Chapter 142
Morgan Sheppard walked into the bedroom, his eyes meeting two blue pools of staring determination.
Ben was on his back, his legs lifted against his chest, a man on top of him, thrusting with a determined rhythm.
Ben groaned as Bryce assaulted his tight ass.
"God, you're tight, slut! A well-worked slut like you should be loose." he said, groaning, sinking deep into the man.
Morgan stared at the cameraman, his eyes meeting the other man's blue again.
"You're late, Morgan." Ben said, the man's hand going over his mouth, his other hand pinching Ben's left nipple.
"Shut up, slut! Focus on me, bitch." he said, thrusting faster, his blue eyes looking towards Morgan.
"This bitch is wild, Morgan. Thanks for the intro." he smiled, looking back at Ben.
"And here I thought I was submissive. Join the fun, Morgan." Bryce grinned, continuing to thrust into the cameraman.
Morgan slowly removed his shirt, staring at the two men on the bed.
"Get it all off, Morgan. You're next." Bryce said, staring into his blue pools.
Morgan's eyes lowered, Bryce smiling at him.
"Relax, bitch. You're getting well paid for everything I require from you. I like to see you cowered." he smiled, Morgan removing the last of his clothes, standing naked at the side of the bed.
"This slut of yours is so giving, Morgan. I see why you've kept him hanging around. He cowers to you just as greatly as you cower to me."
Morgan's eyes moved to Ben's blue, seeing the young cameraman staring at him.
"You. . .you like to be submissive, Morgan?" Ben moaned, Bryce smiling at him, continuing to thrust into him.
"You've never had him, Ben? His ass is very willing. He's really not the dominant master you think he is." Bryce said, his hand moving, slapping Morgan's firm ass, the man wincing, but remaining silent.
"He loves it rough just like you, Benny boy. Maybe I'll give you a go at him." Bryce said, his face showing a leering meanness to it.
"Whatever you wish, sir." Morgan said softly, Bryce smiling at him.
"Would you like that, Ben?" he said, the man's hands going down his naked chest, grabbing onto Morgan's soft shaft and balls.
The man gasped, feeling Bryce's hands tightening around his balls.
"That hurts!" he said, Morgan staring at Bryce.
"It's meant to, slut." Bryce said, Ben staring into his blue icy pools, then up at Morgan.
"Get on the bed, slut." Bryce said, moving back, pulling out of Ben's sweaty center.
Morgan stared at Ben, the young cameraman staring at him.
Morgan moved, climbing into the bed and laying down beside Ben.
Bryce stood at the side of the bed, staring at both naked men.
"Is everything ready?" he said, staring into Morgan's blue pools of nervous concern.
"Yes. . .yes, sir. I have the vehicle ready. And our surveillance will start tomorrow." Morgan said, Bryce smiling at him, his hand going down Morgan's muscular hairy leg.
"Good man. The time is almost at hand. You'll be paid for all your help." he smiled, Morgan staring at him.
"Thank you."
Bryce's hand slapped Morgan's balls, the man grimacing.
"Thank you, what?"
"Thank you, sir." Morgan instantly answered, staring into the two pools of intense blue madness.
He remained silent, knowing the look in Bryce's icy blue eyes.
That look of total control.
Bryce smiled, picking up a robe that lay across the steel bedpost.
He quickly put it on, staring at Ben whose blue eyes were scanning down Morgan's exposed body.
"He's all yours, Ben. I love seeing a submissive man take a dominant man. All your hidden desires for your dominant master you can now experience." he said, his body disappearing under the robe.
Ben stared at him, then at Morgan.
"I am yours, Ben." Morgan softly said, Bryce smiling at him.
"He's a good little slut, Ben. Have your fun. And he deserves it rough." Bryce said, the young man sitting down in a wing chair by the room's window.
Ben's blue eyes met Morgan's blue, their blueness closing.
Ben smiled, his hands moving across his boss' naked body.
"God, you're hot." he said, his fingers going under Morgan's balls, sinking into his ass.
Morgan trembled, the young cameraman smiling, his other hand enclosing around Morgan's left nipple.
He pinched it, the man gasping.
Ben smiled, climbing on top of the man, their bodies meshed together.
"God, I've wanted your ass for so long. And here I thought you were only a top." Ben grinned, pulling the man's legs up, Morgan's eyes still closed.
"Don't like seeing the defilement? Open your eyes, Morgan." Ben said, cupping his balls in his hands, Morgan's eyes opening wide from the pain.
"That's better. I'm going to fuck you hard, bitch." Ben said, grinning, Morgan feeling the sudden largeness fill his center.
Bryce smiled, seeing the look of shock and pain flash across Morgan's face, Ben filling him roughly.
Take all of him, slut.
He needs to know his place.
As you will as well shortly.
I need both of you to succeed in this.
And then I'll have what I want.
My Joshua.
Morgan's now mine, and you're just a slight amusement slut.
The plan's ready, and my life's dream is about to happen.
He smiled, the young man rising from his chair, discarding the robe on it.
He walked over to the bed, climbing back into it, positioning himself behind Ben, his hand running down the young man's naked back.
"How is he, Ben?" he smiled, Ben continuing to pound into Morgan, the reporter moaning and half screaming.
"He's tight, sir! Damn tight! But amazing!" the cameraman grinned, pinching both of Morgan's nipples..
Bryce smiled, moving forward.
Ben gasped, feeling the large shaft bury itself into his ass again, the weight of the man behind him making him sink deep into Morgan, the man screaming with pain.
