Pete pulled the transit into the driveway of the property that Dan had inquired about; Well, we are here he announced.

Ari looked at the house and property. It's a fixer-upper but I've seen worse in the city and he snickered.

I grew up in places far worse off than this remarked Dan. But we could always relocate it to a different location on the farm and rehab it.

Denis looked at the two of them and shook his head. Or you could just flatten it out and bury it in its own grave. His remark brought a round of chuckles.

Dan spoke; Pete do you have an abstract map of the land that we can look at?

I'm way ahead of you Mr. Rosenburg responded Pete. I have the map right here and we can set it up and look at it. You will notice that all of the fences are intact and it shows the location of the present dwelling, three ponds and the six wells that are on the tract of land for sale.

Dan looked over the map and he and Ari discussed a few things. You need to see anything else babes he responded to Ari?

Looks good to me, we just need to be here quickly. About the house I want to save this dwelling and re-locate it back to a corner of the area that we are going to use. I want it totally redone. We will save as much of the old architecture of the outside of the house that is there and incorporate new ideas on the inside. The house will be used by main caretakers if that's okay with you.

Sounds good to me Ari, I have a few house plans in mind for our main house. We will look at building workers quarters so that if we hire someone to work the fields, they will have a comfortable dwelling to live in. Maybe a few young couples and some singles.

That can be expensive, are we okay?

Not a problem at all, I could do it 10 times over and it still wouldn't hurt me financially.

Denis listened to all of this and took it all in. Just who was Dan Rosenburg what did he do for a living?

Pete how soon do you think your real estate firm can have this wrapped up and ready for signature?

The earliest would be in the morning Sir, but don't you want take a little time to think about it just to make sure?

I like what I see and I buy what I like. Now young Denis would you care to introduce us to your grandfather? I do believe that he and I have a lot that we need to discuss. Ari if you don't want to stay here, I understand Pete can take you back into the Township so that you can go shopping and look for items for the houses. But first we need to get with the architectural firm for the layout of the land and the housing.

Dan Rosenburg, there's no sense in buying anything until we pick out the houses. I think the rehab of this place after it's been relocated would be great. The main house will be a pod system containing no less than 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. And of course there are the workers quarters, three for couples and six individual dwellings for our single workers. The rehabbed caretaker's home shall be state-of-the-art as is with everything out here, it must conserve. Where you go, I go; we are together in this venture.

Well, you heard Ari, now young Denis it's time that you work your magic with your grandfather. From what I gather he has not been the easiest person to deal with?

You are correct there I do believe that I will call him first and inform him about our impending visit. Denis took out his communicator and dialed his grandfather's number.

Elvin jumped when his phone went off, hey hello Denis how you doing what's got you calling me this time of day?

Grandfather I need to stop by and visit with you, I have some people with me that I would like to introduce to you. As long as you promise to play nice and not get mad?

Now you have my attention young man, what is the nature of the visit?

Well, for one thing if you look out your front window you will see me waving at you from the real estate company's mini transit. You need to listen to a proposal with an open mind.

Okay you have my promise that I will be on my best behavior. Besides if I'm not I'm afraid Steven and the boys would never forgive me.

Ari and Dan walked behind young Denis to the front door of his grandfather's house. Denis knocked on the door which was promptly opened by a middle-aged man. Welcome to the Willis farm as humble as it may be, come on inside because it's hot outside. The boys are out at the back of the farm feeding, watering a little bit of the livestock and checking on harvest.

Dan held out his hand; good afternoon Mr. Willis my name is Dan Rosenburg and this is my better half Ari.

My name is Elvin if you don't mind, Mr. Willis was my father and I'm not that old I figure we're about the same age, so what brings you by here.

Well, I've got a little news for you that you might not like so much but I've got a proposition to help sweeten the sour note.

So, you bought it, next door I mean.

Guilty as charged paperwork being drawn up right now. But we are only going to utilize the front 200 acres that leaves me and a little situation of what to do with the other 800 acres. From what I can see its excellent farmland but I have no skills when it comes to that. I will be hiring a caretaker of the main house when it's built and we plan on building some workers quarters for routine care of the property itself and what little farming they will do. That leaves us with 800 acres that can be shared by the two farms. My proposal is I pay for all the upkeep all the taxation and you have full access to plant it with crops and I take 15% of the profits. When the front acreage needs to be plowed under for new vegetables and self-sustaining feed for a few animals I would like assistance from you and your farm.

