Adam

Chapter 69 Maxieplus

We silently walked home, he held the briefcase with one hand and held me with his other. I slept off and on in Kasey's arms, and when he moved, so did I, and when he went to the toilet I missed his warmth. I was exhausted by the time he got up but I didn't follow him out, I went back to sleep. I didn't want to explain myself to Trish and Joe, and once again I have to put on a brave face, the greatest love story ever told and I can't tell anyone. This story was the greatest love story between a man and his son, a story my Adele and Jimmy didn't know about, and I must do everything in my power to stop it from leaking out into the public or from Jimmy seeing it.

Coffee was placed on my bedside table and I pulled the blanket up and started all over again, I had to do something I can't have Kasey placed in danger again. I thought a word with dad would be fruitful, maybe I can get Kase kicked out of the Military maybe dad will help, but he has made a promise and I know he will stick to it whatever his decision is.

My son came in to wish me a good morning so I pulled him into bed with me, he was in a hurry because he had one more cartoon to watch, and then he goes off to kindy.

When everyone left I got up to shower, then I made more coffee and went to sit on my balcony, I opened the windows as wide as they would go then sat on the sun lounge. I was exhausted and I couldn't think about it anymore. Hopefully, Kasey will find a solution, hopefully he will see how brutal this war was, and was not a game when he reads the reports.

He came back a half hour later and made more coffee then sat with me.

"Is Sam okay?"

"Yes Adam, he's happy, are you okay more to the point?"

"No Kasey, I will never be okay there will always be something in my way, did you get a chance to read at least some of it?"

"A little Adam, it's too disturbing I have no idea what to do."

"You can quit, you can stay here with us, the military owes us nothing,"

"But Adam."

"No buts my Kasey with a k, quit."

"You know whatever I find in these notes you will probably never know about Adam, I think telling you will have a very bad effect on you. I can see what you have already read has sort of shell shocked you."

"Then don't tell me, I can guess what his injuries were but the one question I have is why, why did he keep his son alive? Was he being selfish or did he have other plans? I can understand the grief he went through, but for a full year, I cannot imagine letting you or Sam suffer like that for my selfish reasons."

"He had hope, he probably hoped he would improve."

"Maybe."

"Have you showered my love?"

"Yes,"

"Okay, then we head for the cabin for a few days."

"Sam?"

"We will pick him up on the way through. Trish and Joe don't know what's going on. I just told them you had found a problem you needed to sort out."

"Right, and once again the craziness of Adam Sutton's life is back."

"It will get better my love."

"It won't Kasey, not until you move away from the military and into mainstream business."

"I don't want to move."

"If you don't then there's no future for us. You can't expect me to go through all this, again and again, this revelation has just become a reality for me. I have to think about Sam first."

He dropped his head and was deep in thought then he pulled me in and kissed me.

"We will see what happens, baby."

"Yes, you have six weeks if you are not out of the military by then, I will decide for you."

"Adam please don't do this to me."

"Watch me my love, watch me and learn."

I had decided we had been very lucky up to date. Yes, he has been damaged several times and I have a big scar where I was shot. Sam has lost both his parents and Kasey thinks he can control it all.

I filled the trolley with food and his bears, they will come with us. Kasey drove to the kindy and our son was excited to go on yet another adventure.

"I will start reading it when we get there Adam."

"Then you burn it." I looked sideways out the window.

"Are you sure?"

"Deadly sure Kasey, you will burn it, and I will watch just in case you get any crazy ideas."

McDonald's today and some burgers for the neighbours, Sam sat quietly in the back seat he knows something is up but we will make up a story, he must never know the ending to Adele's story or his.

"When that's complete then you invoke that hidden clause in your contract and sever all ties immediately."

"Adam I have to talk to you about it first, and there is no clause."

"Liar, what kind of idiot do you take me for?"

As if he didn't cover himself he would have had several exit doors in that contract.