"Perfect. He's ours for the night, Ben. And I'm going to own both of you." Bryce said, Ben beginning his thrusting again, Morgan staring up into both of their blue eyes.
He saw the total lust in Ben's desirous eyes, and he saw the total madness in Bryce's.
He knew the night ahead would be painful, he trapped in their needs.
His hung onto the only thing he could.
The money he'd make at the end of all this.
From both sides of the equation.
He closed his eyes again, thinking of the new offer on the table.
Bryce smiled, moving back, slipping out of Ben, moving to the head of the bed, Ben staring at him, continuing to thrust into Morgan.
"The best of both worlds, Benny boy." Bryce smiled, his shaft disappearing into Morgan's mouth, Bryce having forced his lips apart.
Ben smiled, loving the feeling of Morgan's center.
"Fuck him harder, slut." Bryce smiled, Morgan gagging on Bryce's hardness filling his throat.
Ben smiled, increasing his rhythm.
He failed to see the madness showing in Bryce's eyes.
The bed creaked as Morgan submitted to their ownership.
"A Curucuar? What is that, Luke?" Lance said, two violet pools staring at him.
"That is the answer to perhaps everything." Lucas said, Lance's green pools staring at him.
Their conversation was interrupted by a new voice.
"The last game's about to end, babe." Justin said, he and Josh walking into the living room, both smiling at their men.
Lucas smiled as Josh sat down beside him, his arms going around his man.
"Having fun, babe?" he smiled, Lucas smiling at him, looking towards Justin.
"Not as much fun as you just had, boys." he smiled, Lance still staring at him, Lucas' eyes meeting his.
"We'll talk about this tomorrow, Lancy. Right now, your man needs some loving. And you two need to win the next game." he smiled, Lance slowly nodding his head, staring at Lucas.
"Alright, Luke." he said, Justin sitting down in his man's lap, kissing his lips, Lance smiling at him.
"It could be you and me against Lucas and Roy for the championship, babe." he smiled, Lucas smiling at him.
"Want to place a side bet, Timberlake?" he said, Justin smiling at him.
"Sure thing, Carver. I'm game for anything." he grinned, Josh laughing.
"He's got that look, babe. You may regret this."
Lucas smiled, staring into Justin's blue pools.
"I'll never regret anything he has to offer."
Justin smiled, kissing Lucas' cheek.
"What's your bet, beautiful?"
Lucas smiled, looking at Justin and Lance.
"Losers cook breakfast for the winners tomorrow." he smiled, Justin smiling.
"I don't like my eggs runny, bitch."
Lucas laughed, smiling at him.
"And I like my slaves in thongs, sexy." Lance smiled, Lucas laughing again.
"I'm sure Roy would go for that."
All four laughed, Lucas smiling at his friends.
"Keep it decent, horn dogs." he smiled, the three men smiling at him.
"Sounds great, Lucky. I love your chocolate chip pancakes." Lance smiled, Lucas smiling at him.
"I'll give you the recipe then, Chef Boyardee."
Justin laughed, smiling at Lucas.
Roy walked into the living room, smiling at Lucas as well.
"Looks like it's down to us four, Luke. Finn and Andrew didn't have enough points to pass Justin and Lance." he smiled, Justin high-fiving Lance.
Lucas smiled, climbing back into his wheelchair.
"On to victory, Roy. Let's not be too hard on them." Lucas said, Roy laughing.
Justin rose to his feet, smiling at Lucas.
"You wish! You're going down, Joshy's clan! No mercy!" Justin smiled, high-fiving Lance again, Lance smiling at his man's enthusiasm as he stood up.
"What he said." he smiled at Roy, Lucas smiling at him.
The four walked into the kitchen, Josh smiling and following them.
The Next Morning
Josh opened his eyes, feeling the warmth surrounding him.
He smiled, moving to his right, staring into two violet pools.
"Good morning, my love." Lucas smiled, their lips meeting.
Josh tasted the lemon scent on Lucas' lips, smiling.
"Someone's been up for a while. The lemony taste of beauty. And my breath must be atrocious." he smiled, Lucas kissing his lips again.
"About twenty minutes. I brushed and gargled, then came back and laid beside my beautiful man watching him sleep. And your breath tastes of my love, my intoxicating angel." Lucas said, Josh feeling the man's hand on his naked hip, rubbing it.
"I did indeed devour a beauty last night." Josh smiled, Lucas' head going against his shoulder.
"As did I. It was nice to have your love all to myself." Lucas smiled, Josh kissing his forehead.
"That it was. But I do miss them, Lucky. Justin's such a beautiful clinger in the morning. It's nice to be wrapped in all your needful love."
Lucas smiled, lifting his head, kissing his man's lips again.
"I miss them too, my love. But they should be here soon." Lucas smiled, Josh chuckling.
"The look on Justin's face when you laid down Gin and won last night. He was stunned, as was Lance. You're a master at everything, my love." Josh said, Lucas smiling, moving on top of his man.
Josh felt the man's desires against his abdomen, Lucas smiling at him.
"A master in all domains." he smiled, kissing Josh's lips again.
The two men heard the front door buzzer going off downstairs, Lucas smiling, snuggling against his man.
"Colton's up, he'll let them in." he said, Josh looking at the nightstand clock, the hour reading seven.
"You're rubbing off on Justin, babe. He's never up this early." Josh smiled, the young man smiling at him, his hands running across Josh's naked chest.
"He was awakened by his soulmate's love this morning. Lance is always an early riser like myself. You, on the other hand, are just a riser." Lucas smiled, his hand latching onto Josh's hard shaft under the covers.
