Chapter 12.

Robbie and Tommy drove leisurely down the PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) to Beverly Hills. The weather was pleasant and clear, and the view of the ocean was spectacular. Just a few fluffy clouds and the gulls were out in force, flying on the currents of the wind. They were wonderful to watch. They chatted about what all they had to do and that is was nice to be away for a few days by themselves.

They held hands while Robbie drove and were quite content. Tommy looked over, smiled and said, "I love you so much husband mine, and I will forever!! You make my heart sing just looking at you when you walk into a room, or even when we chat on the phone. I feel so blessed!" Robbie smiled and replied, "Babe, you do the same it me, every minute of every day. I feel blessed as well and can't put into words how much I love and adore you!!!" Tommy leaned over and kissed Robbie on the cheek, as not to distract him too much while driving.

It was about an hour's drive. When they entered the town of Beverly Hills, there were people about walking about and window shopping. It was now just about 11:00 AM when they pulled into the parking lot for the restaurant. There were a few staff cars there and they parked in the owner's spot, got out, locked the car and went in the front door. The staff stopped to see who had appeared and smiled when they saw Robbie and Tommy walk in. They were greeted with smiles and many hellos!!

Robbie had to hire a new manager for `Blackford's at Blakes' since Dean had to move away, due to a family crisis. He had been great at putting the restaurant back together after the total mess with Ralph. Dean was a great asset to both Robbie and Tommy, and they gave Dean a great reference and would miss him!!

The new manager was named Will Nolan and was 37. He was very good looking, about 5'11", dark auburn hair and green eyes, well-built and dressed perfectly!!! He was also gay and was single at the moment and had excellent references. He had come from a restaurant in San Diego that had closed due to bad management: The owner was skimming money from the profits and receipts accounts, and then skipped town. They ended up going bankrupt!!

He had seen an ad in the paper Robbie had placed and applied. Robbie had gotten several responses, but Will's seemed to stand out and Will had faxed his resume to Robbie. They had a video interview over Skype with Robbie and was hired. This had happened just a week ago and was one of the reasons why they went south. They wanted to meet in person and to see how the staff related to him. He was still a bit leery after that major fiasco with Ralph, who tried to take over and steal money and fired a lot of the staff. Ralph had been hauled off to jail, where he then committed suicide before his trial. YEA!!

So far all the reports had been great, and Robbie was happy with the numbers they were pulling in. Robbie thought it was a sound move and was happy in the results!!! They were shown some of the small changes in the restaurant that Robbie had wanted done and it all worked perfectly.

They wandered into the bar area and sat there with the iced tea they had asked for. Will came and sat with them. Will had brought some folders for them to read and look over. One or two of the servers had left for various reasons and were quickly replaced with new servers, a man named Greg and a young lady named Cheryl, were both doing excellent work. Robbie was pleased with the numbers and was pleased to meet both Greg and Cheryl. Both seemed well put together and were hard workers. They seemed to know what needed to be done and just did it.

After Will took over, he was looking for another server. So, he went out to one night to one of the many gay bars with friends for a drink. He was introduced to a young man named Clark. A very good-looking man and during the conversation, he said he was looking for a job. Will asked him if he had any experience waiting tables in a restaurant?? Clark replied, "Not really, but I learn fast and will give it a try, why do you ask?"

"I wait tables in a restaurant and finding new help when needed is a challenge" Clark replied. "So, you're just a waiter then??" Will started to laugh and asked, "You want a job? And yes, I'm just a waiter!!"

"If so, report for service at 10:30 am tomorrow at this address." He handed him a card from the restaurant. "Wear sturdy black shoes, a long sleeve white shirt and a black long tie. Be clean shaven, shoes shined and no cologne please. Bring a large pad and pencil and you will begin training!!" Will gave him the address...

The man exclaimed, "Thanks, I will be there."

