+++Yo Ho Ho! I smell the blood of an under 18 year old boy. Better begone or else you will have to walk the plant. If your over 18, you may cruise with the "Jolly Man".

"Jolly Man" is not the real name of boat I captained ten years ago, but I dare not reveal the name for fear of imprisonment. Yes, this is the year 1910, but at the turn of the century is when these events occurred that I, Peter Marin, will share with you.

I was 23 years old, newly graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, Long Island. I answered an advert to captain a small vessel to operate off the China Coast. The ad specifically stated that the applicant must be under 25, a strange requirement.

I applied at the office located on a small slip near Wall Street. The name on the door was Gosnosian Enterprises. I entered into a one room office. A large desk almost filled the room and a large really fat man occupied most of the remaining space. He regarded me for a long time. Long enough to make me acutely uncomfortable. His eyes traveled up and down my body like a pervert might in the park. He wet his small, almost feminine lips and said, in a high pitched voice, "You'll do nicely captain."

I was taken aback. "Don't you want to hear my qualifications, Mr. Gosnosian?"

He laughed in a piercing giggle. "Mr. Gosnosian! No lad, I certainly am not that gentleman. In fact, I have never met him. I am Amos Graves, hired to interview the crew of the "Jolly Man". Surely you have heard of the mysterious billionaire?"

"Yes, possibly."

"I read your resume and I regarded your physical presence. The job is yours, unless you wish to leave."

"Oh no, I am very pleased to have my first ship command. Where is she, sir, I'd like to look her over."

He handed me an 8x10 drawing of a luxury schooner in full sail. "She has a nice steamer engine for calm times."

The vessel was not unlike the training boat that I sailed on to Europe with a classmate crew. The trip was from New York Harbor to Portsmouth, England.

"Where is she?

"Off the coast of in Macau, at present. I have your passage tickets and you will meet the vessel on your arrival. They are in this envelop as are ten one hundred dollar bills to purchase your uniform and other clothing."

I knew of Macau, it was a Portugese colony carved from the China Coast.

This was all strange. "May I have the drawing?"

He handed it to me. "I have no further use for it."

My passage was on a freighter that took on a few passengers. While it was a comfortable two week voyage (stops three times for cargo) there was not much to occupy my time. Only two staterooms were occupied and they were two elderly couples who were friends so that I was virtually excluded from their company. The captain, a John Petersen extended kindness toward me and through him I discovered the origin of the vessel I would master.

"It's the "Jolly Man" for sure. I recognize those custom lines. It belonged to Lars Linndemann, the Swedish industrialist, who last year was indicted for questionable handling of thousands of unfortunate investors. She's a beauty, and fast."

We docked in Canton and I was met by a handsome young fellow in a spiffy uniform. He introduced himself as Jamie Sparrow, my first officer.

In response to my question as to how he was hired, he explained:"I was taken on at Macau, where the ship in berthed. I had been on vacation in China when I saw the hiring notice. I've been waiting for you with great anticipation...and I must say you are a fine looking captain to whom I will serve with pleasure."

While he seemed a pleasant fellow, I thought his demeanor was somewhat overly intimate for a subordinate, but my thoughts were pushed aside as he courteously organized my luggage and directed me to a Model A Ford that was parked at the pier. I had never ridden in one of these contraptions and thoroughly enjoyed the novelty.

On the way, lst Officer Sparrow told me about the small crew and a bit about the boat. "We have two older, experienced sailors who know their sails. Then there is Mr. Wang, our fireman. He lives and works aft where the engine is placed. His bed is in the same area. He's a giant of a fellow, Chinese or Malay, doesn't talk much, he might be mute for all I know. He is a magnificent brute, just under seven feet and has muscle on muscle. He is one not to bring to anger, I should think. Then there is Frenchy, our cookie, a charming bum boy, and trained chef. Our meals are blue ribbon, you will be pleased. And should you have need of his other services, I am sure he will oblige gladly."

"How did such a talented fellow agree to take this position?"

"Yes, I am not sure, but there was some talk about his being arrested for sexual activities. The Macau constabulary is very Puritanical."

He went on to state that our first voyage would be to Jakarta. The small amount of cargo had already been loaded. There were no passengers on board nor were any expected.

"Is that the extent of the on board persons? I asked.

"Myself of course. Now Captain, you are to call on me for any service you can imagine and I will fulfill, those are my orders and my mission, sir, as directed by Mr.Gosnosian,"

"Then you met the reclusive man?"

"No, those were his orders retailed by the fat man."

"You mean that Graves fellow? He was here in Macau?"

"Yes, I believe he travels the world on missions from Gosnosian."

We had bumped along the rutted road for hours, finally Mr. Sparrow shook me by the shoulder and awakened me from a sweaty sleep.

"Thar she sits. Isn't she a beauty."

I had to whistle. It was the finest looking boat I had ever seen. Long and low with racy lines. The sails were furled now but I could imagine the majestic aspect when she was in full sail.

"I see you are pleased Captain, and therefore so am I."

I thought that the fellow just wanted to be companionable and therefore I ought to excuse his forwardness. It's likely I would enjoy his company during the voyages. In any event he was very quick to get my luggage onboard and call the crew to attention as I boarded. One of my older sailmen even blew his silver pipe. I smiled in pleasure at the formality.

I went from crew member to crew member and saluted each one and spoke briefly to each. The two deckmen seemed to be neat and salty. I was glad we had them. French was a slight blond haired boy, really. His demeanor did suggest that he was a bum boy. He smiled coquettishly at me and I frown in response. I didn't want to encourage his impertinent attitude. Wong, the fireman was missing but Mr. Sparrow whispered that he never leaves his lair, below decks.

