Clothing will be placed in their appropriate location so that they can be taken care of, and this goes to the two out in the bunkroom, undergarments are to be changed daily and less you soil them due to your time coming illregular then they shall be removed immediately and placed in the appropriate location for cleaning. Baths will be done by all members of this family daily, there is no reason for you to admit odor from your person. There's only one game in town that is anywhere near what you would require Sir and that's Miss Sonja's Place located three doors down from Constantine's. Is there anything else that you require Sir?

I can pay for my own clothing; I don't spend a lot I just take a lot of time looking because good clothing is not cheap and cheap clothing isn't good.

Ari was very impressed with what he saw on the racks and in Sonja herself. We are staying at the hotel for a couple days as we look at properties. The other half says I need clothing that is befitting this location. My usual work attire won't do out here in these shoes no way they don't go off road.

Dan was shown to a chair and offered a caramel mocha espresso. Dan tasted and it was exquisite. He gave the girls his compliments as they started to work on him gently massaging his neck and shoulders. One girl went down to his feet propped them up on a foot rest and removed his shoes, she began to massage his feet.

If this is the way that she treats all of her customers this woman is a natural at customer service.

Dan took a look in the mirror and he could use a trim so he told them okay, four girls went right to work on him.

Ari noticed the attention that Dan was receiving, he was pleased to see the usual uptight Dan Rosenburg relax for a change and enjoy himself.

Sonja enjoyed herself showing Ari the newest lines that were available in work clothing for the expectant Genmen. They were doing smalltime chit chat getting to know each other and Ari was very impressed with what Sonja said about the area. Ari came out from the dressing rooms in a very nice two-piece ensemble with sensible canvas shoes that would prove rugged but yet comfortable.

Excuse me Mr. executive man, but you also need to pick up a couple of changes of comfort clothing. And those leather shoes will not do while you're walking around looking for properties.

I don't think there's gonna be a lot of looking I've located a small parcel of land next to a family farm a couple miles east of town. It's got a rundown shack on it now but I'm going to get a hold of the construction company to see what were the ready-made models would cost and how soon it can be delivered.

Jake Traylor's is a great construction company he's gone right now and is being run by a very nice young man in charge but if you are looking for the pod homes the Z1 is the only place to get were those. They come in one bedroom all the way up to 10 bedrooms just according to how big the space you are looking for, basic models all the way up to premium models. Furnishings are not a problem the Z1 has a whole warehouse full but some of the most gorgeous furniture you have ever seen. It's made right on site in their own factories and shipped all over the planet. They even make for some of the largest name brand furniture companies who put the private label on it.

That's nice to know, I guess the real estate broker here in town can help us?

Well then Elvin Willis should've already picked it up if he wanted it, because he was trying to get a cheaper price he held out and I know what you're talking about he's just a tightwad. In the old saying you snooze you lose baby.

Okay tell them that Pete will be by the restaurant in about an hour or so, that should give them enough time to dine.

Okay it's all handled reservations as soon as you get to Constantine's, your server will be Ricky. Pete will be by the restaurant in about an hour to take you out to the property that you were inquiring about and I wish you the best.

Sonja hugged Dan and Ari's necks and welcomed them to the community.

Dan and Ari bid Sonja goodbye and told her that they would see her again later. They headed to the malt shop.

This is not like the city at all Dan, it feels so more relaxed here so nice and peaceful. If the properties what you won't then we can buy it and raise our children there.

Ricky walked in front of Dan and Ari and there was no doubt he was carrying by the way he was waddling. He pulled Ari's seed out for him and welcome them to Constantine's.

Everyone in the restaurant was a little wide-eyed at the way Dan and Ari were being treated. Was there something about these two as they didn't know? Whatever it was they were not of about to blow it and suffer the wrath of Constantine.

Constantine approached the table and introduced himself to the couple. Welcome to our Township, we like to say it's our little corner of the world. I hope you find your meal satisfying and will come and done with us once again. Breakfast is a little informal because of the workers coming through going to the various jobs. We don't stand on tradition we do like to relax a little bit here at Constantine's.

Dan and Ari both thanked Constantine for the assistance.

Ricky smiled and walked away from the table back behind the counter.

Denis walked in a little disheveled but went straight to work. I'm sorry Mr. Constantine I am five minutes late for work but I'll make up for it, dad was having an off day because of memories. I told him he needs to go to therapy but he will not hear of it. I told him that father died that day to save us both and he needs to start learning how to live again. And that caused a huge argument, now it was one-sided because I kept my mouth shut. I just let him vent, I told him to go visit grandfather so that maybe they could share some of their feelings. He didn't think that was a good idea.

