Meta and the Marine 15
A different take on the traditional M/M werewolf romance topic: less romantic, less traditional, more disturbing and with conniving wolves, vampires and submissive marines.

Meta & the Marines
CHAPTER 15
He scratched his itching shoulder absentmindedly, looking at the big silver moon, which would be full again in some few days. In contrast to popular lore, the full moon didn't force his wolf shifters to take their wolf form against their will. The only time the full moon had played a role was for their mating ritual.
The gentle warm wind barely succeeded in rustling the few young leaves and even the occasional night owl seemed to be more silent than usual as if not to disturb this pleasant evening. It was eerie quiet. Not unpleasantly quiet, he was surprised.
Colt sat on the ground overlooking the valley with the many tiny lights from houses and cars. Slightly up to the left was the nearly full moon as put there by an artist conscious of proportions. Spring flavors were in the air; and again he was grateful he didn't suffer of any allergy that could ruin such a pleasant night at the edge of the forest.
His left hand played with the carrying belt of a small cooler, in which his evening Diet Coke ration and some sweet chocolate were kept. The boys had stopped a long time ago to be amused by his choice of a zero calorie drink despite his young age, and of a girlie version on top. He thought he got hooked on it because of his mother, who also only drank Diet Coke; well, during the day at least. Once the sun had set she would switch to stuff that loosened her up for her tricks. He noticed there was no anger in him anymore about his parents. It felt as if it wasn't his own past he was reviewing but the past of some fictional character. He even wasn't ashamed anymore about what he knew his mother was doing to get money for her addiction. He just felt sorry for her. He remembered he had twice tried to talk with her about the situation and how she -- and they -- could get out of it. But she hadn't been interested in listening or doing anything about it. And given his father didn't do anything about it, either, except for surrendering to his own addiction, nothing changed.
He opened the small, dark-red cooler to get a Coke. The bigger cooler with proper beer and more savory snacks was in the back of the truck for when the boys came back hungry.
For the first time in months, he was comfortable with being on his own, while his wolves ran through the forest on the hills. They had needed it after all these weeks of studying. For some reason he didn't think college was right for wolf shifters. And for the same reason he didn't understand why Prime wanted a degree in HR management and Brian in English. Only CE's desire to get a law enforcement degree to become a detective made sense to him. In any case, a lot of reading and studying was involved for any of these degrees. But when the warm weather was so inviting, and spring made forests even more enchanting, their wolves itched for a run bad.
As this night's expected events made it even tougher to concentrate on studying, Colt had suggested to go for a run. It wasn't surprising to him the boys agreed in a heartbeat as if they had been incarcerated for months. He knew they only studied so hard because he was in the house now. They seemed to think to have less freedom to follow their hobbies instead of work, and maybe they were also a bit afraid of not bringing home good grades at the end of the semester. They clearly didn't want to be put into the silver punishment handcuffs Colt got introduced to some time ago. The silver-infused handcuffs pretty much removed any non-human capability in wolf shifters including shifting and rendered them helpless, without having the burning effect of pure silver. 30 minutes in them were agonizing but doable for most of them. More than one hour became insanely painful. They described it as if somebody was using them as a punching bag and they just had to take it. After three hours it was like receiving never-ending electro shocks and somebody trying to break each of the bones individually ... several times. Six hours meant most wolves went into a state of shock. More than 12 brought death. While anyone strong enough could put the cuffs on a wolf shifter, only the pack alpha or in his case, meta, could remove them, thereby deciding the fate of the punished wolf.
CE wore them for 65 minutes just to show him the impact. And already after 30 minutes, Colt realized the big wolf, who was genetically programmed to turn pain into pleasure, was having a tough time controlling himself. After 50 minutes, he started to hold out his cuffed hands to Colt with begging eyes. As Prime stopped Colt from removing them too early to get the full demonstration effect, CE shot an evil look at his Alpha. After an hour, CE started to beg. It seemed Colt wasn't too good at punishing as he ignored Prime now and released the cuffs quickly. CE fell to the floor and hugged Colt's feet to put his head on them as if the pain would go away faster that way. And maybe it did work that way as he whispered: "Thank you, Sir."
Colt was sure if those handcuffs reduced CE to a begging wimp within 60 minutes, the pain for a weaker wolf or over more hours must be unbearable. And indeed just the mentioning of punishment or cuffs made each of his wolves shiver visibly and become very obedient within a second. He hoped he would never have to use them. He hoped we would never use them.
No, his wolves were working really hard. They didn't miss classes, reporting in and out of them via their Whatsapp chat room. They did their homework and often had it critiqued by Colt, who loved these discussion sessions. He learned so much about his boys that way: about Prime's view on authority, Brian's out of the box thinking, and CE's struggle with loyalty in such an individualistic world. Often these discussions lead to exhausting sex, testing his mental and physical borders. It seemed wolves in human form had limitless energy to lick, suck and get fucked. Occasionally, he did regret not being a wolf himself.