Elvin stood there for second taking in exactly what he was offered. I need to sit down on this one, you have just offered me something that no one else would dare to. Are you sure about the figures, because after we start, I don't want it to come back to negotiations again.

15% is plenty, I will not make a dime off of it, in fact all of it will be sent to the city to help with the local charitable food banks.

Steven perked up when he heard the proposal. Is there that much hunger in the big city Sir?

Ari spoke; yes, that and more. The working poor as they are called barely have enough funding to pay for a booth over their head much less nourishing meals for hungry children. It is it is quite the shame that they have brought on all the lower-class. There are the very rich, the well-off, the ones that make it and the ones that struggle for everything that they have. 15% of 800 acres is a lot of food, with the crop rotations and constant growing seasons that we have here it would definitely help with the hunger thru the food pantries.

Well Dan; I do believe that we have a partnership here in the making but I would like to make it all legal if you don't mind?

Not a problem, I'll have the law firm draw up the contracts and it will be ironclad and no one will be able to break these unless we both agree that we no longer wish to be connected.

About that time Steve come stumbling in the front door, he wasn't listening or watching when he started blurting out. I told you father I told you that you were going to keep on, messing around and somebody else is going to purchase that spot next door and we would lose our chance, and wouldn't you know the sold sign just went up on it.

Andy and Clarence entered the house after their younger brother, both of them were very quiet.

Denis started laughing, leave it up to my younger uncle to blow everything out of the water.

Steve looked at Denis, what do you mean blow everything out of the water?

Grandfather is negotiating with the new owners of the property at this time, meet the Rosenburg's; Dan and Ari. They will be building a new home and workers quarters on their property just as soon as the plans are drafted and contracts are made with the construction companies.

Andy busted out laughing and slapped Steve on the back, Mr. big mouth there you go shooting off your mouth again.

A very red-faced and humbled Steve held out his hand to shake Dan's. I'm very sorry Sir my tone of voice was not necessary.

Son, you didn't know anything but to tell the truth the way you felt it. I probably would've used more colorful words than that to describe an interloper next to my family farm.

Elvin chuckled, now that you've met the youngest meet my other two sons this is Clarence and behind him the bigger guy is Andrew but he goes by Andy.

Clarence stepped up and shook Dan's hand and welcomed him to the area. Andy walked up and went to shake Dan's hand but as soon as they touched, he had a very apparent problem. He looked like he was about to cry, Clarence realized exactly what was wrong. Andy had vented all over himself, not just a little bit, I mean all over himself.

Father may Andy and I be excused really quick, he needs to take care of something requested Clarence.

Clarence got Andy out of the area before anyone noticed, he hoped.

They were out the side entrance him directly to the quarters, Andy arrived there and was crying like a pre-Madonna who had just had her lollipop taken away from her.

I don't know what happened, I could stop it, that just came out of nowhere. I had this funny smell and when my hand touched his it just happened. I tried to clinch myself but it didn't work and I just went everywhere. I'm so embarrassed I can't go back in there. Tell father that I'm not feeling good.

I will not lie to father, get your ass in the shower and scrub up. When you come out put you a maximum exorbitant shield on and return to the house. And bring a couple extra just in case you need them. I can't believe of all people that you react to is the new neighbor and his mate is with him.

There was a light knock at the door.

Get your butt in the shower now. I'll be right with you just give me a second; responded Clarence.

He went to the door and standing there was Denis and Ari. Can I help the two of you by chance inquired Clarence?

Is your brother okay asked Ari?

He just had a slight issue, cleaning up now but he will be fine.

You know that's not true, replied Ari. Every time he's next to my Dan he's going to vent himself. You need to have a talk with him and your father about what has to be done, so this is taking care of. I'll talk to Dan and explain to him everything. Besides if us Genman don't stick together who stick up for us in our time of need. Oh, and by the way tell your brother when it does happen, he is going to be plenty sore for a couple of days after Dan gets a hold of him.

Clarence's mouth dropped open; Denis chuckled. It happened to Ricky at the malt shop so don't be so surprised. It's not what he planned; it is what nature has planned for us. Hybrids are not as apt for it to happen to but it happens to us to just like purebreds.

