Chapter 5

When Percy was eating dinner with his parents on Friday, Percy's mother, Grace, asked, "Mavis tells us you brought some friends home to visit. Would you like to have them round for a meal and maybe play some games or go to a cinema?"

"I'd be happy to run you all into town for the cinema and then pick you up later. Maybe you could go to a coffee bar or something after the film and I fetch you from there and drop them off at their homes," Elliot, his father, suggested.

"Or they could stay the night here and we take them home the next day. Why don't you think about it a bit and let us know what you'd like. You know your friends are welcome to come and visit, and Mavis will happily make some food and drink for you all," Grace added.

"Thanks. I'll think about it and let you know. Maybe see how they feel about it. It was William, who's in my year at school, and his brother and sister. His brother is a bit challenged. Apparently it happened when he was being born. Their mum died having him..." Percy started.

"Oh, that's so sad," Grace interrupted him.

"Anyway, there are another four guys at school who have become friendly with me. Would it be okay if they all come?" Percy finished what he had started.

"I see no reason why not, unless Mavis says she can't cook for that many," Elliot said.

"If that's too much for Mavis, we can just order in take-aways," Grace said.

"Of course if you wanted to still go to the cinema, then we'd have to use both cars, but I'm sure your mum will be happy to help there too," Elliot said.

"Yes, of course! I'll be the second taxi," Grace agreed. "You think about it and talk to your friends."

Not long after dinner Percy's parents had moved into their offices and Percy was up in his room. He texted William about the idea of a meal and movies and asked him if he thought the others would be interested in spending the night at his home or if that would be too much. He also asked how the others would feel with Clive and Juliet joining them.

It took a few minutes before his phone rang with William wanting to talk rather than text. After their greetings William got straight down to business. "There are a number of things with this idea we need to think about. Firstly, a meal at yours and movies after sounds great. I'm definitely in with that. I'd be happy with a sleepover too, but I'm not too sure how the others would react. Including Juliet and Clive might be a problem. I'm not sure how the others would feel with Clive tagging along. And Juliet might feel a bit outnumbered."

"Maybe Martyn and Barrie's girlfriends and Inky's sister could join us? Probably would not be too good an idea to have a sleepover if the numbers are increased. Would it bother you to have Clive with us?" Percy asked.

"It wouldn't bother me to have Clive with us. I love that boy and I'm proud of how well he is doing. If your folks are happy with adding to the party then those other three girls would make it easier for Juliet, I'm sure. And I agree the sleepover might not be such a good idea then," William said.

"Okay, I'll sound my folks out about adding a few more to the number and explain that we probably would not be too comfortable with a sleepover with the added people. On Monday we can sound out the others and see if they think their girls would like to join us," Percy said.

"Great. We'll just have to try and work out another reason for a sleepover with maybe just the four of us," William said. "How else will we get a chance to test out the things we've talked about these last few days?"

"Yeah. It is a bit difficult isn't it?" Percy agreed.

"What are you up to tomorrow?" William asked.

"I was going to go to town. I need some new clothing. I was going to check out what I liked and then come home and order it on-line. Why?"

"I was thinking that maybe just you and I could get together for a bit. What if I join you in town and then we hang together after that?" William suggested.

"Yeah, okay. I think my folks have to go into their work tomorrow so we could come back here. Mavis will be gone by lunch time, and even if my folks are here they'll be in their studies, so we'll have the whole of upstairs to ourselves." They agreed to meet at the bus stop the next morning and take it from there.

The bus came along less than a minute after William joined Percy at the bus stop. Percy, being more used to catching the bus, had the right money for both fares and paid for William's ticket. They sat near the back where there was no one else at the time to have privacy to talk.

"What sort of clothes are you looking for?" William asked.

"A bit of everything, really. I need some new boxers, and I'd like to find some denims and polo shirts," Percy said.

"So how do you do this? You go into a shop, find something you like and try it on, then say you don't want it, and go home knowing what size to order?" William asked.