Clark left and Will turned to his friends, who were smiling, and said, "Bet you that idiot won't last two hours, but he may surprise us, who knows!!"

Clark turned up on time, looking a bit frazzled, but dressed ok. Will came out from the back area, and asked, "You ready for work??" Will walked him around the restaurant, pointing out different areas and what the wait stations were for. Then they went into the busy kitchen where the chefs were preparing for a lunch crowd. He explained how thing were to be done, how to greet diners and how to take an order. How to deliver it to the table, etc. Cocktails were to be offered, as well as other beverages, depending on the customer. Don't hover, but always look to see if they may need anything, and above all, be courteous at all times.

Clark said he had it down. The lunch crowd soon started and were seated by the host. Clark was given a deuce (2-person table) and approached the table with Will close by and watching. He stumbled on his words when greeting them but managed to take their order and as he went to get drinks for the table, Will came over and explained to the table what was up and that he was new, just that morning. The customers smiled and said they understood!!

Will was walking out of the service area, tripped and dropped the tray of drinks, almost running into another server. He cleaned up the mess and went to get more drinks and was starting to look even more frazzled. He delivered the new drinks and then went to check on the order in the kitchen. He walked into the wrong door and collided with another server, who dropped a tray with food for another table and was pissed! He yelled quietly, "Get the hell out of the way , you f------ idiot!!"

A couple of the servers started to laugh as Will walked into the kitchen to see what was going on and just shook his head. He knew this was not going to work out with Clark. He thought to himself, `MMMM just a waiter!!! Yeah right!!'

Clark finally got the food out to his table, and plates were placed in front of the wrong person and had to be switched. Clark almost dropped one of the plates in the customer's lap. Will decided that he was going to comp the ticket for the table and thank to them for their understanding.

The service continued, the restaurant was full, and when Clark was not busy, he was to follow other servers around to watch and learn. He seemed not to be paying attention and looking at the customers, trying to listen to their conversations. He got pulled away from the tables and told to go into the back after checking on his ONE table.

One of the businessmen signaled for their check. Clark brought it to them and tried to put it on the table but missed and dropped it on the floor. When it was picked up, it was the wrong check to begin with! Will then took over and sent Clark to the back to wait for him as he handled the problem at the table. He apologized for the service and comped the check. The men were appreciative and said of course, they would be back, as they were regulars!!!

Will smiled and went to the back to find Clark, who seemed not even upset for the fiasco he caused. Will pulled him into the office and closed the door. Will started with, "I'm just a waiter, a waiter who happens to be the general manager of this restaurant, and you, young man, should and will never be a server in any restaurant except for some fast-food place somewhere other than Beverly Hills!! And from what I've seen today, you'd be lucky to hold that job as well!!"

He added further: "To be a good server, you have to have several things; The agility of an acrobat, the mind of a mathematician, and being able to think of things in an instant, on the fly or your feet, so to speak, and think clearly, and have plain common sense, which you, young man, just don't have. I have never seen a more inept person trying to serve a table in any restaurant I have worked in, and there have been quite a few over the years. You didn't seem to even grasp the smallest things, I tried to teach you this morning. The Doctors you waited on are two of our best customers and I had to comp their check, but they, thank the Lord, will be back. To say to me, "Oh, I'm just a waiter." Don't ever say those words to anyone in this profession ever again. Now as politely as I can say, "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY RESTAURANT!!!!"

Clark just stood there with a look of shock on his face, lowered his head and just walked away without saying a word. And then turned and asked, "Am I getting paid for today!!! Will just gave him a dirty look and said nothing and pointed to the door. (This whole scenario with a person mentioned actually took place with me, when I was Asst. Manager in a restaurant many, MANY, years ago. He was a total IDIOT!!!) That was done and dusted!!! Thank God!

