the time at home!
Though, Alex was a little perturbed over the fact Nash wasn't wearing `Nouguet' briefs. He made Nash promise to throw his stock in the trash, if he sent him a month's supply!
"Say pizza!"
The grown ups, they didn't need a cue, smiling at how Nash contorted himself to get the perfect angle!
%
Afternoon synced into evening, no one realizing how the sun had dropped to the horizon so quickly. Still overcast, the sunset between stripes of cloud-cover show promise in it being a sunny day tomorrow.
Homer, he knew it not `manners', leaving the company of house guests to themselves too long. He figured an hour and a half long enough to clue CK in on some decorating tips!
During dinner, out on the deck, Jared smiled, saying to his brother, "Time for bed, bro?"
"Huh?" Jay tried being in a state of awakening, lifting chin abruptly.
"Excuse us," Jared gets up.
Soon as he does, the doorbell rings.
"My go," Homer says, pulling the napkin from round his neck!
"What a slob!" Cayman says of it.
"I heard that!" Homer replies, before dashing through the double doors.
Cayman, he didn't mind playing a little, back in Homer's shack, as long as he didn't suffer any skin damage!
Homer, it wasn't a first for him, switching roles and somehow felt new euphoria, making a man, hot himself in the world of supermodeldom, fussing over his cock, balls, anywhere which Homer found pleasure!
Maybe this is why CK sat back, gloated in the feeling of being fully fulfilled, which is most likely why he picked at the food on his plate. He also toyed with the idea of sending the entourage home and sticking around on the island for a few more days. If only he hadn't planned the annual wild party at the mansion.
Jared, he had begun to unlace Jay, from staying erect at the table, shoulders pinned to the railing by Homer's homemade invention, keeping Jay from keeling over and doing a faceplant into his plate.
By the time he was helping Jay into the chair, they hear a rowdy voice, "He can't do it himself?"
More like a bully would confront his victim, Jared responds, "Fuck you, Peter!"
Well, Laif didn't say a word and was happy the kids had wanted to walk the beach before the day turned night, Alex and Kyle playing chaperone, but did turn his attention to the guests.
"Hey, what's up, dudes?"
Instead of speaking about it, Marco was on it, walking over and helping Jared, "Need a hand?"
Hand? Marco commanded the situation all on his own, getting Jay settled in the chair, adding a temporary restraint. Wheeling him away, "I'll take care of him."
"Well, that's a switch," Peter says to Jared, standing there with hands on hips, "I though it would be `me' doing the dirty work!"
"Yeah," Jared says, eyes watching Marco push Jay. He wondered, what that was all about!
Kids returning, it still left the atmosphere in an upheaval, Laif's kids excited, Ethan exclaiming, "Alex says we can come to his house and play. Can we dad?"
First question from his parent, "Uh, where is home?"
Having been given the vicinity, in East Hampton, overhearing it, 7-year old Ethan reports to his dad, "They live near a pond!"
For now, knowing in `The Hamptons', was enough of a go at it, Laif saying, "Maybe sometime we can schedule a play-date."
Kyle, being given reprieve from the kids, invites, "Adults are welcome!"
So tight has their relationship evolved over a period of years, Kyle knows Alex, the business he is in, not only designing the perfect man-brief, but outfitting some of those men, how it can lead to innocent play. For Alex, it would be considered business, the dude he is outfitting, being the lower extremities, could result in the model feeling more than a fitting session.
Kyle has often joked, "Go for it!" especially when Alex has come home with some man-tales, being away at a fashion show. However, it has always been the case, Alex totally satisfied with his partner, family life and all that it's cracked up to be, there's no reason in his life as why he would seek more.
Unattached for so long, men have come and gone from Jared's life ever since he made a pact with himself, to devote his time to, what he considers the only man in his life, his brother. Going through some tough turf, the teen years, with their father, Jared found solace in dealing with `the older gay brother syndrome', at first innocently hugging, then more with his younger sibling. Who would or could have guessed that affection would withstand the test of time or circumstances woven into the fabric of Jared or Jay's lives.
Reason why, when Kyle and Alex set up the invite, Jared includes, "Sure. It would be good for Jay to have a change of environment." Jared turns to his brother, "Wouldn't it, bro?"
Still a glow over playing with the kids fresh in mind, "Yeah. Cool, but I'm not sure how Thor would take it!"