"Adam." My lip started again I have no control over it, and tears spewed down my face as the floodgates opened once again. I grabbed my jacket and buried my face in it to muffle the sounds, I slipped down the seat and pretended I was having a nap, Kasey sped up.

My phone had been switched off as you can imagine this is not the time for work chatter, this is where I make or break Kasey's relationship with me, one of the hardest things in life to do.

"Adam your father is going to meet us there, I need him to go through the paperwork with me he will bring Mick.

I lifted my eyebrow and said.

"He won't help you."

"I know, but he knows more about this sort of thing than me."

"Do what you want Kasey, you still have six weeks."

"What about the documentary?"

"I think this is more important than that, it could either blow wide open the myth of Adele's life or it will destroy a beautiful person's life, Jimmys. He never asked for this either, I need to know why Fred did it to them."

"Okay, when we get there I want you to go to bed and have a rest."

Tick Tick Tick, and the bomb is very happy, once more it has me and my family in its sights.

Dad's military rides were out the front of the cabin, Sam quietly slipped out of the car and headed inside. I could hear squealing as Billy appeared at the door with the neighbour's kids. Mum's hugs were more than welcomed and I kissed her cheeks and whispered.

"Give me an hour mum, I need to rest and try to calm down, there's food for the boys in there. Mum, I have asked Kasey to leave the military, I may need dads help but at the moment he knows what he must do, I also have to talk to you about Bill."

"Do you want coffee son?"

"No thank you, maybe later, but we will have that talk mum."

I headed for the bedroom as Billy and Sam headed to the hut with the kids. I stripped off and flopped face down on the bed in my shorts, I was mentally exhausted. There was also something I had to do with Trish and Joe. I turned my phone on and several messages came through. I read her message it was full of concern.

"Trish we are at the cabin, under no circumstances should you and Joe encourage Chloe to make Christine feel bad. Can you both stay out of it, this is important for Chloe's welfare, she is a star now not a revenge hen. It has become important she holds herself with dignity and I think Christine has got the message. Don't know when we will be home, hopefully in a few days time. You could come here at some stage, I need a good wash and dry desperately.

I drifted off to sleep it was so peaceful here, now and then I would hear the kids playing until there was nothing but silence.

I heard Mick typing away on the computer when I woke up. My throat was raw and I went looking for a coffee that mum thankfully had fresh on the stove. I looked at Kasey he was staring at me as he and dad were talking. I pulled up a chair next to him and was still fighting off sleep.

"Come for a walk, Adam." Mum smiled.

I grabbed my coffee and she took my hand and we walked to the chill-out area.

"Mum there are things I must talk to you about, they have become more than urgent. You remember how I disliked the military and you steered me towards the arts, hairdressing to be precise."

"Yes son, I know you weren't destined for the Military, you were very good with my hair." She smiled.

"Mum, do you have any such plans for Billy?"

She gave me a stare and inside her head, I knew something had clicked and she smiled.

"Steven, your brother is like you, he loves what his dad does but it's not his calling. His new school if you remember has a very good arts program, you're little brother will be steered to the stage."

"Not the military, what will dad do?"

"He will do nothing son, he already knows change is in the air, he couldn't have a son like you and not see it. Billy will be fine and your father will go along with anything he wants to do."

"Thank you, mum."

"Did you get your answer son?"

"Yes mum, now all we have to do is convince dad to leave the military then all my family will be safe." I held her and maybe cried a little because I knew Bill would be in safe hands. We were interrupted by Kasey and a few kids looking for stuff to do.

He took me in his arms and kissed me when he got there.

"How did it go Kasey?"

"He couldn't do it Adam, he couldn't let his son go, he loved him too much, so he kept him alive. From all the reports Adele and Jimmy didn't know about it. Adam a couple of things have happened while you slept, I have spoken to dad, and after reading some more of the reports I have decided you are right, I am going to pull the plug on the military, there is no way I will put you and Sam through that. Dad said he can get me out by Monday week."