Robbie was pleased with Will, who was doing a fantastic job, and the restaurant was lucky to have him. They went in and sat at a table in the dining room to order lunch. Greg appeared to take care of the bosses. He was courteous and very good looking: About 5'11", dark hair and eyes, seemed to be muscular and had a terrific smile. He introduced himself and asked what they wanted to drink? Both men ordered Arnold Palmers and Robbie ordered a grilled Tuna Melt on sourdough, and small side salad. Tommy ordered a grilled corned beef on marbled rye and coleslaw.

The men sipped their drinks and smiled at each other while observing their restaurant. Things were moving along quite well, and Robbie was pleased. Lunch soon arrived and the presentation was great. The men dug in and a greed it was perfectly prepared and very tasty!! They soon finished and were asked if they wanted anything else. Greg brought the check to sign, and Tommy left a sizable tip with thanks Greg for great service. They got up to leave since they had to check in to the Blackford Arms. Will came to say goodbye and both men thanked him for doing a great job!!! They left with smiles.

It was a short drive to the hotel, and they were really only staying one night and then on to their house in Palm Desert. They were also going to see Blackford's at Le Belle de Paris, their thriving restaurant there. According to reports, there was over a two month wait for reservations. It was a GOLD MINE. Marcel had done a fine job and they made great money. Robbie looked over the figures had revenue had tripled or more. He was ecstatic!!!

They walked into the hotel after getting out and requested the valet parking. They walked into the reception area and were greeted by a middle-aged receptionist, with a name tag that read. BECKY who looked up and had a sneer on her face, and rudely asked what they wanted. The Manager, Mr. Brown, just walked up as this happened and both Robbie and Tommy were gob smacked. They stood there with their mouths open. The Manager took over right away and had the rude Becky step back. "Mr. Blackford and Mr. Gilman, how nice to see you again. We have your suite ready for you!! Do you have luggage?"

"Yes it is in the trunk of our car and if you could send it up with a bottle of Sonoma Cutrer please, thank you!!

The woman who was standing there with her mouth open, and the manager turned and quietly said, " Becky! My office now!!" He opened the door and bade the young woman to come in and stand. "When do you ever talk to our guests like that? I am appalled that you would address people like that in this hotel or anywhere else. The woman started to speak, "But they are faggots and were holding hands, which is disgusting!!! I don't want to and will not be around people like that!!"

"Well dear bigot, you won't have to after today, because you are soooo fired as of this moment! Oh, and by the way, that man with the dark black hair, he and his family own this hotel and keep a permanent suite here as do his parents. The tall, blond man is Robbie Blackford's husband, Tommy Gilman, a very accomplished lawyer and a senior partner in his father's law firm who also happen to do ALL the legal work for the whole Blackford Empire, which is worth many, many BILLIONS of dollars!!

So, now that I have made myself clear, you are not getting much of a reference, just a bad one, and now GET OUT, YOU'RE FIRED! I will not have any guest treated like that in this hotel with your bigoted attitude!!

The Becky was shocked and but never said she was sorry. She just gave a nasty look and started to storm out of the office. As she left she yelled, "I will get you for this. I will get even and with those fucking faggots, as well!!"

"Please do your worst, but please remember, we have a HUGE law firm at our disposal who can and will strip you of everything, you have now or may have in the future, for some time to come. SOOOO, please sue us, have at it, I beg you. NOW get out of my hotel, to which you are banned for life, as well as any of the Blackford properties!!"

The door slammed as she exited and one of the other personal at the front desk, heard and saw some of this mess. He came to ask if everything was okay? Mr. Brown answered that she was fired and was leaving right away. "We will not have any employee treat guests like that! I am fine and I am going to have a cup of coffee to calm down, please carry on, William, and I will be back shortly. Please take care of Mr. Blackford's luggage and the wine they ordered for their suite. Thanks for checking on me!! Carry on, please!!"

