***Disclaimer:
This is yet another story about those hunky boys of the Backstreet Boys and 'N Sync written by a straight woman. Therefore, please excuse my writings if they appear to be a bit screwed due to my lack of knowledge. This story is a work of FICTION (note the term FICTION- I can't stress this enough) and is purely written for the sole purpose of entertainment and enjoyment. Yes! Entertainment. That's all... think of it like a movie. You watch for entertainment and you read for entertainment. These events did not happen to the best of my knowledge and therefore actions taken in this story do not reflect the true nature of the characters involved. This story does not imply anything about the sexuality of the person(s) involved. And if you're an underage teenie or do not wish to read about male/male sexual relationships, this is now the time to shut your lap-top as there will be sexual explicit scenes throughout. Proceed with your own risk. Enough with the warnings, now on with the story.
***Author's Note:
Hallelujah! It's a miracle. Aphrodite has finally found her way back to Nifty land where Britney will never be able to wrap her filthy little mouth around my boy's cock without my having driven over her a few times. Ah...I miss Nifty. I hope you missed me, too. What happened? I was ill for a week. A week before my sudden illness, my computer went to the shop and returned freshly formatted and therefore I lost everything. And I mean everything. And before that, college has since resumed. As much as I love providing entertainment to everyone, college and inevitably my future must come first.
Justin, sweetie, of course, you come before college. Don't cry (he's so damn sensitive). Please stop crying now before people start to think I'm actually abusing you although after the hell you put me through for the past few weeks, I should tie you and whip you with a leather whip until you cry out mommy. No, buts...I know what I saw. Of course, I know you wore that sweater that clung tightly to your sculpted pectorals for me. And I thank you. But I never gave you permission to have a plastic accessory on your arm making you look cheap. You're Aphrodite's adonis, for God's sake, Justin. Have a little self-respect. No, more buts! Now sweetie, be a good boy and go back to your little cage in my boudoir. Don't make me bring out the leather whip, Justy. (shaking her head) The boy never learns. Adonis. You'd think they'd learned to appreciate it when you sacrifice a good portion of your life doing charitable works to resurrect them for six months at a time to be your sex slave. He's a handful. Isn't he, Dara?

A TALE OF TWO BOYBANDS
CHAPTER XXVII
**
May 4th was just around the corner. In three days, Lance would be a true adult with all the privileges that came along with being 21 like drinking and reading gay porn on the internet- not that Lance had never participated in these activities. The difference now was that it was perfectly legal for Lance to participate in these activities thus alleviating the guilty conscience Lance must endure every time he engaged himself in such activities. 'N Sync had taken the next few days off from their hectic schedule to celebrate Lance's milestone event.
JC had spent the last few days in the studio preparing a birthday song just for Lance. Chris helped Danielle planned a birthday bash at their Hollywood mansion. And Joey had been busy at work, checking out male strip joints around town. After all Lance was now a man and what better way to celebrate this milestone event than to watch hard male bodies strip down. Joey smiled to himself, thinking how perfect his gift would be. He would even enjoy it for Lance.
Invitations were sent out two weeks in advance. Danielle wanted to make sure nothing get out of hand. She was always making sure everything was right and Chris was thankful for her presence. Without Danielle, there would be no FumanSkeeto. She was the core of the company. She made sure the company was under control while Chris was on the road. After the scandal, they became even closer than ever before. She wanted to make sure there would not be a second scandal.
Danielle now was following up on the invitations by making phone calls. She wanted to make sure that she had enough food for everyone to eat and enough space for everyone to hang out. She came across Jim and Diane Bass's number. They were among the few who didn't send in their notice of attendance. She was hesitant about calling- afraid that they might reject the invitation. When she finally mustered enough courage to call them, she was told that they had already made plans several weeks in advance to spend the week in France, but had sent a birthday package for Lance. At least, they remembered his 21st birthday. She told Lance, who was more than ecstatic to hear the news that they weren't coming thus delaying the inevitable confrontation with his family. If only she could get Justin to come, things would be better. She had been calling Brian's number, but never had gotten the chance to actually talk to Justin. She was afraid that Brian might not have given him the messages she had been leaving. Still, she was positive that Justin would make every effort he could to come to LA to help celebrate his best friend's first day of true manhood.
"What?!" Brian was furious. He could no longer think rationally as he was asked to sit back down. "Do I look like an 80-year-old senator suffering from erectile dysfunction?" Brian managed to lower his tone of voice a little as he spoke to his primary physician, Dr. J. R. Stokes.
"I'm afraid so, Brian." Dr. Stokes told his patient. "Contrary to popular belief, erectile dysfunction can affect anyone at any age. True, the vast majority of cases occur in men well over the age of 60, but there are always exceptions. And Brian, I'm afraid you fall into this exceptional class."
"I cannot believe this."
