The Kingswood Complication

Chapter 14

Monday 31 October 2022

"Seriously, who has a party on a Monday night!? James said, shaking his head disapprovingly as he sat alongside David, having joined him and the others for breakfast.

"It's a Halloween party," Danny replied with a confused frown, "On Halloween!"

"Yeah, well it's just bad planning if you ask me!" James insisted.

"Nobody did!" Nicky muttered, getting a snigger from Mikey and Mark.

"Did you know that in the eighteenth century, women threw apple peels from the apples they caught apple bobbing over their shoulder. Apparently they could see the pattern of their future partner's initials in the way it landed!" James recounted.

"If Danny did it," Adrian joined in, sitting on the next table over with his own dormmates, "It'd land showing L.E." As everyone looked at him curiously, confused by the initials, he grinned and added, "It stands for Literally Everybody!"

The Year 10s all around them burst into laughter, aside from Danny who shrugged it off and Nicky who frowned at the whole thing.

"They used to carve turnips and potatoes before the pumpkin thing caught on," James continued. "And people used to offer up things like songs or poems in exchange for the treats!"

As a few of the others started rolling their eyes at the constant barrage of facts, Chris thought for a moment, smirked and asked, "Oh, you mean a poem like this?" As everyone looked at him curiously, he thought for a moment more to refine the limerick in his mind and said,

"James had so many facts to provide, If I said they were fun then I lied, Now we'll all miss the party, Cos of old Mr Smarty, As he bored us so much that we died!"

The group burst into such uproarious laughter that Mr Rudd actually had to approach to tell them to quieten down. "Ease off, you lot," Mr Rudd urged as he wandered round the group of tables. Looking round at the empty plates and dishes he added a stern, "Most of you look finished, I'm sure you got better places to be. It's worrying how often you lot seem to be late for school considering it's literally two minutes that way!" He gestured in the vague direction of the school building.

Amidst a wave of grumbles and sniggers, most of the boys started getting up to clear their trays, reluctant to start the school day. Seeing Danny remain in his seat, his eyes fixed on the teacher, Chris smirked and pecked him on the cheek as he stood up. "Have fun," he whispered with a knowing smile before following along with the others.

Watching the Year 10s filing away, Mr Rudd turned and spotted the lone boy remaining at the table. He paused, blushing slightly as the teen's gaze bored into him. Ever since the night Danny had come to visit him in his apartment, Mr Rudd had found himself being watched increasingly often. "Not today, Danny," he said quietly as he shook his head a little.

Danny felt a little guilty, knowing the effect he was having on the man from his week-long campaign of teasing, though that guilt came more from knowing what else he was dealing with. "Actually I just wanted to talk," Danny said with a meek smile.

Mr Rudd sighed and looked round nervously, as if getting closer to the boy would somehow alert all of the other students and faculty that something untoward was happening. Cautiously taking a seat next to Danny, he raised his eyebrows in questioning silence.

"I know it's been a tough week," Danny started. "For Josh, I mean," he clarified, not wanting to make it seem like this was about his own actions.

Josh had started his second cycle of chemotherapy the previous Monday and to say it had hit him hard was an understatement. All the symptoms and side effects he had suffered during the first cycle seemed to pale in comparison to what hit him this time. Although the restrictions on visitors as part of the strict infection controls had eased, Josh had begun to refuse more and more visits, simply too exhausted or just not feeling up to it.

"I know he... stopped seeing anyone over the weekend," Danny continued sadly, his hands fidgeting a little as he mindlessly scratched at his palm, "Even you and Rob!" As the teacher remained silent, Danny leaned over discretely to allow the side of his arm to press against Mr Rudd's as he asked, "Are you okay?"

"You really don't need to worry about me so much, Danny," Mr Rudd said with a slight head bob, "Really, I'm okay!" As Danny stared at him incredulously, he rolled his eyes a little and added, "As okay as I'm going to get!"

"Really?" Danny probed.

"Really!" Mr Rudd nodded.

"Okay then," Danny conceded. Not entirely sure he believed the man, but taking him at his word for now, Danny grinned as he stated, "I noticed you've been avoiding me!"

"I... haven't been avoiding you," Mr Rudd said, looking increasingly guilty, "It's just been a busy week!"

"Oh really?" Danny smirked. Their voices were already lowered, allowing the noise from the remaining students in the Dining Hall to offer them a little discretion, but Danny lowered his tone even more as he asked, "So you're not thinking about... what happened?"

Mr Rudd's eyes widened. To have it mentioned, even subtly, with so many other people around was a little terrifying. "Shhh," he hushed the boy. "That... no... I haven't and... and nothing happened anyway!" he said awkwardly, "At least... nothing that's going to happen again!"

Danny hummed thoughtfully, nodding for a moment. Perhaps the man was right. Perhaps it had been a one-time flirtation, a personal blip in their otherwise professional relationship. Danny knew how to be sure, though. "I just have one question then," he said, smirking a little. "When I left, I told you NOT to do something until I told you that you could," Danny said, clearly referring to his instruction to the man not to cum. He stood up, then leaned over to whisper in the man's ear, "Have you done it since?"

Mr Rudd trembled slightly as he turned his head just enough to look Danny in the eye. He didn't answer, he couldn't! He couldn't actually say it!

Danny smiled as he nodded gently. "Yeah, that's what I thought. See ya later, Max!" he whispered before hurrying off to catch up with the others.

Mr Rudd remained seated for a few moments... waiting for his erection to subside.

Monday morning was out of the way. Doubtlessly the most painful part of the week, and it was done with the sound of the bell signalling lunch break. As the Year 10s piled out of the two maths classrooms and boys from other years jostled with them in the corridor, Chris lingered behind. Getting a curious look from Danny he smirked and nodded at the teacher busying himself at the front of the class.

Danny leaned in to give Chris a peck on the cheek and whispered, "Have fun!" before heading out to follow the rest.

"Close the door behind you!" Chris called after him.

It got a laugh from Danny as he shut the door while simultaneously getting the attention of Mr Beecham who looked up, saw Chris and rolled his eyes.

"Can I help you, Christopher?" Mr Beecham said with mock formality.

"Yes you can, Owen... oh, wait, I can't do that back to you. Owen's not short for anything!" Chris frowned, then asked, "Is it?"

"It's actually short for Owensford!" Mr Beecham replied with a gentle nod.

"Really?" Chris asked in surprise.