"You had six weeks."

"I don't want those weeks baby." My body relaxed and slumped into his chest, the sheer relief was overbearing.

"Kasey if there was any other way I would allow you to stay but I can't see any way out. Johnny's sad life has made me want more for you and Sam, and there is no way I want our family to end up where Adele's family was left."

"We will have a good life Adam, you were right to bring it to an end, you are always right." He hugged me.

"So Adele's story finishes with her death, and Freds starts with his father and him and the Building of Brisbane, nothing in between, no shadows." He understood what I was saying I needed to eliminate what I had found in that desolate place in the Fed building.

"Adam, there was nothing left of him, he just rotted away and I have to say it, Fred was the most unselfish person Adele had in her life. He wanted so badly to bring Johnny back for his family, he took it all upon himself never saying a word about it. It is scaring me Adam, I see why you are so upset with me." I snuggled into him and he kissed me again. I caught his tears just as dad came down with a beer for us all, I realized then, Kasey had been so scared inside. I do know I will have to talk with dad at some stage, my brother adores him, and there is no way I want Billy to go through what Johnny went through but mum has calmed that storm for now.

"Son you have my blessing to do what you will with our Kasey, I know whatever he does he will be excellent at it, now what do you want to do with the paperwork?"

"Bring it here and we will burn it, all copies even the one Mick is doing on the computer. Wipe it from the face of this earth. Lets us all make a fresh start, without any more nightmares. Let's rewrite Fred's life. And Dad? you know what has to be done, I know with Sam he's our little boy, not military, but there is Bill dad, he needs to be fixed."

Dad knew exactly what I was talking about, I didn't have him in my sights yet but he knows what has to be done.

"Son, he's like you, hasn't your mother told you that yet?" He smiled.

"Kasey are we good to go then?" I asked taking a deep breath.

"More than good to go baby, Trish has rung several times she wants to talk to you about Chloe."

"I told her and Joe to not rub it in with Christine, Chloe is a star not a bitch and Trish should be encouraging her to be the lady she is like Adele was. In essence, Adele's story finishes with me, Jimmy and Chloe with a bit of Trish thrown in."

"I agree Adam, does mum know what we have in mind?" He looked at dad.

"Some of it son, I won't tell it all to her just yet. Kasey, she understands sometimes family can't take on everything there must be a safe harbor for her and you Adam, and Billy. I will take steps to rectify Bill's ambitions maybe even tweak a few of mine I don't suppose any acting jobs are going for an ex-governor general?" I laughed, and yes I have one already lined up for you dad.

Kase kissed me again. Dad got up and went inside, he and Mick came out and we started destroying the morbid documents, we are ending Johnny's story right now, and yes dad you would make a fine Fred Banks.

One hour later Trish and Joe arrived, the boys were singing some nursery rhymes to us and it will take a few days for me to settle down and get images out of my head, but I have been here before.

Joe was the first to grab and hug me, then Trish. I deemed that I could announce some things and told them Kasey will be leaving the military and concentrating on his Law studies. Pizza was mentioned and the only ones that were excited were the kids.

"I had a word with Chloe she agrees that we should hold off she has already taken the first steps and talked to Christine."

Good, being a lady goes a long way. The thing I wanted to do was upkeep Adele's good name, and her love story for all to see will be on display through Chloe, Adele's story ends with her death and her and my exquisite friendship.

The pizzas were ordered and delicious and our night was planned, low key, nothing was mentioned and by the time I was ready for bed, Kasey Mick and dad were already destroying more evidence, Joe and Trish watched on but didn't know what it was all about she must be told at some stage, but not Jimmy or Chloe.

The nightmares started almost immediately, the cabin was quiet and in total darkness, all I could hear was heavy breathing, my hands started scratching at my throat as I grabbed for fresh air.

"Adam, what's up?" Kasey's arm tried to settle me down.

"I can't breathe, Kasey I can't breathe, help me. I can't breathe I CANT BREATHE," I jumped out of bed and ran for the back room.