"Not a problem, when we've got a friend like Joseph, huh?"
It was like the brothers were putting something over on their friend, bumping knuckles and laughing!
Marco had thought about this often, what is it which was giving him warm feelings about Jay? However, the buck didn't stop there, torn between Jay and Peter. Right now, with Jay conversing with his brother, Marco took the opportunity to set his eyes on Peter. However, he suddenly felt weird', looking to Peter, smiling, when all he got back was a nod and then attention focused on helping Homer with the dishes, which made Marco think, Like, what was that all about?'
"Did I hear my name?"
Early on, about a week ago, they all knew Joseph had learned how to pick the lock at the gate, almost like James Bond breaking into the family jewels at some rich folk estate, Jared saying, "You could at least ring the bell, Joseph?"
"Why? Am I interrupting any steamy scenes out of a porn flick?"
Far from it, the four dads taking their kids down to the beach, Jared and Jay left to make their own entertainment. Though, it never discussed between the trio, Joseph had theories over how Jared and Jay spent some of their teen years and it wasn't playing Parcheesi!
"Don't you get enough of that down at The Spin Club, Joey?" Jay asks.
Which right after, Jared notices, "What happened to your forehead, Joseph?" He goes over and stares at the tiny bandaid.
"Oh that," Joseph flits it away, "I was taking a wrist down from a shackle and the fitting broke loose. The damn cuff hits me right in the noggin'!"
"You poor guy," Jared says, sweetly feeling the side of Joseph's head with the back of the fingertips.
Cheerfully, Joseph retorts, "Yeah, I took quite a beating, but nothing that a nice blowjob wouldn't cure?"
Fortunately this was the foyer and not the living room, where the kids could not hear every other foul word out of Joseph's mouth, not meant for small kids to hear!
Getting his brother off the hook, Jay says, "CK and Homer are back at the shack, if that interests you, Joey?!"
How did Jay know it would, "Really?" Joseph's eyes light up, feet backing away.
From there, Joseph figured he better skedaddle, before the fireworks went off!
Jay remarks, "Joey can sure be light on his feet, when the situation is right."
"Yeah," Jared, whom was sitting next to Jay on the floor, attached to Homer's invention, had gotten up to greet Joseph, sits back down.
Placing a hand on his brother's thigh, Jay says, "Do you ever regret what we did, Jare?"
"Don't be a moron. Of course I don't. Do you?" Jared replies.
Jared already knew the answer, but wouldn't hear it just yet from his brother's lips.
One of the beach-goers busting in through the deck access, "Hey, what's up?"
All surprised, not which they were fearful for their lives, only wondering who the hot stud was, Marco elects himself spokesman, "Who are you?"
"Oh," he looks in through the double doors, "Homer is not home?"
"Busy," Marco replies, eyeing the barechested, boardshorted dude up and down and up, "So, what's your business here?"
Two things hit the brothers right off, Marco drenched from head to toes, the other, Jared asking, "You didn't climb over the rail, did you?"
Asking was like answering, the only way one could find themselves standing on the house side of the deck, "Um, like how else would I get here?"
Jay, he didn't care either way, gazing upon Marco's wet chest, all that luscious hair doused, the stripe down the middle, running like a wet marking pen, straight line to the speedo, "What matters is, you're here!"
"You got that right," Marco replies.
Being he was still wet, he would if he could but couldn't, get down on his hands and knees, sit next to Jay and get comfortable with him.
Still in his own comfort zone with how he perceived guys felt about him, Jay had no clue how Marco really felt about him, which often made Jay think other things, "If you need help getting that speedo off, I'm sure Jared could help with that!"
Jared was ready to slap his brother, thinking up such a wild notion, like a thought out of context, but Marco seizes the moment, "I was thinking," his hairy legs right in front of Jay, "you would want to help, if you're not busy?"
Jay gulps.
As like, someone put a big one over on his brother, Jared claps hands, "Yeah, now who's on the shit end of the stick?"
He couldn't lean to his right, look around Marco, but Jay's extended arm, hand attached, a single middle finger isolated from the rest was enough of a message!
Not at all turning out to how he thought it would go, Jared leading Marco off to the other room, Marco in the shower, Jared joining him, the two slowly, with hands-on approach, figuring out who would fuck who and so on...