Only occasionally. He quickly realized he would be just a little scrawny wolf as a wolf shifter. A wolf who'd be ignored by the alpha, betas, gammas and enforcers and easily pushed around by the rest of the pack, rendering him to the edge of the pack as a subservient omega. And he also knew that wouldn't have been a nice place for him to be. It had already been tough enough not to belong to anywhere as human, it would have been even tougher for him in such a hierarchical society like wolf shifters. No, he was happy as human right now. He'd never a better life than in the past half year despite the repeated attempts to kill him.
Instinctively, his fingers touched the dagger in his side pocket to reassure himself of its presence. It was specially made for him, for his smaller hands, his weaker body. CE had taught him how to evade attacks, how to throw punches against the attacker and how to strike quickly. He learned how to push the dagger into vampire chest-like cushions without injuring himself as he done the first time he killed one of those ugly half deaths.
CE was relentless during these sessions. They only lasted 45 minutes but Colt was also half dead after them. CE didn't stop one minute earlier and barely allowed breaks for Colt to catch his breath. But as CE knew exactly he was kind of punishing his Meta with these training sessions, he always started the sessions deferentially with a Miranda-like statement: "Boss, in the next 45 minutes I will not treat you as my Meta but as a man who asked me to teach him how to fight vampires. Do not expect leniency but my full expertise. At any time you can call for a time out and I will return to be your loyal enforcer. May I begin?" Colt would answer soberly: "Yes," and the torture would start.
Actually, the first time CE added: "In case there're many time-out requests, I might need to request my Meta to change his orders," implying that if Colt didn't take this seriously, CE would feel disrespected. Colt was very proud he only asked for one two-minute break in the first session.
CE was actually a good teacher. He praised generously, was patient with frequent mistakes and never expressed disappointment drill sergeant style or uttered a louder than necessary word. Colt was pretty sure that if he had been just a regular wolf, he would have gotten the full UMSC drill instructor treatment; fortunately, he was the pack Meta.
Nevertheless, he'd started to enjoy the sessions. At least, he felt very good after each of them if not always during them. While he had never gotten himself excited about any sport, which he attributed to the fact he didn't get an endorphin rush like others, he didn't try to get out of this workout. Maybe because he loved seeing CE in his gym shorts, wife beater and thick green socks. And maybe because CE would never comment when Colt sported a boner because CE was so sexy. Boners in normal gyms were much more dangerous.
It was amusing how CE role-played attacking vampires and restricted his fighting movements to the level that Colt had a chance to `survive' at his current skill level; although Colt knew this meant CE was reducing his skills to 10%, which must have felt like Colt solving a 9-piece puzzle for toddlers. Therefore, Colt made sure that at the end of each of the sessions, irrespective how sweat-drenched he was, he thanked CE for his effort and skill. CE smiled at the praise like a little boy who had just gotten an extra lollipop because he'd been a good boy at school; which in turn melted Colt's heart and made him thank Fate he had found CE and the pack.
Once or twice actually, when he thought he was being pushed too hard, Colt had threatened CE to punish him later during sex by fucking him extra rough, but he quickly realized that was more an incentive for the enforcer than a threat. The enforcer loved when Colt pounded him mercilessly while shouting this was payback for the vampire training.
He had painful boner. So what. He had a boner most of the day when his boys were around him. An intense scent of pine, a quick whiff of cherry or a touch of new, black soil made him salute quickly. Of course, the wolves immediately smelled his arousal raising their hope for sex. If that didn't materialize they ignored it gentleman-like and continued their work. Colt barely blushed anymore when he realized the boys had sensed his erection. And he also had lost a little bit of his shyness about ordering one of them into his bedroom; although it still didn't come as natural to him as his men pretended it was.
Hard boner. Hurts.
The wolves had been running for two hours now since the sun had set. They should be back soon so they could return home to see if their work over the past months had paid off. Despite the fact he'd basically ordered them to run without consideration for him, now he could defend himself from an attacking vampire, he knew one of them was always close to him. He smelled it. First the plum, then the wheat and now the strawberry. He smiled. He felt so warm knowing he wasn't alone anymore, knowing he didn't have to fight on his own anymore, feeling these three men really needed him, loved him, were nothing without him, as he had been nothing before he had met, mated or meta-ed them. "You're becoming all mushy," he chuckled to himself.
Nevertheless, he felt safe. His regained confidence, his custom-made dagger and the reassuring fresh and sweet smells at a distance made him feel safer than ever before -- maybe with the exception when they all slept on the rug in a big puppy bundle. Man, did he enjoy that. He would sleep so deep and relaxing. He even loved to wake up the few times he did, just to listen to their silent breathing, to inhale the intoxicating scents, to feel the animalistic body heat, to touch their soft skin covering iron hard muscles and to observe their little movements when they instinctively tried to get closer to him in their sleep to protect him with their bodies. Mushy.