Trish flew down the stairs and tried to grab me.

"I can't breathe, help me." Kasey picked me up and took me outside where the air was cooler, I was dreaming

"Adam, what's the matter what's happening?" Poor Trish she was in a state.

"Deep breaths Adam, take them one at a time," Kasey said.

I heaved my guts out and Pizza spewed everywhere and then I filled my lung with air. Looking at Joe I said.

"I can't place that awful image in your heads, leave it for me to deal with."

"He's been deeply shocked by some things he read Joe, there is no way out of it now, he read a lot of what he found and now he has to taken it all on board, you watched us destroy all the documents earlier." Kasey rubbed my back and Trish cried because there was nothing she could do.

I started pacing up and down watching Kasey and dad with Joe, who needed to know what was going on, then I started back into the bedroom and completely stripped, taking all the cool air I could into my body.

"If someone doesn't tell me soon I will burn this cabin down, how can you let my friend go through this alone." Trish wasn't happy.

"Trish, it's not a choice, it's a matter of us all finding out something we are all too scared to say out loud. It's a form of shell shock, a wonderful love story that has taken a bitter twist and Adam is taking it all on himself.

"Okay, does this have to do with Johnny and Jimmy?"

"Yes,"

"Right."

She got up and marched to my bedroom, climbing into bed with me she pulled me in.

"You have to tell me, Adam, a problem shared is a problem halved, what happened when you disappeared into the fed building for hours on end?"

I burst out crying and held onto Trish.

"I found Fred's folders on Johnny's injuries." The quivering lip was back and,

"And what happened?"

"He lived another year in a french military hospital, no Jimmy no Adele, only Fred knew he was there." Her jaw dropped and she placed her arms around me.

"When Johnny finally passed Fred committed suicide a month later, Trish, my beautiful Adeles life was given a bad twist when I read those notes, I am trying to make it stay the same as it was by destroying the last pieces of Fred's story. You have to promise me that Jimmy and Chloe will never find out. I gave Kasey six weeks to quit the military or he will never see me again, Trish I can't go through all that, not now and not in the future, what if Sam wants to join the army, then there's dear Billy what will become of him? I have to stop it all in its tracks."

"I agree with you Adam, what did happen with Sammy?"

"Sam, my Sam how cruel are some people he didn't ask for it he didn't even know who he was." I looked her in the eyes and said

"They found his young mother buried in the garden of the bad man's house. We have had her buried at the Australian embassy the marker says, Sam's mum.

She laid down beside me and we both wept for Johnny, and for Sam's mum.

"Trish we can't tell anyone, if Jimmy was to find out he will go insane."

"I understand Adam, thank you for sharing it with me."

"Sorry, but the whole thing has made me feel like I am being shot again from every angle, thanks to you I feel a little calmer and I am sorry I should have come to you first. I have to wipe the military from our family's lives forever, I'm so terrified."

The sun was coming up and Kasey was now beside me, I felt a little relieved and didn't feel so alone anymore. I could hear Sam's cartoons and a familiar song he liked to sing was playing. I threw back the blanket and marched into the living room, Sam's gorgeous face found mine.

"You, do you know how we roll?" I pointed at him.

"Yes daddy we know how to roll."

"Do we roll to the left or maybe to the right?"

"We roll to the left daddy, then to the right."

He jumped up and we did our small dance wiggling hips and rolling from side to side. I crashed on the couch and we laughed. As I kissed him. We continued along those lines and when Billy joined us he knew some pretty good tunes also. The moment cleared my head and when mum and Trish appeared they started helping the boys remember the songs they had listened to many many times.

I had missed the warmth of my family and friends, and when Kasey and Mick pulled me down in front of the computer they started a small film they had been working on.

"What is this about Mick?"

"We have had a dozen cameras set up in the Fed lofts, just filming in silence. Kasey and I are going to add ghosting with small animations."

