Josh couldn't find a response. Crying, he got up and made his way for the door. He heard something clank behind him as he was almost out of the door. Mitch was working on homework at his desk, but a glance showed that he had just thrown away the dice bag Josh had made for him.

A few minutes later, Mitch heard footsteps and glanced up to see his mother coming to his bedroom. He continued working on his homework.

"I saw Josh leave. He seemed pretty upset and didn't say good bye like he usually does. Something happen?" Angela said, having a good idea, in part, of what must have happened.

"I broke up with him. He lied to me about his virginity." Josh said, not bothering to look up from his work. His tone was the same dispassionate one that had sent Josh away.

"He lied to you about his virginity.." She repeated the sentence as he had said it, but the question was apparent. She put a few pieces together in her head. When he didn't respond, her question took a more direct approach "It's getting worse, isn't it?"

"It's either getting spectacularly worse or fantastically better. I can't tell which yet." Mitch said chuckling to himself.

"You'll have to explain that one to me." Angela said trying to coax more information out of him.

"It's really all about clarity. I'm seeing much more now." Mitch set his pen down and rubbed his eyes, looking tired. "You should have seen his face when he was telling me. He looked so awful. I'm sure he thought I was going to be disappointed and chocked up." Any humor had left his face and voice.

"How did you feel?"

"For a moment I was disappointed. It's a tiny betrayal to lie to me, after all. Even if it did happen in the past and it wasn't that much of a lie. The next moment I was paniced. And then it hit me. He has absolutely no idea what's going on in my head, and he can't know. He shouldn't ever know. The guy is such a boy scout that he made me a dice bag out of the blue. " Mitch explained, picking the bag out of the trash and setting it on his desk. "He shouldn't have to deal with...everything that comes with me. He deserves more than this. He's never had a real boyfriend or girlfriend. He shouldn't have to deal with some fucked up manic depressive going crazy at the drop of a hat."

"So you decided he would be better off if he thought you were mad at him?"

"Not just mad. I'm sure he thinks his little lie has irrevocably messed up any chance he ever had with me."

"You're not crazy, son."

Mitch sat back in his chair and rested his hands on the arm of his chair and looked at his mother, "Oh, I think 10 different specialists in the last 10 years would disagree with you. They might take exception to such an imprecise word as `crazy', I'll grant. Let's see, first I was anti-social because I was too smart; I couldn't relate to children my own age. There's also the constant moving around, which caused an unstable living environment contributing to a lack of social development. Then we added puberty, followed swiftly by being gay, and most recently they've decided on manic depression. Care to take bets on whether or not they'll decide I get to upgrade to paranoid schizophrenic in my 20s? And all of this without any meds to take the edge off because you and dad decided it might have negative consequences for my developing, hormonal brain."

Angela wasn't phased. This wasn't a new conversation. "You're side-stepping the issue a little, aren't you? You don't think taking the choice out of his hands is a tad arrogant?"

Mitch scowled and returned to his work. "And I'm tired of those annoying little problem-solving processes of yours that are supposed to help me stay focused."

"I can tell. Your arguments are slipping." She said, hoping to get him a little mad. Any reaction was better than none.

"It's for his own good. He's fantastic. He's unbelievably genuine, kind, gentle, strong, caring...I'll just end up hurting him."

"You seem to have turned that into a self-fulling prophecy."

"It was early yet. He gave me an opening and I saw it for what it was. Everything happened too fast anyway. It caught me off guard."

"He swept you off your feet?"

"I was going to say that he caught me in the middle of a manic phase, but if the shoe fits."

"Mitch, I love you, and I'll always love you no matter what because that what mothers do. You are, however, being a jack ass about this." She paused a moment to silence his objection with a parental look of dominance and continued, "Yes, you've got some issues that most people don't have to deal with, and you're probably freaked out because a relationship like this is something you've deftly managed to avoid thus far, but Josh has managed to completely avoid whatever roadblocks you've put in his path and is most likely on his way to falling for you. I can't force you to believe that he sees you in a better, perhaps even more accurate, light than you see yourself in. You should at least acknowledge the possibility that you don't know everything, including what's good for Josh. You claim to care about him, but you don't respect him enough to let him make his own decision about whether or not he wants a relationship with you?"

Mitch was defeated and he couldn't look his mother in the eye. "It's a crap argument, I know. I don't know if I could take it, mom. I don't know if I could take being with Josh and then having him leave. He told me he hadn't been with anyone, but he had. The person he was with is his best friend. I've only known him about a month and Vanya has known him for years. They have too much together. I can't compete with that. Once he found out that I'm a psycho, Josh would just ditch me and go for him. That's why I broke up with him. He'll just be better off with Vanya. He's a better match for Josh than I could ever be."

"When were they together?"

"When Josh came out. He said that was about a year ago."

"And they had a relationship?"