He knew it was a bit of a false sense of safety, as they still hadn't figured why somebody had put money on his head or when they would try to get him with serious efforts, but for the moment it was okay. He felt safe and he belonged, that was all what mattered. Fuck the mushy.
When he heard a noise behind him, he quickly turned around with his hand close to the dagger. But his tension immediately vanished when he saw his three wolves in their animalistic glory approaching him playfully. Prime was of course leading the pack, big, golden, with smooth movements, nearly like a cat (what Colt would never tell him), green eyes like precious stones. To his right, Brian's elegant silver wolf, a bit smaller, but visibly faster and more agile; his fur shimmered in many different silver shades in the bright moon light, nearly oneiric. And to his left a monstrously big CE. Again Colt realized if CE didn't have this white in his face, he still would be shit scared of his wolf, despite knowing how gentle and submissive he was towards Colt. His brown eyes lay on him in a way that made Colt's heart jump, so trusting, so content, so warm.
Colt smiled and opened his arms. He bent down to hug the golden wolf tightly, scratching him between his ears, reassuring himself the chain was still there. The other two wolves surrounded him, touching his hips, licking his hands. Colt hugged Brian, respecting the hierarchy in the pack. His ice blue eyes were a bit unsettling, as no soft smile of a Mid Western boy balanced it. CE patiently waited for his turn to be hugged, he whined as if a yearlong weight had been taken off his shoulder. Colt knew wolf shifters always feared that in wolf form they wouldn't be accepted or loved. But Colt loved the wolves. Maybe a bit more platonic than he loved his men, but it was love nevertheless. And CE seemed to need it most.
They lay on the grass. Wisely, Prime had taken a blanket with them so Colt wouldn't have to lie on the cold ground. The wolves surrounded him shielding him completely from the world. For these few moments, nothing existed around them, it was just them lying together without a word. The scents did the talking in their unique way. The smell was like heroine. Strong, throbbing, sweetly painful, inescapable, irreversibly addictive.
With all his self-control Colt looked on his phone and said: "Boys, you need to shift, we need to get home."
There was a slightly disagreeing whelp from Brian and CE, but a reprimanding growl by the golden wolf made them stop immediately. They spread out a bit to have enough space.
As much as he liked his wolves and the men, he couldn't get used to the awful sound of the shifts. It made him nauseous. Once he had nearly vomited his dinner. He had learned to close his eyes during the transformation and to focus on the scent to suppress the impact the sound had on him.
When he opened his eyes, he saw three gorgeous naked men, muscular and smooth, with tattoos and chains stepping into their shorts and pulling over loose T-shirts to hide their amazing physiques and the locks. While Colt wanted the world to see the chains and locks to claim his stake, he also knew too tight clothing would attract even more unwanted attention. So very loose T-shirts and shirts with rolled up sleeves were a good compromise. Everyone would see the tattoos, but their bodies were not displayed too seductively.
Colt got into the truck to take his usual place, not even thinking anymore about that it must have seen odd he always had the same seat. It was his seat. Why should he sit anywhere else?
Playing absentmindedly with the chain around CE's neck in front of him and his knees touching Prime's naked hairless right knee, he enjoyed the quiet ride home. It was a pleasantly serene and calm feeling with the three men having set free their wolves for some hours but having been reclaimed and welcomed by their Meta. What else could a wolf shifter want more?
Colt smiled and fell asleep for some minutes.
"Boss, I think something is happening now," Brian came into the kitchen where they were nibbling on a meat salad.
Colt didn't know exactly how Brian and CE had done it, but they managed to get two regular cameras and an infrared camera and to install them together with a microphone in Gregory Hall. A relay hidden in a trashcan at the back of the former church transferred the signals as a live feed.
It was clear CE didn't want to be asked where he got the stuff from, so Colt didn't push further but hoped he didn't get CE and them into trouble with his plan.
They had hooked the three cameras to one of each of their laptops placing them in similar angles in the room as the cameras were placed. This was intended to give them a full understanding what was going in the hall.
For a second Colt had the feeling they were preparing to watch a movie, as they all went into the main room with their drinks and snacks. "I guess it's `Vampires' Return,'" he chuckled to himself ignoring the quizzing look on the boys' faces.
Three people had entered the hall. They were not talking for the moment but moved chairs trying to make as little noise as possible; exactly as Colt had done with his wolves some weeks ago. He sighed, at least his hunch had been right. While he hadn't been able to see or hear anything coming from the floor, he had felt something. A tiny breeze had touched his eye. It had come through the floor indicating there was a small gap in it through which air circulated. And he had smelt at tiny bit of oil; a tiny bit of vampire stink.
"Not human," Prime stated looking at the infrared camera.
"How do you know?"