Denis and Ari went back to the main house, to let everyone know that everything was fine for the moment.

Andy came out of the bathroom area, he set down in the seat and started to cry. I don't want to do this, I don't want to carry, it's not what I want, not what I have planned for me.

And what I'm doing right now wasn't what I had planned either but it happens. What about the child, what you gonna do with it once it's born? You plan on raising it or you letting the father have the child? Are you wearing a mega shield?

Yes, I am but I don't know, I don't know anything about children or raising them. We didn't have them on the old farm. Of all times for this to happen and he's going to be our neighbor, so there's no way for me to avoid him.

At least he's good looking and you know the baby would be taken care of, the Rosenburg's are well-off and it would not need for anything besides it's just once you will have to carry. I'm going back to the house, finish up here and return asap.

Dan and Elvin were finishing up talking when Clarence returned by himself. I'm sorry Andy is a little bit under the weather and the moment, let him get over his temporary setback and he'll be here soon.

Elvin looked at his son with a sharp Stern look, if looks were daggers Clarence would've been full of them.

There's nothing wrong father he just is going through something right now, you know it's getting close.

Okay I understand, seems the boy is at that time and it snuck up on him. Dan, please forgive me and my family, but that's what you deal with when you have blended children. Clarence here is due in about 6 ½ months that was a slip up, a little miscalculation on the calendar dates. Luckily Andy doesn't have that to worry about unless he takes a mate, I suspect he will be a breeder and the mate will carry for them. Can you imagine that big goofball walking around here like of beached whale, Clarence is graceful Andy is not so. Clarence blushed.

The side door opened and Andy walked back in, I'm sorry about that father but you know it happens every so often and sometimes it sneaks up on us. Andy planned to steer clear of Dan.

That's okay son, everybody understands the little things in life happen to purebloods and hybrid Genmen alike.

Ari touched Dan's sleeve and whispered that it was time for them to return to the real estate office with Pete to finish drawing up the sales paperwork for filing.

Dan cleared his throat; I hate to say this but we need to leave and go back to the real estate office to finish signing a few more papers and transferring funds for the sale. We will be in and out for the next few days next door with contractors and others so that we can start on this new venture in our lives. But when Ari speaks Ari is always correct so I guess it's time to bis you goodbye. Dan shook Elvin's hand and bid him farewell for the day.

They were walking down the pathway when Dan mentioned that the one son acted a little different after they shook hands and he couldn't determine why.

Dan, it doesn't work that way. In order for it to level out he must carry a little one that has your genetics, only then will the problem go away because his body has been satisfied.

You mean you think I'm going to have sex with Andy and knock him up? That is not going to happen you are my mate and that's it, no one else will I touch.

Then the boy will have to leave the farm, being downwind of you is bad enough for him much less coming into close proximity. All you have to do is hump dump and knock him up, the child can be taken care of by us or him whatever is best for everyone.

They approached the mini transit belonging to the real estate company and Ari inquired with Pete. Without getting too personal which I am, how did you and your mate meet?

That's one that I will forget, it changed my life. I thought about waiting a few years after transition before I surrendered myself to a local to settle down, have a family. But nature had its own little plan, I met Ernest when I went into the real estate office looking for a job. He is a very appealing human some folks would call him a hunk; I just call him Ernest. All it took was one touch his hand and it was over for me. Luckily, I was wearing a shield because I had just started my cycle, or it would've been all over me and the floor. My head started spinning, my heart started racing and down I went. When I regained consciousness, my head was in his lap and all I could smell was him, luckily the office was small then and it was just me and him together. Needless to say, he closed up shop and we got busy, nature has different plans for everyone and Ernest was mine. That was two children ago, normally you just carry once and that's it, but there was something more between the two of us and we fell in love with each other. And how did the two of you meet?

I knew Ari was mine from the day that I smelled him, he walked into the office with other applicants looking for a job which he was very well-qualified for. It took us 4 years to get together because he was standoffish and guarded. We finally got together and we had a malfunction so here we are.

Sounds like a true love story for sure replied Pete. Now let's get back to the office so I can file the paperwork and y'all can get started on the next part of your lives. Pete put the transit van into gear and took off.

Elvin turned to his son in a gruff voice; Andrew would you care to explain yourself young man?