Robbie and Tommy entered their suite and were greeted by their new Butler, Evan, who had been promoted to Senior Butler when Bradley resigned following the incident with the rude guest. Evan is about 35 and very good looking, 6'1" , about 195, dark red/auburn hair and green eyes and very good looking...oh and he is also gay and is married to wonderful guy named Glen and they live in Hollywood.

The guest assaulted Bradley with a slap and threw the hot coffee at him, The guest was made to pay for the charges and assault and had to pay Bradley $35K and paid a huge bill due the hotel and was banned for life. He sued and was tried but the suit was found in the hotel's favor, and the man had to pay all court costs. This caused a huge fight with his wife, who left him, cleaned out all the money in their accounts and sued him for divorce. He counter sued and lost that one too!!!

Evan opened their wine and poured glasses for them and then asked if they were dining in tonight or going out and did he need to hang things and un-pack for them. Tommy smiled and said they would let him know, but most likely room service and dining in the suite tonight, in comfy robes and a movie on the TV, maybe and we will see how we feel, after a lay down...

The men took their wine into the main bedroom, and they took another sip, then set the glasses down and came together into a passionate kiss, then they pulled away and just smiled at each other. Tommy said, "I love you so fucking much babe!!!" and they kissed yet again. Robbie just smiled and replied, "Me too lover, me too!!!" They stripped off their clothes and crawled onto the bed, kissed yet again, finished their glasses of wine, then snuggled up and took a nap in each-other's arms.

They woke up about an hour later, stretched, yawned and kissed each other again. "It's still early, wanna go for a stroll and maybe window shop?" asked Robbie. "Sure. Are we staying in tonight or maybe going dancing? we haven't been dancing in ages, so, how about dinner out at a gay restaurant, go dancing for a bit, then come back here and get down and dirty with each other? We can fuck like rabbits and get each other pregnant??"

"Sounds like a plan. Let's check for restaurants, someplace nice and romantic, and have a great dinner. Then we can see how we feel about dancing, or maybe just come back here and make our own music! MMMM??"

Robbie grabbed one of the guidebooks and looked up gay-friendly restaurants. He saw one right away in Beverly Hills: Il Cielo and they looked at the pictures and were impressed. Robbie picked up the house phone and called the Concierge. Blake answered and asked, "Mr. Blackford, how may I be of assistance to you?" "Could you please make a reservation for us tonight about 7:30 at Il Cielo please and could you tell me if there is a dress code, or will nice slacks and sport coat do??"

"That seems wonderful, and you will be welcomed dressed like that. I will take care of it for you, Mr. Blackford" He called back and said the reservation was made.

The men dressed accordingly and left to walk around and stop for a drink or a coffee. Walking around Rodeo Drive was always a treat. Not that they really needed anything, but who knew what they might find. Maybe something for the house in the desert.

It was now about 4:30 in a beautiful afternoon. They looked on the windows at Gucci, Versace, Ferragamo and Hermes. Robbie saw a pair of shoes that he liked in the window at Gucci's, so they went in and were greeted warmly. "How may we assist you gentlemen today, anything in particular you are looking for?"

Robbie replied, "There is a pair of dark blue loafers, in the window, I would like to see those please with a matching belt." Tommy was looking around and he also saw a pair of loafers he liked as well. These were dark brown with the small signature green and red stripe across the instep, with the small Gucci logo off to the outside in brass. They were quite good looking. The shoes that Robbie liked were brought and they fit perfectly and looked fantastic. Tommy's fit extremely well too, so Robbie bought the shoes with matching belts for them and had them sent to the hotel later that afternoon.

They wandered into the Hermes store, and they bought ties for their father's and gorgeous scarves for their mother's and one for Elsa as well. They were really expensive, and pleased they were able to do this, but it was worth it for the people they loved and got love on return. These were also sent to the hotel, gift wrapped.

