MEGA LOTTERY CHAPTER 19

If you are not 18 and/or do not approve of male to lame sex leave now.

Hank asked us we just the three of us could talk a bit and the others left. Tommy came in with refreshments and drinks and left. Hank had a very serious look on his face and we asked what was wrong.

Hank starts; Joe and John I have a very bad feeling about this whole thing with the State run boys home. From what the two boys have told us so far I think we have just scratched the surface of what is going on there. It is bad enough that they are treated like slaves and not even fed properly but did you get a look at the two of them and see the number of scars they have I think they have been beaten on a regular basis. And from the fear they showed towards the adults I think they have been misused sexually also. I think we should get the police to hold off raiding the place till we can get a complete team of experts lined up; I mean medical experts, State authorized social workers, and the top State law authorities. What do you think about calling that friendly Judge and see if he can get us through to the Governor?

Twenty minutes after the call to the Judge that had helped with the placement of Hanks twin nephews. I was explaining to the Governor what had happened and what we had learned about how the place was run. He asked if it would be all right for him to fly down to our place in a helicopter; as he had wanted to meet us anyway; and he would help us in the planning on getting to the bottom of this problem. Two hours later we were all gathered in the main room of the old hunting lodge. The group consisted of John, Joe, Hank, Alex, Brad, The Governor, The head of the State Police, Two Judges, Four Doctors, The head of the State Social Services and three assistances. Tommy and Steve had made coffee and other beverages and several different snacks for the group to nibble on while we were talking and the kids Cody and Greg with the twins Chip and Dale helping had done a excellent job serving everyone. John and I had asked Hank to lead the discussion as it was his pointing out the condition of the two boys. I stood and asked for everyone attention and then had Hank take over.

Hank explained what we had found out about the misuse of the kids at the State Home and the lack of proper management, he at that point stopped and asked the Doctors if they had had time to do a brief exam of the boys and was informed they had and both of them had been sexually abused and had told them it was part of the normal routine to be rented out of various 'friends' of the Director of the Home. At this point the meeting sort of went to hell for a bit with everyone yelling at once. Finally the Governor stood and took over. Talking to the Commander of the State police, how long will it take you to get enough state officers to raid that location and have it wrapped up tight, than asking the Head of Social services how many boys were placed in the home and who did the routine checkup at the place and turning back to the police I want him found and brought to me at the home. We found out that between 35 and 40 boys were permitted to be at this home but only 20 were at it right now. The time schedule was that in 2 hours all could be in the area to raid and lock up the area tight. The meeting was adjourned and the Governor asked if Hank, John and I would like to go with him in his copter to the site.

When we landed at the State Boys Home it looked like twenty or more police cars all with lights flashing had the entire area secure. Alex and Brad had flown in the Havens' copter. They insisted that they get out and check the area before they let any of us out just to be sure of our safety. We all went straight to the Director's Office. Several State Troopers had the Director, Asst. Director and two secretaries cuffed and in chairs. Most to the yelling stopped as we walked in. The Director started yelling at the Governor and telling him that no matter what they found none of it could be used in court as they had no right to even be there. The governor explained he had the right to check on all State funded projects. The Director of Social Services explained he also had the right to inspect any State funded home. The tow Judges spook up and stated they had both signed warrants for the Home which gave the Police full right to search and seize any thing pertaining the to operation of the home including any medical testing that may need to be done to the staff and the wards of the home. I asked if my group including John, Hank, Alex and Brad and I could go meat with the kids and explain what was going on and clam them all down some.

We met the kids in the lunch room which was the dirtiest room I had even been in, and we told them why we were all here and Thanks to Noah and Ben they were all going to be better off we had 22 young men and boys gathered with us. Kyle one of the older boys asked if the 5 guys locked in the cellar were included. Alex and I went and found a trooper and went to the cellar and found 5 more boys locked in cells; all were naked and chained to their cots. All had been beaten and just left all had also been sexually abused. We called the doctors and they were given temp medical care and arrangements were made for them to be taken to the nearest hospital to be checked properly and treated.