I'm sorry father but when he shook my hand something happened to me, I vented all over myself. I couldn't stand there with slick running down the back of my legs. I left the area so as not to bring shame on the Willis name. I couldn't help myself; Andy broke down in tears.

Elvin took Andy into his arms and hugged him; it will be just fine. This isn't a problem at all in fact, it might help the family out.

Andy looked at his father and asked; what are you talking about father I don't understand?

Well Andy it seems like this, you have a problem and the only cure for it is you letting our new neighbor Mount and impregnate you. After you deliver the child, you can give it to the father under the conditions that you supply all of the nectar and you can bond with him. By you being the dad that child is part of this family and with him being the father part of his family and will inherit a portion of each estate should something happen. It's the best of both worlds for the child and you.

What if I sign away all my rights and I don't want anything to do with it then what?

That young man will not happen, that child is half you and it will be half him. We just need to arrange it so that you two can take care of business and you can start carrying the child.

Andy looked a little down, but he knew better than to argue with his father and said okay, he understood.

Steve was a little perplexed at his father and he decided not to stay quiet. Father, I know this is not my place but what if Andy does not want to carry a child at all?

Steve it's like this, it's call fate he is a pureblood and sometimes purebloods react to human males, the only way for them to solve this is to let the human male mate with them, once that child is born there are no more pheromonal attractions for the two of them, once and it's over. It's a small price to pay but it's his.

Father you are hearing what I said; what if Andy doesn't want to do it?

Steve, I heard you loud and clear but Andy doesn't have a choice the longer he delays conception the more his body urges, he will go mad unless his longing urges are fulfilled.

Andy placed his hand on his brother's shoulder, father is correct in this matter; I have to submit to him to fix this.

It's still not fair, people shouldn't be made to do things they don't want.

Clarence finally spoke up; what about Mr. Rosenburg. He and his mate have just gotten together after he waited for four years, now he is expected to breed Andy because of a pheromonal condition that Andy has, essentially cheating on his new mate with another. What do you think about Ari, he has to share his mate with another. It's complicated and no one comes out of the matter unscathed. The child will be torn between two homes, never knowing if he was truly wanted are even loved, just a pheromonal need and desire that has to be fulfilled.

Steven asked if he could speak?

Everybody responded; sure, why not your part of the family or at least you are going to be.

This scenario has played out no telling how many times. Madison had an incident and he and his mate are raising the child while the biological father is out helping on the new transport coming in, Ricky down to Constantine's had a problem even though the father had just moved to the Z1 and was going to take a mate soon, he gave of himself so that Ricky could conceive. Ricky is going to raise the baby and the father will do his part, the child will be raised between the Hawthorne ranch and the Z1 ranch in both households. The father's mate has no problem because he understands that which happened. I'm sure Ari is very levelheaded at least he seems to be and he won't have any issues. Dan on the other hand might have issues arising from he's human. Don't go looking for trouble and you won't find trouble, but when you think there's going to be trouble there will be trouble because we make it ourselves.

Andy hadn't looked at it that way, he thanked Steven for his input and his knowledge of the subject. He still had a lot to think about, when with you coupling take place how long would it last and how would he treat the child.

Ari and Dan had already signed all the paperwork and the transfer of credits for the purchase of the property and they were waiting in the hotel suite for a final text. Dan, do you realize what happened today with the young man out at the Willis's farm?

Wow new neighbors and a new grandchild to boot, you are very lucky. I don't see problem in reserving a private room for the two. Are you sure Andy doesn't need a medical check-up?

Nope he had one last month and he was all clear. This will be his first time with a human so it will be a rough conception.

It will be okay just tell him to prepare for the pain when the conception starts and what steps need to be taken. Now after 24 hours of copulating with a human he will be very sore and his vent will be swollen, tell him that's very normal but give it a few days and it will pass.

I'll be sure to pass that along to Andy, is there any special procedures that he needs to follow prior to the act of conception to make it easier?

Nope sense this is an honor breeding he will be dumping plenty of slick to make the initial entry as easy as possible. But everything depends on this man's size. Tell him to relax and not to tense up and just let it happen. I don't know what his history is for as previous sexual partners so it could be a little rough if the man is larger than he has taken before. Tim hung up the phone and Luther looked at him, you mean that the place beside the Willis is has sold?