"No, Vanya is bi and has a girlfriend. Josh said they were just together the one time, and then I saw Vanya screwing some swimmer in a closet last month. And if I didn't feel like hell, the fact that he was having sex in an actual closet might be funny. There's no reason why he wouldn't just go after Josh again."

"You didn't tell me you saw something like that." Angela started looking more concerned.

"And I don't tell you about what Josh and I do when we're alone either. There are things I'd prefer to keep to myself sometimes. "

"And you told Josh about seeing Vanya?"

"Yeah, it was bothering me. I felt like Vanya and I were keeping something from him. Now I know why he didn't want Josh to know; he might have thought Josh would be jealous of the swimmer. He just didn't want Josh to know he screwed around with guys. After I told Josh what I saw, that's when he told me about..."

"Mitch, honey, let me put this into a different perspective for you. They were together once, a year ago, if we assume Josh told you the truth. Do you believe him?"

"Yeah, I think he was telling the truth."

"Ok, he and this Vanya haven't had any sort of relationship since then. Now a year later, Josh falls for you and you break up with him because you're afraid that he's going to go back to Vanya if or when he finds out that you're (to use your words) crazy?"

Mitch didn't like the way she had summarized it, but he couldn't say that it was inaccurate. " Yes, that's more or less it."

"You know what this means, I assume?"

Mitch sighed. "I'm still having a down swing here. I'll think about talking to Josh. I might or I might not. There's no reason he should forgive me at this point. Good intentions aside, I don't need my mother making relationship decisions for me."

She didn't agree, but it was his life. "And on the topic of down swings and up swings, am I going to get any calls from the school about you anytime soon?"

Mitch frowned. "That depends largely on whether or not anyone gives me any crap."

Angela shook her head. "I love you and you're a pain in my neck sometimes, dear. Try to be a little patient. I know it's hard in a new place." She walked over and kissed the top of his head. "And try not to do anything that will get you arrested. That scholarship to MIT can only take so much stress."

He smiled faintly. "I'll see what I can do, but I make no promises."

She turned and walked out of his room, but as she was going out the door, Mitch said, "I love you too, mom." Angela turned back to smile at him before going back downstairs.

Mitch took one of the dice out of the bag and started rolling it, taking a mental note of how many times it came up an even number or an odd number. He mumbled to himself, "math may not have a memory, but Josh does. I don't know if I can do this."

Josh got home, tears still flowing down his cheeks. He stomped his way up to his room and slammed his door. He quickly found his cell phone and dialed Vanya's number. There was no answer, but he did get Vanya's voicemail.

"Thanks asshole! You couldn't keep your dick in your pants and now Mitch hates me. Just out of curiosity, who's ass was it that cost me my boyfriend!?!" He hung up his phone and threw it on his bed. It didn't really make sense and he knew it. He was just as mad at himself as he was at Vanya. Josh recognized that he was the one who lied, but if he and Vanya hadn't been together, there wouldn't be a problem at all. And if Vanya had just kept his pants zipped up, he wouldn't have felt the need to tell Mitch at all; he could have just forgotten about it. Josh still couldn't believe the cold look in Mitch's eyes. He must have been angrier than Josh thought was possible. He had never seen anyone upset stay so calm.

At dinner that night, Josh couldn't keep his mood a secret and snapped at his sister, Emily.

"Josh! Keep your manners at this table or you can forget about seeing Mitch or anyone else outside of a classroom or football field for a month." His father threatened.

Josh almost snarled as he spoke. "It's an empty threat, dad. He broke up with me and never wants to see me again." he said taking a bite of steak, chewing it with more vigor than it required.

Karen and Steven glanced at each other, worried about the possible aftermath of Josh's break up. Karen starred at her husband and nodded toward Josh, who was too busy cutting his steak into tinier pieces to notice. It was clear she wanted him to say something.

Steven, not looking forward to this moment, said "Son, I can see you're upset about this, but there are healthier ways of using up this energy. Take it out on the other team this Friday."

Josh put his silverware down harder than he should have. "It won't matter anyway. He won't be there. May I be excused?" he asked between clenched teeth.

Karen was first to answer, seeing the annoyed looking on Steven's face. "Sure. Go on."

Josh left without another word, returning to his room. He found that there were a few texts from Vanya saying that he wanted to talk, but Josh didn't want to talk. He wanted to beat something up, or run for a few hours, or rob a bank. He settled on listening to loud music and alternating between, thinking of creative curses to call Vanya the next time he saw him, and using a set of free weights his father had purchased for him.

The next day, he dreaded seeing Mitch at school. It would be unavoidable. They had two classes together on Thursdays, Bio-chem in the morning and Calc in the afternoon. He didn't see Mitch in the morning or in the afternoon. He must have convinced his parents to let him stay home. Later, in the boys locker room, Josh whispered to himself while he was getting ready for practice, "He probably wishes I didn't exist."

"Hey man, I tried calling you, but..." was all Vanya got out before Josh grabbed him by his shirt and swung him around, slamming him into a set of lockers.

