The Lacrosse Player
Chap. VIII
As the restaurant disappeared into the distance, I sighed. "My parents...the next big step."
"I wasn't too sure what you were saying was totally true, I mean about your parents feelings, but now that I know who they are, and what they're like..you're not gonna have a problem at all."
"Nah, I wouldn't be so quick to judge." I replied. "My mom is always worried about this and that..'you're a republican, the two don't jive' or 'you'll have to quit the catholic school'. She's always blowing things way out of proportion."
"Well your situation is definitely more welcoming than my parents.. I'm sure if I thought I got along with them badly when I was smaller, god only knows what this is going to do."
I sighed again arching my head back. "Meh...let's not talk about this now...this is our vacation."
The Jeep pulled up the road to the beach house, winding down the white gravel road, massive pines towering over us, their branches almost totally shielding the road from the blue sky.
"Christ, I'd hate to have to plow this driveway in the winter...the thing is like 3 miles long." Trev said, navigating the winding turns.
"Trev." I said in a babying tone, jokingly placing my hand on his cheek. "That's why we call it a summer home."
He rubbed my hand. "Oh I knew that man...I so knew that." We broke through the trees and climbed a grassy hill, just feet from the edge of the bluff. "Is that it??" He asked in excitment, seeing a two story house appear over the ridge of the hill.
"Yeah, that's it." I replied.
"Dude...this place is bigger than your regular house."
"That's what my dad planned on..it gave us something to look forward to in the summer."
Trev pulled into the driveway, and opened the garage door with the remote on the house key. "Now that...." He said, "is friggin' awesome."
"I know..I can't believe my dad puts so much technology into this place."
"Like you said..something to look forward to."
Trev pulled in, and we hopped out, grabbing our bags out of the back seat. I unlocked the door and we walked in, catching the overwhelming smell that the house held.
"Smells like a humidor." Trev replied, taking a big breath.
"My uncle's here once and a while...he's a recreational cigar fiend."
He breathed again "Well it's not a bad smell at all." Trev stepped closer to the window. "This great..too bad we're just here for one night.."
I walked over to him and slid my arm around his waist. "It is too bad..."
He grinned and spoke softly. "So, where's the bedroom?" I grabbed his arm and pulled him up the staircase. We entered a room with a large semi-circle window looking out over the ocean, with a king size bed in the middle. He arched an eyebrow. "It's big.."
"Wait until you see this.." I pulled him down another hall, and opened the door to the master bathroom. It was equipped with a jacuzzi tub and shower.
His grin crossed his face, and he pulled me back down the hall, and we tossed our bags against the wall. He wrapped his arms around my chest and we fell onto the bed, sinking into the down comforter. He locked his hands on my waist and slid them up my chest, catching my shirt and sliding it off over my arms. I reached over his head and grabbed his shirt by the back hem, tugging it over him and tossing it across the room.
"Your uncle isn't going to stop by this weekend and smoke a few, is he?" Trev asked.
"No...he's been told not to."
"Hmm.." Trev slid down my body and grabbed my belt line with both his hands. "Good thing..." He tugged on the buckle and grabbed the end, whipping it through the loops. With that, he unbuttoned and unzipped my shorts which he threw to the floor. He lowered himself back on top of me, his hands molding my hair. He parted my lips with his tounge and we kissed slowly, getting closer to one another until our faces were pressed together, writhing on the bed. I extended my arms back and grabbed the headboard, and brought my legs up, so my knees were in the air. Trev was between them, and had one hand running down my thigh into my boxers. "Ahh.." he sighed softly. "You trimmed quite a bit.."
This was true...I was not so in the closet with myself anymore.
"Damn right I did.."
He grabbed my boxers and slid them off me, throwing them across the room.
"You're not going to need those anymore." He said.
He grabbed me by the waist and rolled over, putting me on top of him.
"Shit, you're not going to need these then." I said, unbuttoning his shorts and pulling them off along with his boxers.