I dismissed the crew to their duties and Mr. Sparrow led me on an inspection of every inch of the vessel. I marveled at the fine mahogany woodwork and teak decks throughout.

"The brass is well shined, Mr. Sparrow."

"Thank you Captain but this is a special grade of brass never used ships. It is called jeweler's brass and retains its shine for many weeks after polishing."

Suddenly he took my shoulder. "Dear Captain, you look pale. I suggest you rest a bit before dinner. The day has been long and tiring. May I help you to your cabin and assist you in a bath?"

I was nonplused, I know he meant well, but his offering to be a valet seemed grotesque, nevertheless I accepted his strong hand on my arm as we made our way to the cabin.

The cabin was a surprise. It was large. It boasted a double bed and bureau and wardrobe. In addition, there was a small balcony with two comfortable chairs. A Chinese red cabinet was against one wall and its doors were ajar exposing ten or twelve bottles of liquor. The last captain must have liked his cups.

"Sit down on the bed, sir."

I obeyed wearily. He went down on his knees and unlaced my shoes, then removed my socks. My own foot smell wafted up to my nose and I apologized.

"Oh no sir, it's smells fine, it's you."

My mind was spinning. What was the origin and meaning of his attitude, but I had little time to consider further as he lifted me to a standing position and unbuttoned my shirt and ordered, "Lift your arms!" I did, as if I was a child again, as my undershirt whipped over my head.

"Oh my, I have mussed your nice curly brown hair. Let me repair it."

He passed his hand over my hair and smoothed it. Now that was certainly the gesture, not of a first officer, but, but a lover. Then he put one hand against my bare chest and pushed me back to a sitting position, unbuckled my belt, pulled my trousers off and he had his hands on my drawers when I stopped him. "I don't think I'll have a bath until morning. Thanks for your solicitude. I am failing asleep as I sit here and will say goodnight now."

"Of course, sir. Sleep tight. I will just replenish your water bottle in case you get thirsty at nighty."

Now that "sleep tight" was almost insolent, but I hardly had time to consider it when I fell into a dreamless, black sleep.

I awoke the next morning and bathed. As I was toweling off, there was a tentative knock at the door, "Yes," I responded.

"May I enter, sir?"

It was Mr. Sparrow. "I brought your uniform. I brushed it and pressed it and now, if I may, allow me to assist you in donning it."

There was no way of stopping this youth from serving. I consented. The shirt, as you know has the buttons on the back and his hands seemed to shake as he secured them. Next he told me to put my hand on his shoulder as I put on the white duck trousers. Next my socks and shoes and finally the stiff collar with the black hand tied bow tie.

He held the jacket, double breasted, brass button affair. The buttons bore the crest of the Gosnosian Corporation.

"You look splendid Captain, every man on board will instantly fall in love with you, as I have."

I frown at him. "Mr. Swallow, I beg you not to be so extravagant in your praise. It is unseemly,"

Breakfast was beyond what I might have expected on this sloop. The choice of egg preparations, egg toast, three kinds of sausage, sweet rolls, excellent coffee, five kinds to choose from. I complimented French who curtsied in a very feminine way. This ship was becoming a fantastical nightmare.

After breakfast I walked every part of the ship, reacquainting myself with the various alleyways. At the end of one hall I found a double door padlocked. Later, I asked Mr. Sparrow what was inside that door and who had the key.

He said it was cargo and that it was valuable and locked to prevent the crew from tampering with it. "I have the key, Captain. You may never fear that anyone will get in that area."

When I asked him to produce it and open the lock, he blushed prettily. "Oh my Captain. I have been charged never to relinquish it to anyone."

"Even me?"

"I fear yes."

I shrugged, but this bothered me the rest of the voyage as did events when we were five days out. As the days wore on I realized that I had no duties to perform. Mr. Sparrow acted as navigator and the sail handlers doubled as helmsmen. I was becoming bored and found my thoughts turning to sexual matters.

My small library, in my cabin, contained several classical erotic books. I finished them all. Mr. Sparrow noticed that I had read them and brought me more modern erotica, some were homo erotic to my surprise. They were quite affecting and I found that I was often aroused during the day. My rather large organ was difficult to hide,

Then on this occasion I have alluded to, five days out, occurred in the morning. I slept very well each night, in fact, waking seemed difficult. If I could, I think I would have slept hours more had not James (Mr. Sparrow) awakened me with vigorous shaking of my bare shoulder. But this morning I slept on. I had vivid sexual dreams, they were most exciting and I dreamed that I was about to discharge my seed when I awoke. My bedclothes were at the foot of the bed. I lay there with my under drawers at my knees and an excited First Mate feasting on my manhood. To my shame, I realized that I was enjoying it. More than just enjoyment. I was transported. Suddenly the comely face of James turned upward and his large brown eyes stared back at me. "Should I stop?" he said huskily.

When I was reasonable composed at said to James, "This was decidedly one-sided and I feel the unfairness of it."

"May I call you Peter?" When I nodded, he continued, "It was wonderful for me as well, and..." He blushed and pointed to his exposed belly and now soft penis. His belly was coated with dripping seed. "You see, your passion communicated itself to me and I was swept to an orgasm of great intensity. Now this tender moment must remain our secret. On deck I will remain your first mate with all the respect due you. At night, however, or early morning, I hope to be the agent of your daily release."