"To what end Mick?"

"Something has to change the subject matter, all that paperwork has been destroyed and I have been working on this new concept. We leave everything as it is, and like a ghost moving around in the shadows, the story of the Banks family as the builders of Brisbane will be told in a more meaningful light." I stared at him.

"We rewrite history and cut Johnny's story out altogether except the piece that is in Adele's movie."

"Come for a walk with us Adam." I followed them down to the chill-out area where Trish Joe, Mum and Dad were now sitting with the boys.

"I will take them for a walk," Mum said.

"Adam, you let your friend get into your head for a moment and you forgot that she was loved by so many people, not just you. The love of her life was Fred, he wasn't a monster baby," Trish said.

"Adam, Joe has something to say." I looked at him.

"You have to let it all go Adam, your long talks with Adele, your comparison with her dear son Johnny with Kasey's noncompliance with staying out of trouble. Freds problems, Jimmy's problems, these are not your problems. The only connection you have with Adele Banks is she was a true friend who talked to you for hours about subjects you were both interested in. You took on too much and saw a lot, you compared her life to yours and Kaseys, in a way you became Adele Banks when she passed. Sam is your son like it or not, he is in your life for a very long time. His memories will fade and so should yours, find a new path for yourself and your family." Kasey stood up and hugged me.

"What Trish Joe and I are proposing is that we open up the builder's floor and do exactly nothing, and in intermediate intervals, Fred's face appears as a ghost talking about his life at the top in Brisbane. Nothing on that floor is to be touched, nothing moved, nothing is to be said about hidden drawers and tan briefcases, now Adam we want you to script a new movie. I want you and Mick to work on Fred's life, I even want you to stay in the loft for a few hours a day and let us see where your imagination takes us, we need you to get some different memories of that time. Memories you don't even know exist yet, happy ones." Kasey said.

For some inexplicable reason I felt a whole lot better and less miserable. I stood up and grabbed mum, then I walked her out to the salon.

"We need to have a good talk about Billy's singing, mum."

"It has already started son, leave it to your father and me." She smiled.

Trish followed and Joe received his shoulder massage and mum had a way too good cut and style. Kasey smiled as he watched me laughing, and I knew my ghosts were leaving and being absorbed into my family's and friend's everyday lives.

Dad was to receive a better haircut and my boy his Kasey cut, Billy would always have my style, he doesn't associate it with the military he does relate it to his much-loved elder brother though.

I leaned back and Trish washed trimmed and dyed my hair, we started talking about the lofts and where she, Kasey and I were going to take it. Kasey looked on and smiled and when Trish spun the chair around he couldn't help himself, he kissed me for ages.

It was a kind of party now the dam has burst and Mick, Joe and Kasey worked more on the Fed lofts while mum Trish and the boys and I watched a movie.

"Do you want to go see Rhoda Adam?" Trish asked.

"I will later on Trish I'm thinking we all should walk up to the pizza place and eat tonight.

"Can I ring mum?" Joe said.

"Of course and see what Chloe's doing."

I sat back stroking Sam's neck, and noticed a big grin on his face. I winked at him, he winked back we are the best of friends, and we both know, we got this.

I deliberately ground my boots into the heavy wooden floorboards as I moved around with Mick at the fed building. I lifted my leg and pointed the toes to the floor making a clunky tapping, loud enough to wake the dead. Mick was filming the walk I did in slow motion and Kasey I knew had a boner watching my elegant pose.

A flurry of snow and bright light lit up one corner of the room.

"Welcome to my workroom Adam Sutton, please sit at my desk and I will begin to show you around, and let me tell you a little about my life at the top." It was my father's face he was dressed as Fred Banks.

My legs crossed as I sat and looked around the room. Some ghosting appeared as men walked back and forth with big rolls of plans in their hands, they were drifting from one department to another and by the looks of it business had started for the day.