Yes, it has Luther, and you heard the rest of it, when Andy met the new owner, he blew it. Reacted so bad he had to leave the area according to Elvin.

Oh, on that note about the new owners, Pete Townsend called and said that they're going to need a large pod home delivered ASAP. Ultramodern and with regular and areas, 10 bedrooms and 10 full baths and two half baths. Also, the original structure needs to be moved to another location on the property which they will mark it off and totally refurbished and not to be outdone they need three couple's pods and six single pods for additional single staffing and workers, for their 200 acres under their control. Pete said there was another party that was going to farm the other 800 acres. So, I think that's where Elvin comes in at.

Who is the new owner Luther did Pete also tell you that?

Yes, he did it is a Dan and Ari Rosenburg, he some kind of big-time contract negotiator and lawyer from the city and his mate will be staying here on the ranch while he's expecting their first born.

Did you by chance my brother look up the name Dan Rosenburg?

Yes, I did and he is 49 years old they have him listed as a single never married, but I don't think they know about Ari at this time. He is a highly successful contract negotiator and lawyer like it said with a firm that bears his name and owns a great stake within it, and his net worth is outlandish is the best way that I can describe it.

And what about the mate you find out anything?

Lives in a low-rent tenement in the city single and has worked at the same law firm for the last four years. It has him listed as human but I think that he was in hiding.

Sounds interesting maybe father needs to meet up with this Dan Rosenburg and get to know the new neighbors? Do you know where they're staying at by chance?

Honeymoon suite in the Township at the hotel. And from what I've heard he likes to be taken care of by the best. He well-compensated an individual at the hotel to be on call when needed. It was Titus, who the honor was bestowed on. He really deserves a break being in his condition. Dear brother you do realize that they will be inquiring about workers and that leads them directly to us here at the ranch.

My mind is working at a mile a minute right now brother. They will need three couples and up to six individual workers along with whomever will be managing the main household. Would be nice if Titus could hook a position like that. I don't know if he really is interested but it would be great for him and the baby to have a solid foundation.

Tim, you need to call him at the hotel and suggest to him that if there is an offer from the Rosenburg's that he should seriously consider it.

That will set his early alarm off and he will think that he's done something wrong here at the Z1.

Well then use your silver tongue and convince him otherwise. He has been through so much and has come so far, he deserves it.

Tim picked up the phone and dial the hotel the phone was answered by Donald.

You have reached the hotel at the Z1 Township this is Donald how may I assist you?

Donald this is Tim Spinelli may I please speak to Titus if he is available?

Yes, Sir is there a problem or anything that I may take care of inquired Donald?

No this is a personal matter and I need to discuss it with Titus.

Titus, I have Tim Spinelli on the line for you, he said it's a personal matter and he needs to talk to you.

Titus was a little uneasy when he got the connection, yes sir Mr. Spinelli how may I help you this is Titus speaking?

This is very informal Titus so you just need not to worry yourself, I have become aware that you have a very important influential client that you're taking care of personally at the hotel.

Tim chuckled, relax Titus that is your payment for what you are doing your job and congratulations on it by the way. I just wanted to let you know that they did make their purchase of the property and will be building a new home. Not just any home a very large home and it requires someone with special talents to maintain and run it. With the main caretaker's job goes a nice living quarter in the form of a private residence on the property along with I imagine a very hefty salary. If you or offered the position please do not hesitate in considering the job.

Did I do something wrong Sir, am I being put off the Z1?

I told Luther you would think this, but no Titus you have not done anything to be put off from anywhere. You have enabled yourself to be put in the position where you might be given a very big boost up in life. The little one that you carry you needs to considered also what is best for him and you. I seem to believe that Mr. Rosenburg has taking a shine to you and you would be the forerunner for the position. Don't hesitate, negotiate remember those words. Dan and Ari came walking in the front of the hotel. Donald spoke up; good afternoon Mr. Rosenburg I hope that your day was pleasant.

Yes, it was and we had a wonderful day, we got a lot accomplished and a few more details need to be polished out. Could you have Titus stop by our suite in about 30 minutes, that will give me time to freshen up and we can discuss some business.

By all means, I will have him report to your suite in 30 minutes is there anything that you need?

No, Titus is all that we require. Dan and Ari took the elevator up.

Donald waved for Titus to come to the desk.