This was the first real time I'd actually seen him naked in this sort of form... of course I'd seen him in the shower, and the last week when I spent the night, but there, his body was unconcious, no life, limp. In the shower, neither of us really got a chance to enjoy each other- people came and went, schedules had to be met. Here, we were totally focused on one another, no one to interrupt us.
I kissed his neck, and worked down his body, across his chest and down to his stomach, rubbing my cheek against his soft chest. I grabbed his dick, softly clenching it in my hand. He stretched out, groaning, his fingers curling around the edge of the bed.
I moved down his body and took him slowly in my mouth, writing my tounge. He stretched out farther and grabbed my hair, softly moving his fingers through it. I glanced up at him. His eyes were wide, glassy- like he was confused and bewildered, at a loss of words. He then dropped his head back and moaned, as I increased my speed, sending him into a bucking frenzy that I found rather difficult to control. He came up, and froze in the air, his back arched high. His leg muscles tensed and his calves strained against his skin. His chest became a wall of iron, and he fought to control the expressions crossing his face. His arms seemed to grow in size, the veins perched along the tops of the biceps becoming increasingly visible.
"Shit..it's gonna happen." He said, defensively trying to remove his dick. I came down harder, signalling to him that I could handle it, and suddenly, he came, shooting fluid deep into my mouth. The salty taste was unlike anything I'd expected, and I compressed my mouth, pushing the rest out. His hands were over his face, and his legs were crossed around my neck, resting on my back. After I had finished, I slid the rest of my body through his legs and rubbed up his chest, his lips pressing to mine as I reached him. I held his head with my hands on his cheeks, and we rested there, our lips interlocked, our tounges deep into one another's mouths.
I rolled over to his side, my leg on top of his, my arm across his chest, holding his shoulder like a safety blanket.
"I love you... that was more than anything I've ever experienced before." He said to me, barely speaking.
I said nothing, just nudged my face into his neck. With that, we slowly drifted off into sleep, our naked bodies reflecting the vivid light that the sun shot through the open bay window- a tan and beautiful pile of muscles and flesh. In the short nap we took, we never let go of each other, holding on tightly, as if we were going to part at any second.
An hour later, I felt his hand running down my thigh.
"Mhmmhmm..." I mumbled. I slowly opened my eyes, and slowly let them adjust to the sun. "How long did we sleep?" I asked.
"An hour or less." He replied.
"It feels like I've been out for days." I slowly sat up, and he rotated his body so his torso was perpendicular to mine, and his midsection was over my legs. "Well..."
"Well what?" He asked.
"What are you thinking bout doing? There's lots of stuff here."
Trevor thought, then jolted with an idea. "I've got it.. the ocean."
"You want to go swimming?!" I asked, feeling chilled already.
"Sure, why not.. I'm ready for anything this weekend."
He didn't have a swimsuit, so I grabbed him one from the hall closet. "Kinda small, isn't it?" He asked, trying it on.
"Hence the point.." I said with a sly grin.
He laughed. "Ok, ok... it'll do for now."
We both slipped on our shoes and walked outside, down the deck, and stumbled down the wooden stairs to the beach, which were carved by constant battering by sand, and were overgrown with beach grass. As we arrived, we began to slow down, goosebumps crawling up each other's necks. Even from afar, we could feel the spray from the waves blowing in the wind, and the tops of the water rolled and glistened like a billion pieces of broken glass.
"Well... we're here."
Trev let out a nervous chuckle. "Yeah."
"No way man.. you can't bail on me now." I said, grabbing a hold of his arm.
"Wait, what are you doing?" He dug his feet into the sand.
"You dragged me down here, we're going in." I said.
"No, no, I was only kidding." He pleaded.
I got down low and tackled him, grabbing his legs and lifting him over my shoulder, staggering towards the water with his 5'10" frame. I picked up speed and colliding with a wave, the water crashing into us, soaking us with cold saltwater, though I managed not to drop him.
