Noah, the Embarrassed Nudist Chapter Eighteen Addendum: Mateo and Kevin (2)

FRIDAY 14TH JANUARY 2022

"So anyway, that's why I'm not really into BDSM," Matty said.

"Right... ok..." Kevin replied with a measure of confusion.

He'd only asked what Matty had got his dad for his birthday.

"But maybe, like, BDPM?" Matty added.

"What's BDPM?" Kevin replied.

"Bondage, domination and pseudo-machoism," Matty replied seriously.

Matty's earnest response made it so much funnier and Kevin chuckled once and grinned, the laugh reaching his big brown eyes. Kevin looked at Mateo who saw the joyous face and looked back with an expression not unlike the heart eyes emoji. Kevin usually avoided smiling and laughing and hid it quickly when he was `caught' but he didn't mind Matty seeing it.

"You're funny, Mateo," Kevin said.

It pleased Matty enormously when Kevin called him Mateo, or when Kevin smiled or when he laughed or when his mouth tugged into that sad upside-down smile he did. They were walking home after school even though they didn't really live in the same direction.

"So, about earlier..." Mateo said.

"When you asked if spelling physics with an F instead of PH should be allowed?" Kevin asked facetiously.

"No," Matty sniggered at his own joke. "Before that?"

"When you asked if questions about Vibranium would be on the Chemistry exam?" asked Kevin.

"After that," Mateo said.

"When you said Mr McKay looked like an actor who you'd let fuck you?" Kevin recalled.

"Yea, that!" Mateo said apologetically. "Should I have told you earlier? That I'm bisexual? I mean we've been friends for a few months now."

"It's up to you when you come out, Mateo. It doesn't change who you are," Kevin replied.

"A lot of people wish they could change who I am," Matty joked – half seriously.

"Not me. I like you," Kevin admitted.

He didn't look at Matty as he said it and he was faintly embarrassed by the admission. Matty was thrilled by the sentiment and immediately started trying to figure out if it had a deeper meaning. Like maybe a six-inch cock deep meaning? Kevin was fantasising.

Matty had enjoyed many fantasies about Kevin.

For example...

It's raining outside and Matty is home alone when there is a knock at the front door. Matty opens it to find Kevin there and there would probably be a flash of lightning followed by clap of thunder. The rain is heavy and Kevin is soaked so Matty invites him in.

"I was walking home when the rain started and I thought it would be safer to take shelter," Kevin said.

"You're soaked," Matty said worriedly.

"Yea," Kevin shivered.

"I'll find you something warm to wear," Matty said and he bounced up the stairs.

Kevin followed, watching Matty's excited steps. Matty was wearing shorts and socks with a hoodie zipped up; Matt's messy hair spilled out from under the hood.

"Have you got anything that will fit me?" Kevin asked as they entered Matty's room.

Matty turned and looked at Kevin – he was much bigger. Mateo was not much shorter than Kevin but he had a narrow build compared to Kevin's broad shoulders. Mateo thought it was like comparing a boxer to a snooker player... was that a thing? Is that a metaphor? Boxers are definitely big but are snooker player definitely not? Matty wasn't sure where his mind went sometimes.

"Yea, I like wearing baggy things in winter. I have lots of jumpers!" Mateo announced eagerly.

Matty opened his cupboard to root around for something for Kevin to change into while Kevin started taking off his wet clothes. He pulled off his shirt and t-shirt, standing topless while Matty continued to hunt for appropriate clothes. Kevin toed his trainers off and then pushed his jeans down without unbuttoning or unzipping them. Kevin hopped from foot to foot to free himself and stood, a little self-consciously, in just his boxers and socks.

Kevin's clothes were sopping wet so they lay in a heavy and soggy heap on Matty's floor.

"Eureka!" Matty said.

Then he regretted it. Who the hell said something like eureka?

"Oh my!" Mateo said when he turned and saw Kevin.

Mateo may have maybe sneaked a subtle stare at Kevin in the boys changing room. Because he was a very subtle person. However, seeing Kevin in just wet and bulging boxers in his bedroom was mesmerising. Kevin had a scattering of chest hair that was black like the hair on his head, his chest and abdomen looked effortlessly muscular and his legs were strong.

Kevin held his right wrist with his left hand in a `relaxed' way that kept his hands in front of his groin.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to look at that. At you. I mean, I meant to look at you because your there and I'm here and I have eyes but I didn't mean to look at you in a looking-at-you kind of way..." Matty babbled. "Sorry... I don't do this very often."