Yes, what is required?

In 30 minutes, Mr. Rosenburg would like for you to report to the honeymoon suite it seems that they would like to talk to you. I hope nothing is out of sorts.

To the best my knowledge no Sir, everything is been cleaned refreshed and perfectly spotless in their suite. I'll report up there in 30 minutes.

30 minutes elapsed and Titus found himself at the door contemplating should he knock or not. He softly knocked upon the door.

Ari opened the door, promptly on time I see. Please Titus come in and have a seat in the chair that is set up for you.

Titus noticed that the place had been rearranged and it appeared set up for a meeting. He acknowledged Dan who was sitting down with a tablet and ink pen in his hand. Thank you very much how may I help you Sirs, have I done everything to your pleasing or have I failed you?

Ari chuckled as he set down, you could never fail us, Titus. You do your job exemplary, and that is why you are here. We have a little bit of situation here; we are new to the area and we do not know a lot of the main players. You live here you live on the Z1 ranch, so you have an inside track.

Yes, Sir I live here and I work here in the community but you've lost me I don't understand quite what you're asking.

We are going to be building on the property that we purchased, Dan has certain requirements and his level of expectations are very high. I've worked with him for four years and I should know better than anyone, and when he wants something, he will eventually get.

Along with that; groundskeepers and workers for the outside, they will all report to you. I believe that this figure here that I have on the paper will help you make your decision. There is a lot of responsibility that goes along with this but you have proved that you are very capable. You will have approximately three weeks before the caretaker's home is ready to be occupied, that will give you enough time here to finish up and make yourself ready before the baby comes along. You will hire a nanny to help care for your little one and ours when he comes along. Dan handed the piece of paper to Titus who held in his hand. Donald picked up the phone and held out to Titus, I'm calling you start talking. With that Donald started to dial the Z1's number to the office. Titus started to shake his head no and refused to take the phone that was ringing. The phone was answered and the voice was unmistakably Tim's

Z-1 Ranch this is Tim.

Donald decided to speak after Titus kept on shaking his head no. Good afternoon Mr. Tim this is Donald it down at the hotel we have a issue here with one of our employees that lives at the Z1.

And what might it be and who is it inquired Tim?

This Titus Sir, he needs to think about the opportunity of a lifetime. And you definitely need to talk to him because opportunities like this do not come by every day.

What kind of opportunity is it by chance?

He has been offered employment at a new job, and even with all the benefits and pay that goes along with it he is bulking because he has a misguided loyalty. He's afraid that the Z1 would look down upon him for bettering himself, I've tried to tell him it's a chance of a lifetime. But he still thinks that he has to get your approval.

Okay Titus what is up and why is Donald calling for you?

Sir I told him not to call I would think about it but I need to talk to you first. I owe the Z1 a lot you took me in when I was nothing and in a bad way I can't walk away.

What were you offered number one, who offered it number two, how much are they offering number three and is there job security?

I was offered the supervisor and caretakers position at a new family farm. I will oversee everything and everyone, that scares the heck out of me especially with the baby coming so soon. They told me that they would hire a nanny to assist with my child and with theirs when it arrives. The farm consists of the main house, my caretaker's home three couple's homes for workers and six additional individual living quarters for single Genmen for employment. There will be housekeepers there will be kitchen staff and a course the groundskeepers that will be living on the farm to upkeep the 200-acre plot immaculately. Sir they are going to put me in charge of it all, I get room and board along with everything that I need to live with such as supplies and food and clothing, then on top of that they want to pay me 7500 credits a month. I knew that they were well off because of my tip here at the hotel in advance but this is unheard of for a Genman to make that kind of salary.

Tim called as he tried to catch his breath, Titus you were offered a job no strings attached that would care for you and your son for as long as you want it with all of your expenses paid and on top of that you get 7500 credits per month as your salary? What are you balking at? You have the entire Z1's approval and admiration if you decide to take the job if you don't were going to commit you to an insane asylum. I don't know Mr. Tim I'm really scared, what if all fall flat on my face and I can't do that. Working here at the hotel is nice and yes, I do a lot of things but being responsible for an entire staff and household. I need to think.

The main phone at the Z1 office started to ring and Tim noticed it was a number from the city and it piqued his interest. So, he decided to answer it.