"Oh, Luke! You're frisky this morning." Josh said, Lucas smiling, lowering his head and licking Josh's right nipple.
"Must be the audience of voyeurs." he smiled, turning his head, smiling at two heads showing in the now open bedroom door.
Josh smiled, watching Lance and Justin walk into the room, Lance closing the door behind them.
Justin ran across the room, diving on top of Lucas, knocking him off Josh, his clothed body now on top of the younger man, the man's lips against his.
Josh smiled, the covers ripped off his naked body, Lance smiling and walking across the room, sitting down on the bed beside Josh, his green pools scanning Josh's naked body.
"Looks like the flags are flying high this morning. We arrived just in time."
Justin smiled, breaking his kiss with Lucas, staring at Josh's risen shaft.
"Did we interrupt?" he smiled, Lucas leaning up and kissing his neck.
"Yes, you did, horn dog. Good morning to you, too. Planning on taking this baby for a ride? Shift me out of neutral first." Lucas smiled, feeling Justin's hand wrapped around his hard shaft.
Justin smiled, leaning over and kissing Josh lightly on the lips, Josh feeling his love.
"Good morning to both of you. We both missed you." he smiled, Josh smiling at him.
"Yeah, right! I see the happiness in your eyes, horndog. Someone was riding the monster last night."
"And this morning." Lucas smiled.
Lance laughed, smiling widely, moving and kissing both naked men on the lips, both smiling at his showing love.
"It was amazing as always. But something was missing. Your two loves." he smiled, Lucas smiling at him.
"Our love is always in your hearts, guys." he smiled, Lance smiling at him.
"And in our hands." Lance smiled, wrapping his hand around Josh's hard shaft, Josh moaning.
"We're here to honor our wager, Luke." Lance smiled, Lucas smiling at him.
"I'd sooner have you honor my ass, Lancy. I miss the monster." Josh smiled, Lucas chuckling, Justin's fingers rubbing Lucas' left nipple.
Lance smiled, seeing the love in Josh's eyes for his beauty.
"Lucas said to keep it decent, horndog. We're here to wow you with our culinary skills." he smiled, all three men smiling into his green pools.
"To the kitchen, bitches!" Lucas said, Josh laughing, Justin smiling, a soft blush showing on his handsome face.
"I'd sooner stay here. Looks like more is cooking here." he smiled, Lucas smiling at him.
"Alright, horndog. Lance and I will head for the kitchen and get things started. You need some Joshua." Lucas smiled, Justin smiling and rising off his naked body, letting go of Lucas' hard shaft, the organ slapping against his abdomen.
"Looks like you have your own needs, Luke." he smiled, Lance smiling at him as well.
"I have all I need--The three of my love."
All three smiled, Lance rising and handing Lucas his t-shirt and shorts, pulling his wheelchair over towards the bed.
Lucas smiled, Justin smiling at him.
"Let me, Lucky." he said, taking the shorts from Lucas, Lucas smiling and laying back, Justin slowly dressing him.
"He's even hotter putting your clothes back on. Timberlake the stud!"
Justin smiled, his fingers rubbing against Lucas' still hard shaft, his hands having pulled the shorts up his muscular legs, the shorts still open.
"One's happy when one has so much beauty to work with. Sure you don't need some release too, sexy?"
Lucas smiled, his eyes meeting Lance's.
"I'll put the coffee on." he smiled, kissing all three on the cheek, walking out of the room, closing the door behind him.
Josh smiled, Lucas gasping as he felt Justin's lips encase his hard shaft.
Josh moaned as well, feeling Justin's hand wrap around his own shaft.
The two looked at each other, Lucas smiling into Josh's blue pools.
"He's ours, my love. And his love is beautiful."
Justin smiled, releasing Lucas' wet shaft, diving onto Josh's hardness.
Josh gasped, Lucas smiling.
"You're way too overdressed, Jus." he said, Justin pulling off Josh's hardness, his hands moving.
The three smiled at each other, Justin's nakedness returning to their opening arms.
Lucas smiled, wheeling into the kitchen, Justin and Josh following.
Colton smiled at the three men, he and Lance at the stove and counter.
"Coffee's ready, Dad." Colton said, Justin hugging the young man, kissing his cheek.
"Hand over the spatula, Emeril. That's my job." he smiled, Colton smiling at him.
"Yeah, I heard you and Lance are Lucas' and Roy's bitches this morning."
Lucas laughed, Colton leaning down and hugging him tightly, then hugging Josh.
"That we are. Go join your heartthrob at the table, Colt. He looks lovesick." Justin smiled, Colton smiling into his handsome face.
"That he's not, Jus. Your brother's smiling isn't he?" he smiled, Jonathan smiling from the table.
"That he is, Colt. Must be all the love in this house."
Colton smiled, looking towards Lucas, the young man now wheeled up to the table, hugging Jonathan.
"Morning happiness, Jus. I tasted it on your own lips. Lucky you." Colton smiled.
Justin blushed, Lance laughing.
"Sit down, squirt." Justin smiled, Colton kissing his cheek, walking over to the table and sitting down in Jonathan's lap, the young man's arms wrapping around him, Colton's head going against his chest.
Lucas smiled, Josh sitting down beside him.
"The others are stirring. I hope you'll cook enough, boys." Lucas smiled, Lance smiling at him.
"You're happy with that, aren't you, Luke?" he said, Lucas smiling, Josh smiling at the happiness showing on his face.
"I'm surrounded by family, Lance. The house is filled with love. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone." he smiled, Josh leaning in and kissing his lips.