"Have a conversation?" Kevin teased him.

"No. Yes," Matty replied and he wasn't sure what either answer really meant.

"Babble?" Kevin suggested dryly.

"Not as often as you'd think," Mateo asserted.

"Have semi-naked boys in your room?" Kevin asked.

"Not as much as I'd like," Matty replied.

Kevin stepped towards Matty and put his hands on Mateo's waist. Matty giggled ticklishly and wriggled but the hands stayed and Kevin leaned in to kiss Mateo on the lips. Kevin could feel Mateo's warm skin through his t-shirt. Matty put his hands on Kevin's bare waist and felt cold, clammy skin.

The kissing was affectionate and tentative at first and then more excited and breathless. Matty stepped forward until his bare leg touched Kevin's and they were groin to groin. Matty was getting hard and his semi could feel the thick but flaccid lump of Kevin's dick and big, heavy balls.

"I'm homeless," Kevin said.

Matty snapped out of his fantasy.

"What?" he replied.

Suddenly Kevin didn't look like a smoking hot lad man... ok, no, he still looked like a smoking hot lad man... he looked vulnerable and sad. Matty had stopped to look at Kevin, shocked by his friend's candour and touched by the trust it implied.

"I told you my mum died but I didn't tell you everything," Kevin confessed with slow resignation.

Kevin was a quiet, introspective young man who found it hard to trust people.

"Do you want to tell me now?" Matty asked shyly.

"I don't talk to my dad," Kevin said and then amended that statement. "He doesn't talk to me. I don't have any other family either. I've been living in Children's Residential Care because I don't really have anyone."

Kevin was embarrassed. It wasn't just that his dad didn't bother with him but even if his dad was around, he wouldn't have been fit to look after a teenager. It was a sad day that Kevin was better off being looked after by Social Services than his own dad. They spoke infrequently, Kevin was always the one to initiate the conversation and his dad usually had excuses for not seeing his son.

"I'm so sorry, Kevin. I didn't know," Mateo said.

The more Matty learned about Kevin, the more he liked. He had been attracted to Kevin physically but there had also been a quiet and thoughtful quality that Matty had immediately appreciated.

"I don't really tell people that I live in a children's home because I was abandoned," Kevin said without bitterness – though he as bitter about it and ashamed.

Kevin didn't talk about his (lack of) home life but some people at school did know. One person, Kevin was not certain who but had a good idea, sent him notes and messages to berate and denigrate him about it. What kind of person sends fostering and adoption paraphernalia to someone who's lost their parents?

"I'll never abandon you," Matty promised.

Kevin looked at Mateo with big brown puppy dog eyes. Suddenly, he was angry with himself for saying anything and started walking again. Matty took a second to catch up. Kevin was going to apologise for his admission but he knew Matty didn't mind, it was him who had the problem with being open.

"You're like an onion," Matty said.

"Sorry, what?" Kevin replied bewilderedly.

"I was just thinking, you're like an onion. You have so many layers," Matty said but he felt stupid.

Mateo didn't know why his thoughts came out unfiltered.

"And sometimes I make people cry?" Kevin added dryly.

"Yea," Matty laughed. "I mean... yea?"

Kevin and Matty continued in silence.

"I went to cognitive behavioural therapy during the summer," Kevin added.

"Oh," Mateo replied.

Now that he had started talking, Kevin couldn't help himself. He still didn't say much but what he did say was more than he had ever revealed to anyone before.

"It was meant to help with depression. You're supposed to come up with targets. They suggested I try to find a social activity like and after school club..." Kevin said.

"Drama Club!" Matty interjected.

Kevin nodded.

"And that I should try to make friends," Kevin said self-consciously.

"Oh me! I can be your friend!" Matty said with his relentless happiness.

"That would be nice," Kevin agreed.

Kevin had found it hard to make friends, which was progress, and Mateo seemed particularly enthusiastic about their friendship which was frankly confusing. He didn't know what he had done to deserve it.

"You know... mum's and dad's, two mums, two dads, brothers, sisters, cousins, goldfish... friends... they can all be your family," Matty said gently. "And lovers," he added.

"What?" Kevin responded.

"What?" Matty replied innocently. "It sucks your mum died, I'm sorry. And it sucks your dad is gone, I'm sorry. But you have me, I'm sorry," Matty smiled slyly.

"No, you're alright," Kevin said. "I'm lucky I have you."
