Tyler and Reese

Chapter 5

by Sandboy

Reese's Log, continued.

Is this guy retarded? I do not lightly say these things, having been called all kinds of names many times over. This Reese comes in, stares at me, doesn't tell me his name, stares some more. Not that I don't know his name, I've seen it.

Even stranger, his sporting a semi or a full-fledged boner all the time! Depends on how well hung he is of course, lulz. Easy on the eyes, this jockboy is. Really built but not in that nasty bodybuilder way. He could be a swimmer or a gymnast.. something to give him lots of upper body strength. Nice smile too, when he relaxes that toothy grin.

I swear he was hard when he sat on the couch just now! I swear! Kept adjusting himself too. Is this normal for jock types? Breeder culture? Can't have been me. It is possible, though not plausible, that he is into men but well-nigh impossible that he'd go for me.

Still no talking. In the mean time he'd lugged in a couple of suit cases. I had no idea what to say, normally I'm blabbering constantly. Maybe it was his eyes. The fear in them was palpable. Staring at me as if I'd suddenly turn into a monster.. maybe he's sussed me out as a queer already? And why did he run off into the bathroom like that?

I hope he's not one of those arrogant-End log.

Tyler sauntered back into the common room.

"So eh.. long trip?"

This time Tyler answered rapidly enough. "Four hundred fourty two miles." He flashed his brand new roomie another grin.

"That is quite the trip." Reese frantically tried to access his small talk experience, sorry as it was. "I'm a bit closer than that. Da Pool." After a frown from Tyler, he added "Liverpool."

"Oh."

"Oh yes. Genuine Scousah, born and bred. Not that you'd guess. I only lived there for six years, then my folks moved us here. Live over in Virginia. They're not that interesting actually as I have broken with them. Then again, I still see myself as..."

Reese trailed off. He'd done it again! Stupid, stupid, stupid!