"Not a fucking word, or I will shut your mouth for you. You sorry sack of shit!" Josh's eyes were practically burning a hold through Vanya, and the rest of the boys in the locker room backed off from the scene.

"Benson! We have a problem here?" the coach bellowed, hearing the disturbance from his office.

Vanya answered, "No problem coach. We just had a disagreement is all."

"Save it for tomorrow then, and try not to kill each other. Everyone out on the field. NOW!"

Josh let go of Vanya and plodded out onto the field, everyone else let him by.

On Fridays, Josh and Mitch just had Calc together. It wasn't clear whether or not Mitch had shown up that day because Josh hadn't seen him, but someone else mentioned that they heard that that not only was Mitch there, but he gave a snotty response to in their Lit class. It was only noteworthy because Mitch was often soft spoken.

It came time for Calc, and Mitch was the last to arrive. He didn't look like he was having a good day, and he barely glanced at Josh as he sat down. The Calc teacher put a problem on the board, smirking at himself. He had been looking for a way to keep Mitch from robbing the class of weekend homework for awhile. He finally found it.

"This one's a little trickier than usual, but you have the whole weekend to try to solve it. I won't be grading final results so much because it's not something we've really covered yet. I just want to see your process. So make sure you save your notes or you won't get credit.

Mitch complained under his breath, but it was loud enough for the people around him to understand him and loud enough for everyone in the room to hear that he said something even if they couldn't make out all the words. "This is such a fucking waste of time."

Shocked `ooo's rippled through the class. Their teacher turned and said, "Mr. Anders, do you have something you'd like to add to the class?" His expression was almost begging Mitch to make a fool of himself.

Mitch was already moody having seen Josh and he felt guilty about what he'd done and how he treated him.

I really don't need this dipshit trying to make life hard for anyone today. Especially me.

He gathered his books and backpack and started to get up.

"And just where do you think you're going? I'll ask you kindly to take your seat, young man."

"Kind? This is kind? Try useless. All of this useless" Mitch said as he made his way to the front of the class, forcing their teacher to back up as he went. He slammed his books down on the teacher's desk and took up a piece of chalk. "You want to call me out and test me? You want to get into a mathematical pissing contest with someone half your age? You might want to grow a pair and do it the right way instead of giving stupid problems to the entire class." he said as he began solving the problem on the chalk board. Everyone else in the class, who wasn't shocked at what he said, began copying down the answer.

"Give. Me. A. Break! This is exhausting. Coming to every class and pretending like I'm learning anything from you. So you're a teacher, huh? Teach me something. Or go home and stay there!" Mitch yelled as he finished the problem, picked up his books and strolled out of the door. The entire class erupted in cheers after he left, except Josh and the teacher. A look from the their teacher that promised a slow, painful death silenced the class.

Despite feeling a little exhilarated because Mitch had done what all students dream of doing at some point, Josh couldn't help but be worried for him. It looked like Mitch had cracked, and he felt at least somewhat responsible for it. He was also worried what would happen to Mitch once the teacher talked to the principal. Then he felt angry at the teacher for having been a jerk and baiting a student like that..

At the game that night Josh was able to get his anger mostly worked out on the football field, which helped the their team in what was turning out to be an evenly matched game. He didn't feel any better or excited, though. When he wasn't playing he kept scanning the stands for Mitch, but couldn't find him.

"Bro, promise not to take my head off if I say something? There are witnesses here." Vanya whispered to Josh while they were waiting on the bench.

Josh sighed, not having noticed Vanya sitting beside him, "No, you're fine. I'm sorry I threw you in a locker." he said quietly.

"So, not to rub salt in a wound, but what's up with you and Mitch?"

Josh's fists clenched for a moment and then relaxed. He leaned in and his voice got quieter, making sure no one could over hear. "Whatever he saw you doing in that closet a month ago freaked him out. Did you say anything to him on Wednesday?"

"Well, yeah, I said he was cool for not telling you because I thought you might blow things out of proportion. Glad to see my instincts are still solid there, by the way." Seeing Josh get less calm by the second, he added "And I said I was really glad that you two found each other because I had never seen you so happy."

Continuing to make sure no one could hear, Josh replied, "And because of all that, I felt the need to tell him about what we did last year."

It was Vanya's turn to look displeased, but he kept his voice down. "Dude! it was one time and you said you'd never say anything!"

"I had already lied to him. You may not get this, but I think I love him and I don't want to keep anything from him. It was my first time with anyone and I wanted to be honest with him about that! Who were you fucking that day in the closet, anyway?"

Vanya glanced around suspiciously and mouthed the word "Alex" without actually speaking. Josh's eyes grew wide.

The crowd cheered loudly. The sounds of bodies and pads hitting each other exploded near by them, but they paid no attention.

"That little slut? Seriously, I thought you had better taste."

Vanya frowned, "I wanted something quick and I knew I could control him. Besides, a hole is a hole. If you didn't like dick so much, you might keep your options more open."

