We skipped breakfast downstairs, and on the way, I pulled into a McDonald's and we loaded up with food, we had to get extra takeaway because the boys hardly ever get any treats and Sam was being a good friend as always. I had to drive, it was a safety thing and Kasey's hand rested on my thigh all the way.

"She gave you the apartment?"

"Yes, correct."

"And the cabin?"

"On loan at the moment, but I am hoping to buy it." I grinned.

"I will go you halves, can I do that?"

"Of course you can, you have money Kasey."

"I didn't have any on the island, I was fed but couldn't buy anything."

"What did the smuggler's boat cost?"

"I don't know I just found it easy to get on board it, I think."

"Maybe you hid away then."

"Maybe, but it was a long journey and they fed me."

"It's not important now, maybe it will come back to you later on."

"I love you."

"And I love you." We heard Sam giggle in the back.

"And we both love you kid." Kasey turned and said.

"I knows, lots." He giggled again.

"Daddy I have school, can I take time off?" "You my son are on holidays for a few weeks."

"Good." He whispered.

As soon as I stopped the car he was off and screaming. I opened the cabin door and carried the maccas bags inside, then the party started, kids came from everywhere, Sam ran inside and flicked the tv on, then they all sat and ate their treats. I handed a carton of food to Kasey, he stood there looking at the small cabin and after a few moments, he said.

"I don't remember it."

"You wouldn't, you have never been here. I was sent here to regroup, relax and rest, it was hard Kasey, very hard on us both." I nearly bawled again.

"Sorry."

"We will talk about it later, but for now let me show you around." I put the kettle on and then turned the hot water and fridge on, he didn't need me to show him around, there wasn't much to show. While I lit the fire he brought in the rest of the gear and dumped it in the bedroom. By this time the coffee was made and we sat on the balcony looking out into the forest.

The kids had taken over the floor in front of the tv, they all thanked us for the food and Sam had introduced them to his poppa, they are very polite boys and they all got up to shake his hand.

We sat at one end and he took my hand. I sipped my coffee and told him the reason why we had been here. I also told him about my mindless breakdown, he has to know everything eventually, and this is the perfect place to start.

George and June arrived looking for the kids, they smiled a lot and she blushed when she met Kasey. They were so happy to see him back, George winked at me several times and I smiled. I couldn't do much for his hurt, but hopefully, that is improving.

They had a coffee and said they will leave us alone and we were to send the kids home when we got sick of them.

We got back to our conversation he asked for more headache pills and I turned the bed down after I gave them to him. The cabin had warmed up and he helped me put our stuff away. I turned to look at him and he shut the door. I was in his arms in an instant and he rained kisses upon my very welcoming lips.

"I need you." He whispered, then I locked the door.

Making love to my Kasey for the first time in three months was tender, he took it slowly and I sucked up all he could give me. I imagined it had been just as long for him and as he drove deeper I bit into his shoulder, his orgasm lasted ages and I met him at every push. He started laughing and then crying. I stroked his back as he slipped out and told him everything would be okay soon.

"I remember, this is where I belong, I belong with you and that was so wonderful Adam, I wanted to be there forever."

"Me too Kasey, you have bought my smells back and the love, and I beg you."

"What my love?"

"Do that to me again tonight." My legs were jelly and he moved to the side and said.

"Do I need to be asked?" He grinned.

"No, just go with your gut feeling." I grinned back and kissed him again.

The boys had gone by the time we showered and dressed, so we had the cabin to ourselves, I put more coffee on while he set his computer up on the small table, he was going to try and answer a few emails at a time. I chopped up some veggies and took out the steaks, we will have them tonight.

I couldn't stop looking at him it was like a dream to have him back, he's still the same but a little foggy. I sent a message to Trish and got a thumbs up back, then a small message.

`Your fathers looking for you.'

'Don't tell him, please.'

'I won't lol.'

`Thank you.'

"Mum, have you seen mum and ....my sister?"

"Marie Kase, yes they are well and were rung last night to say you were home and safe, we can go visit when we get back home."

"Good, I missed her."

I sat and handed him a coffee, he was reading his emails but I didn't know how much he understood so I placed my hand on his.

