Warmth and coldness-2

He looked so much like Jamie when I was three. In fact, I was willing to bet that he was the older version of Jamie. Blond hair, blue eyes, and perfect lips just like Jamie. Eyes, especially the eyes, I never thought I would see those kind of eyes again. Last time I saw those, they were Jamie's. "I'm going to the lunchroom later and do you want to eat with me?" Well, I didn't know what to say since it's been a long time since someone ate with me. "Hmmm...OK sounds fine with me" "Fine see you later" I just went to my English class. I arrived just as the professor started to discuss. As he blabbed about Shakespeare and this and that, I was thinking. Why couldn't I say no to him? He's just going to hurt me like Jamie did. And why did I suddenly want to be with him? Is it because my heart said so or because he just looked so much like Jamie? Whatever it would be, I'll know later at lunch. I looked at the bell and it said ten minutes till lunch. Those ten minutes felt like eternity and when the bell suddenly rang, I jumped up and dashed outside. We agreed to meet beside the fountain. So I just waited. Five... Ten... Fifteen minutes, oh well I guess another period of eating alone isn't bad. I started to walk away. "Hey Justin... hey wait up!" I looked around and saw him running to catch up and approached me. "What took you so long?" "Well Mrs. Crain thought that I wasn't paying attention and sent me to the corner of the room" "Then why did you take so long?" "Well, I kind of fell asleep" "I woke up and saw something written on the board. It said: SLOWLY GET OUT OF YOUR CHAIRS AND QUIETLY EXIT THE ROOM AND LET'S LEAVE MR. CROSS HERE. At this we both burst out laughing. I suddenly recalled that I never laughed this much. The last time I laughed like this was when I was with Jamie when we threw water balloons at a fat lady from our tree house and it splattered on her head and her wig slipped down and she was so wet. Damn, why does he remind me so much of Jamie. Maybe it's just me, trying to find a substitute for Jamie. Well all the while that this was happening, people were staring at us, thinking that who was this guy who suddenly persuaded Justin Kyle Bylake to go with him. And that's how much I don't go with people. At lunch, Sean was thinking what to eat and turned to me for help. "How about fettuccini?" "Sean, do you know what the English term for cafeteria fettuccini is?" "Nope" "Slop" "OK, so no fettuccini. How bout macaroni?" "Much better" As we sat there, people still stared. I finished my food earlier and stared at him eat his. I was looking at those eyes again and I felt myself drowning in those eyes. "Hey you, OK" Snap back to reality. "Huh.. Oh yeah" "You looked dazed for a while in there. Are you sure you're alright?" "I told you, I'm alright" "OK" With that he tossed his hair and resumed eating. His hair looked so shiny like silk. And he just looks so much like Jamie. Something hit me: I was falling in love.