Brian sank further into despair. Justin had finally decided to give himself to Brian, and now Brian was unable to perform. And it wasn't performance anxiety either as Dr. Strokes had tried for the past hour explaining to Brian. Brian couldn't help but agree with his physician. He had been trying for the past couple of days masturbating with little to no success. Brian, 26, was diagnosed shortly thereafter with erectile dysfunction.
"I cannot believe this." Brian repeated, running his fingers through his hair.
"I'm sorry, Brian. I know it's hard news to take especially when you finally have a chance with Justin." Dr. Stokes' slippery tongue caught Brian off guard.
"What?" Brian jumped on the desk. "You know about Justin?"
"Uh...Brian, Dr. Barber and I have discussed your case thoroughly. He and I both are rooting for you. It's unfortunate that something like this has to stand in your way."
"This is unbelievable!" Brian threw his hands up in the air. "What am I? A live soap opera box? You and my psychiatrist get together over the weekend to discuss my sex life while seeping tea? Jeez, I wonder if he will finally fuck Justin?" Brian said, mocking the two doctors.
"Actually, that's not too far from the truth. We both worry about you. We care about you. And that's why we decided to work together to bring with the best care we can provide." Dr. Stokes explained.
"Let me guess, Dr. Kahn is also a part of this `Brian and Justin' web ring, too?"
"No." Dr. Stokes answered. "He's too arrogant to associate with us. That bastard cardiologist. They're all the same. He thinks he's too good for us."
"Enough with this." Brian said, at last, returning to his seat. "Help me, doc. I have a hot, young, foine (stressing "foine" I might add) boyfriend sitting around at home ready for me to fuck him. Is there anyway you can help me?"
"I'm glad you asked." Dr. Stokes said, pulling out Brian's chart. "Viagra. This is a miracle drug. It has works wonders. Take it from me. It works." Dr. Stokes winked his eyes as he handed Brian's the prescription for Viagra.
"I cannot believe this."
Brian kept repeating to himself as he walked out of the local pharmacy. He opened the bag and peered into the brown paper bag that would hold the key to Justin's asshole. He examined the bottle with a bright yellow label indicating `no nitrates'. Just his luck. He took nitrates for his heart and now he had to choose one drug to take and leave the other in their bottle.
"Just great. Not fuck Justin and live or fuck Justin and die. Great choices." Brian mumbled to himself. Could the day getting any worse?
It was May 4th at last. Twenty one years after his birth, Lance was now a man. He got up early that morning and freshened himself up with a warm shower. After the shower, Lance outfitted in a classy dark brown Armani Suit. He splashed himself with his favorite cologne as he smiled at his reflection in the mirror before joining the rest of `N Sync for breakfast. This was the first day of his manhood and he was going to enjoy it.
After breakfast, they gathered back at Chris's and Danielle's place for a few hours of relaxation. The last few hours of complete and utter silence. In a few hours, their place would be turned upside, entertaining over 200 guests of close friends and celebrities.
The clock continued to tick above the hallway. In little less than a few hours, Lance's birthday bash would take in effect. Justin was making his way through the hallway when Kevin stepped in front of him, demanding to know where he was planning to go with his luggage in hand. Upon hearing the strife, Brian rushed upstairs to find his boyfriend geared up for a trip.
"Oh, great. My day just got worse." Brian murmured to himself when he saw the luggage in Justin's hands. "Baby, where are you going?"
"Uh...um...a walk." Justin stuttered.
"And you need the luggage in your hand?"
"A long walk." Justin responded cautiously.
"Very well." Brian said.
Brian walked past Kevin and led Justin back into their room. They had to talk now. Brian had noticed for several days now that Justin was acting a bit unusual. He didn't talk much and when he started to, he appeared hesitant about his choice in words. Brian knew this day to be Lance's birthday. He asked Justin to wait for him while he took care of some business outside. Justin agreed and waited for his return. Brian left his room to enter that of Kevin. He saw Kevin sitting on the window sill, gazing at the wild orchard below.
"What should I do?" Brian asked his cousin for some important advice. "Maybe I should just let him go. After all, they say if you love someone you should let them go and if they come back, they're yours, but if they don't then they were never yours to begin with."
"I don't know, Brian." Kevin murmured, shaking his head. "If you let him go, will he come back?"
"I don't know." Brian answered, collapsing in front of his cousin.
"Brian, if you want to this relationship to succeed, you have to be the man and lay down some rules. Jusitn's your typical spoiled rich kid...he needs someone to discipline him now and then. He doesn't even know that Lance is having a birthday bash at Chris's place. Don't tell him." Kevin suggested. "If you let him slip away, I guarantee you won't get another chance. Just look at me for example."
"You're right." Brian said, getting off the floor to return to his room.
Surprisingly, he found Justin waiting on the bed for his return. Of course, he couldn't leave the house without Brian's authorization to open the door. He would have to crawl out of the second story bedroom window to get outside since those windows weren't protected by the highly advanced alarm system and risk getting scrapes and bruises.