"Happy Thanksgiving, my love."
Everyone smiled, the kitchen beginning to fill with aromas of food.
Finn walked into the kitchen, Skyler wrapped in his arms.
"The first victim. Morning, beautiful." Lucas smiled, Finn smiling at him.
"Morning, sexy." he said, Skyler chuckling.
"I was talking about your beautiful girlfriend, Ego Boy." Lucas smiled, wheeling up to his friends, Skyler leaning down and hugging him.
"How are you feeling, Sky?" he said, kissing her cheek, her blue eyes staring into his.
"I feel all the love and life around me." he said, Skyler smiling at him.
"Just a bit of morning sickness, Lukey. It'll pass."
"Could have been something you ate, my love." Finn said, Lucas bursting into laughter, smiling at Skyler.
"A late night snack or did this man beg you again?"
Skyler burst out into laughter, Finn blushing.
Lucas laughed, the Welshman smiling at him, leaning down and hugging him.
"You're a mirthful smartass this morning, Lukey. Got your Timberlake fix early, did we? I heard the sounds from your room. The boy's a screamer." Finn smiled, Justin blushing.
"I. . .I didn't stay here last night." he said, Finn smiling, his arm going around the man, kissing his cheek.
"I know, Jus. But you came this morning."
Lucas laughed again, Josh joining him, Jonathan smiling at his brother.
Justin blushed, smiling at Finn.
"I'm not that hungry this morning. I already had a sandwich." he grinned, Finn rolling his eyes, Lucas laughing.
"Too much info, perv!" Finn smiled, slapping Justin's back.
"Back to the stove, wench!"
Lucas laughed, Roy smiling at him, he and his wife walking into the kitchen, Lucas' family following them.
"He's more of a taskmaster than even Luke." Justin smiled, Roy smiling back.
"You're cooking for me now, Justin. You need to focus, son." he smiled, Lucas receiving a kiss from Josh's mother and father.
"Got that right, Dad. I'm as hungry as you." he smiled, Roy laughing.
"It's nice to have personal chefs." he grinned, Lance and Justin both blushing at him.
"For one meal, cheaters." Justin said, Lucas smiling at him.
"You never saw the magic of my fingers, Jus." he winked, Justin and Lance both looking surprised, Lucas laughing.
"You're both so gullible. We won fair and square." he smiled, Roy high-fiving him.
The two men smiled, Justin leaning down and kissing Lucas' cheek.
"Payback's a biatch, smartass. I'll show you what fingers can do."
Lucas winked again, the young man hugged by all his family, everyone exchanging greetings of Thanksgiving wishes.
Harry and Alain walked into the kitchen, the two hand in hand, both greeted by everyone.
Behind them walked Justin's and Lance's parents as well as Finn's and Skyler's, more greetings exchanged.
"The patio tables are set up, everyone. The slaves are at work and the meal's near ready." Justin smiled, his mother kissing his cheek.
"Feeding an army, son?" she smiled, Lucas smiling up at her.
"Feeding a family, Lynn." he said, Justin smiling at him.
"The urns are filled with coffee and tea. Relax in the morning sunshine everyone. We'll eat soon." Lance said, everyone smiling, grabbing mugs off the counter, Lucas smiling as he and Josh moved out onto the patio.
Lucas sighed, wiping his lips with his napkin, Justin smiling at him.
"Worthy of praise, my lord?" he smiled, Lucas smiling at him.
"Indeed, cooks of our hearts." he smiled, Lance smiling beside his man.
Everyone gave their own praise, the two men smiling, thanking everyone.
"Worthy of my praise as well, Justin. Those omelettes were heaven." Roy said, his wife rolling her eyes.
"As the three you devoured showed, my love." she said, Roy smiling and kissing her cheek.
"A fed man is a easy man to catch, sweetie. You've been slowing me down for years." he winked, everyone laughing, Karen blushing, slapping his shoulder.
"Took you long enough to realize, Roy. Lisa's been doing the same." Randall smiled, Lisa kissing his cheek, Karen kissing Roy's.
"They're on to us, Lisa." she smiled, Lucas laughing.
"You have to keep the love flowing. I'm looking forward to years of taming my tiger here just as easily." he said, Josh smiling at him, leaning in and kissing his lips.
"You overcome me with your cuisine and your love, my angel." he smiled, Lucas smiling at him.
"So what have you planned for today, Luke?" Harry smiled, Lucas smiling around at everyone.
"It's Thanksgiving Day. I believe football is the custom. On the television and in the backyard." he smiled, all the men smiling, old and young.
"Sweet! I've always wanted to tackle Justin!" Colton grinned, Justin blowing him a kiss.
"In your dreams, squirt. You're on my team." he said, Colton beaming, Jonathan kissing his cheek.
"The Timberlake team always wins." he said, Randall high-fiving his son.
"Ah, a challenge!" Finn said, clapping his hands together.
"We'll pick teams after breakfast guys. Four teams for the semis and two for the final later today." Josh said, everyone agreeing.
"Now if it was soccer, we Welshmen would destroy you." Finn grinned, Lucas smiling at him.
"Something tells me a few American singers are going to be tackled by a rough Welshman." Lucas said, Finn laughing.
"I'll try not to hurt their egos or their prissy bodies." he laughed, Sean laughing beside his son.
"No roughhousing, Finnegan." Momma Mavis said, Finn blushing.
"Okay, Mom."
"Aww, Momma Mavis! We want to tackle Finny!" Alain said, batting his eyes, Finn laughing.