"You do your law studies online and have a lot of classmates to talk to, they are only concerned so why don't you make a general announcement on the University's home page."

"Will I be kicked out?"

I laughed and answered.

"No Kasey I will see to it you aren't, and anyway you have almost finished the online course for now, you're at the top of the class. All you were doing the last three months before you left was revision."

"Good because I think I like law studies."

"You do, very much." He looked at me and nodded.

"How long will Sam be?" I looked at my watch and said.

"About an hour, he knows it will start to get colder when the sun goes beyond the trees and its his time to come back."

"Can we?"

"What are you sitting there for soldier, climb on board." We went to the bedroom again.

"You're so good for me Adam." He kissed my neck.

"You say that all the time."

"Do I? well I must mean it."

"You do, you got any more length back there?" he started laughing, it was good to hear.

"I'm trying my best Adam with an a,"

"Well try better, and harder," I laughed then backed up some more.

Sam came back because the chill had arrived.

"Are we going camping tonight daddy?"

"Yes, son we have to show papa how it's done."

"Goody." A new word I think.

"What's with the camping?"

"We didn't use the beds when we stayed here, we just camped in front of the fire, it was cozy and we didn't want to be on our own. So we slept on the floor every night. When we got home he wanted to continue the game, I think it was his way of waiting for you to get back."

"I see, will we disturb him?"

"Mr. Kasey, you have already had two serves today, and you want more?" I grinned.

"But I like it, Adam." I kissed him again.

"I bet you had plenty on that Island, the boys wouldn't be able to resist you," I smirked.

"I did." He answered.

"What?" I nearly screamed.

"I got many offers my Adam, but I knew deep down someone was waiting for me, what I didn't know was how awesome he would be. So I was chased but never caught by the boys, and girls." He laughed and I punched his shoulder.

Sam had been watching us and his smile said it all, Kasey held his arms out and he rushed over to get a cuddle. I started the steaks and the dusk arrived, then the shadows appeared. Kasey was talking quietly to Sam and he was nodding his understanding, I took the veggies out of the oven and placed them in the warmer, then I went to place some cutlery on the table.

"And that's how I lost my phone."

"I told daddy that you had it stolen, but papa that was before the ship accident, and you remembered."

He looked at me and smiled.

"You both are going to be so good for me." So he's starting to remember things before the accident, this is a good sign. The more familiar we become the more he will remember, I am sure of that.

Sam went back to his tv and wanted to ring Billy, I told him not to say where we were just that we were on a holiday. I cut up his steak and added vegetables he doesn't have any trouble eating them, then I put his plate back in the warmer. I passed a bigger dinner to Kasey and took my smaller one over to the table. He couldn't wait he was so hungry.

"Slow down Kase, give it time to digest."

"I am loving this Adam, I have lived on fish and rice these past months and this is wonderful."

"There's another one in the oven when you are ready."

We showered again and we had a visitor this time, Sam came in with us and he giggled as his papa played splashing with him. I imagined him doing this with his island mates, no Adam you will bar up, and that is a no-no for Sam.

We dressed for bed, Kasey in shorts and me in my hipster undies, he looked at me and I placed a sad face on. Sam showed him how to camp properly and I threw another log on the fire. It was warm and cozy and I snuggled up to them both, the tv went off and Adam Sutton's world was complete again, but for how long he didn't know. He nudged my ass I pulled my underwear down. Sam had dropped off as soon as his head hit the pillow and Kasey was ready for another slow love-making session. I didn't mind, I participated greedily. We were well spent by the time we went to sleep, the blankets were pulled up around our chins and one last kiss goodnight saw my Kasey gently close his eyes.

The sun was out in the morning and we three had slept in later than usual, Kase kissed us both good morning and I got up to make coffee.

"Put another piece of wood on the fire Kase." I watched his ass wiggle in front of the fireplace then smiled, that is mine today.

He put his robe on and went to sit at the computer again, plenty of questions and limited answers were thrown back and forth.

"Your father is wanting to know where we are Adam."

"Tell him nothing." I will talk to him today at some stage about dad. I want him to be less enamoured with him and to see him for what he is, pure military.