I waded farther in, my feet sinking into the sandy bottom. "Oh shit," He said, peering from around my arm. A wave, taller than I was, headed towards us.
"Must be lucky number 7." I replied. I braced, and the wave smashed into us, throwing Trevor from my grip and knocking me backwards. As it subsided, we both appeared from the foamy water, only to be hit by another wave. As I regained my balance again, Trev came up behind me and tackled me, throwing me against the bottom. I pushed him off me and got up, splashing him with water.
He shivered as I wiped the water from my face. "You ready?" He asked, teeth slightly chattering.
"Hell yes.. a little chilly for my tastes."
"Well, how bout I race you to the house?" He asked, rubbing his palms together.
"You're on." I replied. We both took off, sprinting up the sand. I began to pull ahead of him, his footsteps falling behind. Before I reached the steps, I felt an arm on my back, and Trevor came down on top of me, landing in the beach grass.
We laughed and rolled around, our bodies being matted with fine sand. "Oh, now look what we did." Trev said, brushing some sand off my chest.
"What we did?" I asked, my face darting at his for a kiss.
He laughed. "This still doesn't solve our problem of being soaking wet."
"Let's go inside then...warm up..I've got a robe for ya." He grinned and helped me up. We ascended the earthen stairway to the house.
Inside, Trev walked out to the deck, leaning on the railing. I went and grabbed him and towel and a robe, and did the same for myself. I walked up behind him as I stood, and began to rub his back with the towel.
"Hell of a day so far." He said.
"It has been. Do you think this is what Jacoby and Jack do when they go up to Jack's cabin?" I asked, a sly grin on my face.
"We could only dream." He said, as I brushed off his legs.
"We don't need to.. we're living a dream." I said, putting the robe on him as he stuck his arms out. I reached around him, pulling the tie tight around his waist. "Be right back." I said, throwing my robe on as I went inside.
A few minutes later, I stepped out on the deck with two glasses, filled to the brim with dark, foaming beer from the refrigerator.
"We're boozing it up this afternoon, eh?.. this is different of you, Evan" Trev said., an awkward smile on his face.
"You're telling me we don't deserve one?" I asked, handing him his and then sitting down on the swinging chair with him.
"You're right.." He took a sip, then pursed his lips. "Hmm...dark beer takes a bit to get used to."
I stretched my feet out and laid against the arm of the chair, and Trev stretched out and laid against my chest, his legs hanging off the arm from the knee down.
"Great afternoon. I said, laying my head on his.
"Even better in Maine." He replied, rubbing my thigh. "You think Brandon is here?"
"Of course he is..right there."
"Where?"
"All around us.. he's telling us what to do.. I'm sure of it."
"How do you know that?" He asked, looking up at me.
"How would I not? I've never had any energy to move through on to where I am now... but since I've had that dream.. look where we stand." Trev arched his eyebrow. "I don't know... I sound like I'm on that show with John Edwards or something, but I feel it.. I feel it's real." I kissed him on the forehead. "I think he's happy with us."
Trev smiled. "You ever wish you could be with him, not me?"
"Oh hell no.. you're the one he always told me I'd find." I paused. "He would've loved you..."
"I hope he would've. I hope he does, rather."
We looked out on the horizon for several minutes, watching a sailboat and a yacht cross each other's paths in opposite directions. "What do you want to do tonight?" I asked, shoving my hands in his robe pockets.
"Dinner somewhere.... perhaps?" He asked.
"Of course. You can't stand not being a socialite, can you?"
He glanced up at me, his eyes gazing at me with their Bermuda blue pools. "Well no.. I have to show you off."
I laughed, and kissed him on the forehead. "And I don't mind flaunting you around either."
He smirked, and slipped his hand under my robe, rubbing up my thigh. "Don't worry, I'll pay you back with something much more than you gave me." He said softly.
The sun was already on its setting run, and the shadows became longer, and our time alone ticked away.
