Welcome to this installment of POF. I hope you like this story because I've had a blast writing it. You know the rules. If you're not supposed to read this, then don't. It's that simple. This story is about the pains of forgetting your true love.
I have no idea whether any members of *NSYNC are gay, straight, or bisexual. Any similarities are purely coincidental. I don't know if any of them are gay, but I hope so. We can wish, can't we?

Chapter 4: Meeting the Band
I tossed and turned in my urgency to try to sleep because I was so tired. I just couldn't get to sleep. I decided that maybe I just needed to get some fresh air. I opened the door out onto the balcony, and stood out there looking into the beautiful starry sky. Looking up into that starry void, I noticed how it made me seem so calm, that my tiredness and sleepiness totally disappeared. The sky was so inviting, and it seemed to wrap me up in a blanket and eased my sorrows. I was so involved in the sensations that the open air gave to me, that I didn't hear the person come up behind me and wrap its arms around me.
I felt the warmth of a man's arms slowly wrapping themselves around my body. I turned around, and then, I noticed the smell.
"Uhhhh, Lance. You smell awful. Go take a shower." I said. He had sweated so much during his concert.
"Sorry, I guess I was preoccupied thinking about you, that I forgot about taking shower after the show. I'll be back in a few minutes. Ok?" he asked.
"Lance. . ." I called. " Hold on. . . I'm not going to break. I appreciate your looking after me, but I think I can stay alone for a few minutes during the day."
"Ok, sorry. . ." He yawned. "I guess I have been watching you way too much. I'll try to cut down on that."
"Ok, now, go take a shower, before the motel room gets to stinking so bad I have to wear a gas mask." I swatted him as he leaped off into the bathroom.
I was standing on the balcony again, still unable to sleep. Lance's unbearable snoring had kept me awake when I needed the most sleep. I don't even think that he noticed when I rolled out of bed and walked out onto the balcony. The sun was on the very edge of the horizon, and I was standing there in awe, watching the sun begin to rise above the buildings nearby to flood the world with its light.
Then I felt it. I felt those awesome lips pressed against the back of my neck. I felt so vulnerable when he did that, but I liked it. :)
I turned and lightly licked the edge of his lips. It was so slight and ever so tender, that he barely even felt it. He wanted more, though, I could tell.
I firmly kissed my guy on the lips when he pulled me into his embrace. I love it when we kiss because it seems like sparks are flying every time, and it always seems new and unique.
We walked back into the bedroom and lay down on the bed, making out for what seems like forever. I felt James' cock spring to life and make a tent in his pants. Oh, how I wanted to taste that sweet cock in my mouth. I longed for it.
I pulled down Lance's boxers just enough to see what was making such huge problem down there. It was a great looking cock, just the right size for me to suck on. I moved my head down Lance's body and slowly began to tongue Lance's balls. He went wild, grabbing at my hair, and pulling with all his might. I licked the base of his cock, and he really went insane. I moved up to the tip of his cock and placed it in my mouth. Oh, it tasted so good.
Just then, we heard a knock on the door. This had to be the worse time ever to interrupt us.
From the other side of the door, I heard, "Lance, open up. We need to go eat breakfast. We're all starving." It was Justin who said that.
"Ok, I'll be ready in ten minutes, " Lance yelled. "Ok?"
"Sure, and remember, Mike can come too." Justin called. "All the guys want to see him again."
"You mean I'm going to actually meet the guys of N*SYNC?" I asked Lance. "I've never done that before. How do I look? Good enough to meet them?"
"Ummm. . . You look sexy to me, but I don't think Josh will approve seeing you in your underwear."
"Oh, it might help to put on some clothes." I blushed.
"Mike, calm down. You've met them before. . ." Lance said.
"Yeah, but I don't remember it, so that doesn't count." I sneered.
"Well, I guess not." He said.
"I'm going to be able to start off new, and see what their impression really is of me since I've had my accident. What did they think of me before, since you've said that I've seen them?"
"Well, it's been a while. Probably 6 months ago or more, but they loved you. I think it also had something to do with keeping me happy, too." He smiled one of his sexy smiles. "Well, we'd better hurry to get ready to eat. We'll finish what you started later."