"I don't try anything on. I already know what size I am. No, I look for the brand names and the style codes and make a note of them. Then I go home and use my credit card to buy them. I've found that using a credit card in the shops gets some strange looks, and one even insisted on calling my dad. They think I'm too young to have my own card. Bastards"

"It is kind of unusual. I mean I've got a debit card, but no credit card," William said.

"Yeah, I've got a debit card too, but I prefer to buy with my credit card and then do a bank transfer to pay it off. That way I'm building a credit history for later on when I'm working and trying to buy a house or something. I've had one since I was sixteen. At first I just had a three hundred pound limit on it, but as I don't go out much, and have used it regularly since I was sixteen, they've just upped my limit to seven fifty."

"You mean you can go out and spend seven hundred and fifty pounds in one hit if you want to?" William said. "How would you pay it off?"

"Paying it off wouldn't be a problem. My folks have given me an allowance, paid straight into my bank account, since I was ten. At first I used to get through most of it each month, but then my dad made me start saving at least ten percent of what I was getting. As I got older and saw my bank account growing, I quite liked it and so stopped wasting the money on things I didn't need. Now I have a fair bit put aside in a savings account, plus enough to pay off my credit card in my bank account. Becoming friends with you guys might cramp my saving routine a bit, but it'll be worth it," Percy said.

"Hey, don't think you've got to pay for everything. We each pay our own way. That's how it always goes," William said.

"Well, not this first meal and movies. My folks are paying for that. They won't even let me give them back the money for my own ticket. After that I'm happy for us all to pay our own share," Percy said. "But even that will cost me more than I've been spending up to now, because I had no one to go out and about with, so no spending doing it. But like I said, it'll be worth it."

"By the way, Inky called me this morning about one of our homework bits and I sounded him out about the meal and movies. He said he was up for it and would ask his sister. She's in the same year as Juliet, and I think they know each other enough to get along. Inky also mentioned that as he's Jewish he can't eat pork or black pudding."

"Shit, thanks for mentioning that. I'll make sure Mavis knows. I thought I'd let her make up the menu with what she's comfortable cooking for a larger number."

The two teens spent an enjoyable couple of hours going around the shops, with Percy making his notes on the clothes that interested him, then they went to the food hall in the middle of the mall to have a bit to eat and drink before catching the bus for home. Both boys really liked the time they had together and found that they liked being together. William didn't even go to his house when they got off the bus there. Instead he went straight with Percy up to Percy's house. They bumped into Mavis at the gateway as she was leaving. She rolled down the window of her car and after greeting the pair she said, "You invite as many as you want to the meal, Percy, I'll cook for a hundred if that's what you want."

"Thank you, Mavis. You really are a special lady," Percy replied. Mavis had to pull away before she got too emotional.

"You really are kind to that employee," William said.

"She's not my employee. My folks employ her. She's my friend, and has been since the first day she started with us, many years ago."

"How long has she been your housekeeper?" William asked as they continued to the front door.

"I can't remember for sure, but I know she baked the cake for my tenth birthday and then helped to eat it. My cousins who were supposed to come got sick and couldn't come, so I didn't get a party," Percy said as he opened the door.

After they kicked off their shoes, Percy led William into the house and suggested he wait while Percy went to check if his parents were home and working. He let William get comfortable in the lounge and went off for a couple of minutes. Returning he said that his dad was at the office but his mum was in her study and had asked that she not be disturbed. With that he led William up the two flights of stairs to his room. The last time they had visited, they had only spent a very short time in any of the rooms, and William now began to look around the room.

It wasn't decorated in the way most older teenage guys did, with posters of bands or girls in minimal clothing. The walls were mostly bare. On one wall he had a poster of the periodic table with a few additions written on by his own hand. There was a full length mirror on another wall and a print of a painting by Constable on another wall. He had a built in wardrobe, a double bed and his desk and chair. Beside his bed was a small bookcase that doubled as his bedside table with a lamp on it. A rug over the fitted carpets beside his bed completed his decorations. Even the curtains on the window were a plain grey[D1] against the stark white of the walls.

"I guess it's a stupid question, but you know the periodic table off by heart, don't you?" William asked.