"Look, two bodies above 40 C, one below 30 C."
"You think in Celsius?" Colt asked confused.
"NATO standard, confused the hell out of me in Afghanistan, but got used to it."
"So what is the human temperature in C?" Colt asked surprised by himself he didn't know it given his brain was half metric due to his relatives in Europe.
"Around 38."
"So what are they?"
Prime hesitated, turning his back to Colt as if he was ashamed. When the screeching noise of moved chairs had stopped, he turned around and said: "The two hot signatures are wolf shifters it seems, or really sick humans ..."
It was obvious the second option was not a realistic one. "And the third?"
"A vampire."
Brian, CE and Colt stated at Prime in disbelief.
"I know it doesn't make sense. - Most likely female vampire, but they all look female to me," he said with a bit of disgust.
Colt scratched his beard like an archeology professor who just had found a clue to decipher Linear A. "Maybe it does. Question: Wouldn't the presence of a vampire make the wolves shift?"
"No, not if the vampire is not in its actual form and if he doesn't attack a human and if the wolves are experienced at controlling their shifting."
"A lot of if's but not impossible, it seems," Colt summarized.
"Also I don't think the church, or whatever it is now, is locked. If the wolves felt they were in a trap they would reassert themselves. This is nothing more than us sitting in classrooms together with vampires."
"Understand. Males? Females?"
"Given the height I would say the wolves are male; as I said for the vampire I don't know, even the males look so frail and queer."
"Thanks," Colt said with a chuckle, but Prime gave him a `not now' look.
"Look!" Brian pointed at the second laptop, which showed the camera capturing the floor best. Some of the floor stones were moving, like being pushed from underneath. Hands appeared pushing the stones to the side, opening gaps in the floor.
A frail thin creature struggled to pull itself out of the gap onto the floor. The vampire, who had removed the chairs and the carpet with the wolves, approached the gap and took the hand of the creature, which still tried to get out of the hole.
"Welcome, brother. Welcome to California 2013," she said.
Colt trembled. He had to sit down. His brain was protesting, it wanted to shut down.
"You OK?"
"No," Colt answered honestly and dryly. "I have known for quite some while I'm on the most intense drug trip ever, Matrix-style, but this ..."
CE growled. "What are the wolves doing? Why are they not shifting and killing those half-deads?"
"Good question," Colt said. "What do they get for helping the vampires?"
"Get?" Brian asked confused.
"Welcome to California, 2013," the vampire said again. "Où êtes-vous?" she asked in French, as the creature seemed confused. A hoarse answer: "Pologne 1905."
The next hand reached for the next vampire. And again she said: "Welcome to California, 2013." The creature coughed and said in what seemed a very strong German accent. "Sank you."
"43," Brian said when another hand appeared from the ground waiting impatiently for somebody to help.
"I can't believe it. They wolves still don't do anything."
"They're there to protect the vampires." Colt knew CE would be hurt by that observation, but it was obvious. For some reasons the vampire lady had convinced some local wolves to help her to get her fellow vampires back to the real world, through this gate in the former church. Whenever they had a group of 20 vampires, one of the wolves lead them out of the church, returning 30 minutes later to take the next group of twenty.
Colt thought he would never be able to hear `Welcome to California' anymore without the stink of vomit, so often he had to hear it today. In total 105 times. 105 vampires crawled like cockroaches through the gap in the floor to infest the world of humans, to feed on innocent girls over the next years, until some real wolf shifter or a silver dagger would kill them. At least according to the book Brian had given him, there was no other way to vanquish a half dead for good.
When the clock showed 01:59, the female vampire shouted down the gap: "We are done for today. No more time." It seemed there were protests, so she answered: "You waited 200 years, one more month is not going to be too much. Bye brothers, bye sisters."
Then she moved her head to the one wolf still in the hall, while the other one accompanied the last vampires to wherever they were bringing them. "Let's close this hole."
The wolf growled and for a moment CE seemed to hope the wolf would come to his senses and attack and kill this vampire bitch, but he was disappointed. The wolf bent and shifted the stone with his superhuman strength into the gap in the floor, until it fell into it with a loud `thud.'
"Thanks," the vampire said forced. She only earned a growl as answer, but didn't seem to be concerned. "Make sure the chairs are at their proper places before you leave," she instructed leading the hall with her high heels clicking on the floor.
They observed how the last wolf unrolled the carpet and put the chairs back on it exactly as they had found them some hours ago. When he was done, he ran out of the hall.
They were quiet.
"It's all recorded," Brian said finally.
"Thanks," Colt tapped the shoulder of the young man, who smiled a little bit at the praise.
"I don't get it." CE was outraged.
"Me, neither. How could the Golden Chestnut Pack conspire with vampires?" Prime asked.
"You're sure it's them?"
"Yes, I recognized the voice of the last guy. I think I met him in a statistics class. He is an up and coming beta in the pack, Léon, I think."