Yes, Sir this is Dan Rosenburg myself and my partner Ari have recently signed paperwork and our purchasing 1000 acres next to the Willis farm, we have found ourselves in a slight predicament. We need to set up a meeting with someone in your construction department for a main house and seven additional dwellings, along with a refurbishment and relocation of the existing home. The main house needs to be 10 bedrooms, 10 ½ baths, full chef's kitchen, exercise room, library, main gallery entrance, formal and informal living and dining rooms. We need three pods that are two-bedroom two-bath for our couples that we will employ and four single dwellings for single workers wishing to work on our farm that consist of 200 acres in front an additional 800 in the rear which will be split with the Willis family in a community farming operation, the existing home must stay true to itself on the exterior but the interior needs to be totally modern. Is this something that you and your construction company would be able to undertake?

Mr. Rosenburg how long are you going to be here in the area before you return to the city?

We will be here throughout the weekend and on Monday if you need us to stay.

Could we go over a few plans and ideas tomorrow morning here at the ranch with our construction foreman? If you have any ideas of what you are desiring it would be great if you would bring those plans along with you. Shall we say approximate 10 AM tomorrow if that's okay?

Great we can do the contracts tomorrow; I'll have everything printable my end and down payment on the construction start will be made.

Tim looked at Luther and mouthed; 10 bedrooms 10 full baths and 2 half baths plus workers quarters. This place is going to be massive, call your husband Robbie and have him come to the office immediately with his home file of all the models available.

We have someone who is wanting a 10 bedroom 10 full baths two half baths with all of the works everything loaded to the max, plus they need three workers quarters for couples, then four single workers quarters. On I forgot to tell you, they need to relocate an original structure on the property and have it totally refurbished like new on the outside but get the inside can be done modern. We are going to be meeting with them tomorrow morning but Tim wants you here now so do I.

You don't ask for much do you, just make a miracle happen in the middle of nowhere like last week. Robbie chuckled; give me a few minutes and I will download the file system and bring it over with me. This isn't a joke is it between you and your brother?

Robbie; get your shit together and get your beautiful ass here to the office as soon as you can haul that ass over here remarked Luther and he hung up the phone.

Robbie set there for a second and realized this was on the up and up, he needed to get things done he started hollering at everybody to grab everything they needed he started shouting out the specifications of the main house and he needed no less than 10 different models plus the other staff and workers quarters. Dan finish getting dressed and looked at Ari; is this real enough for you?

They had no idea that they were about to run into Zach and Ben Spinelli who were there enjoying the malteds and fries.

Ricky noticed the Rosenburg's just as Dan opened the door, he grabbed a towel and made sure that there was a table clean and presentable for them. It didn't hurt that they were sitting right next to Mr. Zach and Mr. Ben.

From the Z1 ranch, you two are the owners of the Z1 ranch?

Guilty as charged, we own it lock stock and barrel and are constantly building and repairing on that place forevermore.

Dan stood up and approached the table and formally introduced himself to the Spinelli's. I am Dan Rosenberg in this is my better half Ari, we have recently purchased thousand acres track next door to the Willis farm. I do believe that we have a meeting tomorrow at the Z1 with a Tim Spinelli and the construction foreman of think his name should be Robbie. We are hoping to get some ideas and sign the contracts for construction of a new home and several outside quarters for our workers that we intend to hire.

Then you would want talk to Zach himself, we have a program where Genman that are wishing to live off of the ranch at a location with stable employment. This is something that you will be interested in possibly? Ben was very pleased with himself.

It will be a community effort if you don't mind, I like to get everyone involved in any kind of negotiations that I undertake. Ari's going to be needing a lot of care in a few months, we are expecting our first. So, we're gonna need a lot of help, prenatal and delivery and everything. We have made an offer to an individual here in the Township so that he can run the entire operation for us. I think he said he lives on the Z1 his name is Titus, a very capable young man who has everything going for him. We decided to offer him the head caretaker's position, could I get your take on the young man. Now is not going change our mind but we would like to get someone else that knows him a little better.

Zach smiled and placed his hands together and looked at Dan and Ari. So, you are the two that are trying to steal the best worker that the hotel has?

Dan looked a little perplexed, we would never go behind anyone's back Sir that's not the way I operate. I did offer the young man a job and gave him some time to think about it. He is worth a lot more than he is making at the hotel, and with little one coming on he's gonna need help.