Note paper slowly fell from the ceiling and landed on the floor a flurry or two of dust and an animated sliding slip of paper started the movie. We had no actual footage of Fred at work, and had talked dad into taking on the role, he was the same shape and stance he would be seen in a corner talking to a client then whisked away to a different part of the building signing contracts

The museum was mostly animated in the welcome tape, the rest is to let the sightseers interact with ghosts of the past and people were discouraged from touching any of the displays. It was hard to explain but Mick and Kasey had it all in hand they had been working on footage for weeks now. In the meantime Adele's movies were being set up to be shown on the ABC, Kasey had procured a great deal and Chloe's signing and appearances were the talk of the town. Jimmy was so happy with it all and nothing had been said about any other additional material we may or may not have found hidden away. We had all decided to give Adele and Fred the happy endings they deserved.

The abc had done a two part one hour introduction on being Adele Banks in which Chloe was interviewed, On the night of the first showing we all sat in the apartment, Linda held Chloe's and Joe's hands as her tears flowed while she watched her daughter became a star. We managed to get ten documentaries out of the footage and there should have been more, but Mick didn't want it to be overkill.

The interest was enormous and the city of Brisbane came alive that night, one month and the second one will be shown. While this was being launched Chloe was working on the jewellery side of things while dad Kasey and Mick toyed with the architectural side of the Banks money-making machine.

Ghosts had left my life and my head was in a better space. Kasey leaving the military wasn't well received by his peers, even the prime minister insisted he stay with them as a consultant. Dad spoke to him and cited that Kasey had a small breakdown and needed to be with family until he recuperated. But as he told me there will be a new election next year and a new prime minister will be chosen, so Kasey will slowly fade into the woodwork over time. My Kasey was happy to go along with anything, he had seen the bigger picture and the deals he was doing on behalf of the trust were unheard of, at the moment he is in talks with Netflix who weren't too happy the abc got first dibs on the documentaries.

Chloe was the toast of the town she hosted many cocktail and charity parties as Adele, and I and Trish watched her closely for any flaws or hiccups or moments where she might fail. Christine wasn't overly fussed about the book signing, and she was even given a copy for her very own personal collection signed very elegantly by Chloe.

Trish stayed out of the way and Joe badgered Kasey about the milk board's need to put him on their books it was like watching a Tom and Jerry cartoon. I happened on them once at the apartment, Kasey had leaned over the kitchen table and Joe was pretending to fuck him, I boned up and Joe laughed as Kase screamed 'Harder. Fuck me harder milkman,' of course it was only for show but our sex life lifted at that very moment.

Sammy was just the best little boy, he always knows when I'm down and he always has the right words to say. "We got this daddy."

My days didn't change that much, my staff were all treated to a few weeks filming when Chloe came by to be done up with some very expensive jewellery, for those days the security was top at the salon, the military provided that for us and my staff received heavy bonus's in their pay packets.

Kasey also had requests for her to go on tour, a world wide tour of all cities, she has already been seen at the opera the races, the film premiers, and a special request from the museum to do a fashion parade of Dior gowns they were having a display on in Paris. This is about to be blown worldwide because London is calling and Chloe was in huge demand. At one stage Kasey mentioned a stage show at the west end was being discussed, but that is a long way off yet.

Her special nights were reserved for her family, she never let Sammy down and always made time for a sleepover, he knew she was famous and nearly had kittens when she occasionally went to pick him up from school, I was told his smile was enormous as she sat with him and signed some autographs while they had milkshakes.

To keep her grounded Trish and Joe bought her back to reality, and they talked for hours about their childhoods, and she didn't move out of the farm to peruse a lavish lifestyle, she was real, she kept it real.

In between all the fuss I had taken a step back, the filming I had done at the fed building was for the introduction and the salon was featured because of the jewellery, the chandeliers and mirrors provided the perfect backdrops for the vintage baubles. Mostly it was the filming at Adele's museum that handled the finest items and of course, Jimmy and I were on hand to supervise all that.