Josh gave him a look that let Vanya know he was about to cross a line. "Careful." was all he said.

"Hey man, I'm sorry about everything, but it's not like I can take it back now, ya know? Isn't this all a little much for fooling around a year ago when you didn't even know him? I know it's your cherry and all, but come on."

"I think being in a new town and starting to date me just piled on and he finally broke. I need to talk with him to see if he's ok, but I haven't seen him since he tried to get himself expelled by freaking out in Calc." Josh said resolutely.

"I heard about that. It sounded fucking epic!" Vanya said smiling. "If he's not in the loony bin or grounded for eternity right now, you should tell him he's got a huge brass pair."

"If and when I find him, I'll check for myself, thanks. You know, you're a oversexed shithead sometimes, but you're still my best friend." The two boys grinned at each other as offensive and defenses lines switched and they ran out onto the field. Vanya felt a twinge in both his chest and in his jock when Josh put his hand on his back as they were running out, but he shook it off without a thought.

Mitch stood in a crowd off to the side of the stands. He didn't have a good view of the field, but that also meant Josh didn't have a good view of him. Still, he noticed Josh on the field a time or two and cheered when the crowd did. When it was clear that the home team was likely going to win, Mitch left the field, avoiding the crowds that would be leaving soon.

Josh took longer than normal changing from the game. He was glad they won, of course, and still a little excited by the victory, but he couldn't help thinking about Mitch. He was a daze as he drove home and almost ran through a stop sign. He pulled into his driveway and made his way to his house.

"Nice win." Mitch said from his position in a tree in their front yard.

"Jesus Christ! Mitch? You scared the hell out of me!" Josh exclaimed as Mitch climbed down the tree somewhat gracelessly. "And what you doing in our tree?"

Mitch had trouble looking Josh in the eye and leaned up against the trunk of the tree. "I wasn't sure how long you'd be or if you were going to an after party or anything. I didn't want to stand around waiting in the driveway, so I sat in the tree."

"Alright. it's a little stalker-y, but it's ok." Josh said, concern written on his face. "Calc was quite a show. Expelled yet?"

"Suspended until Tuesday when my parents can meet with the principal. We'll see what happens."

Josh nodded and both boys were silent, feeling the cool night breeze.

"Mitch, I'm really sorry about not telling you the truth about me and Vanya. It's something I just wanted to forget. I just wanted my first time to be something that I would want to remember. I'm glad Vanya's my friend, but he can't be anything more to me. Even if he could, I don't think of him that way, and I wish had I been with someone more..well someone like you. Exactly like you actually."

Mitch took a moment to process what Josh said and it made him feel worse about what he'd done. "You don't have to apologize for anything Josh. Everything is my fault. When I found out that you had been with Vanya, I did overreact but not in the way that you think. And there's something else, too. It's not easy for me to talk about, but I feel like you should know."

Josh put his gym bag down and stood closer to Mitch. "I've been worried about you. "

"Stop that! I'm not someone you should be worried about now. I treated you like crap. I was cruel and you didn't deserve it." Mitch's eyes were getting watery.

"Mitch, I don't understand what's going on, but I'll stand out here as long as it takes to figure it out."

He looked at Josh and let his tears fall. "I'm a freak, ok? In the last decade I've seen almost a dozen psychologists and psychiatrists. Their latest conclusion is that I'm manic depressive, bi polar, whatever you want to call it. I don't know what I am anymore." Mitch paused, looking down at his shoes. "I said what I said to break up with you because I knew you had been with Vanya. I knew once you found I was nuts, you'd just go back him, or someone else. I tried to tell myself I was just saving you from being with me, but it was bullshit. I was terrified of losing you, so I fired the first shot. I'm sorry I didn't tell you about everything sooner. And I really hope you find someone a little more stable. Congratulations on the win tonight, by the way. You were good out there." Mitch finished and started to move from the tree when Josh blocked his way.

Josh ran his hand against Mitch's cheek, wiping away the tears that were making his beard wet. He gently lifted Mitch's face until they were looking each other in the eye. "Why didn't you tell me anything?"

Mitch closed his eyes and opened them again. "Depression, in whatever form, is a little retarded." he said giving a half smile. "You try to convince yourself that you're not feeling anything different from what anyone else is because then, somehow, you're normal. Everyone has these feelings. There's nothing really wrong with me. I'm just not controlling it like everyone else does. And then when you can't deal with everyday life in the same way everyone else does, it just highlights how not normal you really are. Then it snow balls from there until you come to the conclusion that you're crazy. Once you reach that point, all you want to do is hide. So I hid, until you found me." Mitch snuffled and wiped his other cheek, grinning. "Bet you didn't see this coming before school started, did ya?" His grin faded to sadness.

Whatever Mitch was expecting, he didn't expect the bear hug that Josh gave him just then. He felt any control he had slip and started sobbing in Josh's arms. After a minute or two Mitch's sobs quieted down, and Josh took a half-step back and wiped more tears away. "Well you look like hell." and they both started laughing.

