Westlife Romance - Part 11
For the rest of the day, Kian looked for an opportunity to talk to Nicky in private, to sort out the mess that he had created. But this opportunity never came. Whenever an opportunity arose, Nicky deliberately avoided Kian, not giving him the chance to approach him. Every time that Nicky saw Kian, he remembered how angry Kian was earlier in the morning, how upset he was at Nicky. Every time tears threatened to fall, Nicky forced them back in, refusing to appear weak and vulnerable in front of the lads.
By late afternoon, Shane could see how frustrated Kian was becoming. Sympathetic to his best friend's feelings, Shane tried to help by attempting to get Nicky and Kian alone together. His efforts were in vain and by dinner time, the situation had not improved at all.
Kian was extremely upset with Nicky's cold and distant attitude towards him.
When Nicky declined to join the lads for dinner, Kian knew that things were far worse than he first thought. Even though he wanted to stay with Nicky, Shane dragged him along to dinner. Kian was angry at his best friend for stopping him from making up with Nicky.
"Why the hell are you dragging me along, Shane?" Kian demanded.
"Because you're not going to help the situation by staying at the hotel."
"I hate this!! He's not even giving me a chance to talk to him!!"
"That's exactly why I dragged you along," Shane explained. "Look at how upset you are now. Talking to him in your emotional state will only make matters worse."
"So what do you want me to do?" Kian asked in an exasperated tone.
"To start off, eat your dinner," Shane replied. "Calm down, and then go back to try to talk to Nix tonight."
"And tread very carefully when you talk tonight," Mark added. "Think three times before you say anything."
Dinner dragged on slowly for Kian. It seemed that the lads were taking forever to finish their dinner. When they finally returned to the hotel, Kian found himself very nervous. His feet seemed to drag with every step, and he began to sweat. He decided to go back to his own room to calm himself down before heading over to his boyfriend's room. After freshening up, he picked up the phone and called Nicky.
"Hello?" Nicky answered softly.
"Hey, baby...it's me..."
"What is it, Kian?" Though Nicky didn't sound overjoyed to hear his voice, at least he sounded calm. "This was a good sign," Kian thought. "Is it okay if I come over for a bit? We need to talk."
"Give me 5 minutes."
"Okay, I'll see you in 5."
Exactly 5 minutes later, Kian was at Nicky's door. After knocking and getting no answer, he tried the door and found it unlocked. Walking in, he was greeted by a cool breeze. Closing the door quietly, he saw his boyfriend standing on the balcony. With Nicky's back facing him, Kian walked slowly to meet him. "Hey..." he said softly.
Nicky turned to meet him. "Hey," came an equally soft reply. Seeing Kian shivering slightly, he continued, "Let's go inside."
Nicky closed the balcony door and sat on the bed, away from Kian. There was no talking for a few moments. "So what did you want to talk to me about?" Nicky finally asked.
"About this morning..." Before Kian went any further, he saw tears streaming down his boyfriend's face. He rushed over and held Nicky in his arms, gently rocking him, stroking his blond hair. "Oh, Nicky...I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry about everything I said..."
"I didn't know you would be that upset," Nicky said softly. "I didn't know..."
"I know, I know..." Kian whispered. "It was my fault...I'm sorry..."
"What you said this morning really hurt..." Nicky continued. "I...I was proud to let the lads know that you were my boyfriend...because to me, you're the perfect boyfriend...the best thing that can ever happen to me..." Nicky's tears continued to fall, and Kian gently wiped them away with his hands. "But...but it was like you were...like you were ashamed to have people know that I was your boyfriend...I...I know I'll never be the perfect boyfriend that you deserve...but..."
"Stop it, Nix..." Kian cut in, his own tears threatening to fall. "Stop putting yourself down...It was my fault...I don't know why I reacted the way I did...but believe me that I'm so blessed that you are my boyfriend...I love you, Nicky. I love you..." He pulled Nicky close to him and hugged him tight.
"Do you...do you really mean that?" Nicky asked, unsure if Kian was saying that just to make him feel better.
"You bet I do, Nicky...I'll never hurt you...never..."
Nicky hugged Kian, "I believe you...I believe you, Kian."
"Can you forgive me?" Kian asked hopefully.
"How can I not forgive an amazing boyfriend like you?" Nicky smiled.
