Slave One
On March 15th, 2015, slavery had come into effect in Scotland. There had been many political squabbles about human rights up until these human rights had been removed at the beginning of March 2015. This story is about the first person to be enslaved.
Graeme Allison had been in trouble with the law before for petty crimes. Graeme was now seventeen a few months shy of his eighteenth birthday. Now Graeme was not a stupid boy, he did well at school, and now that he had left school he spent too much time playing on his computer, drinking and smoking with his friends.
Graeme could no longer get any money from his folks to buy drinks. He had to find another way. He remembered that he knew someone from school that was gay and looked him up on facebook.
Once he had found Colin on facebook, he made friends. When checking Colin's list of friends, he noticed that Colin had a few older friends. His idea being that older gay men are easy targets, he would be able to scam them out of money and as they don't want problems, they would just write the loss off as bad luck.
He also knew that if he had a problem, he could say that this faggot was trying to seduce him. Who were they going to believe, him a young straight guy or some old faggot queen. Graeme set about to befriended one of Colin's older friends, one of which was Ronald and he would use Colin as a reference, for weeks Graeme made the effort to win his friendship and trust.
They discussed all sorts of things and he made out that he had the same interests as Ronald. Ronald never worried that Graeme claimed to be straight, he did not want Graeme. He just treated him as a young man who needed to talk, and would listen to all the stories Graeme had to tell him.
At last, he asked Graeme if he was sure that he was straight, could he be using his girlfriend as a cover, or did he have a problem with his family. Graeme said that he did like guys, but his family was very homophobic and if they ever found out he would be homeless. Being a compassionate person Ronald said that anytime he needed to talk, he would be there to listen, and anytime he needed help, he only needed to ask. Ronald also told Graeme, that he expects to be told the truth and has no time for someone who tells lies.
A few days later, Graeme told Ronald that he had got into trouble with the law for being drunk in public and needed to pay the fine that day or he would be arrested. Ronald agreed to help him with a loan, as it was not a large amount, only ?240.00. Ronald knew that this could not be true because there are laws against supplying alcohol to under age minors. He also knew that the police would not let a minor go home without investigating the source of the alcohol; he knew they would have involved the parents.
Alarm bells were ringing in Ronald's head, this whole story did not add up, but he had made a promise, so he would keep it. Ronald then spent a little time downloading a copy of all Graeme's information and contacts from facebook, along with all the messages that they had exchanged.
The other thing that was a worry was the amount. Ronald knew that with an admission of guilt, the fine would only be a small amount, unless there was damage that had to be paid.
When Graeme had received the money, he went home and deleted Colin and Ronald from his facebook, he also blocked them, so that they could not see what he was doing and went out to party with his friends.
Unfortunately, Graeme had given one of his friend's mobile numbers as his contact detail, which Ronald had copied. When Ronald noticed that Graeme was no longer on his facebook, he phoned the number, Graeme did not take the call and neither did his friend, after all the friend did not know who was calling.
Ronald then sent a text message, telling him that he knew Graeme had scammed him and demanded that the money be returned. The friend asked Graeme where he got the money and the whole story came out. The friend advised Graeme to repay the money quickly because he knew that if the Police got involved Graeme would be in big trouble.
He reminded Graeme about the new slavery laws that were due to come into effect and he did not want to see his friend enslaved. He helped Graeme get the full amount of money together with money from his home savings and then made Graeme phone Ronald to return his money. This was also when he discovered that Ronald had already reported this case to the police.
Graeme was too ashamed to face Ronald and asked the friend to pay the money over to him. Ronald had to inform the police that the culprit had returned the money that had been scammed from him and after doing so, he thought nothing further of the incident.
Ronald hoped that Graeme had learned the lesson. Gay people do not like to be scammed. What Graeme did not realise was that Ronald had lived through the time when being gay was against the law. Ronald knew that if someone used blackmail now and was caught, they could not use the fact that he is gay against them. The magistrates tended to look at the crime first.
This turned out to be a most unlucky day for Graeme. When he was last arrested, he had been very abusive towards the arresting officer, a career police officer with children about Graeme's age, the same as his own. It was just too bad that the same police officer had gotten Graeme's case this time as well.
He went and discussed this case with the public prosecutor, who decided to take this case to court under the new law, which he hoped to use it as an example. At four a.m. the next morning, the officer arrested Graeme, and by nine a.m. Graeme was in court.