"You're on my team, Alain. I'm not having you charging at me. The boy wants me bad!"
Harry laughed, kissing his man's cheek, Alain smiling at the Welshman.
"I have more than enough in my Harry's arms, thanks. And less hair."
Finn laughed, giving the black man a thumbs up.
"We'll organize lunch, Lucas." Karen said, the other women agreeing, the young man smiling at Roy.
"They're plotting, guys." he said, Roy laughing.
"My wife makes a mean taco salad, Luke." he said, Karen kissing his cheek.
"Uncle Gideon will be here after lunch to organize the bigger meal. He's been slow roasting the birds last night and this morning at home." Colton smiled, Jonathan kissing his cheek.
"Yummy, turkey! My fav!" he said, Randall smiling at the young man.
"I hope they're big? There are a lot of hungry Timberlake men around here."
"Three twenty-five pounders, sir." Colton smiled, Lucas smiling at him.
"And what about our family, Colt?" he said, Colton laughing.
"I'm sure we can pick through the bones after they're done."
Lucas laughed, smiling at the young man.
Lance's green pools were looking at the young man as well, Lucas quietly looking at him.
"We never finished our conversation from yesterday, Luke." Lance said, Lucas' violet pools meeting his green.
Everyone looked between the two men, Lucas sighing, Josh's hand going to his shoulder.
"What conversation?" he said, Lucas looking at Lance.
"Our dear friend here is tenacious, in his love and his warm heart." he said, Lance softly smiling at him.
"I care about those I love." he said, Justin looking at his man, then at Lucas.
"Everything alright, Luke?" Justin said, Lucas' violet pools looking towards Colton, the young man seated with Jonathan, their arms around each other.
"Everything's as it should be." he said, Colton staring at him.
"Meaning what, Dad?"
"Meaning that life gives us surprises, my young friend." he said, Lucas drinking from his coffee cup, then setting it down in front of him.
Lance looked at him, seeing the reflective resolve in his violet pools.
"Lucas and I had a conversation last night about what's been going on around here the last few days."
"What do you mean, Lance? What's happened?" Emerson said, looking towards his grandson, he seated with his wife and children.
Lance stared at Lucas, the other two of his love staring at him as well.
"I've been watching him for the last few weeks. I'm not sure if any of you all caught it, but he's been saying some unusual things and he's been watching all of us."
Everyone looked at the young man, Lucas smiling at everyone.
"Just voicing some things out loud, and I'll always watch those I love. My love is ever protective."
Everyone smiled, staring at the young man.
"You said yesterday that it came down to your choice. You never said what that choice was. You deflected your own words with dinner preparations." Lance said, Josh staring at Lucas.
"You said last night that you sense a change coming, Luke. That a phrase of uncertainty was echoing through your mind." Lance said.
"What is the phrase, son?" Tristan said, looking at his son, his green pools meeting two violet pools of showing love.
Lucas stared at Lance, then sighed again.
"'To save love one makes a choice against the greater good. The result may be everything, or it may be the unleashing of the greater reality. Love is coming, destiny faces its own truths.'"
Josh mulled the words over in his mind, their meaning lost to him as well.
"It sounds like a prophecy, Luke." Emerson said, Lucas nodding.
"Lance said the same thing. And you may both be correct."
Josh's hand went in his man's, the two trading looks.
"You said that a greater reality has shown itself." Lance said, staring at the young man.
"What reality, Lucky?" Josh said, staring with love at his man.
"It's the reality of all your love. I have the love I was always destined to have." Lucas said, everyone smiling at him.
"You earned that love with your own giving love, Luke." Finn said, Lucas smiling at his friend.
The next words out of Lance's mouth surprised everyone.
"You said that you knew what you had to do to walk again, Luke."
Everyone looked shocked, staring at the young man, Lucas looking towards Colton, the young man staring at him.
"You can make yourself walk again, Luke? With your great magic?" the young man said, Lance staring at him.
"No, Colt. He said that you have the magic to heal him." Lance said, all eyes widening with surprise, staring at the young man.
Colton looked surprised, staring at the young man in the wheelchair, Lucas' violet pools lowering.
The patio was silent, everyone staring between the two young men.
"My. . .my magic is nothing against yours, Luke. I haven't that great a power."
Lucas' violet pools raised, looking around the patio, his eyes meeting his father's and his grandfather's.
"There are greater magical things upon this earth that would overpower even my magic, Colton. I am not the most magical of beings." he said, Josh's hand squeezing his.
"I don't like the sound of that, Lucky."
Lucas smiled his Josh smile at him, kissing his cheek.
"I worded that wrong, my love. I meant to say that there is magic in many varieties. In many families and past generations. The journal has opened its soul to me finally. I have read of the past and the present. I now know what's going on on both sides of the realm."
"On both sides? What do you mean, Luke?" Emerson said, the young man staring at his grandfather.
"I know most of the past of all of us, Grandfather. And I know of the meaning of those that surround me."
Everyone looked at the young man, Colton staring into his violet pools.
"It has something to do with me?" the young man said, Lucas smiling at him.
"The one who loves your soul surprised the hell out of me a few weeks ago, Colton."
Colton looked at Jonathan, the young man staring at Lucas.
"Me, Luke? What. . .what did I do?" he said, Lucas smiling at him.
"You gave me the connection, Jon. The connection to the truth of the hidden clan of Carlisles. To Colton's and Gideon's families' existence." he said, the young man moving from his position, wheeling around the table, stopping beside Colton, Lance's green pools following Lucas.
Lucas took Colton's hand in his, staring into his blue eyes.