They decided to stop and have a glass of wine, so they stopped in a small restaurant and went into the lounge for a glass of Chardonnay. A bowl of mixed nuts were served as well. They sat and chatted about how things were going in general and both men were pleased with the businesses. The restaurants were all doing landmark business and the law firm was gaining new clients every week. Tommy said that Dad was thinking of buying a building in London and opening an office there as well. The building they were looking at were totally occupied and was in the Kensington area of London. It was great deal, as the older part of the family was wanting to sell and retire. Their two children were not interested in keeping the building and didn't know how to manage it all. Thom found out it had been on the market for a long time, (several months), and all the offers were way under asking price by almost 10 million pounds sterling. It was a great building of eight floors on a wide street with trees and a small park nearby, as well as Kensington Gardens and the Palace.

(I have been to London many times and that area is wonderful and the Gardens at Kensington are gorgeous. Depending on the time of year you can take a tour of the Palace and it is stunning. !!)

Thom and Daniella were flying over this next week to see it and possibly make an offer.

Robbie asked and then promised that he would show him the area when they went for Tommy's Christmas present later in the spring. "I can't wait to share this experience with you!" The men finished their wine and thanked the bartender as Tommy paid for the libations. The men walked on but did not buy anything else. They walked back to the hotel to change for dinner and a quick rinse off in the spacious shower of their gorgeous suite.

They arrived and were greeted by Mr. Brown, the manager. "Mr. Blackford, I want to apologize for the rude treatment you received when you got here this morning. The young lady, who was on the desk, already had a warning and I fired her right away. Behavior was not tolerated here or at any Blackford establishments. She then said that she would sue us, and I just smiled and said be my guest. I casually mentioned a whole company of fine lawyers, that we had behind us and do to her worst. She stormed out saying she would get even with the hotel and both of you as well!! Robbie and Tommy just looked at each other, smiled, thanked MR. Brown for the info and they would relay the message to their fathers.

The men went back to their suite, stripped each other, went into the large bathroom and started the shower. Robbie got a wicked smile and pulled Tommy in after him. They faced each other and kissed deeply with "I love you" being shared. The Robbie let loose and started to pee all over the front of Tommy's rock-hard, hairy, body. This set Tommy off and he returned the favor by pissing all over Robbie's sculptured body too. They came together and kissed passionately once again. Then they pulled away and started to wash each other once the pissing had subsided.

They finished their shower and dried each other off and then went to find clothes to wear for dinner out that evening. Tommy said that their interlude in the shower was hot and wonderful but that they needed to save it for later when they returned to the hotel !!

They dressed nicely for dinner and then for possible dancing later in the evening. It was not a long walk so they set out for the restaurant to enjoy elegant dinner. They arrived at Il Cielo, were greeted warmly and shown to a lovely table. There were flowers and candles on the table and the restaurant was about ¾ full. They were given menus and asked if they would like something to drink before dinner. They both ordered Grey Goose martinis, shaken, not stirred, with 3 olives. The drinks arrived and they were perfect. A small bowl on warm mixed nuts accompanied the wonderful martinis.

The men toasted each other and perused the menu. Everything looked great The men decided on several appetizers to start. They both loved Bruschetta and also the spiced mix of olives. They ordered the Calamari Fritte with a wonderful aioli sauce. They decided to have a salad to start: La Barbablote - A roasted beet salad with toasted hazelnuts and goat cheese in a lemon/shallot vinaigrette for Robbie. Tommy ordered a Carciofi - A shaved artichoke, arugula salad with parmesan and lemon and EVOO.

For the main courses, Robbie ordered the fresh Il Branzino, Mediterranean Sea Bass with fresh sauteed spinach and cherry tomatoes, rice pilaf. Tommy ordered the Agnello, Lamb chops with roasted carrots, caramelized onions and a wine reduction sauce with roasted potatoes.

It all was starting out to be a great evening. The service was attentive, the drinks were excellent, the starters were very good, as were the salads. David, who was their waiter, came and asked if everything was satisfactory and Robbie said so far everything was top notch and asked David to send over the manager when he had a moment. Robbie told him again that everything was fine, and that he just wanted to introduce himself and Tommy to the manager. David had a look of relief on his smiling face.

