CHAPTER TWELVE
Before we even left the tunnel we were already shivering from a different source of icy air. The water on us was dried by a stiff breeze that only grew stronger as the golden gate opened into the next game.
It was a short corridor, but still managed to be the largest arena out of all we'd seen so far. Its floor was missing. Not far down, no, completely missing. The chamber was a chasm without a bottom. Only darkness was below.
From our entrance gate to the golden door on the other side was a bridge made from black metal. It looked stable and functional. How would they screw us over this time?
"The players will receive their keys once they have taken position on the bridge."
We took that as a cue and walked onto the cool metal. Strong wind came from below. I had a feeling we would have a hard time staying on the platform.
Right away the wind grew stronger. It turned into a tempest before we could take another step.
Afraid I'd get blown off the bridge, I dropped on all fours. The others had the same idea and clung to the smooth path across the abyss.
All our shackles snapped into place. The metal was a strong magnet. With my wrists on the ground my forearms were forced flat as well. My ankles being fixed to the bridge meant I had to keep my feet facing outward. It wasn't a comfortable position but I could crawl forwards with decent speed.
The keys appeared under us – huge golden colored keys that were magnetically fixed to the ground. A ring appeared around my balls and a short chain connected the two new items. I'd have to drag the key along.
Then the shocks began. Current rushed through the bridge. We spasmed and squealed as the pain came in irregular intervals.
One by one we crawled forward. Controlled motion was difficult with the spasming and the key pulled with considerable weight. Igor yelled with ever "step". He was probably really loud at the gym. I didn't hear the others. My own breathing was too loud in my ears and the wind rushing past me drowned out sounds from farther away.
I pushed my arms forwards, then pulled my legs in. The ball torture had my eyes water.
Surprisingly I made it to the other side first. The key detached from the ground the snapped into the portal. It did however stay attached to my balls, forcing my hips forwards more than was possible. I got pressed against the cold surface of the door and had to wait until the other players arrived, still subject to the shocks.
When all four of us were ball tied to the gate, the magnets ceased and the door swung open. Still attached to the wings, we got dragged into the tunnel, screaming.
Finally, the chains vanished. The ball rings remained, but thankfully without weight.
As I rose I notice that I had thanked too soon. The rings were heavy enough to make me want to sit down to take the stress off my genitals. My throbbing erection was pulled down and pre-cum now dripped from it, instead of running along the shaft.
We left through the golden gate and arrived in the next room via a crystal portal.
The fire challenge room contained no fire at all. It was a fairly small room by comparison – about the size of a generous living room – and only a little stretched to be corridor-like. The floor consisted of regular rows of stone bricks.
The only other feature beside the exit gate were four glass pillars hanging above it. The transparent tubes were empty and out of reach.
"For the fire game our players will have to fill the glasses above the gate before time runs out. The timer will not be an hourglass but the room itself. It's a new thing we're trying, so we don't have to threaten punishment outside the game."
The room was the timer? What did that mean? Would it slowly fill up? With what?