After they quieted down, Josh was first to speak, "Isn't there some kind of medication or something?"

"I'd guess there are dozens but I haven't counted. Mom and dad decided, with the help of one of the aforementioned doctors, that the results of any medication would be too unpredictable given the brain chemistry of an adolescent."

"They thought it might do more harm than good?"

Mitch nodded.

"So you just get to suffer through this?"

"Oh no, not at all. I get to suffer, and I get to drag other people through the mud with me." Becoming more serious, he added, "And I see someone once a month. Good thing for you I broke it off when I did. Kind of dodged a bullet here, eh? Though technically, I guess you got pushed out of the way instead of dodging." Mitch gave an ironic smile, trying to sound sardonic. "I didn't throw your dice bag away, just so you know. I still have it. I can give it back if you want."

Speaking matter-of-factly, Josh said, "It's your bag, not mine. You should do whatever you want with it. As far as I'm concerned I haven't dodged anything, and I seriously doubt you've got the strength or body mass to push me."

"Josh, this isn't going to get better. I'm not going to get any better. You should be with someone who can make you happy without going crazy every now and then."

"So, I've been watching high school relationships, my parents' relationship, and I've mostly paid attention in my English courses. I'm not proud of this, but I also sometimes watch daytime dramas. Real or imaginary, everyone treats the people they care about like shit sometimes. And before you go on saying how this is different and how awful it would be to be in a relationship with you, I've made my choice. I choose you, Mitch. I don't know how long we'll last. I don't have a ring hidden away somewhere or anything. If you still want to break up with me, though, you're going to have to tell me that it's because you honestly don't want to be with me. If that's what you decide, I'll shake your hand, give you a hug, and leave you alone."

Mitch looked up and was about to speak, but Josh interrupted him, "And before you ask, it's because you're you. I just like you, you big dork." He smiled. "The fact that you have some problems doesn't make me like you less. So which is it? Are we going in my house to watch a movie together, or are we shaking hands?" Josh wasn't sure he really wanted to know the answer, but someone had to lay their cards on the table first.

Mitch was quiet for too long, Josh decided, and he took a step back. The disappointment was clear on his face. Making no effort to be quiet, Mitch's voice was clear when he said, "Movie. Please."

Josh's face lit up and he practically dove for Mitch, almost pinning him against the trunk of the tree. Their lips met gently at first and then more passionately. Mitch breathed in the scent of Josh, fresh from the locker room showers and rubbed his hands on Josh's pecs. Josh put his hand on the side of Mitch's neck and felt his pulse quicken. With his other hand, Josh grabbed Mitch's waist and pulled their bodies closer together, causing Mitch to whimper when their bodies finally touched. From the tension on his lips, the heat coming from his hands, and the way his body responded to being touched, Josh could tell Mitch was beginning to lose control of himself. He wanted both of them to lose control. He didn't care if they were under the tree he climbed as child or not.

"Jesus! If let you close your door, will you take it inside? For love of...I will turn on the sprinklers. You have 30 seconds." Steven strode from the driveway to their front door, cursing under his breath.

"What the hell kind of hours does your dad keep, anyway?"

"He travels a lot. Sometimes he gets back late."

"One of these days he'll be shocked as shit to walk in on us doing nothing at all." Mitch said grinning.

"I really don't see that happening." Josh said has he began to caress Mitch's neck with his lips, then he used the tip of his tongue to trace the outside of Mitch's ear. "Do you?" he whispered, sending shivers up Mitch's spine.

"I mean it!" Steven said in a half yell, poking his head out of the front door.

"Come on." Mitch got out breathlessly "Before he really does do it." Mitch ran for the front door and got there only a little ahead of Josh who had to collect his gym bag. When they got inside, Josh was suddenly very glad to have his bag to cover the front of his jeans. Mitch had taken off a jacket he was wearing to do the same.

They stopped at the base of the stairs. Steven was standing in the entryway to the living room. The boys looked at him, both blushing. He starred at them for a few moments. "I'd rather not have it happen at all, and I'm definitely not saying anything has to happen, but I don't want the cops catching you out in a field somewhere doing God knows what. You can keep your door closed, but i don't want to hear a peep. If I get the slightest impression that anything other than your television is making too much noise, then I'll make sure it stops. Oh, and if Em gets a hint of anything funny going on, I'll tan your hide, Josh" Steven paused, but the boys weren't moving a muscle. "Are we clear?"

Josh and Mitch answered at the same time "Yes sir."

Steven sighed "Fine, go watch tv..or whatever. Just be quiet. And no sleepovers, at least not until you're both 18." They vaulted up the stairs. Josh made an effort to close the door as quietly as possible.

Karen was just inside the living room "You sure you're ok with that?"

"Hell no. If I had my way they'd have to find places just like we did."

"So what changed your mind? She said settling in on the couch.