They were just about finished with the salads when a nice looking, older gentleman, came over to the table. He was dressed in a dark suit, very good looking, and carried himself with a bit of elegance. He spoke with a slight Italian accent, "Gentlemen, welcome to my restaurant. My name is Giovanni, how may I be of service?"

Robbie and Tommy both stood and shook their host's hand. Robbie introduced them. "My name is Robbie Blackford, and this handsome guy is my husband, Tommy Gillman Blackford. Perhaps you are familiar with my restaurant here in town, Blake's at Blackford's. We bought it last year and we reside mainly in San Francisco.

Have you heard of my restaurant chain in the Bay Area called Blackford's. My family also owns the Blackford Arms just near here. We also bought a house in Palm Desert and then also acquired "Le Belle de Paris, at Blackford's."

"Ahhhh, but of course! I have dined many times in San Francisco at one or more of your fabulous restaurants. I love what you have done with Blakes and so sorry hear about the ugly snafu with that mess with the man who ended up killing himself. Such an ugly mess it was. Glad you got it all handled. I have also dined there, we have to check out our competition, right? I have also been to Palm Desert and dined there as well. I must say you really have done admirably. So how are you liking our little establishment here? Have you dined with us before??"

"No, this is the first time, and I must say everything is fabulous and David is really a fine server. I could steal him away, but of course that is not cricket, as they say!" Everyone laughed and then Giovanni had to see to other guests. They shook hands, and the men went back to dining.

David brought out a fabulous blood orange sorbet, cleansing the palette. Then the main courses arrived and the bottle of wine they ordered as well. A light pinot was expertly poured. Dinner was fantastic and both men traded bites (as always) and love the experience dining there, as they had never been before.

Everything had been perfect. Plates were cleared and coffee and dessert were offered, coffee accepted, but both men were full and declined dessert. They had chatted about everything, about their upcoming trip in the Spring to Europe, the law firm and the restaurants. Their lives were totally perfect. They were so in love, had wonderful families and fabulous friends, and their making love was off the charts. They were so compatible in every way they could almost finish each other's sentences.

Tommy asked for the bill and a folder was brought by David. There was just a note inside that Giovanni had comped their bill and a note of thanks. Tommy left a sizable tip for David. When they got outside they chatted a minute and decided not to go dancing but go back take a wonderful bubble-bath and then fuck each other into oblivion and try to get each other pregnant.

They strolled leisurely back to the hotel and again talked about how lovely the meal had been and that the service had been top notch. Also, that David had been just gorgeous as well. He was about 6' and just under 200lb. Medium blond hair, clean shaven with stunning blue eyes and a fabulous smile. They wondered if he was gay and had as great a relationship as they did??

They walked into the hotel, caught the elevator to their floor and walked down the corridor to their suite. As they passed one of the rooms, they heard a loud screaming match, things being thrown about and glass breaking. Robbie ran to the house phone and called security while Tommy stood by listening. More screaming and breaking of glass. Security arrived minutes later, and they banged on the door. "Security here! Open this door right now!!!" A minute or two later the door opened, and a youngish man, about 30, with black hair stood there in a blood-stained hotel robe and had a semi-bad cut on the side of his face that was bleeding. He was holding a clothe on it!!

"What the hell is going on in here...!!" They were in one of the smaller one-bedroom suites and another man came in from the bedroom, he was older say 40-ish, had brown hair and very good looking also in a robe and had blood on his hands and the robe as well!!

The room was a shambles, furniture tossed and broken, a large mirror smashed, vases shattered, and other things were tossed all over the room. Mr. Brown showed up as security had called him. Mr. Brown screamed, "What the hell is going on here? This is not the way guests treat the rooms here and behave in this hotel. I want an explanation right now and you are responsible for all the repairs and damage you caused here tonight. Do you need paramedics? The young blond man was crying softly, and his cut seemed to have stopped bleeding.