"Awwww. . . I wanted to finish it now." I whined.
"Later, Babe, Justin will be really be mad if we aren't out there soon. He isn't nice on an empty stomach. He gets angry really easy then." He smiled again.
That smile made me weak in the knees. Oh, man, I realized I really did have it bad for this guy. I was in love with him then, and I was in love with him now.
After we were dressed, both Lance and I went out into the hall and knocked on Justin's door. "Yes?" Justin called from the other side of the door. "It's us," Lance said. The door was opened and all the guys were already in Justin's room. Justin saw me and gave me a great big hug. He had a great big smile on his face. He led us into the room, where there was a cart of breakfast food. All the rest of the guys were eating, and they all nodded at me and gave me a short hello. Somehow I felt that I was getting the cold shoulder from them.
"Ummmm. . . guys. . . do I notice a sense of resentment of me here? I'm sorry if you don't like me, but I can leave if you hate me that much. What's the deal?"
"Ummm. . . Mike, it's because Lance got taken away from his work. You caused him to do very poorly in last night's concert. He was so worried about you, that he messed up so many times that he was almost a hazard to have on stage." Josh said.
"Is that supposed to be my fault that I got hurt, and he cares about me? I wonder if this really is the best thing for me to do, to go on this tour." I started to raise my voice towards the end of my sentence.
"Mike, calm down. We are all tired. The concerts take a lot out of us, and we aren't up to our usual perky standards. I'm sorry."
"Well, I guess I am too," I said, as I turned and walked out of the room before anyone said anything to me.
"You guys are such frigin' idiots!!! At least you could have been a little more welcoming and less cold. Well, I'll tell you, if you don't want to be nice and friendly to Mike, I guess you might be out a bass singer for a while."
"You wouldn't think of doing that, would you, Lance?" Joey asked.
"Of course, since when are you three (excluding Justin) so high and mighty that you never make any mistakes in the concerts. I was upset!!! I have a guy I really love out in the hall probably crying and who can't remember who he is, and you three act like he is the nastiest scum on the earth. What am I going to do with you guys, huh?" Lance ran out the door to find Mike, and found he wasn't in the hall.
"Mike? Where are you?" Lance called.
"You guys really were mean to Mike. You should give him more credit than you do!!" Justin yelled. "He makes Lance so happy, and most days that helps Lance so much. He would be in such a bad mood all the time without someone like Mike. Can't you guys see that? Or are you all too dense?"
"We see your point, Just, but it's just that we need to know more about Mike, and how he and Lance met. We don't want some stranger to just come along and leach off of the group's big name. There are so many people that would want to do this. How do we know that this accident wasn't just a hoax to get Lance to bring him on tour. It's probably been done before. Who knows?"
"I don't think Mike's like that, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to get to know Mike better before we go off again. We leave tomorrow afternoon. Maybe that will give us enough time to learn some stuff about him. He seems like a genuine guy to me. But, we can all be the judge of that later today when we go out sightseeing." Justin said.
The door slammed open. Lance stormed into the room.
"Lance! What's wrong? You look like you're about to cry. Sit down." Justin said. Justin patted his friend on the back as the tears started to roll down his cheeks.
Between the sobs, Lance managed to get out a few words.
"Mike. . . has. . . run. . .away. . .from. . .the. . .motel." Lance sobbed.
"That could not be good," Chris said as he, Joey, and Josh stood up. "What should we do?"
"I'm not sure, but it's going to be bad since Mike is amnesiac. We have to be very careful what we do. I think we should call the police, though." Josh said. He picked up the phone to call the police.
To Be Continued. . .
Well, what did you think? Was it garbage and not worth the time of day to read it? Or was it so engrossing you couldn't stop reading it until the deadly words, To Be Continued. . . were placed at the end? Email me, and tell what you thought. My address is: mikeyboyz1029@hotmail.com. I hope to have the next chapter up by the end of the month, but no promises. Well, I've pretty much planned out the whole story very vaguely, so if you want to tell me how you think the story should go, then drop me a note. Until next time, Michael. :)