"Really?" Jay wanted to jump with joy, "Me?"
"Sure. Why not?" Marco beats Jay to it, "Maybe the plumbing's not working, but there's nothing wrong with your brain, right?"
It made Jared giggle, someone beating his bro at his own tactics for a change, "Need some help getting Jay out of his bondage?"
"Nah. I've got it," Marco squats.
However, Jared could not put it past himself, moving to different angles in an attempt to see what was forced out of the thigh holes of Marco's speedo!
"Don't you got something better to do, `bro'?"
Fine way for an employee to talk to the boss, Jared retorts, "Fine," stomps a foot, crosses arms just below the pec line.
Standing abruptly, core engaged, Marco hauls Jay to his feet...until he loses balance!
"Oh shit, Marco!" Jared yells, the Italian falling backwards.
Gut reaction, as if it were Jay in front of him, Jared grabs the falling victim around the middle. Already in Marco's arms, Jared's plunge was twice the roughness.
"Are you all okay?" Marco is swift to question.
"I am," Jay replies, in a normal, cub-hug position.
"At least someone is," Jared gripes. "Um, unless you're there for a reason, Marco" he winces for effect, "would you kindly get your butt off my balls?"
Strength from the gym and good DNA, Marco raises his butt, like doing a crab walk, Jay, not at all in complaint, holds the muscled Italian around the shoulders, citing, "Like, omg Marco!"
Not that it's the first man he's ever had clinging to his bod, Marco instructs Jared, "Let me know when you're clear."
"Clear," Jared says sarcastically, doing his own crabwalk, scooting his family jewels out of harm's way. "How are they, bro?" Jay asks.
Standing, Jared slips, "Why don't you find out?"
"What?" Jay asks, like Jared had divulged their whole bromance.
Jared realizes his slip. Even though it could happen to two unrelated parties, he tries throwing off suspicion, "Uh, nothing. I'm fine. Just fine!"
Sinking his but back down, Marco, lying back, hands behind head, comfortable with Jay using his chest for a pillow, says, "Y'know, you guys aren't the only two brothers in history to get it on?"
Well, Jay couldn't very well twist his head around to face Jared, but Jared did look down, "Really?"
At the time, Jared and Jay hadn't heard of any other brother-couples. After a 2 years of college, Jared had heard tales. On the tip of Jared's tongue, stimulated by Marco's revelation, he had it in mind he might be able to go public on his and Jay's own oath of allegiance to each other.
"I have a twin, Geo. We shared the same room and one day, when we were fifteen, we both found out how come we liked looking at each other," Marco says, unreserved, without anxiety.
Right off, on Jay's twisted mind, conscious of Jared always giving, never taking, where the brothers were concerned, "Does Geo have a boyfriend?"
In plain sight, Jared standing, Marco faced up on the floor, now taken to a relaxed position, hands behind head and flaunting thick pits, "I don't think your brother and my brother would be considered a tight couple. Besides, Geo's out in LA and we're here."
It sounded inviting, Jared having already gazed upon Marco, but to meet up with a carbon-copy, would be interesting'. Unlike the days of him and Jay, Jared has always felt impelled to return to those top' days. Overriding all those thought, flashes of Laif, the kids, other factors, disinterested him in such notions, "I'm sure he's into the lifestyle he's living."
Reading Jared through and through, Marco says, "On that you're right, Jared."
Would have been sweet, `two Marcos' around, all that hairy stuff, but Jay already has sensed it, "I think Jare is interested in having an instant family," he talked to Marco's right, hairy nip, face sideways to the middle of Marco's chest.
So much so, in between words, Jay could taste salt, his tongue picking up on hair fibers getting into his mouth, which, in Jay's estimation, if this didn't get it up, probably his flaccidity was still dead weight!
"Well, I would suggest," Jared talks down to them, literally, "unless you want the gang catching you in a steamy sex position, you better get in the shower?"
Jared helped, hoisting Jay's dead weight off Marco, then both heaving Jay to his feet, shoulder under each of his pits.
When they got to the mens room, it was discovered, fact already met by Jay, the door unable to accommodate a wheelchair, let alone, likened to 3 dudes abreast.
Complaints rolled off Jay's tongue, "Would you hurry up and get that house built, Jare!"