Kasey's business went into overdrive and he often said to me he should have given up the military ages ago, he was so more relaxed now.

The biggest plus ever was I get to see Kasey in his suits every day, there is really nothing about him he can't wear and doesn't look good in. He and Sam have taken to walking me to work then he will drop Sam off at his new school. Everything has changed, my son and husband are now my heroes, my Lieutenant Kasey is still there and making the hard decisions with military precision. His clientele has moved from reading many army records to learning all about the corporation, and to dad's credit, Mick and a few of his boys were moved to Kasey's offices to help him out. As dad said they were all made for each other and apart from an annoying little pest called Joe, Kasey's business dealings were doing fantastic. He had to relent with the Milk corporation the money was too good and once again the contract stated he will not go overseas, Joe was happy to let him have his head and within two months Kase had that business running like a well-oiled machine. He insisted Joe will have to let some of the staff go but it will be a non-replacement type of deal. Someone leaves the company and they aren't replaced until it becomes more manageable.

Trish and I went about our business and each month we opened our little salon and handed out advice and tips to our local clients. Marko and James were hitting the high notes and a housewarming was held for them in their little apartment. Gloria and the Admiral were not so much competing now they had found their common ground, and Ethan finally asked for my advice he is a lovely guy and I sat him at my station and gave him the works, he looked like a movie star when I finished then I took him shopping down my alleyways. He was so grateful and I promised him if I saw him failing, I would see that he was lifted up.

Just small steps at this time but it could be built up over time to become a known entertainment company. Chloe was next, her second documentary had everyone on tenterhooks, just about every city in the world was poised to watch it and again we all sat in Jimmys apartment now to witness it. Phones rang off the hook as producers congratulated Kasey and Micks triumph. None of us has seen it and I deliberately hadn't watched it because I wanted it all to be fresh.

Mum and dad with Billy stayed the night and although they sat to watch it, at some stage the kids fell asleep and will catch up with it tomorrow. It was funny how mum took over Billy's social life, she even had him enrolled in an acting school, which I think dad was very pleased about. The offers came rolling in and the cash offers were huge. Chloe was offered a big role in a popular series but Kasey made her turn it down, she was better than any soap opera.

He had been in negotiations with a big Hollywood company that wanted to buy the Adele story lock stock and barrel. That will be a no-go, he has seen what Hollywood does to small production houses, and it's not good, anyway Adele's story belongs to all of us, even you my dear friends.

The Banks trust tripled in size and Jimmy was always smiling, Sometimes he would come along for the fed building story and watch the cameras do their own thing. Cody's grandparents were featured along the way with so many different buildings that were mentioned in Fred and his fathers list of achievements.

This is going to look after itself and when the filming finishes and the animations added, the museum will take over the running of it.

A flurry here a snapshot there, the untouched offices and a tear for Jimmy and I, as Fred escorted Adele to another awards night. Fleeting moments in history and the viewers will know who the subjects were all about as dad had almost made me cry, what a hidden gem he was playing Fred Banks.

My Kasey, what can I say, my lieutenant and I have been through so much over the past few years, you have grown into a wonderful man and I can see by the new swimwear everyone else on the rooftop pool can see how much you have grown also.

I was pushed aside by Joe, Kasey laughed and Chloe and Trish rolled their eyes, poor Jimmy I think there was a boner in his shorts as Kasey pulled his chair around and dragged me on top of him. Joe moaned because he really has a bad man crush on Kase. That was until Gloria and Admiral Peters dropped their robes, then I was all over him with my lustful eyes.

"Daddy?"

"I know son, we got this."

This ends book 2 of Adam, a huge story with a big ending, who would know where a simple wash, set and dry with a dear client would take me, a friendship to last a lifetime, and a rollercoaster ride just waiting to happen with one Lieutenant Kasey with a K.

Thank you all for your wonderful emails, and for reading my stories, I am humbled and pleased you are still here with me. Keep safe everyone,