"No, ya lil idiot," Mr Beecham said, sniggering as Chris blushed at his own gullibility. "But this is an Owen' thing and not a Mr Beecham' thing then, is it?"

Chris nodded with a coy smile.

"Am I getting unlocked?" Owen asked, raising an eyebrow, "Or is this... me earning it?" He had given Chris the keys to his chastity device as a birthday gift, with the promise of fun when he was allowed to unlock. Before half-term, Chris had considered it, despite it only being two weeks, but that had turned out to be part of him handling the news about Josh. Owen had been waiting to hear more from the boy ever since.

"The second one," Chris said, biting his lip as he sauntered across the classroom.

"Can we at least lock the door?" Owen asked, shaking his head in bemusement.

"Fine," Chris shrugged. "Now take your clothes off!"

As Chris walked over to lock the door, Owen began undressing. It always felt strange to do things like this in a classroom, and even stranger to be doing them with a student. It was not something he made a habit of. Admittedly he had been in a relationship with a Year 13 student who had left at the end of the previous school year, and there was that one half-term break that got a little out of hand, but outside that it was only Chris who he crossed the line with. He knew why he had such a weakness for Chris, but it was something that really didn't matter now, nor something the boy actually needed to know, so he simply went with it.

Chris had stood watching the man strip, enjoying the sight of him. His regular swimming kept him in excellent shape, while his tendency to shave his body to assist his performance in the pool kept him looking sleek and svelte. He was undeniably muscular, but without the bulk of someone like Mr Rudd. In many ways, his body reminded Chris a lot of Danny's, or rather what Danny's was slowly becoming as he grew.

"Remind me how long it's been since you got locked!" Chris said teasingly.

"You know how long it's been," Owen said flatly.

With a grin, Chris replied, "I do... I just want to make you say it!"

Owen rolled his eyes and shook his head, though the slight smirk made it clear his frustration was not entirely serious. "Fine. It's been thirty-three days!" he sighed.

"Hot!" Chris giggled. "Now let's have some fun. Turn around and stand in the corner, hands on your head," he instructed.

Owen sighed as he complied, moving to the far corner of the room as he raised his hands to link his fingers together and place them behind his head. Just as he was beginning to wonder what Chris had planned, he heard the door unlock. He looked round in a panic, terrified of who was coming in. Instead, what he saw was someone heading out.

"I'll be back after lunch. See ya!" Chris called out as he opened the door... with the teacher's clothes bundled up in his arms.

"CHRIS!" Owen yelled out as he dashed across the room, "GET BACK HERE!" It was too late. Unless he intended to run naked down the corridor to chase the boy, there was nothing he could do. Quickly closing the door, he locked it and paced back to his desk, ready to do the only reasonable thing he could do... wait and hope for Chris to actually come back!

Rob had virtually sprinted to the Dining Hall to get lunch, determined to beat the queue so he could get in and out as fast as possible. Moments after he sat down to start eating, Mark sat down beside him, seemingly having done the same thing, and almost certainly for the same reason.

Having sat eating as quickly as they could, not a word had passed between the two roommates the entire time, not until Mark finally caved and voiced what was on his mind as he asked, "Have I done something to piss you off?"

Rob felt himself tense up at the question. The truth of it was that he had. Mark had stayed at Kingswood over half-term break, he had spent a week with Josh when Rob himself had not been allowed to. At first it had just been a minor annoyance, but as the last week had gone by, Rob had seen his best friend less and less. Admittedly a big part of that was Josh's own refusal to have visitors, but it felt like with less Josh-time to go around, it didn't seem fair that Mark was taking up any of it, not when he'd already had Josh to himself for an entire week!

Rob was on the verge of answering, of saying yes, of voicing his frustration at the other boy, but all he kept hearing was the voices of the many people recently who had called him jealous, or crazy... even psychotic. They were wrong, of course, and Rob knew that, but it felt like telling Mark what was pissing him off would make it sound otherwise. "No," Rob finally answered bluntly.

"Oh, good to know," Mark said, shaking his head at the painfully obvious lie.

Silence returned as they both continued gulping down their lunch. Mark finished slightly before Rob, so he quickly shoved the rest into his mouth and before he had even started chewing, stood up to follow behind. Heading out of the Dining Hall while half the school was still queuing to go in, they walked the same way, towards the medical facility, walking together but still separate.

As Mark sped up slightly, Rob matched pace. It repeated a couple of times until the two were power walking along, though they came to a sudden halt as they rounded the final corner and barged straight into Mikey. In a demonstration that would have been right at home in a Physics class, the two hefty, speeding figures ploughing into the much smaller boy had the inevitable effect of sending him flying backwards onto the floor.

"Watch it, dickface!" Mikey yelped as he landed on the ground, scowling up at the other two.

"Sorry," Mark quickly apologised, offering a hand to help Mikey up.

"Yeah, sorry," Rob said, stepping around him to keep going.

Mikey dismissively swatted Mark's hand away as he got up on his own and called after Rob, "Don't bother! They won't let you in!"

Rob stopped to look back and asked, "You already tried?"

"No, I'm fucking psychic!" Mikey snapped gruffly. "Yes, I tried!" he said with an eye roll.

Rob frowned angrily at the sarcasm and paced back towards the other two. "Is he okay?" he asked with painfully transparent concern.

"He's just having his treatment," Mikey explained, "And apparently he said he doesn't want to see anyone after anyway!"

"Oh," Rob said glumly. He paused for a moment then turned back to continue again and started, "Well maybe..."

"No!" Mikey interrupted.

Rob tried again with, "But they might..."

"They won't!" Mikey interrupted again.

Rob turned back, scowling as he started, "I could just..."

"No, you couldn't!" Mikey snapped. "Fuck's sake. Are ya dense or something. They're NOT letting anyone in!"

"But I haven't seen him for days!" Rob sighed.

"None of us have. It's not just you!" Mikey said, clearly still annoyed.

"Oh shut up!" Rob growled, "Whadda you fucking care? You didn't even bother coming to see him for weeks. Don't act like you care!"

Mark recoiled as he heard the statement, as he began to reply, "Woah, Rob, don't..."

The comment was cut off by Mikey launching himself at Rob. Rob stood a clear six centimetres taller than Mikey and well over ten kilos heavier, but he was caught off guard by the lunging boy. He toppled easily, landing hard with his hands occupied trying to fight Mikey off. As he hit the ground, he let out a loud grunt as the wind was knocked out of him.

"Take that back!" Mikey demanded, sitting atop Rob, a raised fist clenched.

