Chapter 1 :

"Mike, get up honey!" My mother called from the other side of the door. "I'm up." I squealed back. My clock read 7 30 am and I had to get out of bed. I managed to get up and take off my cute ducky P.J pants, and slipped on a pair of jeans. I silently opened my door, and moped down the stairs to the laundry room, to find my black Nautica T-shirt hanging on the door handle. I took it and trudged up the stairs, and changed into it. I walked over to my bathroom to brush my hair, to find the brush wasn't there. "Mom, where's my brush?" I asked in a loud yet low tone. "I don't know, your brother was using it last I saw it" She replied. "GOD DAMN IT! HE NEEDS TO GET HIS OWN DAMN BRUSH, HE'S GOT MONEY" I screamed to her, and speed-walked over to his room. At a distance I heard her "HEY. Watch your language young man!" I ignored her. I arrived to my brothers room, and I smacked him on the back and asked him where my brush was "..Uhh.. Dude I don't know.. uhh.. dude." He managed to let out. I saw the brush sitting on the floor under his computer desk. I decided I'd just let him sleep, since he didn't have to wake up until about 8 30 am. I took it, and decided to keep the brush in my room. I finally got back to the bathroom to brush my hair. I have black, silky hair that is just about eye-length. I then brushed my teeth, and I was finally almost ready for school.

I am about 5'8", hazel eyes, and I'm bi-sexual. I'm 15 years old, and I sort of hate my life. I live in Palm Beach, Florida, pretty lame. Most of my friends knew I was bi, but they kept it a secret from people they, and/or I didn't know. I didn't care who knew, but I don't want to be 'that gay kid at school'. "Shit!" The clock read 8 05 am. "I'm gonna be late!" I quickly shoved a few dollars in my pocket, my cell phone, and ran out of my room with my, rather heavy, backpack. "Bye mom!" I called out running down the stairs. "Bye sweetie, don't forget to ---" I cut her off by slamming the door behind myself, worrying about being late.

I started running, but realized I was tired as fuck. I continued my way to school walking. School was about 15 minutes away walking there. And school started at 8 20 am. I usually walk to school alone, unless a friend stays over. No children live around my area, or at least no older children my age. Honestly, I'd much rather be with a guy, than a girl. I just can't really get emotionally attached to women. But I can't really say I'm gay, because I still think girls are hot, and stuff like that. I hadn't really liked many guys at school, but even if I did, they were probably straight anyways.

Ten minutes passed by quickly and I was arriving at school. Just as I appeared at the entrance, I was greeted by my two best friends, Alex and Sarina. Alex was built well, an inch taller than me, with brown eyes, and black short-ish spiky hair. - Lets put it this way, he was HOT, and he was my friend. Hehe! I personally think he is bi, and so do Sarina and I, but he won't admit to it. Sarina was a cute girl, big beautiful brown eyes, dirty blonde long hair, perfect smile, about my height. Sarina's a really beautiful girl, but hell, she's my best friend, and I know that even if we did try to work something out, it would change everything.

"Hey Mikey!" Alex called out to me as I approached the area, and gave me that cute look he always gives me.

"You!" I pointed at him and picked up the pace.

"Hey Mike, where the hell were you? We've been waiting for you since like 8 o' clock!" Sarina sounded disappointed.

"Sorry, I woke up a little late this morning, and my stupid fuckin' brother lost my shit," I tried to make it like I was pissed, which I wasn't really "I didn't have breakfast, and I probably did a shitty job with my hair too."

"Oh no, the hairs fineeeee." He dragged his words.

"Ah shit." The bell rang, and just as I started to walk to my first period class, Alex passed me a note, and told me not to read it till I got home.

A note? From Alex? I was thinking to myself as I walked to Mrs.Cohens chemistry class. I was re-thinking over and over what the note could possibly read that I couldn't read it till I got home. I walked into the class, and everyone was eyeballing me. Why were they all looking at me so weird? Anyways, I took my seat, and I got there just in the nick of time, because the bell rang as I sat down. "Alright class, today we will be watching a video on-" She was interrupted by the door opening and closing, and-oh my god, The HOTTEST guy I had ever seen had walked, into MY chemistry class. "New student?" Mrs.Cohen asked politely. He nodded. "Okay then, just, go take a seat next to Alex. Alex, please raise your hand for me, so this fine young man can take a seat." I raised my hand as I was asked to, and this, hot ass guy was walking over to sit at my lab-type table.