Zach started to laughing; I'm just messing we Dan, you do contracts and contract law. I understand that you are a very big person in the firm that you represent. Unbeknownst to a lot of people you on the firm now, I have my secrets also of how I obtain information. As far as Titus is concerned, I believe that you have made the best choice. The young man was a mess when he showed up and it took a little bit for him to get his footing, he has shown great promise and was needing a bigger challenge. The restaurant is upscale so dress appropriately, I have to so everybody else has to, don't like getting dressed up like that but it will be okay.

Ben cleared his throat; this will be a get to know each other dinner not a business dinner guys I hope I make myself perfectly clear.

Perfect, not greasy and the malteds are fabulous. If you don't mind and excuse us Zach and I need to go back to the ranch to tie up a few loose ends before supper tonight.

I had my reservations, but they seem like good folks and they will help us a lot. I've never seen a community this close to Genmen get along so seamlessly. It's like they have a symbiotic relationship.

Constantine walked up and heard the end of the conversation. Maybe I can interject a few things if you don't mind.

The Township almost was no more, Zach and Ben were doing good in fact they were even together anymore. Ben had a medical issue and it brought the family back together. Since then, others have moved here, businesses have opened up and improved. I met my Jake and he gifted me this diner which was all but closed. Parts the town were rebuilt others were added to, Zach and Ben offered the residents jobs and housing on their own properties the Hawthorns purchased a lot of land next-door to the Z1, they build a home and living quarters for Genmen and humans alike. The store opened up thanks to extra supplies from the Z1's bountiful production and it turned the whole place around. We all live here in peace, that doesn't mean that there's not problems every now and then because there's so much traffic coming through. But we survive. Jake opened up the construction company here specializing in commercially manufactured buildings the hotel opened up here the University on the Z1 plus the hotel there along with the Museum of artifacts that Zach collected over the years.

Dan listened to what Constantine was talking about, he realized that they had made a very wise purchase of the thousand acres, but Pete let it slip that next door to them was a larger parcel of land available for purchase and the price was very reasonable because it needed a lot more work. It wasn't fenced and the land itself was very rough, but it could be made beautiful with dedication if they would be so inclined. The wheels in Dan's mind were working overtime, he needed to talk to Elvin about it, if it was even feasible.

Constantine is young Denis here by chance still?

He's finishing up paperwork do you need something from him?

I need to talk to his grandfather I need to ask him a question and the sooner I get to talk to him the better off I am about making a decision.

That's easy if you have your communicator, I can dial Elvin's number myself and get him on the line then handed it back to you.

The land next-door to my plot is very rough and quite large what do you know about it?

That land is rough, not for sell that I am aware of but it would take a lot of work to make it into farmland. What do you know that I don't may I ask, I'm not able to purchase it myself but why are you asking?

Well Pete let it slip to me that there is a clause on the title to the land that we are purchasing. The next parcel of land contains five tracks at 1000 acres each for the total of 5000 acres. It will only be sold to the person purchasing the original homestead, the price is more than fair and what I mean by more than fair it is a bargain. I think I want to purchase it to add to the property and bring the original homestead back to its 6000 acres. This is where you and your family come in, we do a little bit and start the back and come to the front leading the first 200 acres of each parcel undisturbed. We can keep our operation in the back way from prying eyes, plus it gives us more room for workers quarters.

I don't know what you're going to pay for it but whatever it is it sounds like it should work. It will work is just gonna take a lot of work, you do realize there are wells for irrigation on the property already they just need solar power pumps, I know where to get everything we need from Ted Wallace at Wallace industries on the Z1.

Well, it seems like we are in business, I just need to make one phone call and transfer some funding in the contracts will be signed tomorrow with the ones that I already need to sign. Welcome aboard partner; Rosenburg/Willis Farms is now in business. I need to call Pete, talk to you later.

Everything's fine Pete I just need to sweeten the deal, the price you quoted me for the additional 5000 acres make it happen, I'll clear it with the bank and you will have all of your funds within 24 hours.

Excuse me you want to put the homestead back together, all of it for a total of 6000 acres?

Yes, I do and the second part shall be known as Rosenberg /Willis Farms.

We are going to raise our family here and leave a legacy for them. That is exactly what we are going to do.
