Elsewhere in Darsanic, there was a village called Glenmoral, more meager than Belholm, its borders smaller, its citizens more modest. Glenmoral had sent soldiers to aid in the crisis happening in Benholm and, as the villagers had come to learn, the soldiers had never returned. Such were the dangers for military men, but never before had they gone off to war and not a single one of them returned.

Aldous, a local goat farmer, feared being conscripted into the army now that its ranks were decimated. Rumors had spread throughout the village about what had happened in Belholm - demons! - and a number of Belholm citizens had fled to Glenmoral for sanctuary from the influence of the dark power that emanated from the castle that overlooked their former home. Every once in a while, Aldous could see, if he looked far enough in the horizon, the beginnings of the black clouds that hung over what remained of Belholm.

One day, tending to his herd, Aldous noticed one of his goats was missing. The beginning of the woods - a vast forest that separated Glenmoral from Belholm - marked the edge of Aldous' farmland. The goats naturally stayed away from the woods, making tending to them rather easy, but one of them must have escaped. It was about an hour's walk through the path in the woods to get to Belholm, and it was impossible the goat would get that far. And though he didn't often wander into the trees himself, Aldous felt he had nothing to fear by retrieving his lost animal, as long as he didn't lose sight of Glenmoral through the trees.

Attaching a small leather satchel, containing carrots - his goat's favorite snack - to his person, Aldous headed off along the trail that wound through the woods, taking care to frequently glance behind him at the bucolic walls of Glenmoral's humble structures. He periodically tapped the side of his satchel, an auditory clue for his goats that it was time to feed, in case this attracted the attention of his lost goat.

About ten minutes into the woods, Aldous considered turning back, having had no luck finding his goat and not wanting to venture any further, when he spied a curious white-blue glow up ahead on the trail, like a flame but surely there was no such thing as a white flame. He'd never seen such a thing and he wondered if his eyes were deceiving him.

His curiosity got the better of him and he trudged forward. As he got closer, the flame, which was not a flame at all, took on the shape of a man - his skin was white but his eyes and hair and features were...blue? Impossible!

"Hello, traveller," the figure said.

"This cannot be," Aldous said, as he got closer. "What kind of trick is this?"

The figure came into focus as Aldous approached and he could see that under what looked like royal garb, the figure was a man, but not a man. His ears were pointed and his head...his head had what looked like small horns jutting out of the top. A demon!

Aldous turned and fled back in the direction he'd come, but no sooner had he gotten a few steps than the demon appeared in front of him again.

"Who are you?" Aldous said.

"My name is Gareth," the demon said, "though I doubt that will mean anything to you."

He was correct; it didn't.

"And what is your name?" the demon asked.

"A-Aldous," came the reply. "I raise goats."

"A humble farmer," the demon said, grinning, his teeth like fangs. "How delightful."

"Let me pass," Aldous said. "Please."

"Aldous," the demon said, feigning incredulity. "Surely you don't want to return to that nothing village."

Aldous tried to muster up whatever courage he could find. He stood his ground and said, "I do."

"No no no," the demon said. "You want to see the castle, don't you? Live like a king. Untold riches. Whatever food you desire."

Aldous told himself to remain steadfast in his determination, but for a brief moment, one stray thought really, he did wonder what it would be like to drink wine from a golden cup.

"Ah, there we are," the demon said. "I've got you."

The demon waved his hand and Aldous fell to the ground, asleep.

--

When he awoke, Aldous was in a large dining hall, seated at one end of a very long table. At the other end, sat a demon even more imposing than the one he had come upon in the woods - red flesh, long horns, and a spiked tail. Fear struck Aldous' heart.

Along the sides of the table sat dozens of other demons - black, grey, brown - and he knew instinctively that these were lesser demons than the one at the head of the table. The table was covered in every type of dish Aldous could imagine - foods he'd never even seen before and didn't know the name of - but Aldous was too afraid to eat.

"Aldous," came the booming voice from the red demon at the head of the table. "Do you recognize any of your friends?" He motioned to the lesser demons seated along the table.

Aldous realized, with no small measure of alarm, that some of them were soldiers from town, or rather regular townsfolk who'd been conscripted into fighting for King Cyprian. There was Finnias, the dairy farmer, and Burkhard, the coppersmith, and Theodoric, the carpenter, but they'd been transformed into these...things!

Their bodies were human, for the most part, Theodoric had the nose and horns and hooved hands of a bull, and Burkhard wasn't seated at all - his upper body was that of a man, but below the waist he was, this could not be, a horse.

"Are you hungry, Aldous?" the red demon said.

"No," Aldous replied, his heart pounding with fright.

The red demon snapped his fingers and the food and wine covering the table disappeared.

"Minions," the red demon said, "stand."

The demons stood from where they'd sat and Aldous could see now that they wore no clothes. He looked down to avoid having to see their nakedness.

"Are you hungry now?" the red demon said. "Look again, Aldous."

Aldous, despite not wanting to, felt compelled to look up. He had a sweetheart in town, Rosemary, and he could not have been more in love with her. They planned to wed once winter was over and he could build a larger house on his plot of land, but now...now he was noticing something he'd never paid much attention to before.

He noticed the hair on Theodoric's chest, a trail of it leading down his stomach to a larger area of it surrounding his manhood. He felt, for the first time ever, like touching that hair to feel its softness, and feel the hardness of the muscle beneath.