"Quite a tame French lion, then," Colt couldn't help to answer. "Anyway. For some reason the Chestnut pack helps vampires to come to this world. It seems there is a whole welcoming infrastructure."
"I never thought it would be so extensive," Brian added, "but knowing they reappear hundreds of years later somewhere randomly in the world, it must take quite some efforts to repatriate them. I mean they just can't levitate from the U.S. to `Pologne' ..."
"'Poland,'" Colt translated. "I know, they need flight tickets, passport, background story. And then they need to get used to our time. They've never heard of airplanes or mobile phones. It's like ..." Colt hesitated.
"Like?" Prime looked at him with him with neutral green eyes.
"Like what the Russian did in the Cold War. They built American towns in Russia to train their agents in the American way of life, so they would immediately fit in and become sleepers."
"So this is even bigger than this?" CE asked.
"Has to be," Colt insisted. "Getting them through the fucking hole is just one step. But what do you do with a vampire from Poland 1905 who only speaks French?"
"Fucking shit." CE resigned to the fact his fellow wolf shifters were part of something so disgusting.
"We need to find out why the pack is part of this," Brian suggested. "Meta?" he insisted when he didn't get a reply from anyone.
"We should, but what do we do with that information?"
"Stop it?"
"Brian, I'm no vampire expert but I know this is big; this is surely not the only gate; and a sizable and influential pack being part of this, makes it even bigger. So not sure we're ready to deal with that ..."
"So we're giving up?" CE spat out. Colt knew he'd just lost a lot of equity with his enforcer.
"No, CE. We just need to agree what our objectives are before we rush into action."
Prime smiled.
And CE blushed a bit. "I guess that's why I'm a meathead and you're the Meta."
Colt couldn't help but hug the big guy. "You're my ... our ... meathead, and we need you to be our meathead."
"Thanks, Sir. -- Sorry to be so ..."
"No worries. I understand." Colt looked out of the window into the night, not so dark thanks to the bright moon on the cloudless sky.
"I think our first and foremost objective is to prevent any further attacks on you, Colt, or us as a pack," Prime suggested.
"Agree," Colt answered quickly. "So how do we use this information to do this?"
Silence.
"Well, we could show this footage to someone at the pack," Brian started.
"They would say it's fake," CE replied quickly.
"We could show it to that vampire bitch."
While Prime answered, Colt jerked. He'd missed something. Something important. But he couldn't put his finger on it. "Sorry, Prime, what did you say?"
"The vampire bitch isn't going to give a shit about us having this footage. If she has a deal with the pack, she can always get their protection against us. And they're big ..."
"So, we have nothing," CE was heart sunken.
"Fighting a coalition of wolf pack and vampires sucks," Brian added.
"Maybe, we should move," Prime suggested again.
"Maybe we should," Colt answered a bit absentmindedly.
They looked at him expectantly.
"But who knows whether somebody else would want our skin at the new place. Not sure running helps right now," Colt continued.
"So?" Prime asked. "What are you thinking?"
"You know, the other day in my history class we talked about the French-Russian-Austrian alliance against Prussia which nearly defeated Fredrick."
It was obvious that his pack didn't follow. "The Prussian king desperately tried to break this alliance, and was lucky at the end as the Russian Empress died, with her son allying with Prussia." Still vacant looks. "We need to find a way to drive up the price of this coalition, to seed discord, to put us in a position so we can tip the scale. Only a little bit, but enough to get what we want."
"Okay," was the hesitant reply of the redhead marine.
"Tell me, boys. What would force even an experienced wolf shifter to shift and attack vampires even if he didn't want it?"
"There would need to be a lot of vampires, in their preferred form."
"The wolves need to feel cornered, no escape."
"The wolves need to feel hungry."
"Of their human forms were drunk."
"The humans should be young."
"And male, ideally wannabe alphas."
Prime shot Brian a cold look.
Colt put his hand on his Alpha and rubbed his wide back to calm him down. Alphas were easily insulted by statements like `wannabe.'
"Got it. So we need to get a hoard of drunken young male wannabe alphas locked in to force them to shift and attack."
The wolves nodded.
"Good. I think I have plan. Unfortunately, dozens of vampires will die."
"Unfortunately?" CE was insulted again. "Let's kill those fuckers."
"You're still not asleep," Brian said turning around to face Colt.
Colt caressed the handsome jaw of the blond boy in front of him, so Brian opened his mouth playfully snatching Colt's finger to suck on it.
"I'm okay. It's just too much. I thought shifters and vampires were only for Hollywood horror movies and cheesy romance stories."
"Where there's smoke ..." Brian continued to suck on Colt's finger.
"I know. But in all these stories there're also nice vampires ..."
Brian kissed Colt's palm. "I think that's wishful thinking of frustrated housewives. Vampires need to feed on virgin blood; there's no substitute like in those corny books. They have to kill humans to continue to vegetate ..."