Jay meant the large home over on the ocean side, damaged badly by Hurricane Sandy, which Jared picked up at half its worth, about a month ago. Under extensive renovation, he had left it to Elroy, Johnsi and others he trusted, to bring to completion.
"I'll have to check up on it. I thought you were happy here?"
As the two helped Jay into the shower, which turned quickly into a bath, Marco sitting first, Jay in front of him, Jared man-up on the sponge and soap, on Jared's mind was not the erotic overtones, but Jay's remarks, which told how much he did not like living at Nash's place. Gripes included mobility issues, countertop height, reaching into the freezer, which could often bring frozen items down on top of him, when trying Peter's `jumping into the sponges' tactic to reach.
Finding out his brother's unhappiness, Jared excuses himself.
Of course, Jay didn't mind, being left in capable hands!
Even though it were early Wednesday evening, Jared having granted the work crew and his designers a 4-day furlough for the 4th of July weekend, Friday the national holiday, he got on his cell, fired up by Jay's words.
His finger was ready to touch-dial Elroy, when his hesitation, coupled with an evil desire within, made him touch Sean Hardy's name on the screen. Jared didn't know if Sean had plans for the weekend, which usually everyone on the island did, but saw this as an `allegiance' thing, eager to find out if Sean was totally onboard, or ready to jump ship when the going got tough!
Taking the call out onto the deck, looking off afar, waiting for Sean to connect, Jared smiles, seeing two dudes out on an opposite deck, several hundred feet away, making out.
More surprised, like Sean was dialing him, Jared answers, "Oh. Right. Sean..."
Knowing the multi-room, parts of the house bilevel, home working under a skeleton crew, various areas of the luxury dwelling completed, instructs Sean to get with Elroy and have the house fully livable by the end of next week.
Jared had to laugh, thumb over the phone pickup, when he hears Sean gasp to some other person in the room, `Jared, he wants the house finished off by end of this week!'
He didn't inquire as to whom was with Sean, very well knowing he palled around with Elroy, which even made the call more interesting, hearing in the background, `What is he, fuckin' nuts?!'
Seeing if Sean acted alone or owned up to Elroy's mentoring, made the call more interesting, yet not all the votes in on whether Sean would measure up to the position entrusted him.
Well, truth out, Sean didn't mention Elroy, but the latter probably giving Sean the confidence to relay back to Jared, `Done!'
Clicking off, it made Jared smile, not about Sean, but his mom, always making reference to her own mentor, Erma Bombeck and how his mom used to loosely throw around, `If life's a bowl of cherries, what am I doing here in the pits?'
Laughing out loud to himself, 3 haha's, Jared thought of how that bowl of cherries was starting to turn sweeter!
For both brothers, sometimes it could be taken seriously, but other times used in a humorous context. Right now, Jared was leaving off the idea of being in the pits...though sometimes his brain would cross reference it to the human anatomy!

Joseph was appalled, upon hearing CK didn't have any leather parties at his mansion, "You don't? Why not?"
Said like, being interrogated, the 33-year old mentor to the world's super of models, unsure of why it's never been done, "I dunno why, Joseph."
Homer, senior member of the trio, at 11 years older than CK, but not looking a day over 39, is knocked off his perch, ass sitting over CK's bellyhole, "Here, let me show you how to do this," Joseph does the nudging.
Stripping the leather vest in a jiffy was easy. Tough part was unlacing the stitching on the front of Joseph's chaps, which, learning by doing, hundreds of times over, it became an easy chore to loosen the leather tethers, enough so Joseph could pull out his fat cock and let it hang there. Often, he thought of it as his `antagonizer,' hanging there, thick, meaty-looking and this was even before it had inflated to halfmast!
Trying to get up, Cayman pinned down by Joseph's knees to both sides of the bod, encasing arms in the prison of chaps, "This is what you do, Homer," he went on doing, instead of explaining.
"I don't know about this," Cayman was unaccustomed to such a large cuke!
Moving into a more advantageous position, Homer stands next to the headboard, asking Joseph, "Okay if I touch myself?"
Joseph smiled, thinking of Homer that night at The Spin Club, how he couldn't keep from stroking himself, the master' having to tie Homer eagle-spread, to keep him from making his cock do stuff not permitted'. However, this wasn't the dungeon scene, not the one in which Joseph pictured the 44-year old his captive slave, "In a minute here, we can take him at both ends, if you like?"