"Oh, but it's not just that, is it Aldous?" the red demon said.

And he was right. Though he couldn't explain the sudden compulsion, Aldous's eyes went to Theodoric's manhood, its size, and...what it contained.

"His seed," the red demon said. "You want his seed, don't you Aldous?"

Aldous licked his lips and said, though he was confounded that he was actually saying it, "Yes."

"Theodoric," the red demon said, "he's clearly chosen you. Indulge him."

Theodoric, half-man, half-bull, walked over to the seated Aldous and stood in front of him, his manhood dangling inches from Aldous' face. As though under a power not his own, Aldous leaned forward and ran his tongue up and down the shaft of Theodoric's penis.

"How does it taste, Aldous?" the red demon said.

"Wonderful," Aldous found himself saying. He wrapped his lips around the head of Theodoric's cock, feeling the cock harden in his mouth, and began to move back and forth, driving it deeper into his throat.

"Aldous, I must warn you," the red demon said, "if you get any of Theodoric's seed inside you, you'll begin to change as well."

Aldous paid no heed to the red demon, as he took Theodoric in his mouth enthusiastically. The taste was divine, salty and sweet, and Aldous wondered why he'd never done this before. He didn't even notice that Theodoric had put his hands - or hooves, rather - on the back of Aldous' head.

Aldous, as he sucked, looked up to see Theodoric's bull-like features staring down at him determinedly. He knew on some level that what he was looking at was grotesque, but he still wanted to touch Theodoric's body, and he still wanted the taste of Theodoric's manhood in his mouth.

And before he knew it, it had happened - Theodoric had released his seed into Aldous' mouth, wave after wave of it hitting the back of his throat, and Aldous swallowed hungrily. Theodoric removed himself from Aldous' mouth and walked away.

"And what'll we make you?" the red demon said. "You're a goat farmer, aren't you Aldous?"

"Yes," Aldous said, his eyes closed, dreamily tasting the remains of Theodoric's seed in his mouth.

"How about a goat then?" the red demon said.

Aldous could hardly hear him. He was still thinking of Theodoric's cock.

"Take your clothes off and lay down on the table," the red demon instructed. "You're tonight's guest of honour, Aldous."

Aldous did as the red demon instructed. He stripped out of his farmer's garments and laid, naked, on the table in front of his chair. No sooner had he done this than an old bald man with a great white beard, but the young muscular torso of a man like Theodoric, stepped up to him and lifted his legs into the air. Aldous, his mouth hanging open, just stared at him. He felt powerless to move. And then he realized he didn't want to.

"You want that seed everywhere, don't you Aldous?" the red demon said.

"Yes," Aldous said, his heart pounding. He wanted this old man's seed inside him.

"Yes what?" the red demon said. "I am your king, address me as such."

"Yes, your majesty," Aldous said, as the old bald man with the great white beard slid his hardened manhood into Aldous' ass. It felt incredible. It felt impossible, like it shouldn't fit, but now that it had, now that Aldous could feel it sliding in and out, he couldn't imagine anything he'd rather be doing.

As the old muscular man fucked him, Aldous could feel his body changing. As he body jumped back and forth on the table with each of the old man's thrusts, Aldous reached up and felt one of his ears had grown and sharpened into a soft, furry point. He felt the other ear, the same had happened.

The old muscular man grunted and thrust his hips forward, harder than he had before, and then stopped. And though he couldn't feel his seed inside him, Aldous knew it was there. The old man walked away, replaced by another demon. This one had the features of a wolf, and he entered Aldous and began fucking him with far more of a fervour than the old muscular man.

Aldous reached up and felt small horns of his own - goat's horns - emerging from his skull near his hair line. They were hard, like bone, and he had difficulty believing they were there. What was happening to him? And why did he not care that it was?

The wolf-like man drove deeper and harder into Aldous' rectum and Aldous reached down to feel the wolf man's shaft as it entered and exited his hole, his hands on the smooth skin of the penis as it pulled in and out, and the hair on the wolf man's balls as they flapped against Aldous' ass cheeks. It was marvelous. He wanted the wolf man's seed inside him too.

"Be patient, young Aldous," said the red demon - somehow Aldous now knew that his name was King Demon, without even being told - laughing to himself. "You'll get everything you want soon enough."

The wolf man had Aldous' ass in the air, and his wolf claws on both of Aldous' thighs as he fucked, and Aldous, following an instinct, reached from the wolf man's balls to the small of his own back and there, just above the ass crack, Aldous could feel it - a tail had formed. A goat's tail.

The wolf man howled and Aldous knew that meant he had shot his seed into Aldous' welcoming ass. Each half-man, half-demon took a turn on Aldous, who eagerly received all of them, even getting onto the floor on all fours so Burkhard could put his massive horse cock into Aldous' hole. After they'd all had a turn, Aldous lay on the floor, hornier than ever, wanting them all to go again.

"If that is what you wish," King Demon said, "understand that there is no going back, and you will remain this way forever."

Aldous reached up to his face, feeling that his nose had turned into a snout.

"I understand, my king," Aldous the Goat Man said. The demons, all of them soldiers, some of them former neighbours, each had another go at Aldous, and after that he eagerly joined their ranks as one of King Demon's minions, forever.