"Are we sure about that? What if there are vampires who don't kill girls?"
Brian's blue eyes showed a moment of sympathy with windblown wheat fields before returning to the cool ice expression. "I know you as a human want to find the human aspect in everyone; to define evil and good. Vampires are neither. They just are. Like animals. Yes, you humans try to find human qualities in dogs, elephants, whales and whatever, but in the end they're just animals driven solely by their instincts not by a moral compass. Even your dogs," Brian nearly spat on the floor next to the bed, "act on instinct when dealing with people. Over generations they've learned serving those two-legged creatures helps their survival. But in the end it doesn't mean dogs are `good' in an ethical sense."
"And vampires are like dogs?"
"No. More like snakes. Snakes are not evil despite everything humans think, they are just snakes and have a snake instinct. They don't bite humans because they're bad but because they feel threatened. And maybe they suffocate a small human when they're hungry, but again that is tragic but doesn't make snakes `bad.'"
"Vampires are snakes then."
Brian smiled. "If that helps you."
"It does. It's just so human to consider things which are very different as non-sentient and therefore without the right to live. History shows it has been done even with other humans, simply because they had a different religion or skin color."
Brian leaned forward and kissed Colt. Colt knew his smell of waterfall and wine made him irresistible for the blond boy. When he touched the Mormon wolf's abs, the boy jerked as if been hit by a fist, moaning and begging. "Please, Meta."
Colt smiled while letting his hand explore the hard smooth body of the blond shifter, who whined uncontrollably.
When Brian realized, though, this teasing wouldn't quickly lead to another fuck, he sucked in all the air he could and said: "When those vampires, which tried to kill you, were close to you: Did you feel they were human?"
Colt shook his head. "No. Not even organic. They felt more like robots with a skin layer outside and really bad fashion sense."
Brian chuckled. "Robots."
"Yeah with superhuman strength. That's why I smell oil and welded metal when one is close."
"So you actually don't kill a vampire," Brain stated, his eyes betraying his desire to be touched again by his Meta, to be taken.
"You're right. It is more like an `off' switch," Colt conceded.
"That's a new one for me, but I'll go with it ... still problems switching vampire robots off?"
Colt stared at the ceiling. "No, I don't think so, but something is still bothering me."
"Would some hot sex solve it?" Brian asked while kissing Colt's chest with a clear direction towards the erect cock.
"Maybe," Colt chuckled. "You haven't had enough yet?"
"Never," Brain mumbled barely lifting his mouth from Colt's pubes. "Or shall I say: `Jamais?'" Brian's French accent wasn't bad, but Colt wasn't an expert in accents.
And then it hit him. He knew this accent.
He knew who the female vampire was even if the camera had only given him a grainy picture.
And with that he lost any inhibition killing vampires. Any inhibition while fucking Brian's mouth so he started to cry snot and tears.
And when he pushed himself deep into the blond man's mouth to make him swallow every drop he knew he was actually looking forward to their plan irrespective how many dead vampires it would cause.
---
"Oh my gosh, she was so tight ... she squealed like a piglet."
"Cool, bro, virgins are the best ..."
"Except now she thinks we're kinda hooked, getting texts all day long," the first man complained. His voice became clearer as the pair approached the hall.
"She'll get over it and go for the next jock dick ... now that she's hooked. My first virgin at high school is now the biggest frat slut you can imagine. I guess I ruined it for her," the second man chuckled. Although his voice showed without doubt that he was intoxicated, his speech pattern was still quite okay.
"You and your horse dick. -- I guess, here we are."
"Yep, let's see what that new frat is like ... invitation was promising ..."
They opened the door to the Gregory Hall and disappeared like the couple of dozens jocks before.
Load rap music came through the open door and became muted when the heavy wooden doors closed behind them.
On the pad before them they saw how around 40 guys enjoyed the free beer and snacks, horsing around. They shouted at each other to compensate for the loud music, welcoming some more newcomers with screams. Actually, the music wasn't too loud but the acoustics in the hall reinforced the volume considerably.
Now they had to act quickly.
CE went up to the street to block anyone else coming for the next 15 minutes. Prime and Brian ran to the main door and pushed an insanely thick chain through the door handles locking it together with an industrial strength lock. They had already blocked the emergency exits hours ago.
Now close to 50 drunken jocks, all wolf shifters from different fraternities, were locked up in Gregory Hall. It was 11:30 pm.
All three wolves returned to Colt, who hid behind the trees observing the action on his pad. So far the plan had worked without any hiccups. He smiled when he remembered how easy it actually was to concoct this plan.
He had needed a pretense to get lots of drunken young wolf shifters into Gregory Hall when the vampires appeared. And he needed to make sure the vampire bitch and the two corrupted wolves could not get in in time.