Instead of waiting for Homer's reaction, Joseph looked for CK's.
Not surprised, they hear Cayman gasp, "Wha-a-a?"
Laughing out loud, Joseph dismounts western-style, swinging both cock and leg off the bed, "Nah. I'll leave you two to your own game plan," he laces up.
It became a predicament for Joseph, easy to pull it out, but jumbo-sized, tougher to stuff back in, saying as he looked down at what he was doing, "Dammit all!"
"Why not do it the easy way, Joseph?" Homer asks.
"You wouldn't understand," Joseph says.
Cayman and Homer look at each other. Like, was there some kind of leather code they were not understanding?
"Fuck it," Joseph says, picking up his vest, "by the time I get to kitchen it'll probably be mincemeat."
That was that, Joseph taking his lead, which made Cayman wonder, "What was that about?"
"Beats me," Homer says.
Retracing the moves he never got to play out, mounting the throne, Homer leans forward, cock in hand, bringing it to CK's lips, "Now, where were we, before we were rudely interrupted?"
%
Making it to the kitchen, Joseph's erection hadn't subsided all together. Opening the door upon the room, he encounters Jared, busy tidying up, "Hey, how about a blowjob, good-buddy-old-friend?"
"How about not?" Jared holds a carving knife in his hand!
"Never mind," Joseph replies.
Dropping it in the slot of a carving block, Jared says, "Then again, if it wasn't for us to be descended upon by a flock of kids, I'd help you out, Joseph?"
"Nah. I wouldn't want to take advantage of our friendship like that."
"Why not?" Jared questions with a smile. "Why would now make any difference than any other time we've hooked up?"
Knowing this a dead end conversation, "I got a call from Jay a few hours back," Joseph replies.
"He bugging you again about what you got him for his birthday?" Jared is up on topic.
"No. It was about you."
"Me?"
Fortunately, for Joseph, taking away the visual, coupled with non-sexual talking, it started to release some of the pressure around the leather laces, "I don't know what it is about this Leaf guy and his kids..."
"Laif."
"Whateva, Jay is under some impression he's about to become an uncle, which tells me...you've met your match?"
Now, Jared couldn't say either way, still figuring it out himself, so detours, "I think it's safe to tuck it away, Joseph?"
"Huh?" his hand on his junk should have told him, "oh. That," he successfully puts it away!
To further complicate Joseph's thoughts, Jared asks, "By the way, what is it you are getting Jay for his birthday?"
"I've spoken to Pastor Mark, about Jay's chair and the church is having a fundraiser to pay for it."
Strange look to Joseph, "But I can pay for it myself. Like, I have the loot."
"I know, but mentioning it to Mark, he said people are always looking for a way to give and other than what they take over to the soup kitchen on the mainland, there isn't much right here on Fire Island which people can relate to...I think I got that right."
Seeing Joseph sincere, Jared says, "I'm sorry I got on you about pressuring Terry to hire Hans. I know you mean well Joseph."
"No problem. I'll just take it out of your hide!"
They both laughed, Jared saying, "In your dreams, Joseph." Which, brought Jared to ask, "What about your friend, Justin?"
Thinking deeply on it, Joseph ponders, "Hmm, I wonder what he's up to right now?"
Knowing where Joseph's mind had wandered, Jared says, "Perhaps he hasn't had his afternoon protein smoothie?"
About to answer, the door busts open, a wave of noisy kids descending upon the place, of which Joseph makes a quick exit, telling Jared he would keep in touch!
Seeing Laif, Jared asks, "I thought walking the beach would tire them out...boy, was I ever wrong!"
Leaning with elbows on the small kitchen island, Laif says, "Did taking care of Jay tire you out?"
If he could draw pity from Laif, he would, but Jared felt impelled to set the record straight, "No. Fortunately for my stamina, Marco showed up and as we speak, is still helping to get Jay together."
"The kids are hungry. You wouldn't happen to have a barrel of chicken wings hanging around?"
Smiling, Jared says, "No, but if you come help me with carry-out, we can go get some?"
Salt and some sand still clinging to the kids, Alex and Kyle wondered how the housekeeper would call the shots, hopefully be patient and understanding over children.
Well, as it happens, Homer and CK did their thing, which didn't mean they took it all the way. Entering from the corner of the kitchen, Homer's housekeeping thought kick in, "Hey, who tracked all this sand into the house?"