"Did he say how the Darwin thing is going?"

"No, he wants me to ring him about it." Ok I will let him ring later.

Sam wanted scrambled eggs today and he also wanted to sit at the table, his eyes never left Kasey even when he was watching tv he would sneak a peek. I sat with them and Kase put his computer down and started his breakfast. He had two helpings and Sam then wanted to go see his mates, so he was rugged up and sent off. Kasey on the other hand wanted more sex, so I obliged him with an Adam suck under the table.

There's no way I will be bending over today, I have to recover from the onslaught from yesterday.

He looked at more emails and then he wanted to look at the photos he had stored away, plenty of us together with Sam and an enormous amount of me alone said it all, I hope he fully remembers me now, or very soon. I didn't feel like I was being used, it was all natural to me, but Kasey did ask me a few questions when he remembered something, some good some not so good.

"I fucked you in the shower at the army barracks."

"No, you were fucking someone else at that time."

""Did I know you back then?" "No. The guy you were having sex with, is the one that shot me."

"How is that possible Adam?"

I told him the whole story, he didn't interrupt me and by the time I finished he was holding me in his arms apologising.

"No need Kasey, it was a while back now, all forgotten."

"I missed you so much, please never let me do that to you and Sam again."

"I wont believe me, you are staying right here with us."

I told him how it was with dad, he did remember it was his fault he went away not my fathers. He told me he did it because of the children he had discovered. He also said he wanted to please my dad and he saw no danger.

"And again, how did that work out for you Kasey?"

He dropped his head and said.

"Not very good Adam, I stowed away on the smugglers ship and set the bomb off. I was thrown overboard but then my memory has nothing, Sam was right."

"The bump on the head would have seen to that."

"So tell me about your salon." I did and I added photos from Eva's wedding, he got to see all our friends in the one photo.

"Theres the commander, Keith, he's doing Tim isn't he?"

"Yes." I giggled.

"Have I done him?"

"No."

"I think I would like to."

"No you wouldn't." He was baiting me and smiling at the same time.

"Lets go for a walk, theres someone I want you to meet."

I wanted Rhoda to do his cards, up until now she has been correct with her readings, and the walk will do Kasey good. I called over to Georges place the kids were snuggled up under blankets, Sam was showing them how to go camping again. I had already decided we can buy a tent for when the weather gets better and they all can sleep under the stars.

"Do you need anything at the shops?" I asked George.

"No thank you Adam, we are good. Junes planning a barbeque for tomorrow so don't cook lunch." Good, that will give me time to suss out their situation.

"Adam if you follow that track, the walk into town is much shorter."

"Snakes?"

"I haven't seen one since we have lived here, but its cool so they will be hibernating."

"Great, lets go Kase." He took my hand and we started down the track. He was right the trip was very short, down a small gulley up to the main street.

Kasey held my hand tightly most of the way. He started laughing at one stage.

"He ate like a greedy pig that night, and you told him off good and proper."

"Who?" "Dad."

"You remember that?"

"Yes I was so grateful to you, he stormed out never to be seen again." I was pleased he was remembering the small stuff too.

"Do we have threesomes?" "No."

"I think I would like to have one Adam."

"No problem, set it up, and Kase, the more the merrier." He laughed then punched my shoulder.

"As If." He added.

We arrived at the coffee come mystic shop and I introduced him to Rhoda.

"Thank God your back, can I join you for coffee?"

"Of course you can, bring your cards."

She did just that while Kasey looked at the crystals hanging in her shop, he had commented on mine and Sams so we will get him one also, he may not wear it but he wont be left out. I have to get Billy one also, I have my orders.

She stared at Kasey for a while then I asked her if she had any news on George and June.

"He thinks its wrong to start something with her, but he sure has the hots." She giggled.

"And June?"

"Even hotter." She almost slammed her cards on the table laughing then she got Kasey to cut them.

"You're work isn't over yet, but you will breeze through it. Don't ever forget your responsibilities, they are more important than a pat on the back from a loved one. People around you can be unforgiving if they are pushed too hard."

She dealt some more cards then said.