"TIRED OF SISSY FRATS? TIRED OF THE UNIVERSITY TELLING YOU TO BE `INCLUSIVE, POLITICALLY CORRECT AND SENSITIVE?'" a letter asked. Delivered by snail mail, personally addressed to the 100 coolest frat guys on campus: football players, basketball players, bad boy musicians, hardcore playboys and a few rich boys. "CHECK OUT OUR UNDERGROUND FRAT `BRO' -- THE OLD-FASHIONED FRAT: NO HAZING RESTRICTIONS, NO ALCOHOL RESTRICTIONS, NO POLITICALLY CORRECTNESS NONSENSE, NO FAGS, NO UNIVERSITY MEDDLING. ONLY COOL, STRAIGHT BROS WITH LOTS OF BEER, MUSIC AND PUSSY."
Colt was pretty sure this promise would get the attention of enough of those meatheads to spend the last Friday night before spring break in a Hall, which they had never heard of, as baroque music and paintings were too queer to be jock entertainment.
"FIRST MEETING THIS FRIDAY, MIDNIGHT. FREE BEER AND SNACKS AS OF 10:45. ONE AND ONLY CHANCE TO PLEDGE FOR `BRO.'"
The free beer was heavily taken advantage of. Colt had bought enough kegs to get 100 jocks drunk two days in a row. And the boys didn't disappoint him. With the current speed, the beer wouldn't have lasted even two days despite `only' 50 dudes showing up. Maybe the fact the beer was of imported quality and not cheap student stuff was helping with the speed of consumption.
"FREE BEER, MORE PUSSIES, MORE BRO'S AND NO PC SHIT. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?" The letter ended summarizing the proposition telegram style to ensure even the most simple jock brain would be able to absorb the message.
The guys had so much fun with their beer, the music and being amongst 50 of their equals that they hadn't even noticed they'd been locked in. And Colt was pretty sure they wouldn't notice until the first guys wanted to get outside to take a piss or vomit. However, given the beer consumption that could be pretty soon.
"NEW `BRO' FRATERNITY. ANNOUNCEMENT IN 30 MINUTES," Prime's prerecorded message (with voice distortion) was played over the loudspeakers in the hall. Several of the jocks jeered at the announcement and downed their cups of beer to get a refill.
The evening was actually very nice and the campus otherwise quiet. Some students had already left for spring break, but most were studying hard for the last exams before the break ... obviously except the dudes partying in the hall.
It wasn't surprising the first guys had `lost' their T-shirts so they could show off their hard abs. Colt was jealous how some of these guys had these incredible bodies despite the heavy beer consumption. It seemed proper metabolism was also distributed unfairly, next to ease of muscle growth, cuteness, proper eyesight and social competence. Colt sighed.
For some reason Prime seemed to sense Colt's thoughts. He stepped behind Colt pressing his body against the Meta, making sure he felt the cage and chain as if saying: `Those jocks might have great bodies but they don't have three hunks as pack mates.'
Colt smiled, but his facial expression quickly changed when he saw three people coming down the street, the high shoes of one of them making a distinct clicking noise. The vampire bitch and two wolf shifters were on the way.
"What's going on there?" she asked, her accent becoming stronger with her being annoyed.
One of the wolves shrugged, while the other one said: "Look at that. They locked up the hall." The two wolves weren't the same as those last month.
"I can see that. -- Break it!" she ordered irritated.
The bigger of the two men -- in the dark, Colt could barely see any of the guy's features, except that he was big, broad-shouldered and walked as if he had a gigantic third leg or a severe rash -- started to pull at the chain.
Colt knew this moment was tricky. He hoped the music and noise in the hall was loud enough to cover the rattling from the main door.
The man pulled harder, but he quickly realized even his wolf-supported strength wouldn't help him breaking the lock, the chain or the door handles.
"Checking the other exits," the second guys said in a voice, shaped by years of smoking.
"Hurry up then!" The vampire was clearly nervous now looking at her watch every five seconds. "And you, get some tools to break this chain. We need to be in there in eight minutes."
"Ok," the big guy growled and was gone.
"All the other exits are also locked. Seems there're lots of guys in the hall partying."
"Fucking shit," the vampire woman said not very ladylike. "We need to get them out. I thought nobody could rent that place on weekends."
"Looks like a flash mob-like party. Not really university approved," the smoking voice said coldly. It was clear he didn't care that they couldn't get into the hall right now. Maybe he was even happy he didn't have to help vampires getting acquainted with 2013.
The vampire bitch ignored him pointing him to shut up with her hand, while she franticly touched her mobile phone and put it to her ear. It was clear nobody picked up her call, so she started to speak to a voice mail: "Hi, we have a problem at Gregory Hall. Call back immediately!" She killed that call and typed on her phone. "Need to message some guys. Maybe we can stop the orifice opening."
'Orifice,' Colt thought, `that's what they call it. Good to know.'