"Woah, easy," Mark called out, grabbing hold of Mikey.

Rob laid gasping to breathe as he watched Mark hold the other boy back.

<<DO IT! HIT HIM! HE SAID YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT JOSH!>>

"Get off!" Mikey insisted, trying to get free of Mark.

Mark looped an arm around Mikey and lifted him, pulling him up and off Rob who was still wheezing.

<<Ah crap. I think you hurt him! I'm outta here!>>

Mikey stared down at Rob for a moment and the fight seemed to drain out of him. As Mark cautiously let go, he took a step back, staring down at the ground.

Sensing the risk had passed, Mark squatted down next to Rob and asked quietly, "Are you hurt?"

"Just... winded," Rob said, just starting to get his breath back. He looked at Mark a little sheepishly and gave a meek smile as he took the hand offered to help him up. "Mikey," Rob said cautiously.

"I'm sorry," Mikey muttered, shaking his head as he kept his gaze fixed on the floor.

"I shouldn't have said that," Rob admitted. "I'm sorry too!" he said, then kept his eyes fixed on Mikey until the other boy looked at him and they both gave a gentle nod.

Silence lingered awkwardly for a few moments until Mark said, "Well I'm not sorry, cos I didn't do anything wrong!" He smirked a little, but then cocked his head as he looked to Rob and asked unsubtly, "Did I?"

Rob let out a groan as he reached up to rub his face with both hands. As he dropped them away he shook his head and said, "No, you didn't." He took a few more deep breaths, still composing himself before he admitted, "I just... this whole thing's making me a bit..." he paused as he realised the word he was about to use. With a sigh, he finished, "A bit crazy!"

Mikey snorted derisively, but looked a little apologetic as Rob frowned at him. He turned to lean against the wall of the corridor, then slowly slid down it until he was sat on floor with his knees up in front of him. Groaning to himself as he folded his arms and buried his face in them, he mumbled, "If you're crazy, I'm crazier!"

Rob and Mark looked at each other, shrugged and then moved to sit either side of Mikey on the floor, remaining silent.

Mikey lifted his head, resting his chin on his arms as he stared straight across the hallway rather than look at the other two. "I actually thought it was my fault Josh was sick!" he confessed.

"That's so stupid!" Mark reacted without missing a beat.

Rob leaned forward to look sideways and glare at him, wide-eyed.

"What? It is!" Mark insisted to Rob, then elbowed Mikey gently and said, "Sorry, not trying to be mean, but come on..."

"It IS stupid!" Mikey conceded. "And I missed time with Josh because of it and I upset him and now all I want is to make up for it but I can't cos I can't even see him!"

"You don't need to," Rob explained. As Mikey peered round at him curiously, he went on, "After you visited him the first time, he told me you'd been a fucking idiot – his words, not mine – but he was just... so happy to see you again that it didn't matter. You got nothing to make up for!"

"Really?" Mikey asked hopefully.

"Yeah, really!" Rob said with a nod.

"You've been kinda pissy with me all week. I thought maybe you Josh asked you to be pissed at me cos he wouldn't be around to do it himself!" Mikey suggested quietly.

"Oh, he's not just pissed at you!" Mark said, more pointed than he intended.

Rob's head drooped for a moment before he shook it and said, "I... may have been told once or twice recently that... I might... be a slightly jealous person!"

"What?!" Mark exclaimed in obviously-fake surprise.

"You? No way!" Mikey joined in, with a level of sarcasm that would have made Nicky truly proud.

Rob glared at them both as they tried to keep a straight face, but couldn't help laughing as they both burst into sniggers. "Yeah, fine, whatever," he said, rolling his eyes, "It turns out I am. I just... fucking hate admitting it!" He sighed heartily for a moment and added, "But I'm sorry for... inflicting it on you both!"

"No big," Mark said with a shrug.

"What've you even got to be jealous of?" Mikey asked, shaking his head.

"Oh come on!" Rob said in disbelief. "Seriously?"

Mark and Mikey shrugged at each other and then at Rob.

"You!" he said, pointing accusingly at Mark. "You got to spend the whole of half-term here with him!"

"You stayed here at half-term?" Mikey asked, turning to look at Mark. He just got a shrug in response.

"And you..." Rob continued, looking to Mikey who turned back to face him. "You and Josh seem to just... get closer every fucking day!"

"Yeah, so?" Mikey replied bluntly.

"Well... I... I just..." Rob stuttered, unable to explain it, as it was mostly inexplicable anyway.

"It's not like he's only got so much of himself to go round," Mikey said almost angrily. "We can be friends and it doesn't mean he becomes LESS a friend with you, ya dickwad!"

"He's got such a gentle way with words," Mark smirked.

Mikey rolled his eyes at the comment as he went on. "I mean, come on... it's you and Josh. You're like Chris and Danny without the romance! Me and Mark could spend every second of every fuckin' day with him and you know he'd still be YOUR best friend. So get the fuck over it, ya freaking loon!"

"Well... that's me told then, isn't it!" Rob said, shaking his head in slight disbelief. "Have you ever considered a career as a therapist?" he asked with a wry grin.

"I'd be fucking great at it, cos I'm great at everything!" Mikey said confidently.

<<Yeah, they don't let you work as a therapist when you so clearly need to SEE one... ya freaking loon!>>

Mark remained silent as Rob and Mikey both sniggered, the air seemingly cleared between them. Unsure why he was explaining it, even as the words were coming out of his mouth he said, "I didn't choose to stay here!"

"Hmm?" Mikey hummed curiously.

"Last week," Mark said glumly. "Half-term. I didn't... ask to stay here so I could hang out with Josh. My family don't like me!" he admitted. The words hung heavily for a moment before he frowned and added, "Actually, I don't know if that's true. What I mean is... they don't WANT me. They drop me off here at the start of the school year and that's it, I'm here til the end of the year cos they just want me out of the way."

"Lucky!" Mikey muttered. As Mark looked at him in confusion, he added, "I don't like mine. I'd be happy with that!"

Mark smirked a little at the comment and said, "I'm not that bothered, I'm used to it. I usually have fun staying here. This time was just... extra nice cos I got to spend it with Josh. I like him, he..." He trailed off awkwardly.

"Nuh-uh," Rob insisted, shaking his head. "If I shared my embarrassing shit, you gotta share yours!"

Mikey nodded his agreement as he blushed slightly and said, "I thought I gave Josh cancer, remember! Ain't nothing you're saying more stupid or embarrassing than that!"