"Justin, where are you going?" Brian asked, as if he had no clue where Justin's intended destination.
"Brian, I would tell you before hand, but there was just not a good time." Justin bounced off the bed to explain to Brian. "I have to go whether or not you like it. Lance has been more than a wonderful friend. I promised him that I'd be there for his celebration. You can't deny me that. You won't, will you?"
Brian took one look at those puppy blue eyes and became overwhelmed with guilt for entrapping Justin in his house. He wanted to let him loose, but the risk was too high. He had to say, no. Brian shook his head slowly and turned away. Disappointed and infuriated, Justin threw his luggage against the wall. He was angry. For the past few weeks, he had been nothing but a good loving boyfriend. Yet, Brian never once trusted him. Sure, he said it was all done for his own good, to protect him. Justin didn't see it through the same lens as Brian. In Justin's eyes, he was a prisoner in Brian's home. Never once could he leave the house. The only place allowed was the backyard away from everyone's watchful eyes. Even in the backyard, he couldn't escape Brian's grasp as Ted would always accompany him outside and inside. He had been doubting Brian's love ever since Brian vehemently rejected his request to join him on a shopping trip to the local mall. Brian returned that day with a distasteful collection of aqua blue shirts to much of Justin's detest. He was starting to feel as if Brian was ashamed of having him as boyfriend. No one knew he even existed in that little town. He had to get out. He grabbed his ticket and proceeded to leave the room when Kevin stepped in his path.
"Justin, go back inside." Kevin ordered.
Justin refused to take any orders other than his mother's, management's, and JC's. He pushed Kevin out of his way only to have Kevin pushed him back inside the room with a greater force. Justin toppled down over his luggage. He kicked his luggage out of his way and began to leash out his anger. He walked up to the walls and advanced to tear down posters of himself on the wall. Kevin had since stepped out the room, allowing Brian to deal with this problem on his own. Brian walked up to Justin and grabbed his wrist, stopping him from further vandalizing his room.
"Justin, please don't do this to me." Brian begged him.
"Brian, I can't take it anymore!" Justin shouted, collapsing to the floor in front of Brian. He crawled his way to Brian, wrapping his arms around Brian's legs, begging for his freedom. "Please, Brian, I promise I'll return right after I visit Lance in Mississippi."
"Justin." Brian paused, picking up his boyfriend from the floor, "I love you."
"Damnit, Brian! I wasn't asking for your feelings. I was asking, no I'm demanding that you turn off that stupid alarm system so I can go and see my best friend." Justin shouted.
Brian remained speechless. He did not know what else to say to convince Justin to stay. He wasn't ready to resort to lies to keep Justin from leaving. Brian walked away from Justin towards a framed picture of the two groups taken a few years ago in Germany at a charity basketball game. He removed the picture from it's hooks. Behind it was a locked safe. Brian opened the case with his secret code and the safe popped opened. Inside was the remote control pad for the alarm system that kept every door locked from the outside as well as the inside. Brian pressed the red button and Justin could hear the doors downstairs opening.
"You're free to go." Brian said, walking towards Justin with his jean jacket. Brian placed the jacket over his shoulders and kissed his neck softly. "Wear this. It can be cold at night sometimes." Brian said, before abandoning Justin in his room to join his cousin in the room across the hall.
Justin turned around to see Brian had slipped out of the room. Suddenly, he was overwhelmed with guilt. But this was no time for a guilty conscience. Justin grabbed his suitcase and darted downstairs as quickly as he could, afraid Brian might change his mind and set the alarm, again. To his surprise, the doors remained unlocked. Justin slowly pushed the front door open and stepped out for the first time without any strings attached to him. He was no longer under anyone's control. Before leaving, he couldn't help but give Ted a hug. Over the past several days, he had grown to love and appreciate Ted's presence in his life although sometimes Ted was a nuisance, following him around everywhere even into the bathroom one day.
"Thank you." Justin whispered to Ted.
"Have a safe trip, Mr. Timberlake." Ted whispered in return.
Justin grabbed his ticket and made his way out of the door successfully. Kevin was no longer going to step in. Brian was no longer going to deny his freedom. A teardrop fell along Brian's face as he watched his lover walk past the country gates of the estate he once called home. Brian traced the diminishing figure with his finger. He soon clenched his fingers in a fist. A sharp pain in his arm sent Brian collapsing onto the floor as Kevin rushed to his side.
"I think I'm dying." Brian managed to utter to his cousin.
***Another heart attack for Brian. Jeez, I wonder will he survive to see the ending of the Tale. Thanks to Mag, Monica, Cat, and Dara and anyone else I forgot for emailing me despite my lack of updates to check up on me and my lazy ass. Now that there's an update, I expect to hear from each and every one of you. Email me. I might be busy, but never too busy to read your emails. ThanksJ