Steven sat beside her. "I rode with Lucas today. He's the one you said was flirting with Josh."

"And?"

"He turned beet-red when I asked him about it. Kept apologizing up and down, but you were right. When I finally got him to stop, I asked him what it was like when he was a teenager. Apparently his old man was a real piece of work. Beat him up and threw him out when he was 16. He got caught by the cops a few times after that, `getting friendly' with some pals. He didn't say much about the details, but it was clear it was pretty bad experience. "

Karen sat listening and put her hand on his shoulder.

"I couldn't take it if either Josh or Mitch got in that kind of trouble. You and I got caught once or twice." As he said it, Karen smirked and felt her cheeks get warm. "All they did was tell us to go home. It's not safe for them out there."

Karen added. "I'm not sure it's as bad as all that, and I think both boys are probably smart enough not to get caught, but I think what you did was a good thing."

Steven glanced up at the ceiling and thought out loud, "I was going to say that I was wondering what they're doing right now, but I'm not sure I want to know."

"You don't actually think they're doing anything do you?" Karen asked.

"It looked like Josh was about to round second base on our front lawn when I got home. I think they'd do a lot, actually. I should have hosed them down before they came in."

She shrugged, "Think back. If my father had given you permission to be in my room with the door closed, could you have done much?"

Steven suddenly started chuckling, "Hell, I'd have had a problem holding your hand, much less anything else." He shook his head grinning from ear to ear. "Sometimes things work out."

Karen smiled to herself and got up "Why don't we see about some dinner for you."

In Josh's room, they were both lying down on Josh's bed, watching tv. An episode of Bones was on, but neither one was paying much attention, even though they were starring right at the screen.

"This kind of sucks." Mitch said.

"Yeah, I know. He did it on purpose."

"I really want you, but every time I feel like doing anything about it I remember that your parents are downstairs and they know we're up here alone. It kind of kills it."

"Yes, yes it does." Josh replied. He was annoyed. He was also horny and happy to have Mitch back. In fact, having his parents being downstairs really didn't kill it for him. He wanted to tease every inch of Mitch's body until he begged for more. He looked over at his boyfriend, lying next to him and wished they never had to leave that bed. "You're very handsome, you know."

Mitch hadn't really been watching the show, just starring off into space recovering from the last few days, but his head snapped around to look at Josh. "Pardon?"

"You're handsome. You're sexy. I know you don't think so, but I'm willing to put in a lot of effort trying to convince you otherwise. The beard aside, your eyes just make me smile. You have more muscle than you know and could have a lot more if you worked on it. You go on about my big hard dick, but you've got no cause to be modest yourself. And I don't know how you managed to get an ass like that without playing sports, but I kind of wish you'd wear tighter jeans." Josh said, reaching over to hold Mitch's hand, squeezing it.

Mitch could almost feel Josh's affection for him through his grip. "You terrify me."

Josh frowned a little. "Not the reaction I was expecting, if I'm being honest."

After figuring out why his last statement might not be immediately understood, Mitch explained. "It's a good thing. Really." He shifted his weight so that he was laying on his side, looking at Josh. "It's like I was wandering down a deserted highway, without a penny to my name, and then a truck drove by. And by some miracle, a perfect diamond fell out of it at my feet. I don't know how or why you happened to find me, but I'm grateful to have you in my life. I'm just trying to figure out what to do with a diamond. It's a little scary."

Still frowning, a corner of Josh's mouth turned up playfully. "You're kind of dark sometimes."

"Remember 20 minutes ago when I told you I was crazy?" Mitch said amused.

Josh considered the conversation, "Do you really not think you're good looking?"

"I think it's relative."

"To what?

"You."

"Ah, so you think I'm out of your league." Josh concluded

Mitch wondered if Josh had not been paying attention for the last month or so."That would be an understatement and the reader's digest summary for the problems we've had, yes." Mitch nodded, wondering where Josh was going with this.

Josh moved faster than Mitch thought he could, given his size, and was on top of Mitch in an instant. Effectively pinned, Mitch didn't mind looking up and seeing his giant of a boyfriend with an impish expression on his face. He ran his hands along Josh's sides, feeling the soft cloth of his tee-shirt and making the football player close his eyes momentarily and shudder with pleasure. There was power in the muscles under that shirt and it intoxicated Mitch, who became hard again. His crotch felt wet from some leaking he had done before. He looked down and it was obvious that Josh found himself in a similar state.

Parents? What Parents?

With lust in his eyes and a husky voice, Josh asked, "Do you want me to kiss you?"

"Yes, please." Mitch replied and stretched up trying to meet Josh for a kiss, but Josh pulled back from it.

In response to a quizzical look from Mitch, Josh said, "I want you to tell me that you're in my league, and make it convincing."

"Josh." Mitch said almost gnashing his teeth. Try as he might, which he did, he was unable to either escape Josh or take advantage of his prone position. Josh wouldn't allow it, batting hands away, dodging a caress, and preventing Mitch from moving very far.