"Actually, I don't. I can remember most of it, but not all of it. I don't know all the atomic numbers and weights. And they add to it every so often, so there would always be more to learn. I just find it interesting to have it to look at when I'm doing my chemistry homework," Percy said. "So I'm guessing you'd like to read a couple of stories with me?"

"Yeah, there's an older one by that one author you told me about who's got his stories on both sites. I started to read it but haven't had the chance to finish it. Can I pull it up on your laptop and we read it together?" William asked.

"Yeah. I left it sleeping so it wouldn't take an age to boot up. If we sit on the bed we can have it between us and read together. We can also just stop and talk about what it's doing for us," Percy suggested as he opened his laptop and unplugged it from the mains. He carried it over to his bed and got on, leaning up against the headboard. He patted the space beside him, inviting William to join him. They had to sit close together with their inside legs touching to rest the laptop on so they both could see it okay. "Go ahead and get it."

William pulled the laptop closer to himself and tapped away on the keyboard to open the one site and put his pass in. "I thought if we used this site we could add our comments in as we go. I think some of these writers really deserve to know that there are people like us out here who like their stories and appreciate that they are sharing them with us. I've commented on a couple of this guy's other stories, and he always comes back and thanks me for the comments."

"Yeah, I've seen some discussion on this site where the authors complain that their stories get so many hits but few comment on them," Percy agreed.

"Ah, here it is, say okay when you're ready to move on," William said, opening the story up at the first chapter.

"I've read some of this guy's other stories. I recognise his username. But I haven't read this one yet," Percy said as he started reading.

The two teens read for a few minutes with William scrolling the story up as they went. They were both fairly fast readers and got through the first chapter fairly quickly. They decided that they were going to add a comment on that first chapter and moved over to the thread for comments. William wrote the comment and mentioned that he was reading the story with a friend who had introduced him to the site and added Percy's username to the comment. They went back to reading and got through the second chapter of the story. Both were now sporting definite hard-ons and were making no effort to hide them. When they went back to add a comment on chapter two they were surprised to find that the author had picked up their previous comment and thanked them for it. They saw he was still on-line and sent him a quick PM to let him know they appreciated that he took time to reply to readers' comments. While they were reading the third chapter, they saw that the author had replied to William's PM. They didn't finish reading chapter three that afternoon; instead they kept up a steady conversation with the author, who let them know that the story was based on fact and they should feel free to ask him questions if they had any. He promised to answer any question that he could. If there was something he thought he shouldn't share, or that he couldn't share, he would tell them. Two hours later they were still chatting with the author and asked if he would let them have an email address for them to write to later. The author gave them his address and told them that he would not reveal where he was living and he would not ask them where they were. They had already established they were all living in England, and the author said that information was enough.

After William had gone home, Percy logged in under his own credentials and sent the author another PM just to prove that he was who William had claimed. Later that evening William phoned Percy and said that he had finished chapter three sitting naked at his desk in his room and had wanked himself to a very satisfying orgasm. He asked if they could meet up on Sunday to finish reading the story together. Percy agreed and said he would finish reading chapter three and they could start on chapter four together. William suggested that he again visit Percy rather than having Percy come to his house. The rest of his family would be home, and he didn't want that to prevent him and Percy moving forward in their relationship.

Percy lay in bed analysing his thoughts and feelings concerning William and his own sexuality. He told himself that it was okay to have strong feelings for William and to experiment with him. He felt that he didn't yet need to make a commitment one way or another. If he knew what lay ahead for him, he might have told himself something different.

Percy then let his thoughts move back over what he and William had read that afternoon. As he did so, his hand moved down to his already hard cock and he began to give himself a very satisfying wank, the culmination of which spurted out over his chest and abdomen in a great release of sexual tension. As he used his ever-ready cum rag to clean up, Percy smiled to himself and thought that maybe the next day it would be someone else that enjoyed the pleasure of his hand while he enjoyed a reciprocal pleasure for the first time.

Gray is pastel black - "pastel" refers to the addition of white to a color, which is true of all shades of gray.