When Graeme looked to see who else was in court, he found his parents and a number of his friends from school, and Ronald. Graeme was not worried because he had returned all of his money, so he felt there was no crime. He was prepared to tell the magistrate, that he knew it was wrong and that was why he had returned the money.
The magistrate entered the court and it turned out it was the same magistrate that Graeme had seen the last three times that he was in court. Graeme felt this was going to be easy, the magistrate was a softy. Graeme knew how to play on the magistrates feelings and he felt that he could make out how bad things have been for him, how he was unable to find employment and that his parents refused to give him money when he needed it.
Graeme really felt that this case was going to be easy. He also felt that as he was still under eighteen he would be safe, as long as he could get the case finished before he turned eighteen in three months time. Graeme could not risk this case being remanded and only being heard after he turned eighteen. He decided the best course of action would be to plead guilty, knowing that it could not go onto his permanent record.
It was then that Graeme realised that there were a lot more people in court than normal, he even noticed a reporter. Once the case was called, Graeme was asked, "How do you plead?" Graeme knew that he was guilty, but also felt that as he had returned the money that he would be okay. He pled guilty and stated that he had returned the money.
The magistrate looked down at Graeme and said, "It pains me to do this, but I have to follow the law, you have pled guilty therefore this case is now closed. All that remains is the sentencing."
Graeme was stunned. The magistrate then went on to say that the new slavery laws have come into effect and as Graeme was under eighteen he can only sentence him to a limited period of slavery, therefore Graeme is to be sentenced for a period of five years, with a notation on his record that no permanent body modifications may be carried out.
Ronald was then asked to approach the bench; Ronald was informed that as he was the injured party, he has the option of taking the slave for his own use. Ronald asked what happens if he decided against it and the magistrate informed him that Graeme would be sent to a processing facility and could then be sold to whoever wanted him.
Ronald looked a Graeme, he could see that the boy was shattered, he also had enough compassion to realise that if Graeme was sent away, he would lose complete contact with his family. Ronald had also noticed Graeme's girlfriend was also in courtroom, she looked at Ronald with pleading eyes, so Ronald decided to take Graeme as his slave.
As this was the first person to fall foul of the slavery laws, the Department of Justice had decided to issue a slave manual to the owner and a sheet of rules to the slave. Graeme was distressed to learn that he would be tagged, and that he would no longer be allowed to use his surname and that his master could choose to call him whatever he wanted.
Graeme would have to go with Ronald in just the tracksuit that he had on as it was very cold outside, but first as per the rules of the new law, Graeme had to be stripped in public. Graeme started crying, begging to be allowed to keep his clothes on. The officers from the new slave authority stepped up to him, and told him that if he did not remove his clothes they would have to cut them off him. He would then have to be taken to his new master's home naked through the streets. Crying and very distressed Graeme slowly removed all his clothing and worst of all he start to fully erect.
Once he was completely naked, the magistrate instructed the slavery officers to escort him around the court room. Graeme cried the whole time; he felt like his world had come to an end. Once Graeme was brought back to the front of the courtroom, the magistrate instructed that he could be taken for tagging.
Graeme reached for his clothing, only to feel an immediate stinging sensation from his bum, he screamed as he had been hit with a cane. Graeme had not even noticed that the slavery officers carried canes. The officer said that he had to leave his clothes there and he was not to talk, and to just to follow their instructions.
Graeme started to mouth off; he knew that corporal punishment was against the law. He was going to fight against being hit. The magistrate knowing where this was going decided to intervene. He told Graeme that under the new slavery laws corporal punishment was allowed. He also advised Graeme, to just do as his was instructed, or he would be forced to amend his ruling.
Graeme was passed listening; this had to be against the law, so he started shouting at the magistrate. The slave officer nearest Graeme, held him tight while the other officer fitted him with a ball-gag. They then decided to restrain him and Graeme then found his hands and legs in chains.
The magistrate had no choice; he removed the ruling against permanent marking of this slave, and ordered permanent hair removal along with twenty lashes and calming, which meant he would be castrated.
Ronald being the compassionate person, requested to speak to the magistrate. The magistrate was very glad about this. He was not enjoying adding to this young man's sentence. He hoped that there would be a way out for him.