"You are the future of all of us, Colton. You are the Curucuar."
Colton looked confused, staring at Lucas.
"The. . .the curator?" he said, Lucas smiling at him.
"No, Colt. It's the Curucuar, my friend. A name entrenched in the forgotten past of many clans." he said, his eyes moving, staring at one young face showing a shocked look of awe, another face beside him just as deeply shocked.
"That. . .that can't be, Luke!"
All eyes moved, staring at Harry who'd spoken.
His hand had gone into Alain's, the black man staring with shock as well at the two young men.
"The plot thickens." Lucas softly said, Harry staring at him.
"Yes, my cousin of love. I know that name means much to you, to you and your brothers, the Seguaci Dellunico."
Savannah and her mother stared at the two men, Harry's blue pools lowering.
"It is a name lost in the realms of our past, Lucas. A name spoken not of life but of myth." he said, Lucas staring at him, his violet pools looking at Colton again.
"Myths have a way of coming to life, everyone. I'm now looking at one." he said, Colton staring at him.
"What. . .what do you mean, Luke? I'm. . .I'm real." he said, Lucas smiling at him, leaning forward and kissing his cheek.
"We all know that, Colt. We all feel your love." he said, the young man staring at him.
"What. . .what is the. . .the Curucuar?" he said, looking towards Harry.
"It is the name of a being of immense magic and forgotten purpose. Our archives listed it as a sign of the coming of the One." Harry said, Alain staring at his man.
"The One is already here, Harry." Lucas said, Harry staring at him.
"You, Luke?" he said, Lucas staring at him.
"I am what you need me to be, my friend. But I am also more." he said, Josh staring at his man.
"What does all this mean, Luke? What's going on here?" he said, Lucas looking towards Lance, then into his man's blue eyes.
He turned, staring at Colton.
"You and I were always destined to meet, my young friend. For our magic and our love would always draw us to each other."
"Really, Luke?"
All eyes turned, Gideon standing in the patio's doorway, Lucas staring at him.
"You're early, Gid." he smiled, the young lawyer walking out of the house, Nick and Gio following him.
"The food's all ready, just some last minute prepping." he said, staring at his nephew.
"I heard most of this, Luke. What's going on here?" he said, Nick's hand going to his shoulder, hearing the seriousness in Gideon's voice.
"Life, my friend. Life, love and truth." Lucas said, Gideon staring at him.
"I heard that name once, Lucas. My mother spoke of it to me. And to what it was. A child's bedtime story." Gideon said, his blue eyes meeting Harry's blue.
"All of the Brotherhood knows of it as well. But myths and stories are based on fact." Lucas said, both men looking at him.
Lucas pulled something out of his wheelchair's leather sleeve, everyone staring at the old journal in his hand.
"The journal speaks its truth, the past resonating in my soul and mind. I know what your brotherhood was created for. What's its true purpose was through the generations."
Harry stood up, staring at Lucas.
"I am the head of the Seguaci Dellunico, Lucas. We stand for truth, protection and courage."
Lucas smiled, staring at his cousin.
"I know that, Harold. You are as courageous a leader as the other forty-nine before you." he said, Harry looking surprised, the young man returning to his seat, Alain's arm going around him.
"How did you know I was the fiftieth?"
Lucas patted the journal in his hand, setting it down on the table.
"From the written words of my ancestor's hand, Harold. From my grandfather's grandfather's own father. The beginnings of the lineage of the Brotherhood."
Savannah looked surprised, staring at her son.
"That's impossible, Lucas! The Brotherhood has always been stalwart souls of Carlisle lineage!" she said, Lucas' eyes meeting hers.
"That is true, Mom. That has never changed."
Emerson looked confused, staring at his grandson.
"What do you mean, Luke? That's impossible. My grandfather's father was a Belmont. Archer Belmont was his name. His statue stands in the circle of ancestry in Kurucu's Haven."
"I never said he was a Carlisle, Grandfather. He was a true Belmont of courage and faith."
"You're confusing us, Luke." Finn said, Lucas smiling at his friend.
"You need to wear off that large breakfast, Finny." he said, Finn smiling at him.
"Go on, Luke. Tell us what's going on." Lance said, Lucas staring at him.
His eyes moved, staring at Harry.
"What is the basis of the heritage of your Brotherhood, Harry? What do you know of its history?"
The young man looked around at everyone, his eyes stopping on Lucas' violet pools.
"I will tell you the gist of it, our heritage sacred to all of us. We have always been shrouded in protective secrecy." he said, Lucas nodding.
"I know, Harry. For very good reasons." he said, Harry staring at him, then looking around at everyone.
"Our brotherhood began a long time ago, Lucas. We can trace our heritage back through to the middle ages. Our first leader was a knight of the Crusades. Our brotherhood was established as a sect of protective truth and faith." Harry said, everyone looking at him with awed wonder.
"That far back? To the Crusades?" Finn said with surprise, staring at the young bodyguard.
"Yes, Finn. Our family is deep within the past of many nations." Harry said, Lucas staring at him.
"As long and courageous as the Belmont clan, Harry." he said, Harry staring at his cousin.
"Yes, Luke. Our families seem to have intertwined all through history." he said, Savannah and Tristan staring at the young man.
"Yes they have, Har. In many ways. Showing and hidden." Lucas said, Josh staring at his man.
"Your words seem etched with mystery, Lucas." Emerson said, Lucas smiling at his grandfather.
"Our history is mysterious in many ways, Grandfather." he said, Emerson nodding.
"But you seem to now know all the mysteries, son." Tristan said, Lucas smiling at his father.