Five talking boys, trying to speak over each other, calm to a grinding halt, standing and sitting there, eyes popped open wide, jaws dropped. Philip looked like he was ready to cry. The oldest, 11-year old Justin Nouguet-Dryfiss, stands up to the ogre, "How come you're so mean?"
"Me?" Homer lightens up, smiles, walking to the kitchen utility closet, tall and narrow, opens it, retracts a broom and dustpan, "I'm not mean and to show you, I'm going to let you and your friends play with my toys!"
Alex was all ready to say something to Justin, about adult defiance, but surely, Homer was putting his son in his place!
Eric, Justin's brother, 1-year younger, steps forward, taking the implements from Homer, "I'll help you Justin."
Brothers, but with no biological attachment, to Alex, someday they could more than that to each other, but he and Kyle knew not to meddle, to let nature takes it course.
Homer didn't totally abandon the two, but after catching them trying to sweep the last grains of sand under the carpet, helped them chose a different path, out to the deck and over the edge. Entertained, the boys replicated Homer's intent, making it sound like pirates making a sailor walk the plank!
With Jared and Laif, out on the prowl for buffalo wings, Alex and Kyle accompany the younger ones to the tub.
Seeing it a small room, Alex went in first, glad he did, finding the tub already occupied.
"Oh, you want to come in here?" Marco exclaims.
"No hurry," Alex replies, "um..."
"Marco. I'd shake your hand, only if I did, `sleeping beauty' here would slip under the next wave."
As he says it, Jay wakes up, "Where am I?" Just a plunk of a hand on water refreshes his memory!
Helping Jay out of the tub, Alex was not up on handicapped people, though helping a kid with less than Jay's weight, he wasn't totally inept. What he wasn't prepared for, was his forearm brushing along Marco's wet junk!
Neither said anything, a hazard all in the line of duty.
Tucking a towel around Jay's waist, of course he comments, "Careful guys. Don't make me hard or I'll have to have one of you take care of me!"
Good sport about it, Marco says, "Don't worry Alex. I know you're already spoken for!"
"Thanks for taking the weight off my mind, Marco!" Alex replies.
Setting Jay down on the closed toilet seat, Marco said he could take it from there.
In the meantime, Homer has clued the older boys into a shower out back, right next to the deck, "But you can only get to it going through the kitchen. My suggestion, unless you really enjoyed sweeping up the living room and would like to do me the favor of doing the kitchen, don't shake your clothes too much!"
Even after Justin and Eric found their way out the back door, Homer's bare feet picked up little granules. Though, he would much rather give all his attention to Cayman, rather than the two kids, "Watcha been up to Cayman?"
He laughed, saying as he flipped through a cookbook, "No one calls me that anymore...it's always CK."
Walking up to Cayman, Homer's chest bumps into the cookbook, folding it into the crevice of their bods, "I kinda like calling you Cayman, `Cayman'!"
There was nowhere for Cayman to go...if he wanted to, "No problem, `daddy!'"
Not old enough to be a 33-year old's dad, Homer accepted it, with vote of confidence, "Woof!"
The subject had already been brought up, hashed and rehashed, while out back at the shack, Homer not minding at all playing the father part to his `son'. A longing for this type of relationship, it was impossible for Cayman to even try it with those around him at the mansion, the 18-28 year crowd living day in and day out, except winters at the Florida mansion.
"Not a bad little cottage you live in, Homer, but I think you might like living in a bigger place?"
Utmost on Homer's mind, except for Cayman's cock poking him right now, "I'd probably like it immensely, especially if you were there, but I've got Nash to think about. Y'see, I promised his parents to take care of him."
"So you've said. Didn't you also say Nash has befriended a guy at the place he works?" Cayman puts it to him.
"Terry," Homer names, "and I think they are more than manager and co-worker. Trust me, even though two people don't say how they care about each other, action speaks louder than words. Every time I've been at the marketplace, I can see how much they have grown on each other."
"Kind of like you and I?" Cayman questions Homer.
Questionable, for Homer he asks, "Yeah, the man you waited all your life to find?"
Turning it back on Homer, Cayman says, "Weren't those your words, an hour or so ago?"
Both smiled, lips reconnecting.

Putting the call in to Sean, Jared could have bet 50-50, winning either way, whether the two were in each others' presence, or not.