"Josh, this isn't fair." he was frustrated now.

"Sure it is. I'll lay back, stay on top, you name it, but I want you to tell me why I'm with you."

For a moment, Mitch was torn between going for another kiss and kneeing him in the balls. He opted for the path for least resistance. "You're with me because I'm a stud and you can't get enough of me or my cock." he said trying to sound as sincere as possible. It felt and sounded stupid to him, but Mitch couldn't complain about the results.

Josh lowered himself until his body was just supported on top of Mitch's. They kissed for several minutes. Josh loved the feeling of Mitch's beard on his face. He looked almost drunk as he took Mitch's glasses off and set them on his nightstand. They took turns experimenting with their mouths. Josh found that biting Mitch's lower lip just a little made him squirm happily, causing delightful friction for both of them. In turn, Mitch had discovered giving Josh the occasional bite on the neck caused that monster cock to press against him even harder. Mitch moaned into Josh's mouth as he felt that 10in hard rod. When they broke for air for Mitch looked into Josh's eyes and asked, "Do you want to..I mean, tonight?"

Josh knew what Mitch was asking and he wanted to. He really want to. His cock throbbed thinking about spending hours fucking and getting fucked by Mitch. Out of reflex he ground his pelvis into Mitch's again, resulting in a gasp of pleasure.

"Is that a yes?"

"Not tonight. Not here. I want both of us to be able to get a little noisy if we want to....or if we can't help it."

Mitch nodded his agreement, but he was still a little disappointed. Josh noticed and said, "Don't worry, baby. I think we can entertain ourselves." He pushed him self up so that he was kneeling on his bed with Mitch under him. Josh rubbed his arms, which were still kind of sore from the game, and took off his shirt. He paused, letting Mitch drink in the sight. He unbuttoned his jeans, but left them zipped. "Go on. I know you like to."

And he was right, Mitch took great pleasure in slowly unzipping Josh's jeans and running his hand along the length of Josh's hard member. Enough of Josh's jeans were down to expose the band of his jock strap.

"You wore your jock home?" Mitch asked as his eyes grew wider with hunger.

Josh laughed "I didn't have anything else. You like?"

"You know I do."

Josh got off the bed and pulled of his jeans completely. He stood in front of Mitch wearing nothing but his jock strap. When he was soft his jock had hard time containing him. Now that he was hard the fabric stretched obscenely and the head stuck out of the side, wet with pre cum. "Is there anything you want me to do with this?" He said grabbing the base of his cock and balls and squeezing. Another drop appeared at his cockhead.

Mitch's mind raced and finally said, "Yes. I've sort of had a fantasy about you for awhile now, if you want to try it."

"Why didn't you tell me sooner? I bet we would have both enjoyed it."

"I don't know. It just felt a little weird."

Josh, horny and curious about what Mitch thought would be too sexually weird to talk about, asked. "So what is it?"

"Do you still hide a few cans of beer in the tank of your toilet?"

"Yeah.." Josh smiled, but he was still confused.

"Ok, I read about this online. I want to suck you off while you're watching a game, drinking a beer and wearing your varsity jacket."

Josh hadn't ever thought of doing that, but his cock twitched involuntarily and a drop of clear fluid hit the floor. He left for the bathroom and came back with a beer, putting on his nightstand. He got his jacket and put it on. "Where do you want me."

"In my ass, but since that isn't an option, stand in front of your chair there."

Josh moved as directed.

"Is there a game on?"

He considered and finally said, "No, probably not right now, but I have one on the dvr." Josh fiddled with his remote and a football game appeared on the tv.

Mitch picked up the beer and stood in front of him. He handed Josh the beer and began to strip. Josh's heart began to beat faster as he watched Mitch get undressed. When his boxer briefs were finally off, and Mitch's own throbbing cock was released, Josh had to will himself not to kneel immediately take it in his mouth. Instead, Mitch knelt in front of Josh and slowly peeled off his jock strap. At the last moment, he adjusted his head so that Josh's cock hit him in the face as it was freed. "Fuck..." Josh whispered, not believing he could be this turned on.

"Sit down." Mitch said, giving Josh a tiny and ineffective push backwards. He sat down, and Josh's erection stood up with angry purple head, demanding to be serviced.

"I want you to pay attention to the game and your beer, but not me. Just enjoy the feeling. When I look up I want to see you watching the game or taking a sip."

Josh nodded, bewildered at what was going on, and opened the can in his head and tried to focus on the game. Mitch started by grabbing the base of Josh's cock with one and cupping his balls in another. As he tugged on his balls, Mitch began to lick and suck them putting them in his mouth. Josh moaned his approval, but when Mitch looked up he was still watching the game.

Mitch played with Josh's balls for a few minutes, letting his cock make itself slick with pre cum. Mitch waited until Josh had just taken a sip of beer before grabbing his cock with his other than running both hands up the well-lubed shaft to the head. Josh had to control himself enough to swallow the mouthful of beer he had before grunting "Holy fuck Mitch.." He kept his eyes glued to the tv, as instructed.