When we got back to the Directors office I asked what was going to happen to the boys now. I was informed that they were all to be taken to other State Homes and would under go medical and social treatments to make them happy and normal young men again. I asked the Governor if I told take them all home with me to Falcon's Haven. I asked if I and most of the Havens staff could be made State Social Foster Parents. I also explained that tonight sleeping would be crowded but that it may be a good thing as they would all feel better in a group the first night in a new home. The Director of Social Services stated that as of now it was done and he would contact us later for a proper list of names etc. to fill out the proper paper work. I then asked the Governor for one more favor, I need some help with transporting the boys to the Haven and could we use some of the State Police cars and possible with lights and sirens to make the boys feel special. He smiled and just said request granted. Falcon's Haven had gone from a crew of 18 including two 6 years old and two 4 year olds to a family of 45. Hank still had that troubled look on his face and stated this is only the beginning Joe.

We went with the boys and checked their rooms and found they only had two sets of clothes each and both of them had seen much better days but we took them with us. None of them had any personal effects. The doctors came with us to Falcon's Haven to be able to check each and every boy out. Called Russ and found out that the woman he was checking on had agreed to come and work for us and told him their first assignment was to find a few more people that may be willing to come and work as we would need men and women to help with cleaning, laundry, cooking and being there if the 27 new boys needed any thing. Russ said "Jes Joe I can't leave you guys alone for a minute can I"; Alice and I will get on it right away. I no time we had the boys loaded in 9 police cars, each with three boys belted for safety in the back seats and two troopers in the front with orders from the Commander the use the sirens when ever the boys asked,; which was non-stop. We left in the Governors copter and I called back to the Haven to let them know we all were on the way. Chuck and Dave would meet us at the front gate to Falcon's Haven and lead the way to the Hunting Lodge. Eric and Frank (the Supermen)would go and see if they could be any help to Tommy and Steve to get a good meal fixed for everyone, nothing fancy but lots of it. By the time we had arrived everyone was busy, we were informed that Frank and Eric had talked to the local sporting goods store and purchased air mattress's, cots and bedding and we had enough to sleep 60 people now (Hank just smiled). All four of the little kids were in the kitchen cleaning vegetables and making rolls out of a hugh amount of bread dough that was going to be bread. To go with the beef stew that was already on the stoves simmering. The two guys from security had cut up the beef and were chopping the clean veggies to finish it out. Tommy and Steve were filling four sheet cake pans to put in the ovens Steve had also called the delivery service and informed them to increase our normal ordering by 400 hundred percent and stated that he might need some more help as soon as we could get around to it and the two of them laughed and smiled at us. I informed the two we would more than likely have about sixty for dinner and they smiled again and said they had food for eighty figuring that some of them would want seconds.

It seemed like just minutes but it was more like an hour when the area was full of police cars and then with 22 young frightened men, they seemed to relax then Hank, John and I went out to great them and was followed by the four little guys. The little ones just walked into the group and said Hi guys are you going to be your big brothers and started to hug all of them and tell them for much fun they would have living here. In no time they had shown them where they could all wash up for dinner and made sure they all had a chair and left them to help get the food. The Stew was just perfect for them easy to eat and healthy for them, every one of them had at least two helpings and several rolls. When the cakes were brought out with each cake just saying "Welcome to Falcon's Haven" and they were given a choice of white, chocolate, banana nut or marble cake, there was not a dry eye in the crowd.

While they had been eating supplies had been arriving everyone had pj's to sleep in and robes and slippers to wear for the night and were told that in the morning they would all be fitted for several sets of under and outer wear and a couple pairs of shoes. We were going to tell them that tomorrow they could go swimming the Lake Cody or go horse back riding and explore the grounds but decided that they may not sleep so we kept that for after breakfast. After dinner they were all checked by the doctors and then gathered to watch the big flat screen TV in the lodge's main room. The security guys all of them available had been busy setting up cots and making beds up for the new guys. I explained to them proper sleeping areas would be made available to them in a couple days as soon as the new homes could be built and house Mom's and Dad's could be hired, explaining that they were pre-built homes and just have to be set and we would show them tomorrow. Hank walked over and smiled and asked if he should order a couple more homes if not for kids but for hired help. As soon as the last boys had been checked by the doctors we got them all to bed and in no time they were all sound to sleep. The night guards would be able to watch for any problems via closed circuit TV cameras, and the rest of us went to bed as it had been a long day.

As Hank, John and I crawled into bed we were all smiling and I asked "Well what do you think tomorrow will be like".