Adam will have to work that out himself, you know how is when it comes to your father. His one and only true love. Just go about your business and attend your job, and Denis it's okay to remember someone that you've lost. A good cry doesn't hurt anyone.

Ricky went by to check on the table see if there was anything that they needed before their meal was due out within two minutes.

Dan replied that they were doing fine but if they could have a little cool water with their meal, it would be great.

Not a problem Sir, two iced Cool waters with your meal, he headed back behind the counter to prepare the drinks. Ricky came back with the drinks and set them on the table; I be right back with your meals Sir he announced as he went to the kitchen.

Very nice replied Ari, it is a diner but still they do have class.

And I would gather that the food is impeccable responded Dan.

Ricky returned with the plates and set them in front of Ari and Dan. Enjoy your meals Sir if there's anything else that you need, please let me know. I shall be by to check up on you to make sure that your classes are full and that you're pleased. Dan and Ari both thanked him and he walked away.

Ari couldn't stop raving about the roasted Starbird and all of the side dishes. True to its word it was impeccable.

Ricky returned to check on the two as they were finishing up. Are we about ready for our chocolate mousse; our cook has done his best today.

Dan took the napkin wiped his mouth and swallowed yes, my good man I do believe that we are ready for the desert so bring it on.

Ari's eyes almost popped out of his head when he saw the size of the desserts, they were simply huge and he was so full he did know where he was going to put it but he was going to give it a good start.

Ricky set them down in front of each of the parties and wished them well.

Dan smiled at Ari as he took the first spoonful of his dessert and quickly gobbled it down, man this is fantastic he commented.

Yes, it is and I intend to eat mine slowly and enjoy myself. Then Ari giggled.

The door to the diner opened and in walked a very nicely dressed slender young man. Pete Townsend of the Z1 Realty Company was widely known and respected. After all, when your mate owns the company, you do what you need to do. He was glad he was between pregnancies that way he looked good for the company. He looked towards Constantine to see if he might indicate where his prospective clients might be.

Constantine motioned to the table where Dan and Ari were setting consuming their dessert.

Pete knew that interrupting someone's meal was not proper etiquette is Richard had taught him. So, he walked over to Ricky presented his card to him and told him that when they were finished, he would be waiting at the counter area.

Ricky took the card and walked over to the table to inquire if everything was satisfactory with the meal?

Dan between bites responded that it was delicious, but they need to hurry because they had an appointment.

Ricky took the card and laid it on the table next to Dan's hand. Your appointment is here but he is waiting for you to finish your meal is proper etiquette denotes. When you are finished motioned for me and I will notify Pete with the Realty company and he will come over and join you.

Ari smiled, thank you very much Ricky. We shan't be long consuming this fabulous dessert. Expect this back for supper and breakfast. Nothing against the hotel but this is more our style. More laid back and relaxed, I'm nothing but common, hard-working and dedicated. This gentleman here is the high up executive in the family, he partakes in the finer things of life that's how he got me. Ari smiled at Ricky. Who returned the smile and at the table.

Ricky returned to where Pete was setting. The Rosenburg's will be finished shortly but just to let you know the older gentleman is the executive in the family and no doubt where the money will be coming from but the mate has great influence with him. It is larger than what I initially was considering but at the price I feel that it is a very wise decision. The house can be removed and anyone can be allocated to that location. I understand that you have a couple of builders here and the Z1 is the main one making the pod homes.

Yes, the Z1 construction is making beautiful elegant pod homes that can go from basics to extravagant. They work in conjunction with the Jake Traylor construction who will do all the groundwork and the setting up of the home. They are old friends so you don't have to worry about anything getting in the way. Will you be needing any workers quarters away from the house so that you can have assistance on the place?

Dan looked at Ari, never ever considered that one, are there people that hire out around here?

The Z1 has a fabulous program, some Genman that are single and also Genman couples like to live off of the main ranch and help others while maintaining their dignity and privacy. Living on the Z1 is fabulous without a doubt, but so many had come from areas within the city so that they don't want to live right on top of each other. Not the Z1 is crowded but there are over 10,000 residents there on the ranch. It will grow even more when the newcomers arrive on the transport.

That gives me even more think about because I was considering keeping 100 to 200 acres and leasing out the rest for private stewardship or maybe the adjacent landowner would like to utilize it on a split of the crops.

The Willis family might be interested, they recently purchased 1500 acres behind them that was available and they are getting ready to expand the workers quarters to accommodate eight new employees.

Sounds like the man has a plan, I just might need to talk to this gentleman and get on his good side.

Elvin Willis is a strange one, he most recently came out of his shell in after the death of his oldest son and his wife. The other three boys are doing okay two of them have taken partners and the youngest one is just turning 18 soon. He has two workers on the farm right now but will be adding to them soon. His grandson works here at the diner his name is Denis. Let me talk to Constantine and maybe we can get a little bit of a buffer zone between Elvin the grouch and you. He stood up and walked over to Constantine to speak with him.