I want an explanation right now. The older man said his name was Todd and the younger man was named Stan. They had met several weeks before outside of LA and wanted a getaway, so they booked a suite here to have dinner out and possibly do some shopping. They had started dating. They had been out to dinner at one of the gay clubs, when Stan got up to use the restroom and was gone a while. Todd got worried and went to see if things were alright. When he walked in, he found Stan up against one of the back walls and there was another man standing in front of him and they seemed to be kissing. Todd walked over pulled the man away and punched him in the face knocking him down. He was bleeding from his nose and mouth. "Get the fuck out, you asshole!!" and then he turned to Stan who was standing there I shock. "I can't trust you now! were done now!! Get back to the hotel and get your shit. I thought we had something special!!" He stormed out leaving Stan just standing there with his head in his hands. Someone had called the manager who had thrown the other guy out the front door. "Get the hell out of here, and don't ever come back!!!"

Todd had left Stan stranded as he took the car, so Stan took a cab back to the hotel and walked to their suite. Todd was pacing around and still angry as hell. He had changed into a robe and had started to pack. Stan walked in and said why did you leave me there and not wait for an explanation of any kind. You just assumed it was all Stan's doing, "You make me sick, you little faggot. I thought we had something special and now I see I was soooo wrong!!"

He walked over to Stan and slapped him across the face, cutting his lip and causing him to fall. Stan cut his head and it started to bleed.

"Todd, listen to me. I want to explain. That was a guy I went out with a couple of times and hoped there was a little something there, but in the end I knew it wouldn't work for me, so I broke it off. Shorty, after I met you I knew it was right!!! Then tonight, while we were at this bar, Greg was here and followed me to the bathroom. He said he wanted to make it work and try again. He grabbed me and kissed me. I did kiss him back to see if my feeling were all about you, and they were. Then you walked in! Please believe me, I didn't want him, just you.

Stan started to cry again. "I fucking don't believe you. we're so over!!!"

By this time, both Robbie and Tommy had retreated to their suite to await the outcome of it all.

The fight went on and things were thrown about, furniture was broken. The men were outraged by the whole mess. The police had been called and Todd was going to be arrested since he did most of the damage and had hit Stan quite hard. Stan begged that Todd not be arrested and that they would pay for all the damage. They both received a ticket for a public disturbance and a fine. Todd was not arrested, and they had both calmed down somewhat. Stan started to pick up the furniture. There was not much damage, but the incident was going to be expensive. Stan went take a shower and clean up while Todd was talking to Mr. Brown and the police.

He came out dressed, still looked pretty beaten up and was getting a black eye. Other bruises starting to show. The police had left, and Todd also went to clean up. Mr. Brown asked them both to leave the hotel and they were both banned from ever staying here again. He asked for addresses and workplace names, and home addresses as well. The hotel would be in touch with a damage estimate. Both men apologized for the mess and vowed to make things right. The bill for the room had been charged and the cost was taken care of by their deposit.

Todd would drive home, and Stan would take a cab to his apartment. Their relationship was not working at all. They were over and would not see each other again, (and hopefully not in court). Mr. Brown had gone to see Robbie and Tommy to request their account of what they heard and saw. The men told him everything but what they heard /saw was not much. They were asked if they were ok? Robbie said he would report all of this to his father in the morning since they were going to go to bed and would be leaving in the morning.

God what a day and night it had been!!! The men stripped, took a shower and the thought of making love was gone for now, so they just cuddled up, holding each other, and went to dream land.

This is the end of Chapter 12, and another adventure. I hope you enjoyed it all. Now I have a bit of news...I will be off site for a while as I am going in tomorrow for major heart surgery and will be away for about five weeks following four or five days in Kaiser Hospital.
