The Mennonite - A New Start 40 CGW

My name is Alec Gunderson Reedmen I am married to my best friend Maxwell (Max) Randall Reedmen; we are both 17 and gay. We were married by special permission of the Elders Council the day before my Daddy passed away 1-1/2 years ago; we lost the man I called Poppa 2 weeks ago. These two men were the most important people in my life; they accepted me for who I am and encouraged me, every day I was blessed to have them in my life. Max and I now live in the family home, Daddy saw to that before he died. When Poppa died he said he was ready to join Daddy again and did it without any regrets.

Max and I now sleep and make love in the same bed my parents made love in. Some may find it creepy that we didn't change anything, but it makes me feel close to them. Max is the most considerate lover there is and he will be the only lover for me. I remember the first time we made love on the night of our joining, it hurt the first time but it was a good hurt. We both cried when we made love and I told him it was my honor to give myself to him. Max is 6'4' and well-endowed and I'm 5'4" and 102lbs but we are just perfect for each other. We are just like Daddy and Poppa we make every decision together, we can't wait until we welcome the first of many children into our home.

My first cousin Seth and his wife Bethany just had their first child a little boy and he's perfect, they named him Micah Earl Gunderson II in honor of Daddy. They both have Downs but the baby is perfectly healthy. There was a concern that he might have Downs like them. But as Seth said; if he is like us or normal he will be loved period, that's what Daddy Micah and Poppa would have wanted. My older siblings take care of Daddy and Poppa's company. Max and I are attending College and extra training courses until we start helping out at the company.

My older brother's Adam, Daniel, Rob, Jonah and David along with my sister Beth have helped with the transition after Daddy and Poppa passed away. Anne my sister-in-law is carving a wooden statue of Daddy and Poppa; it looks like they are just standing there, she a perfectionist so she will only allow us to view it when she's not working on it. It will be placed in the gathering hall as a reminder to all that come through the doors, who founded and helped this community to become what it is today. We are now building new larger dorms for men and women that are single, so they can have a place to live and work in peace and enjoy the faith of the Master.

Rob was asked by the Council of Elders to succeed Daddy's place on the Council. He accepted the position in honor of his father. He and Joe are getting ready to expand their family, Danis and Liza Anne will soon have a new sibling or two in their lives.

Clyde and Jenny now have 5 kids she still can't seem to pass him the hallway without ending up with child. He loves his wife and family, he is the man Poppa always knew he was.

Henri and Liza are expecting again, only one this time and this wasn't planned it just sort of popped up as Henri says it.

We are fine here in the Giving Community; just remember we all are important in life.

There will be those who will put you down for who you are but remember they are just jealous of you, because you were made the way the master planned for you to be made "Perfect"

I hope that you have enjoyed