Constantine and Pete returned to the table and Constantine spoke. I understand that you are looking at the land next to the Willis farm. I would say the best of luck to you but things there have relaxed quite a bit. I think that young Denis will serve you well as a mediator if you decide to purchase the land next-door. I would say that Elvin should've already purchased it but he was waiting for it to go down even farther, but that's what happens when you snooze you will lose. Constantine walked away and went to the office to work and entered, after a few minutes he and a very nice-looking young man walked out and made their way to the table occupied by Pete, Dan and Ari.

Denis smiled as he walked up the table. Good afternoon, Sir I understand from Mr. Constantine that you and your mate are going to look at the property next door to my grandfather. I do wish you luck because grandfather can be a little grouchy at times especially when he doesn't get his way. Not meaning to intrude into your business but what do you have planned for the property?

Have a seat young man, my name is Dan Rosenberg in this is my Ari. We currently reside in the city but due to certain unforeseen circumstances we will be building a residence in the country. I will commute while Ari stays here on the farm and works remotely. I really didn't consider such a large plot of land but at that price it's too good of a bargain to pass up. I have several ideas of what to do with the front 200 acres but the additional 800 acres I would like to propose something to your grandfather. Sort of a sharing of the land, for percentage of the crops that are harvested he keeps the rest and uses the land as he needs it.

Let me think about that Sir, what would my grandfather be responsible for? Such as taxes and upkeep of fencing and everything?

We pay all the land taxes, keep up the fencing, we put down additional wells for irrigation and we split the seeds 50-50 and I take 15% of the profits from the crops. This is more than generous being that your grandfather will be out the labor cost.

Do you have any idea how many crops can be harvested from 800 acres Sir? That is according to what type of crops are planted of course.

I would like to see consumable products such as vegetables and other necessities that people need especially in the city. You have your rich, you have your better off, you have your survivors and you have the working poor classes. Sometimes there's not anything to eat in homes for people in the city. They struggle they work full-time but yet they still don't get ahead.

I had no idea it was anything like that in the city I basically thought everybody was well-off as a lived in the city. Now you can call me sheltered and naïve because my dad always made sure that I had everything that was needed for my survival. The people in the city go without food?

Ari cleared his throat, yes but thanks to some of the nonprofits and the food banks that they have they can get a couple of weeks supplies so that they can help tie them over until a time.

There were a lot of beers listing to the conversation, people were appalled when they heard that there were families going without food, the basic necessity of life in the mighty city.

Constantine was a little miffed at what he heard but did not doubt it one bit, Jacob told him that it was tough in the city growing up, that's why he brought Zach out to the Z1 years ago when Mr. Spinelli was still alive.

Young man at what time do you get off because I would love to go take a look at the place, I've seen the visit had and the presentation that was placed on the site which was quite good but seeing it in person means a lot.

I would have to speak with my boss to see if he will let me off early.

Constantine smiled, call your dad let him know what's happening and where you will be and you can go ahead and leave, do not worry about clocking out because I'll take care of that. You're still on the clock but you're working at a different location and taking care of business for the community.

Denis smiled, you're the best Mr. Constantine you and uncle Jake have always been good to me. Let me go round up my desk and put a few things away and I'll be right back.

Now that presents a different problem, I've only got a sports coupe speeder do we need to take more than one vehicle?

No, the real estate company has a mini transport, we will take it I'll just call for the driver to make it me. It shouldn't be 10 minutes at the Max.

Well, that's good all that settled announced Ari. I do think everyone in advance for everything that they are doing for us. I have a feeling that we will get to be great friends. After the place is put together, we will have a gathering there and have a wonderful cookout an open house.

Ricky smiled and chuckled; don't say party or cookout too loud because that's one thing that Genmen love to do is party down and eat. Can you imagine if you had 10,000 Genman show up at your party, who are you gonna call to feed that bunch?

Ari giggled and then smiled. Maybe a private get together it's what I should say, for a few select invited individuals.

Constantine grinned, that sounds more like it.

Denis returned and noticed everybody was smiling, okay what did I miss was important?

Constantine patted him on the shoulder, you'll find out later that no it wasn't anything major.

Pete's communicator went off and it was a text stating that the mini transit was out front and ready to go. Well of everybody is ready the transits out front and ready to take off.

Dan stood up and helped Ari with his chair, this did not go unnoticed by anyone. Pete made a comment, such a gentleman we could use a few more those around here as he looked around. Suddenly everybody was looking at their own plates and not paying attention to anything but what was in front of them.

Everyone got on the mini transit and took a seat. They pulled away from the curb headed out to the property in question.