Using both hands, Mitch kept slowly squeezing up and down Josh's cock, sometimes twisting both hands when they got to the top to tease the head. It was Josh's turn to whimper as his hips thrust up by instinct, almost able to fuck Mitch grip. He wanted Mitch to suck him badly, but he kept watching the game and taking a sip every so often. His other hand was practically digging a grove in the arm of the chair. Mitch grabbed the base of the giant, solid cock in front of him and found himself mesmerized by it. He leaned in and began running the head over his beard, teasing it.

"Please suck my cock. I can't take anymore." Josh got out. He was so hard that he almost wanted to cry.

Mitch satisfied his own desires by taking the head into his mouth suddenly. Josh caught himself before he shouted, but he managed, "Oh fuck! uhhh.. Jesus. You feel so fucking good."

Over the last month Mitch had been able to relax his mouth enough to let Josh's cock just enter his throat without gagging, but nothing further yet. Mitch started eating Josh's monster cock more seriously, taking it as far as he could go and using his hands to stroke the rest.

Without thinking about it, Josh had started to pump a steady rhythm into Mitch's mouth. He was lost in a daze, almost unable to keep his eyes on the game any longer when he felt Mitch's hand slide past his balls. His finger was lubed with spit and natural juices from Josh's cock when he went past Josh ass crack, past his hard cheeks, and found Josh's tight hole. He began to play with it by rubbing it and gently applying pressure.

Josh, unable to control himself slammed the rest of his beer and lift himself a little from the chair to grant Mitch easier access, but also forcing more of his cock into Mitch's mouth. When he felt the finger beginning to enter him, Josh sat back down, pushing it further. "Oh God, Mitch. I'm gonna cum..FUCK!..uhhh.."

Mitch didn't have much of his finger inside Josh when he could literally feel the cum flow through the cock in his mouth, but he shoved as much of his finger in as he could. He wasn't sure if it did anything or not, but Josh's entire body tensed as Mitch tried to swallow the biggest load he'd ever had gush into his mouth. He did a decent a job, but there was just too much and a significant amount got past his lips and started coating his chin and ran down through the hair on his chest.

Josh kept coming and coming, trying to stay quiet. Finally when the spurts stopped. Mitch continued sucking Josh' cock, lapping up cum and washing it with his tongue lovingly. He couldn't get it all in his mouth because the fucker was still rock hard, but he spent several minutes working on it, while jacking his own cock, which was about to burst from the experience.

Josh was still out of it when Mitch stood up and and started to splatter him with hot cum all over his chest and abdomen. When Josh came back to realty, he stood up and leaned down to kiss Mitch, sometimes licking his own cum off Mitch's face. He pulled their naked bodies closer together so their still-hard cocks, slick with cum, could rub against each other. Mitch reached up and wrapped his arms around Josh's neck and shoulders, while Josh slowly rubbed and massaged Mitch's back. They stopped only because they both needed some air.

Josh had a goofy grin on his face when he said "You should really tell me about more of your fantasies."

"Looks like you were right. I think we both enjoyed that. And now you have an interesting story to tell your football friends when you're watching a game and they wonder why you're getting hard. "

Josh realized he might not ever get to watch a football game without thinking about this night. "Thanks for that, dork." he said reaching around and down to pinch Mitch's ass.

"I prefer the term `geek', thank you."

Josh couldn't stop feeling Mitch's ass after he pinched it. "And I'd prefer you on my bed with your legs in the air." He said in a throaty voice as he kissed Mitch just below the ear.

"But I thought you said..."

"I know. You're right." Josh sighed, feeling better but still horny. It was obvious they both wanted more attention. Then a thought came into his head about how he could repay Mitch for for the amazing blowjob. "How about we catch a shower, and I can tell you about one of my fantasies?" Josh picked up his jock strap and started wiping himself and Mitch off with it before he unexpectedly put it over Mitch's head with a laugh and a dash for the bathroom

Even though he didn't actually mind the cum soaked jock strap on his head, Mitch pretended to be offended and chased Josh into the bathroom, where he found a trap waiting for him in the form of a large naked, football player attacking him. Laughter, running water, and a request to stop being tickled from Mitch could be heard from Josh's room.

Vanya was wide awake with Allyson asleep beside him, her arm draped over his chest. They were naked, but he wasn't sure who's bed they were in. It had been a wild after party. He couldn't help but think of Josh, and the fact that he might be alone. Or maybe he had found Mitch by now. His mind effortless manufactured images of Josh alone, jacking off, and then some of Josh fucking Mitch in different positions. Before he realized what he was doing, he was hard again. He muttered a curse before bending over to kiss Allyson who smiled and woke up. After seeing him in his present state she smiled again knowing what he had in mind. Vanya loved fucking his girlfriend, but tonight he was picturing Josh at the end of his cock, Josh and Mitch both.