Mark laughed at the self-deprecating admission, then nodded and said quietly, "Being with Josh makes me feel better. He... makes me feel safe!" He blushed, fully expecting teasing and mockery.

"Oh, yeah, I totally get that!" Mikey said, nodding emphatically.

"He does have that effect," Rob said, smiling fondly.

They went silent for a moment, all thinking about their sick friend and what he meant to them.

"Hey, come here," Mark said as he pulled out his phone with his left hand while sliding his right arm around Mikey and grabbed Rob, pulling the three of them together. Holding out his phone, he snapped a picture of them all.

"What are you doing?" Mikey chuckled.

"Oh my god, that picture's so bad!" Rob smirked.

They watched as Mark typed out a message that read, `Sorry you're not feeling up to visitors. Hope you feel a bit better soon. We're here when you want us!' and sent it with the picture to Josh.

"Nice idea," Rob said happily. "Now come on, let's go find the others!" As the three of them stood up, Rob winced a little and smirked at Mikey as he said, "That was a good tackle. I think we missed out not having you on the rugby team!"

"Ha, you went down like a sack of shit!" Mikey sniggered. He was immediately grabbed in a headlock, but by Mark rather than Rob.

"That's my captain you're talking about!" Mark said with a smirk. He looked to Rob who smiled back at him appreciatively.

Owen had sat down at his desk to wait for Chris to return. There was nowhere really to hide, and as much as he could stack things up to make a spot to conceal himself, he knew it would only buy him a few moments anyway. He had locked the door, for fear of someone wandering in so he felt safe for now, but with the end of lunchtime (and start of the next period) creeping ever closer, his fear was only growing.

Twice he had heard somebody walk by in the corridor outside, but both times they had simply wandered past with no indication they intended to come in, though both times Owen had found himself imagining the horrific moment if they had.

With five minutes before the bell was due to ring, there was a knock at the door. Owen froze. If it was Chris, he needed to let him in, but what if it wasn't Chris? Asking who it was would only reveal there was somebody in the room, but he knew he had to take the chance. "Who... who is it?" he asked cautiously, sitting a little lower behind his desk.

"FBI! Freeze, pervert!" the voice came back, with Chris' unmistakable Irish twang.

"Fucker," Owen growled as he rushed across the room and unlocked the door.

Chris pushed his way in and happily locked the door behind him, though he held back the pile of clothes as Owen angrily reached for them. "Not so fast! Did I say you could get dressed yet?" he asked teasingly.

"Chris, this isn't funny!" Owen growled.

"Then why am I smiling?" Chris continued to torment the man. "Fine, you can have these back," he said as he offered the man his shirt, tie, shoes and socks. "I'll just need a minute with these," he said, putting down the trousers as he kept hold of the underwear.

Owen frantically pulled on the clothes he had been given, but watched wide-eyed as Chris pulled out an erection and started stroking it rapidly. "Chris," he said disapprovingly.

"Shh, busy!" Chris replied with a grin as he continued to masturbate.

Owen had just finished putting on his shirt, tie and socks as he heard Chris let out a grunt and started spurting spunk into the stolen boxers.

"Ah fuck yeah," Chris giggled happily as he watched his load pump out into Owen's underwear. "Okay, now you can get dressed," he said as he handed them over.

"You're a little cunt," Owen growled at the boy.

"You know I'd find it easier to believe your anger if you weren't literally dripping pre-cum," Chris said giddily as he nodded at Owen's crotch.

Owen blushed profusely as he looked down at his own dick straining inside it's cage, very visibly oozing.

"Hey, not like you need to worry about making a wet patch now," Chris said as he watched the man pull on the cum-soaked boxers. "And I thought you'd appreciate the feel of cum, as you haven't seen your own for a while!"

Owen remained silent as he got dressed, just in time for the bell to ring.

"This was fun!" Chris said as he headed for the door. "Next time we totally need to do it in a room without a lock!"

"There won't be a next time!" Owen growled.

"You keep telling yourself that!" Chris giggled as he walked out. "See ya tomorrow... sir!" he called back from the hallway.

"You look like you want to hit something!" Gray said, raising an eyebrow as he watched Nicky pacing around.

"I do!" Nicky growled.

"Then... crazy idea here... why don't you hit something?" Gray suggested with a wry grin.

"Because I don't like violence!" Nicky said, shaking his head disapprovingly. As he saw Gray looking at him curiously, he rolled his eyes a little and said, "I have many issues, I'm working on them all, now is not the time!"

"Sure, cos why would we want anything to get in the way of you not kicking something," Gray said with a smirk.

"Remind me again why I hang out with you," Nicky grumbled, but as Gray went to reply he quickly added, "And if you say stalking, I may rethink my no violence rule!"

Gray turned his nose up moodily and folded his arms as he said, "I was actually going to say it's because we have a lot of shared interests and have a lot of fun together!"

"Oh!" Nicky said sheepishly.

"Well, that and stalking, obviously!" Gray said, quickly diving out of the way as Nicky grabbed for him angrily. "Kidding, kidding," he said defensively, "But hey, it took your mind off of the whole argument!"

"And now you've put me right back on it, thanks," Nicky said bemusedly. He had just been at a final rehearsal with Stage Fright, who were one of three bands performing during the Halloween party that evening. Though the set list had been set a while ago, conversation had turned once again to future performances, bringing the same old argument over the band's `direction'. "It's like they won't even consider my ideas," Nicky pouted.

"To be fair," Gray said, dropping his defensive position, "I can't see the rest of the school really rocking out at the party to Opus Kink!"

"It's not just the party, it's, like... ever. I know so many great songs I'd love to perform but we usually end up going with what Chris wants, and the few times we don't, it's cos Mark's suggested something and Chris goes along with it," Nicky explained angrily, looking ready to hit something again. "It's like I'm just there to make up the numbers!"

"And to look pretty. Every band needs some eye candy!" Gray said with a grin.

"You kidding?" Nicky scoffed. "Mark is so hot he's basically a walking boner magnet. Chris is cute, but his attitude just makes everyone love him even more. And Mikey... ugh, fuck that beautiful little lunatic! When it comes to that group, I'm basically whatever the opposite of eye candy is!"

"Wooow," Gray said softly, shaking his head slowly, "You really DO have issues, don't you!" As he got a glare from Nicky he raised his hands again and said, "I didn't mean it in a bad way!"

"Oh, so my issues are good, are they?" Nicky asked incredulously.