"Not all, but some, Dad. Now isn't the time for stories of the past. It's the holidays. A time for love and family. My friend here drew out the intrigue due to his concerned love." Lucas said, smiling at Lance.
"I felt the quietness in your soul, Lucas. You voiced that intrigue in your words." he said, Lucas smiling at him.
Colton's hand went on Lucas' shoulder, the young man's violet pools meeting his blue.
"You still haven't said what that name means, Luke. What. . .what it means for me." he said, Lucas smiling at him.
"Yes, I guess I haven't." he said, smiling at Colton, then looking at Jonathan.
"You gave me the connecting truth, Jon. In the love you have for your young friend. The elf of your heart as you called him." Lucas said, smiling at Colton.
"The Curucuar means in old Latin, The Bowman."
Everyone looked surprised, staring at the young blond haired man.
"A. . .a bowman? You mean because I love to use a bow you think I'm some kind of lost warrior?" Colton said, Lucas smiling at him.
"No, Colt. You are neither a warrior nor lost, my young friend. You're right where you're supposed to be. Here in my love."
"This all sounds mystical, ancient and historical, Luke. Like a story out of a knight's fable." Andrew said, Lucas smiling at the lawyer.
"Welcome to the world of my past, Drew. My families are steeped in ancient history, magic, courage, mysticism and valour. Colton here may be the joining factor." Lucas said, Colton staring at him, softly blushing.
"I'm just a kid, Luke." he said, Jonathan's arm going around the young man.
"You are a young man with a courageous soul, Colt. And with a giving, loving heart." Jonathan said, Colton smiling at his boyfriend.
"What is the purpose of this bowman, Luke?" Lance said, Lucas staring at him.
"That will come to be shown, Lance. In the deeds of others and in the needs of all." Lucas said, Josh staring at him.
"You seem to be evading something, my love." Josh said, Lucas smiling at him.
"Not evading, my love. Just skirting around the realities I find myself surrounded by." he said, Colton staring at him.
"I love you, Lucas. If you want me to be this. . .this mysterious person. . .I will do it for you." Colton said, Gideon staring at his nephew.
"This sounds dangerous, Luke." he said, Lucas looking at Gideon.
"There is no danger to Colton's self, Gideon. He's surprisingly the safest of all of us." Lucas said, everyone staring again at the young man.
Lucas' eyes went around the tables, everyone meeting his violet pools.
"Colton is the Curucuar, as I have said. A man of myth, magic and reality. He possesses within himself a great magic, a magic unknown to even himself. One day in the future the truth of that magic and what its purpose is will be shown to everyone." Lucas said, the young man taking the younger man's hand in his.
"I did not want to worry you with tales of lost warriors or ominous truths on the horizon. I only wanted you to know that I have total faith in you, my friend. In the magic of your love, in the magic of your past and present self. You're going to surprise the hell out of all of us." Lucas smiled, Colton softly smiling at him.
"I think you're the surprising one, Luke." Gideon said, Lucas smiling at him.
"Your nephew is safe within my protective love, as are all of you. The bowman of our hearts can take care of himself. He's already shown that courage. Let's leave this at one moment. The past will show itself to all of us. And a few persons of great worth will show their courage and love." Lucas said, everyone quietly staring at him.
"You're not going to tell us what you know, are you?" Finn said, Lucas smiling at his old friend.
"The path warrants the seclusion of its hidden realities. Trust in me, my friends, to show what needs to be shown when it needs to be."
"Alright, Luke." Colton said, Jonathan's arm going around him.
"You, a mystical bowed warrior, Colt? I've fallen in love with a fascinating young man." he smiled, Colton smiling at him, seeing the unchanged love in Jonathan's blue pools.
"I'm just me, Jonah." he said, Lucas smiling at both young men.
"As we all are, Colt. We are ourselves." he said, his violet pools meeting Gideon's blue.
"The path moves as it must, everyone. Let's deal with all that after the new year. Right now, we're joined as a family. The games are about to begin, my friends. Let's organize the teams. I'll be referee." Lucas smiled, everyone smiling at him, seeing the relaxed calmness on his face.
"Sweet! Alain and Harry are with me." Finn grinned, the two smiling at him.
"And I'll snag Dad and my bros." Justin smiled, Randall smiling at his son, Jonathan and Colton rising from their seats.
"And we'll organize lunch." Karen smiled, the women rising from the tables, the men rising as well, groups starting to join.
Josh stared at his man, Lucas smiling at him.
"Anything we need to discuss, my love?" he said, Lucas leaning in and kissing his lips.
"Nothing but my future, my love. The future of your total love."
Josh smiled, Andrew's hand going to his shoulder.
"Lance has picked you and me, Josh. I think he's grabbing Tristan as well." the man smiled, Josh and Lucas both smiling at him.
"The teams are finalizing. I'll meet you all out on the grass." Lucas smiled, the young man wheeling down the ramp, heading out into the backyard.
Josh watched him go, Lance walking up to his side.
"He's hiding something, Josh." Lance said, Josh nodding his head.
"I know, Lance." Josh said, Tristan's hand going to his shoulder.
"My son's soul is a protective one, Josh. It carries a lot within it. I trust him completely to let us know what's going on, as he said. His word I take as truth."
Josh smiled, nodding.
"As do I, Dad. My love is his."
Tristan smiled, he and Josh discussing strategy with Lance and Andrew.
The morning and afternoon saw the home filled with joyous laughter, sport and gregarious male testosterone.
Four teams played together, the football flying, the men enjoying themselves greatly.