"Hey," He said In a cute voice, "My name is Jay, what's yours?" I was trembling with fear that if I were to answer him, I was going to stutter, or mess up my name, or something terrible would happen!

"Uhh.. My names m..Mike.." I managed to let out just that. I did it!! Go me!

"Cool, so, what are we doing?"

"um. I think we are just watching a video today, pretty easy." And just as I said that, Mrs.Cohen had asked Jay to stand up, and tell the class about himself. "Oh man, do I have to?" He pleaded to the teacher. "Yes, yes, yes, don't worry about it, we want to get to know you!" And boy was she right, I wanted to get to know him!

"Well. If you insist. My name is Jay, I came from New Jersey down to Florida last week, and today is my first day here. I'm 16, and... yep... that's it I guess." He sat himself down quickly.

"Wow, that was hell!" He whispered to me.

"Why? You seemed fine to me!"

"Yeah but I don't know any of these people, damn I hope they don't all think I'm a weirdo." He seemed worried about his population here, which seemed to be at 0%.

"That's okay, I don't think you're a weirdo, at least not yet!" I tried to joke with him, hoping he'd joke around with me too.

"Haha, You'll find out sooner or later!"

Hehe, this guy really seemed like a nice guy. But. Was he attracted to me at all? I finished off the day as usual. He was only in my chemistry class, none others. But through the whole day. I was thinking about Jay. He was so beautiful, and his beautiful blue eyes, dirty blonde hair, fallen to the sides, he was-perfect! I came out of the school to find Sarina waiting for me at the bottom of the small stairway of the main entrance.

"Hey!" She said, sounding like she had something important to tell me.

"Hey. What's up babe?"

"Nothing, do you know where Alex is?"

"No idea. He gave me a note earlier, right when you left when the bell rang, he told me not to read it until I got home." I don't know if I was supposed to tell her this or not, but I had already let it out, oh well!

"Really?!?! Let me read it!" She was pleading for it, but I ignored it and kept telling her no.

"Oh come on, he'll never find out!"

"That's O.K. Sarina, call me later, if it's anything, serious," I used quotation fingers as Dr.Evil on Austin Powers, "I'll be sure to tell you, okay hon'? Don't worry! Hehehe."

"Ahhhhh, fine. But call me the minute you get home! Okay?!"

"Okay! Okay! Catch you later hon'!" I hugged her goodbye, and started my journey home.

"Hey!" I heard a voice call out to me. I turned around to find Jay following me. I waved back, and stopped and waited for him to catch up with me.

"Where ya goin'?" I asked, in the cutest way I could possible.

"Home, where else?"

"You live around here?"

"Yeah, right over there." He pointed to a nice sized 2 story house, with a nice-looking silver car in the driveway.

"Wow, you're really close to this hell-hole." I said in a pissy way.

"Yeah, if that's what you call it, where do you live?"

"Oh, I'm allllll the way down there, on the opposite side of your house."

"That's cool. I thought my first year of school I'd walk home alone every single day, haha."

"Heh, so. What are you doing after you get home?" I asked politely, as if I was asking him out on a date or something.

"Oh nothing, I figured I was gonna walk around, get to know this place, The people, maybe."

"Oh, well the people around here suck, so that covers that. You wanna hang out or something later?" I asked casually, trying not to sound like I wanted him.

"Sure! That'd be awesome dude!"

"Alright, meet me by the park at around 4 30, okay?"

"Okay, I would, but. where's the park?" I realized he didn't know where anything is.

"Oh yeah, haha, I forgot, you just moved here. Okay well fine, meet me outside of your house at around 4 30, okay?"

"Alright, that works, c-ya bro!"

I walked home with a huge smile on my face. The most beautiful guy in my eyes, was right now, my friend! I was his only friend! I think. I finally arrived home, and threw my backpack into the corner by the front door, and walked up the stairs to my room. Nobody was home, well, nobody is ever home after school. I sat down at my computer, and checked my e-mail. All shit in my inbox. Disappointed from having no e-mail for ME at all, I turned off the computer. Oh yeah! That note Alex gave me! I rushed down-stairs and pulled it out of my backpack. I ran back up-stairs and opened It fast as I could. I started to read silently to myself.

I was reading towards the end of the note now.

I started to cry, and quickly dialed Sarina's number, now crying into the phone.