The two boys kissed each other passionately. That night, they laid in bed together, making passionate love...pleasing each other, loving each other, enjoying each other.
The next morning...
"Morning lads," greeted Kian in a cheerful tone.
Bryan, Mark, and Shane looked at him like he was a creature from another planet, for it was unusual for Kian to be this cheerful so early in the morning. It was over-cheerful even by Bryan's standards.
"Well, well...looks like someone had a good night," Mark quipped. "Trust that things went well?"
"Certainly," Kian replied. "After all, it's quite difficult to resist my charm..."
"Oh puh-leez..." Bryan groaned. "Spare us, oh great one..."
Shane couldn't help but laugh at Bryan's dramatic answer. Looking at Kian, "hmm...funny how someone didn't talk about their charm when they were fretting during dinner last night, huh?"
Before Kian could retort, Nicky walked in with a big grin on his face. "Good morning, everyone..." Everyone grinned at him, happy that things finally worked out.
"Damn, I forgot to grab my phone from Nix's room, I'll be right back," Kian said as he gave Nicky a quick kiss, drawing oo's and ah's from the other lads.
After Kian left, Shane turned to Nicky. "I'm glad things worked out, Nix. It's good to see you so happy."
"Thanks Shane. I couldn't be angry at Kian for long anyways, even if I tried."
As Kian walked towards his room, he heard his name being called. He turned around and there was no one there. He began to walk again, but he heard someone call him again. Looking over to the door leading to the stairs, he saw Derek standing there. Without thinking, he walked over to the door. "What is it, Derek?"
"I've just missed you, Kian," he said as he pulled Kian in for a kiss. Kian pulled away, drawing a surprised look from Derek. "What's wrong Kian?"
"I don't think this is a good idea...someone might see."
"No one uses the stairs, Kian...that's what elevators are for."
"I really don't think we should be doing this..."
Before Kian could finish, Derek had unzipped Kian's pants and had his cock in his mouth. Kian couldn't help but moan at the sensation, his resistance crumbling. Soon, Kian was fucking Derek's face, oblivious to the fact that the other lads were still waiting for him.
Meanwhile, the other lads were finishing up their breakfast. "I'm gonna go downstairs to see if we have any mail and messages," Shane announced. "I'll be back in a bit."
"Grab a paper for me while you're downstairs, will ya?" Mark added.
"Sure, no problem."
Shane walked to the elevator and waited. When the elevator finally arrived at his floor, he found it too full to get in, so he decided to wait for the next elevator. "How long do these elevators take?" he said to himself. He waited for another minute but still the elevator had not arrived. "What the hell, I'll just take the stairs," he muttered. Walking over to the stairs, he pushed the door and froze at what he saw. There, several steps down, was Kian getting a blowjob from some guy. For a moment, Shane felt like he couldn't breathe. Once he regained his composure, he let the door close and walked back into the hallway. Kian was so into his blowjob that he didn't notice the intruder.
Shane's mind was racing. What was going on? What would happen if Nicky found out? As his mind went into overdrive, he found himself walking back into the breakfast room.
"That was fast," Bryan remarked. "How fast did this elevator go?"
"Hey, where's my paper?" Mark asked.
There was no answer to any of these questions. Finally Nicky spoke up. "Shane, you look like you've seen a ghost. What's wrong?"
Hearing Nicky's voice made Shane snap back to reality. "Huh? Oh, nothing, just feeling kinda tired. Didn't sleep very well last night."
"Where's my paper?" Mark asked again.
"I didn't go downstairs," Shane finally answered, somewhat impatiently. "I'll get it for you later."
As Shane sat down beside Nicky, Kian walked in, his grin still on his face. Shane shot his best friend a cold stare, but it went unnoticed. After a few more minutes of chatting, everyone went to their rooms to get ready for another photo shoot.
"Kian, I need to talk to you," Shane said in a serious tone.
"Now? Wait till we're in the car...we'll have plenty of time to talk then," Kian replied as he walked towards his room.
"NOW," Shane said forcefully.
"Okay, okay, if it's that important," Kian answered. As he opened his door, Shane walked in after him, closing the door behind him.
"So what did..."
Before Kian could continue, Shane grabbed Kian's shirt and shoved him against the wall. "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING, KIAN EGAN????" Shane yelled.