"No, I just... I meant... I was only... ugh," Gray rambled. "Forget it, sorry, forget I said anything."

Nicky let out a frustrated moan as he ran his fingers through his hair, tugging on it for a moment before he said, "No, sorry. I'm pissed at them, I shouldn't be taking it out on you!"

Gray smiled sweetly and replied, "That's okay. You always know where to find me when you need to vent..."

As he saw Gray's smile slowly spreading into a grin, Nicky rolled his eyes and said, "Cos I'm always stalking you, right?"

Gray grabbed the front of his shirt as if he was holding something inside it, pulled it up and spoke into it, making out it was a concealed microphone. "That was a confession, we got it right? Move in! Go, go go!" he called the imagined authorities to action.

Nicky burst into laughter, shaking his head as he said, "You're so stupid, you know that!"

"Nicholas Jones, you are under arrest for the persistent stalking of Grayson Stone," Gray said, staying in character, "You have the right to remain silent, but based on past experience I doubt you're likely to use it!"

"I don't think that's quite how it goes!" Nicky smirked.

"No, but you just proved me right," Gray teased. "Come on then. Let's do something fun... unless you have more bitching to do!"

"Actually," Nicky said with exaggerated petulance as he walked past Gray. He stopped to look back and smirked as he said, "I'll have you know I can multitask. I can bitch WHILE we do something fun!"

Gray giggled as he followed after Nicky.

Feelings in the dorm were a little mixed in preparation for the Halloween party. As strong performers in previous Halloween group costume contests, there was always speculation about whether they would go with a full-dorm group costume again and make another attempt for the top prize. Either way, expectations of their costumes were high and while some in the dorm had put in the usual effort, some had not put in so much. Others, none at all!

Partying didn't feel right when one of their own was sick, especially considering he was so ill he had continued to refuse any visitors. Costumes and partying just seemed inconsequential and a few of the boys were considering just skipping the party entirely. It had actually caused a few squabbles, particularly when someone made the mistake of using the phrase, "It's what Josh would have wanted!" To say it had triggered Rob was an understatement. Thankfully, it had all calmed down pretty quickly, but the energy in the room was particularly low, even as the excitable sounds of other dorms getting ready echoed in from outside.

The din from the hallway seemed to slowly grow until there was the unmistakable noise of a crowd right outside their door. Suddenly, half a dozen other students barged in. Jazz was leading the way, but behind him were five others, ranging in both age and size – the school's rugby captains! Eldest of the group was Kai Barker, the Year 13 captain. Next was Issac Lloyd, the Year 12 captain and dormmate to James and Luke. Elijah Stewart was the Year 11 captain, while Logan Baxter and Ryder Kinsella were the captains of the Year 9 and 8 teams respectively.

"There he is! Get him!" Isaac called out dramatically, pointing at Rob as if he was making some grand getaway attempt, despite remaining seated.

"What are you doing? What's going on?" Rob asked as the six other boys descended on him.

"You," Kai started accusingly, standing in front of Rob as the others took hold of him, "Missed the usual rugby captain Halloween celebration!"

Rob smirked a little. Kai was clearly putting it very politely. Like most events, the rugby captains celebrated the same way – a wild, drunken (for the older captains) orgy. It was very much an open secret, as everyone else `knew' the sorts of things the team captains got up to, but could never confirm it. Rob tilted his head back to glance at Jazz, who had been helping him out with his rugby duties, then back to Kai and said, "I sent someone in my place!"

"Nah, not good enough!" Kai said disapprovingly, getting murmurs of agreement and emphatic headshakes from the others.

The rest of the dorm had just stood clear, unsure what was happening or whether they needed to get involved.

"As captain, you have certain duties to uphold and we're here to... up... your hold," Kai said, frowning as he verbally lost his way. Shaking his head a little as the other captains smirked, he said, "You know what I mean!"

"I do, but I'm not in the mood!" Rob insisted, though it was a light-hearted refusal rather than the angry reaction many things had gotten from him recently.

"I know how to put him IN the mood!" Jazz said with a wicked grin.

"Oh great," Isaac said a little sarcastically, "Where would we be without your insight into how to get NIPPLE BOY in the mood!?"

"Not this again," Rob grumbled.

"Nipple boy?" Ryder questioned Logan, the two boys the newest to the group.

Logan shrugged and said, "He likes nipple stuff!"

Ryder frowned a little and started, "What, like... looking at them or..."

"This!" Jazz interjected as both he and Isaac reached down at the same time, each grabbing one of Rob's nipples through his shirt.

"Ugh, fuck!" Rob grunted. He loved having his nipples played with, though he usually preferred to do it without a dozen other boys watching. As he groaned with pleasure, his cheeks flushed as the bulge in his crotch grew almost instantly. "S... stop..." he gasped weakly.

"You sure? Cos we're more than happy to continue," Kai said with a grin, then glanced over to the door to Rob's room and added, "In private anyway. This is captain business!"

"Ugh, fine," Rob grunted, his eyes drooping as his nipples got assaulted. He was instantly picked up, carried over into his dorm and the door closed behind them as the captains disappeared inside.

The door re-opened a moment later and David was pushed out before the door closed again. "OY, THAT'S MY ROOM!" he shouted back at them through the door, scowling.

Chris, Danny, Nicky, Mark all exchanged slightly bemused looks.

"What's all the noise?" Mikey asked, emerging from his own room.

"Rob just got kidnapped by six guys who seem to want to have sex with him!" Mark stated, then smirked as he said, "And it's worrying how normal that sentence feels!"

"The only weird part here is someone getting kidnapped for sex and Danny NOT being involved!" Chris said with a snigger.

"Fair," Danny said, nodding gently.

"Why do I never get kidnapped for sex?" Mikey pouted.

Chris and Nicky immediately grinned at each other as they lunged for Mikey and lifted him off the ground, carrying him towards their dorm.

"Yay!" Mikey giggled happily as they disappeared inside.

"Anyone else joining?" Chris called back.

Mark and David just looked at each other and said in perfect unison, "Drag Race?" Laughing at their similar thinking, they headed for a sofa to watch an episode of their favourite show.

"I'm good, but you boys have fun!" Danny said with a wry grin, watching in amusement as he saw a half-naked Mikey get thrown across the room onto a bed before the door closed. Shaking his head a little as he smiled and his hands fidgeted together, he wandered out of the dorm, not really sure why he wasn't joining in.