"I'm smelling something," the wolf said his nose in the air.
"Oh please, 50 drunk teenager wolves are in the hall. Guess what I smell?" the vampire bitched, ignoring the wolf's concern.
Prime sigh was inaudible, but Colt felt it behind his back.
"Sure, just saying," the wolf wasn't convinced, but he wasn't eager to push it further, confirming Colt's impression the wolves weren't too unhappy not to be part of today's orifice opening. Colt was now sure those two guys were not the same who had accompanied the vampire the last time the orifice had opened.
"Damn. It's five minutes to midnight. Where is Carl with the tools?" she asked Cinderella style.
Colt looked at his watch. It got close. "CE, try to get up the street without being seen. If this Carl guy returns with tools before 00:05, stop him!" Colt typed on the pad so he didn't have to make a noise.
CE nodded and left quietly. Colt was surprised how such a big guy in boots could move so soundless. He guessed it was the years of military training.
The campus bell tower rang. Midnight.
"Shit. Let's go", the vampire ordered. "I'm going to make a hot dog out of Carl. And then I'm going to kill everyone who is responsible for this disaster." She ran off with her heels clicking in staccato on the pavement.
Colt quickly typed on his phone to tell CE to hide so the vampire and wolf wouldn't see him on their way back to wherever they came from.
Brian holding the pad, pointed excitedly to the screen.
Unnoticed by the partying jocks, a stone was lifted slightly on the floor. The first vampires seemed to try to open the orifice. As this time nobody helped above ground to remove the stone, it took ages until the frail hands had succeeded in lifting it sufficiently to push it to the side. Two hands appeared and a cautious head. It was obviously difficult for the weak body to pull itself up. When he was sitting on the edge pulling his legs away from the gap, he was finally noticed.
"Cool, dude," a drunk boy said. "Secret entry for the frat."
A second vampire pulled himself up, but didn't succeed. The drunken frat boy came closer and took the hand as if to help him up. Upon the touch he pulled back. "Shit, what freak are you?"
The first vampire desperately tried to walk through the mass of drunken college student to get to some kind of exit, but was pushed around by bodies, which had lost most of their control.
And then it happened.
One of the guys started to shift. The soul-destroying noise of breaking bones competed with the shrieks of some of the guys and the loud music. The clothes tore to reveal a dirty grey wolf, which stumbled a bit. Alcohol and involuntary shift weren't a good combination.
Nevertheless the wolf quickly got control and ran for the vampire, who desperately tried to escape.
More bone breaking. More torn cloths. More boys shifted as if it was contagious. A beige-colored wolf quickly attacked the second vampire, whose head rolled over the floor like a bowling ball.
Colt smiled when nearly all the guys shifted like in a nuclear chain reaction. Their instincts took over and they jumped down the hole without thinking about consequences, as they saw more vampires. One after another disappeared in the orifice, obviously not considering any danger a tunnel to vampire land might harbor.
"We should be joining them," CE said having just returned. And Colt knew that he really meant it, so he chose not to answer.
And after 15 minutes he started to get nervous. Most of the wolves were still underground. They hadn't returned to the hall yet. He sincerely hoped they were fine. He wouldn't be able to cope with the feeling of having sent dozens of young wolf shifters to death, as obnoxious they might have been. "Prime, CE, remove the chain and open the emergency exits."
The men nodded and ran. Five minute later they returned; and not one minute too early.
Colt was relieved when he saw the first naked human crawling out of the hole. It seemed he had shifted back in order to get back into hall. He turned around and helped another guy to get up from the opening. Once a group of five had returned, they looked at each other and jogged to the main door.
Outside Colt saw them coming through the door, naked as newborn babies. They quickly checked whether the coast was clear and dashed up the street, trying to get home without too many people seeing them naked.
More groups of three, four or five, returned. It seemed that none of the wolves was harmed. Same procedure. Naked jocks checking whether somebody was around and then they ran home. Colt knew that unless the campus police picked them up, most would just think it was a frat prank, which made them run around naked, and wouldn't give it a second thought.
It was 00:40 and no more naked wolves reappeared, confirmed by Brian putting his phone away: "All 48 wolf shifters accounted for." It was also clear no more vampires tried to crawl back into this world tonight. The loud music penetrated the air through the open door.
"Let's clean up," Prime said quickly. "Brian, check for unwelcome witnesses."
It was quick. They threw everything down the hole: empty beer barrels, cups, the cheap loudspeakers, the torn rags of clothes and the odd mobile phone, which had been forgotten on the way back. Once they had rolled the carpet over the dirty floor and closed hole, they put chairs in orderly rows again.
CE removed the cameras and microphone putting them into his backpack. They needed barely half an hour, before they left Gregory Hall nearly as immaculate as they had found it at 0900 pm today.
"Gotcha, bitch," Colt whispered.