Ronald requested that Graeme's hair on his head not be permanently removed, he felt that if Graeme's body hair was removed that would be okay. He then went on to ask if the other two punishments could be left to the master's discretion to decide when they needed to be done.
Ronald did not like the idea that a young man could be castrated, no matter what happened. The magistrate looked at Graeme, who by this time realised what was going to happen to him and had tears pouring down his face. He was white with fear, his erection had disappeared, it looked like his cock and balls were trying to hide inside his body.
This was the opening that the magistrate had hoped for, so the magistrate informed Graeme that, although these punishments had been added to his sentence, his master could decide when to have the calming carried out. He also ordered that as Graeme's master had requested that he would retain the hair on his head, that it would not be permanently removed but that it had to be cut short. The magistrate then took pity on Graeme, and reminded him that he could be permanently enslaved if his master felt that he was not reformed.
Graeme was led from the courtroom to the treatment room. While that was being done, the magistrate requested that Ronald come to his office as he wanted to discuss the rules of the slave with him.
When they were safely in the magistrate's office, he told Ronald that he was very glad that he had asked for the calming to be left to him to arrange. The magistrate said that although it was now on Graeme's file it could not be acted on unless Ronald gave the authorization. He also advised Ronald that he could always use it as a way of keeping control of Graeme.
Ronald came to realise that Graeme was completely under his power, he would now control every moment of Graeme's life, and he was not sure how he should react about Graeme's girlfriend or his sex life. Ronald asked the magistrate, and was told that during the period that Graeme is a slave, he is not allowed to have any sex with woman. The reason given is that a slave's child would always be a slave.
There had been discussions about this when the slavery laws were being discussed, and it had been decided that there will be no children born from slaves, if a female fell pregnant she would have an abortion. If a male slave got a female pregnant while he was enslaved, he would be calmed. Ronald was very happy to hear this. He also felt that as Graeme knew about the calming order, he would be very careful.
Graeme's experience was very different from what he expected, when he arrived in the preparation room. Graeme was secured to a frame by the officers in the treatment / preparation room. He was scared shitless. He was wanting to fight for his survival no matter what and had thoughts about trying to escape. Then he really started thinking again, had Ronald not decided to take him as a slave, he would be sent far away, not knowing anybody, to a place where he could end up dead.
Graeme decided that rather than give up, he would have to learn and find new hope. He needed to make this work for him, he had read stories about slavery in the southern states of the US, and he knew that they were from a long time ago. So he knew that he would have to make the most of this until he could be freed. Graeme also secretly hoped that the whole slavery law would fall away once people saw how he was treated.
Brown hair removal goo was applied to his whole body and face. The only areas not covered were his head and eyebrows. Graeme had to stand there for fifteen minutes while his body burned and itched, it was then that the guard brought out a pressure cleaner and a bucket, first he used a cloth to wipe down Graeme's face, rinsing his face off with water several times. Then using the pressure cleaner, he washed Graeme from his head down and had to keep his eyes tightly shut. After about five minutes of being sprayed with high pressure cold water, the spray stopped.
Graeme was given a small hand towel and told to dry himself. He wanted to cry, he had no pubic hair, nothing on his arms, chest or legs; he looked like a twelve year old. It did not help that his dick was on the small side of normal either, as it was only just over four inches.
Next Graeme was moved over to a bench, were he had to wait for the doctor. He was very scared; he thought that they were not going to wait as the magistrate had said, but that he was going to lose his balls. He started crying, blubbering like a six year old. Graeme recognised it as one that he had seen in the books at school. It had been used by the white South Africans to control the blacks before the end of Apartheid. It could be on line or in a college. He then told Graeme that if he went to a college, that he is now a slave and would be subject to immediate discipline in line with the slave regulations.
Graeme thanked the magistrate for giving him this chance, he realised that his master must have asked that he be saved from being calmed and he was grateful that the magistrate had agreed not to do it. Having his tracksuit pants back on, Graeme noticed that his cock with that contraption on it stood out a lot more than normal. As they left the building they were surrounded by news crews trying to get the story and making all sorts of things up. Ronald told them the truth and said that he now needed to get home and study the rules of having a slave. He suggested that they inform their viewers that they also study up the on new rules, and that they make sure that their children know this could happen to them too.