"AUSTIN, JUST GIVE HIM HIS UNDERWEAR BACK!" Mr Rudd's voice boomed from the other end of the second floor.

Following the sound of the teacher's voice, Danny wandered along, passing by the Floor Master's apartment, the Study Zone and the Games Room until he reached the Year 11 dorms.

"And if I have to tell you again," Mr Rudd said angrily as he left living area L2.6, "Then the whole lot of you are going to the party in your new costumes of `naked Kingswood students being punished by an angry Floor Master'. Got it?"

"Having fun?" Danny asked with a smirk as the boys inside the dorm wearily confirmed their understanding.

"Danny!" Mr Rudd exclaimed as he saw the boy. "Can I..." he paused to gulp involuntarily, "Can I help?"

"I just thought... we could talk!" Danny said, feeling a strange churning in his gut.

"Danny, I... I appreciate what you're trying to do, but I'm fine. Honestly!" Mr Rudd insisted.

"Good," Danny said, nodding absently, "Good!"

Mr Rudd frowned a little as he looked at the boy. Glancing down as he saw his hands fidgeting together, he caught a glimpse of something concerning and immediately reached out to pull Danny's hands apart. "What have you done?" he asked softly, seeing a small red gash on Danny's palm.

"Oh, I... oh!" Danny exclaimed, seemingly not even aware of it himself. Shakily he looked at his other hand and saw red beneath his fingernails as he realised the wound was self-inflicted.

"Danny?" Mr Rudd enquired, placing a hand on the boy's shoulder.

"I don't know," Danny said weakly, shaking his head, looking utterly shaken. As he looked up at the taller man, teary-eyed, he sniffed gently and said, "I don't think... us talking is... entirely about you, sir!" He burst into sobs and went to cover his face, but recoiled at the sight of his grazed palm.

"Hey, come on, come with me," Mr Rudd said, putting an arm around the crying boy as he quickly guided him back down the hallway and into his apartment.

As soon as they were in the more private space, Danny's crying intensified, and he felt the man pull him into a tight hug. "I don't even... know why... I'm crying," he managed between sobs.

"It's okay," Mr Rudd said softly, just holding him until he calmed a little. Without saying anything more, he led Danny into his office and took a seat in his desk chair as he opened one of the desk drawers and pulled out a small first aid kit. Holding out his hand, Danny offered his own and Mr Rudd inspected it for a moment. The wound itself was small, and by the looks of it pretty fresh, though the whole area was reddened with signs of scratching. Cautiously he opened the kit and pulled out a sterile wipe.

"Ow!" Danny winced as he felt a slight sting.

"Wimp," Mr Rudd chuckled, getting a timid smile in return as he put a plaster over the small wound. He stood, but only to reach over and pull another chair towards him as he instructed, "Sit!" As Danny took a seat, he wheeled his chair in front of the boy and sat facing him directly, though Danny currently avoiding eye contact. "Okay, talk to me," he urged him.

"I... don't know," Danny said, shaking his head. The man stared silently at him and he ventured very brief eye contact before immediately averting his gaze again. He absent-mindedly found his fingers reaching into his palm again, but the feeling of the small bandage made him immediately pull them away. "It's stupid. It's not like me and Josh are even that close, not really! Like... he's way closer to, like... Rob and Mark and Mikey and they're not like this! It's so stupid!"

"It's not stupid!" Mr Rudd insisted. "It actually makes quite a lot of sense," he added with a shrug.

"Wanna explain it then? Cos I don't have a fuckin clue!" Danny said bluntly, then blushed and corrected himself, "Freaking clue, sorry!"

"I'll let it slide," Mr Rudd said with a wry grin. "And what I mean is... you're in a very unique position, Danny, when it comes to the whole Josh situation!"

Danny frowned, still confused.

"Most people who are two, three, even four times your age haven't REALLY had to face mortality," Mr Rudd stated bluntly, "You... definitely have, Danny."

Danny's frown continued, but it was joined by a nod of acceptance.

"Not only your accident and your own brush with death, but... also what happened with Josh back when you were in year seven," Mr Rudd explained. "The fact that one was WITH Josh just adds to why this is doubtlessly affecting you in ways that it just doesn't affect the others!"

Danny continued to nod silently.

"Any... more thoughts on it now, Danny?" Mr Rudd asked gently, hoping that now he had started Danny down the path that he might take the next few steps unaided.

"It's just... it's so unfair!" Danny said, shaking his head as his face screwed up angrily. "The stuff he went through, it was... it was SO horrible and now he has to deal with this! Why Josh? Why him, after all he's been through? He's already suffered more than anyone EVER should. He doesn't deserve this! And..." He stopped, looking mildly horrified.

"Go ahead," Mr Rudd urged gently.

"I can't!" Danny mumbled, shaking his head as his hands clasped together. He recoiled once again as he felt the plaster Mr Rudd had stuck on his palm, realising how much he had likely been doing it before without realising. "Please don't make me say any more," he sniffled.

"I won't, it's okay!" Mr Rudd insisted. He reached out to take Danny's injured hand and stroked his palm gently as he said, "It's okay, Danny."

Danny sniffed as he let his head bob gently for a moment before he said, "I... really did want to make sure you were okay. That was why I came here the other night, I promise. It wasn't just... about me!"

"It's okay," Mr Rudd repeated, "It's fine for it to be about both of us!"

Danny ventured a meek smile as he reached up with his other hand and rubbed the back of it across his eyes to brush away the tears. "I don't know why I came to you," he mumbled absently. "I have SO many people I can talk to but... ugh, I don't know.

"I have some thoughts," Mr Rudd said casually, "But it's really not important right now. What matters is that we're talking, which is important!"

"Yes sir," Danny said. He raised his hand to wipe his face again, but flinched as he felt the small bandage on his cheek.

"Mmm-huh," Mr Rudd hummed as he reached out and took Danny's hand, turning it palm upwards. "And obviously this is a concern!"

"It... it's not on purpose sir, I swear I'm not crazy!" Danny said defensively.

"Not a word I like to use," Mr Rudd said, mildly disapproving. He looked back to the hand and asked, "Has it been itchy, or have you had any kind of rash or anything here, or anywhere else?"

Danny shook his head.

"Then," Mr Rudd said, weary of making it sound like any kind of formal diagnosis, which he knew he was far from qualified to give, "It seems that... for now... it's just something for you to be aware of. It's likely a stress thing, Danny, so the key really is to deal with that stress in a healthier way!"