Even Emerson joined the fun, his athleticism showing, his older form seemingly more youthful than his years belied.
Lucas surveyed all of it, the young man refereeing the matches.
Finn's team edged out Lance's team in the first game, Justin's team victorious over Gideon's team comprising of Gideon, Roy, Gio and Nick.
Paul had joined Finn's team, the team one player short of four.
The final match was between Finn's team of him, Paul, Alain and Harry, against Justin's team.
The game was close, Finn's team edging them by one touchdown.
All the women cheered around the backyard, the other male players screaming with happiness.
Finn was beaming with happiness, Alain and Harry carrying him off the field, Paul laughing behind them, slapping Finn's butt.
Lucas smiled as his friend walked up to him, the Welshman grinning widely.
"Well played, Finnegan." Sean smiled, beaming at his son with pride.
Sean had had to sit out the games, his wife nixing his involvement, the man recovering from a bout of gout.
"Thanks, Dad! I live for the challenge!" he grinned, Justin walking up to the men.
"You cheated, Finny! You distracted me!" he said, Finn grinning at him, the Welshman wearing no shirt, his sweating hairy torso showing.
"I knew the shirt off would totally disorient you. Hence me flexing." Finn laughed, posing with his arms.
Justin pouted, staring at the masculine, muscled Welshman.
Lance's arm went around his man, kissing his cheek.
"He's always had a weakness for showing beauty. Kudos on using all the tricks, Finny." Lance smiled, Justin blushing.
"Great game, Finny. Congrats to all four of you." Justin said, extending his hand, Finn smiling and shaking it, his teammates shaking the other team's hands as well, Lucas smiling in front of them.
"Finny's Phantoms are victorious over Justin's Jaguars. Congrats to all four of you." Lucas smiled, everyone clapping, Josh smiling at his man, the man having walked out of the house, carrying a large box.
Finn, Alain, Harry and Paul all smiled, taking in everyone's applause.
Lucas smiled, Josh setting the box down beside Lucas' wheelchair, Lucas opening it.
"First prize goes to Finn, Paul, Alain and Harry. Finn's Phantoms!" he smiled, handing each of the four a gift wrapped box, each smiling and taking them, shaking his hand.
"Second prize goes to Justin's Jaguars. Congrats, Justin, Jonathan, Randall and Colton." Lucas smiled, handing each of them a smaller gift wrapped box, each smiling and shaking his hand, everyone clapping.
"And the consolation prizes go to the last two teams. Lance's Lancers and Gideon's Giants." Lucas smiled, pulling out gift wrapped bottles, the eight men smiling, taking the offered gifts, Lucas shaking all their hands.
"A great fun afternoon, everyone. But the day's not over. The pool awaits. Let's all relax and enjoy the sun. Our chefs here should be heading into the kitchen." he smiled, Gideon and Colton both smiling at him.
"It should be all ready by six, Luke." Gideon said, Lucas smiling at him.
"Buffet style, under the evening's warmth." Lucas said, everyone smiling at him.
Finn's eyes looked up from the package he'd opened, smiling at his friend.
"This is awesome, Luke! Top of the line! Apple's latest version!" he said, raising his iPad, everyone smiling at him.
"Nothing but the best for our champions, Finny." Lucas smiled, Finn smiling back.
"Awesome watch too, Luke!" Justin said, looking at the Samsung watch he held in his hand, Colton and Jonathan cooing over theirs.
"You're never on time, Jus. I knew you'd lose." Lucas smiled, Lance laughing, Justin blushing.
"And we'll have the wine at dinner. Thanks, Luke." Roy said, raising his bottle of expensive French wine.
"Already taken care of, Dad. That's for you and the missus for a rainy night." Lucas smiled, Karen kissing her man's cheek.
"The spice of life, Luke." she smiled, Roy laughing.
"I love nibbling at her toes. Might as well be wine flavoured."
Everyone laughed, Karen blushing, slapping her man's shoulder.
Lucas laughed, everyone heading for the house, heading for their swimsuits and the pool.
Josh smiled, picking up the empty box; he, Justin and Lance walking towards the house as well.
Lucas sighed, his violet pools scanning around the backyard.
He saw a soft shadow disappear around the house's left side, the young man's violet pools softly glowing.
I know you heard the words, my friend.
And I know you watch.
Now I just have to figure out why you're here.
And what it means.
I feel the shadow of truth coming.
I sense its meaning.
For him, I'll risk everything.
I can't live without his love.
And I'll do what I must do.
I sense they do as well.
Shades of life come as they must.
"Coming, my love?" Josh said, Lucas' eyes moving, staring into two sets of blue and a set of green.
The three men had stopped when they'd sensed Lucas hadn't followed them.
Lucas smiled at all three.
"Later, my love. When we convince these two to stay over."
Justin beamed, Lance smiling widely.
Josh laughed, smiling at his man.
Lucas smiled, wheeling towards them, the four heading towards their families.
End of Chapter 142
And so Thanksgiving begins.
A gathering of several families under one roof.
A roof shrouded in mysterious words and hidden magic.
What or who exactly is the Curucuar?
It seems Lucas is evasive about that truth.
Is Colton really the answer to everything?
Who or what is the shadow Lucas saw in the backyard?
Is someone watching him?
Is it the Watcher?
Or is Joshua lurking around again?
It seems Lucas is aware of something else.
What could that be?
A lot of questions in need of answers.
Read on, I'll try and sort it all out for you.
But who knows where my mind wanders.
You could be in for some real surprises.
Hugs, Angel.