Elroy, he was already there in bed, playing with himself, efforts to keep his shaft hard.
Compelled to answer the phone day or night, by his own standards, Sean had rolled over when it set off a tune. Alert to the name, `Jared Evans' popping up, Sean jumped from lying down into sitting up, on the edge of the bed, exclaiming, "It's Jared again!" Tweaking up a nip, stroking himself, Elroy could almost envision the conversing between boss and assistant, flashbacks of the same, when he was young with the company.
Off the phone and lying next to Elroy, Sean was not at all the relaxed dude of five minutes ago, right after the first call, "I can't believe Jared is putting all of this on me."
Elroy knew something major was up, Sean gazing at the ceiling and not at him. True to the fact, Sean's hands were not all over Elroy, lips kissing lips, nor any other affectionate places, just getting into the swing of things. Turning on his side, towards Sean, Elroy gives up stimulating his shaft with twists of the nip, "It's not just on you. It's on me too, you know?"
"You don't even know what it's about?" Sean turns his head.
"Of course I don't know it's about the house Jared's remodeling and how he can't wait to move Jay into it, because it's geared for handicapped living and not the dump he's living in now? What does he want now...no wait...don't tell me. He wants you and me over there, like pronto?"
Sean questions, "How do you know all that?"
"Because," Elroy plays with Sean's treasure trail, "I know Jared almost as much as he knows himself, which," finger zips down the trail, "someday, when you know him as well as I do, you will be able to read him like a book?" shifts eyes from cock to face.
"Probably almost as well as you know what can make my cock twitch?"
"You mean, this?" Elroy aggressively `attacks' Sean's bod, hands massaging the ribs, hairy chest, getting rough on the pecs.
"Oh shit, Elroy, take it easy or I'll have to wear a shirt on the beach!"
However, Elroy didn't calm down, started to really work Sean orally, to the point of biting nips, zooming down, leaving the trail wet with saliva, darting in and out of Sean's bellyhole, all in the quest of the ultimate prize!

Marco, having put Jay to bed, totally exhausted from the long day, effects of the warm bath, dressed modestly in short and tank top, comes out of the bedroom, descending upon a buffalo wing party in progress, "I hope you kids saved some for me!"
"I did!" Gary says, handing a bucket to Marco.
"Thanks," Marco smiles back, seeing a piece of a wing in the bottom. For the kid's sake, he munches on it.
Jared, siding with Marco on how, once Jay is out for the night, it's until the next morning, "What's on your slate for this evening, Marco?"
Revealing much earlier in the day, Marco tells, "I flipped a coin with Peter, on who would clean up after closing at The Nook. He lost. So, I'll be heading over there to make sure it's all ready for tomorrow's opening."
Jared was impressed. Slowly, through hopes and failures, things were coming together and the unlikeliest of people were turning out to be his strongest assets, "Thanks for doing that, Marco."
"All part of the job," Marco called it, even though he wasn't on the clock.
"Good, because I'll be in there bright and early tomorrow morning to check up on things!" Jared smiles, even though, if he choses to sleep in, he will.
"Don't forget the white gloves," Marco says with attitude, "knock yourself out."
Kyle, whom had commanded the situation with the kids, had them line up at the sink for washing up. Alex held a towel by two corners.
"Nice break those two are giving me," Laif says.
"Me too," Jared says, hands on Laif's hands.
Slipping his digits our from under Jared's, Laif says, "I'm not sure if I'm ready for a commitment just yet, Jared."
Withdrawing his hands to folding them across the middle, Jared says, "I understand. You have two nice boys there and I'm sure you want what's best for them as well."
"Are you kidding, Jared? They adore you. You heard Ethan. He's ready to make you a dad tomorrow!"
Still keeping a cool attitude, Jared says, "And maybe tomorrow you and I could work on it a little more...without any promises?"
"Thanks," Laif says.
"Hey!" Jared yells out, "Who's all up for a game of charades?"
Kyle was thinking more on bed for the kids. Alex, the same and thought, maybe allowing Justin and Eric to stay up a little later.
"I meant," Jared calms down, "after the kids are in bed?"
"Good recover," Laif mumbles, at Jared's side.
Out of the corner of his mouth, Jared says, "Thanks. As you can tell, I'm a little rusty on my `kid skills!'"