"Sex!" Danny said bluntly. "That's... what I usually do!" he said with a nod.

"Yes, I noticed!" Mr Rudd said, raising an eyebrow.

Danny smiled coyly as he said, "You... didn't seem to mind!"

"Don't look at me like that," Mr Rudd said, shaking his head gently.

"Why not?" Danny asked as he shuffled forward in his seat, "Are you saying if I told you to do something... you wouldn't do it?" He let his hand rest on the teacher's knee.

Mr Rudd took slight, sharp intake of breath before he shakily replied, "Yes... I mean... no... wait... umm..."

A broad grin spread over Danny's face. "You're always handsome," he said softly, "But when you get flustered, you look so cute too!"

"Danny, don't, we were talking serious stuff!" Mr Rudd said, leaning back in his seat.

"I love Josh. Death is bad. Stop scratching. Sorted!" Danny said succinctly as he stood. "Right?" he prompted the teacher.

"More or less," Mr Rudd sighed a little disapprovingly, unsure if Danny really understood or whether he was just trying to move things to a more enjoyable subject.

Great," Danny smiled. He let a hand drop down to rub his growing bulge. "Now, in keeping with the spirit of the day," he said as he leaned forward, then whispered in the man's ear, "Trick or treat?"

Mr Rudd sighed again. Any other time, things may have been going quite differently, but his defences had gradually been worn down over the weeks of supporting Josh, and something about Danny just had a way of getting to him. He knew he shouldn't, but he found himself replying, "I suppose I'd... be okay with a treat!" He reached out towards Danny's crotch.

Danny immediately slapped the hand away as he shook his head and said, "Nuh-uh, you don't get to touch me, not yet!" Mr Rudd frowned a little, but a slight smirk showed through it. Danny was just playing and they both knew it. Apparently this was the de-stressor they both needed. "Although while we're on the subject, we should be clear..." Danny started, smiling salaciously, "Do you WANT to touch me?"

Mr Rudd gulped as he stared up at the boy standing over him for a moment, then nodded slightly.

"Then say it," Danny prompted him.

"I..." Mr Rudd started, but stopped, panting slightly from a breath he didn't even know he'd been holding, "I... want to touch you!"

"Mmmyeah," Danny hummed happily. "I think it's pretty obvious you want me to touch you too!" he continued, looking down at the straining bulge of the man's erection. Danny smiled at the wide-eyed stare he got back. Smirking a little, he looked in the direction of the door and said, "But it seemed like you were busy. We... probably don't have time, right?"

"I can make time!" Mr Rudd insisted.

"Let's keep it quick then!" Danny grinned. He straddled the man's lap, balancing on his knees as he sat with his legs apart. Raising one hand to grip onto the back of the man's neck to stop himself falling backwards, he kept eye contact for a moment before looking down to see both of their bulges between them. "You're gonna look at it, Max," Danny instructed, switching to his first name to further highlight the shift in power. "You're gonna look at my bulge and imagine what's inside and think about the day you earn the right to touch it!"

"Okay," Max nodded, his eyes fixed on the boy's crotch.

"And because you've been a good boy," Danny went on, reaching down to grasp at the teacher's erection through his trousers and underwear, "I'm gonna let you cum today!" He started stroking it through the clothing.

"Ahh... fffuck," Max gasped as the boy tugged at his straining prick. It had only been eight days – nine technically, as he hadn't cum since the day before Danny's first visit – which was longer than he normally went, but far from unmanageable. But still, his frustration and arousal had grown over the week thanks to Danny's lingering gazes and knowing smirks. Having the boy touching him now, having him take charge, having him so freely giving orders, it was all adding up to a powerful and worryingly imminent release.

"That's it, Max. Enjoy it, but think about my dick. Imagine the day I let you see it," Danny teased, feeling the meaty tool in his grasp throb, even through two layers. "Or touch it!," he went on, feeling another throb. "Or taste it!" he continued, getting a whimpered moan from the man in response.

Danny wanted to get the man's cock out, to witness its mighty girth, to feel the warmth and the firmness against his bare hands, but this was the plan he had committed to for now, and it just gave him something else to look forward to on future visits. He smiled as he began, "Tell me when you're close and..."

"I'm close!" Max blurted out, his forehead glistening with sweat as his breathing deepened.

Danny chuckled at the urgency and continued, "...and ask for permission before you cum!"

"Please... please... can I cum," Max pleaded shamelessly, clearly already on the verge of release.

Danny leaned in, licked the man's neck from his collar up to his ear, which he nibbled briefly before whispering into it, "You can cum!"

"Ah, shit... fuck... oh god... fuck!" Max panted and moaned as his cock began to throb and spit up a seemingly endless ejaculation, his underwear filling with his 9-day load, all while Danny kept on stroking. He did as ordered and kept his gaze fixed on Danny's bulge, virtually salivating at the sight of it. "Ah... fuck... sensitive, sensitive..." he gasped as Danny continued stroking him post-orgasmically.

Danny just chuckled as he let go and stood up. Heading for the door, he said, "Probably don't need to tell you this, but... no cumming without permission. Oh, and any time you touch yourself, make sure you're thinking about this!" He grasped at his own cock through his sweatpants.

"Yes sir," Max said, still catching his breath. As the boy turned to leave, Mr Rudd called out, "Oh, and Danny. You find yourself scratching, or feeling like you want to, or just feeling confused or overwhelmed... anything really... come see me, okay!"

"Yes sir," Danny said compliantly.

Mr Rudd stood up, frowning thoughtfully as he moved to Danny and placed a hand on his shoulder. "I mean that, Danny," he said firmly. "This... what we just did... that's just Danny and Max, but if you need ANYTHING, at all, Mr Rudd is always here, no matter what. Understand?"

Danny glanced down at his hand for a moment, then back to Mr Rudd and gave a sweet smile as he nodded and said, "Yes sir. Thank you!"

Rob's eyes rolled back in his head as he felt himself begin to cum for the third time, sixth if you counted the ruined orgasms he had endured before his first proper one. The first two had been at the hands (and mouths) of the entire group, while this last one was thanks solely to Isaac. The two were sitting on the floor next to Rob's bed, with Rob leaning back against the older boy who was contentedly wrapped around him.

Up on the bed, Kai, Elijah, Jazz, Logan and Ryder were all engaged in a contest to see who was the best kisser, something instigated by Kai mostly so he could enjoy the sight of the other four boys making out a lot.

As Rob's third and final orgasm subsided, he let his head loll back onto Isaac's shoulder and was immediately rewarded with lips on his neck. "That's nice!" he mewed contentedly. As his head leaned a little further to the side to give Isaac more area to work with, he found himself looking at Josh's bed. He let out an involuntary sigh.

Isaac squeezed the younger boy gently and whispered to him, "What's the latest?"

"Well today's actually the last day of chemo," Rob said positively, then frowned a little as he corrected himself to, "Well, the last day... of THIS cycle... in THIS phase of treatment!" He let out another gentle sigh as Isaac squeezed him again, "And he's still not seeing anyone!"

"Probably a good thing!" Isaac shrugged.

Rob pulled away slightly to look back at Isaac, his brow heavily furrowed at the comment, enough to question it without words.

"My cousin had leukaemia," Isaac stated with a slight shrug. "A different kind. His was... lympho... something..."

"Lymphocytic!" Rob stated, then smiled at the surprised look on Isaac's face and said, "I may have researched leukaemia a bit!"

Isaac chuckled, nuzzling his face into Rob's neck for a moment. "That's the one," he said with a smile. "He got better, by the way. Five years cancer free this summer actually!"

"That's awesome!" Rob said cheerfully.

"But I tell ya what, when he was feeling REALLY crappy, or when he needed to rest and people insisted on visiting... he just let them. He said he didn't feel comfortable telling them no," Isaac explained. "If Josh is doing it, it means he's looking after himself which is SO great, but it also means he knows he's got friends who can handle a no! That's even better! Supporting him doesn't mean just sitting next to him every day!"

Rob thought about it for a moment and smiled as he nodded. "You're right!" he said softly.

"Well it was bound to happen eventually," Isaac smirked.

Rob laughed and looked round at his bed. The other four had clearly ceased their competition and had been openly listening in, all quickly looking away as they saw Rob spot them. Laughing at the terrible attempts at nonchalance, Rob said to them, "Thanks guys, I think I really needed this!"

"Yeah, based on the amount of cum we got out of ya, you DEFINITELY did!" Elijah sniggered.

"And you know us," Kai said confidently, "Captains stick together!"

"And temporary stand-in captains!" Jazz chimed in, getting a laugh from the rest.

Rob frowned briefly and said, "How about... co-captain?"

Jazz cocked his head at his boyfriend quizzically.

"Look, I thought about giving up being captain and Josh basically kicked my arse about it," Rob said with a smirk, "And actually he was right, I don't wanna give it up cos I love it and I'm good at it!"

"That you are," Kai said with a supportive nod.

"But Jazz has been standing in for me so much that he's basically doing half the job already, and we know he's a fucking good captain from doing it when he was at Fothergill, so... why not make it official?" Rob suggested.

"Aww, partners in life AND on the rugby pitch. It's so sweet!" Isaac sniggered.

"Shut up, you're just jealous," Jazz smirked.

"Oh, I absolutely am, and I'm man enough to admit it," Isaac grinned. "But I think it sounds like a perfect idea. Boss man?" He looked to Kai, who had seniority as the Year 13 captain.

"Agreed," Kai said with a nod. He looked to Jazz and said, "Welcome to the club!"

"Thanks," Jazz said happily. "And thank YOU!" he added, leaning down to kiss Rob briefly, getting a round of `oohs' from the others. As he sat back up, waving off their teases, he smiled confidently and said, "Turns out none of you are the best kisser. It's Rob!"

Annoyed as David had been to be unceremoniously ejected from his dorm earlier, it had quickly dawned on him what it meant. A group of seven boys were in his room, almost certainly getting naked and having sex, oblivious to his hidden camera! He had sat watching Drag Race with Mark, which he always loved and definitely enjoyed, but he had felt antsy the entire time, eager to check his recordings and see what was going on/what he had captured.

As soon as he was free to run off and hide away in a private study room, he had scurried away with his laptop and found, much to his delight, the rugby captains engaging in an outright orgy. Feeling his dick swell as he watched clothes start to come off, David had resisted playing with himself. Instead, he just skipped to them leaving, edited the recording down and filed it away to enjoy in full when he had more time.

Though a recording of Mikey, Nicky and Chris was not as exciting, purely for the fact that they all engaged in such activity regularly and had their own library in David's collection, he still saved that recording too. What actually caught David's eye was what came before it. As David recalled, Mikey had been alone in the dorm before the captains showed up, and one thing David knew all too well from his ongoing voyeurism was that teenage boys alone in a room usually meant a teenage boy, masturbating!

Again, his `Mikey wanking' collection was sizeable but his slight obsessiveness to catch every moment pushed him to skip through the recording to see if he had caught his friend in the act again. Having seen him keep his clothes on and his hand away from his crotch, David was about to delete it until he noticed Mikey seemed to be talking... to himself.

David hesitated for several moments. It felt like one of those things he knew he shouldn't watch, like Mark and Josh together at half-term, but curiosity quickly got the better of him and he turned on the sound and listened in.

"Shut up, you're wrong!" Mikey said bluntly.

David considered winding back a bit to see what had prompted it, but instead just watched as Mikey frowned, shaking his head.

"No. He's not seeing ANYONE, which means he's not avoiding me!" Mikey insisted.

Another silent pause. David zoomed in as much as he could, unsure whether Mikey had his phone on or earbuds in, but both were on his nightstand next to his bed.

"Shut up!" Mikey growled. "I already know that's not true! Nicky told me!"

Another pause.

"No, he's not lying to me. Nicky's NEVER lied to me. I trust him!" Mikey said confidently.

Mikey flinched a little through the next pause.

"Yes I can! He's my best friend and I love him and he'll be okay with it. I know he will!" Mikey said firmly.

David was absolutely bewildered. This wasn't just a casual comment to himself in passing. That was something David did, and so did just about everyone else. Mikey was actually talking TO someone, and that someone seemed to be talking back, yet there was nobody in the room with him!

Mikey raised his hands to his head as he muttered, "Shut up, shut up, shut up!"

"OY, THAT'S MY ROOM!" David heard himself shout out, the sound carrying through the door on the recording.

Mikey immediately jumped up to leave the dorm and David stopped the video, already aware of what came next.

"Who's he talking to?" David asked curiously. Annoyed that he hadn't kept any previous non-sexual recordings, David made a mental note to look out for it again. Mikey had always been a strange one, but David loved a good mystery. He cut the clip out of the main recording and saved it as `Mikey talking to ???' then closed his laptop to go join the others getting ready for the party.