"These are meaningless," She picked the four cards up and put them aside from the pack, me thinks shes seen something but wont say what.

It was so nice to be sitting in the sun but like all things it has to come to an end. I got him to choose his crystal and we both chose Billy's, it looked really cute around his neck and I noticed over the next week he constantly rubbed it. Believe it or not Kasey I do the same and I have caught Sam doing it also.

We arrived back and Sam ran in to see what we had bought, we showed him papas and Billies crystals and then we gave him the biggest block of chocolate to share with his mates. He was off within minutes, and I could hear squealing coming from next door.

Dinner, what do I do for tonight, I had no idea until I noticed the pizza menu attached to the fridge, we will have that, it was awesome last time its a shame Trish wasn't with us now.

Kasey had opened his computer and was busily typing away so I thought I might go for a nap. I stripped bare naked then lay on the bed, then I pulled a blanket over my body.

"Adam." He sternly groaned, so I threw it off again and gave him such a show. When I opened my eyes he wasn't sitting at the table he was standing in the doorway masturbating.

"Now, where were we?" He moaned.

`'I think I was about to slip you a length."

"Do I do that Adam?"

"Yes beautifully." He was playing ignorant, I know he remembers that part of our love making, his moaning and my tongue in his butt will reminded him.

Sam came home alone, the boys were going to have a bath. I asked him if he was hungry yet he said no, so I told him to let us know and I will order pizza. Kasey rubbed his hands together and I told him it doesn't open until five we have a half hour to go.

"Have some more biscuits Kase." He picked up the empty packet and made a sad face. I grabbed another one and Sam joined him this time.

We were stuffed full by the time dinner was over, and Sam well he was dead on his feet its all the exercise and fresh air he is getting thats doing it.

I got a message from dad and he said mum and him will be up to see us tomorrow morning. I showed Kasey and he smiled.

"He pinged your phone baby, he knows the address." he smiled.

"Okay dad, you know the address." I sent back to him with a smiley face.

"George and June are having a barbecue tomorrow, I wonder if I can get mum to bring some steaks."

"Ring them first to see if it's ok, then ring mum."

He had already started in on me, when Sam closed his eyes we snuggled up with him Kase was remembering how to lick me from neck to toe, with a two minute stop on the way

I had rang George, it was okay with him if I bought family with us, so I was happy with that and promised we would be bringing extra.

That will throw a spanner in the works Dad wont be able to talk to Kasey all day about military stuff.

I decided I wouldn't ring mum because the sexual tension in the cabin was getting too bloody hot, and it was getting late. I will go into town first thing and see what they have in the way of steak and chops, maybe grab some fresh bread while I'm at it. Kasey had my leg over his shoulder and his head buried in my crotch, I had no idea what he was doing down there but it felt exquisite.

All three of us slept like logs, it was hard to get out of bed because it was so warm, and Kasey had spooned me which made me want to stay in bed all day. But the toilet called and Sam had raced off to use it first, when he got back I stood up, Kasey moaned and the tv went on. I put another piece of wood on the fire and went to have a pee.

"Did you like it?" "Ummm I see you have learnt some new moves while you were away."

"I spent a lot of time looking at wood carvings around the village, they were all about fertility so I thought I might try that position."

"Anytime you want to do that to me go right ahead, but you must show me how its done first."

"Done."

"Anything new this morning Kase?"

"Yes Adam I remembered the salon explosion and Lloyd, I cant believe he was so callus."

"He was deranged Kase, lets not dwell on it, hes gone now, but I am pleased you remembered that time."

"I want to do some more emails today is that okay?"

"Of course it is. You know where Sam will be and I can sit and watch you."

He grinned and rubbed his sack.

It was an hour later when Bille arrived full of beans, and he was hugging Sam in no time. I hugged mum then I hugged dad, I still looked up to him and loved him to bits, I cant always carry crap on my liver. He hugged me and kissed my head then he was onto Kasey while mum and I organised a bed for them, I had insisted they stay the night at least. I had been to the supermarket and they had all I needed I am also making a potato salad, so they were boiling away on the stove.

"Its small, but so nice and quiet mum, if I get to keep it you and dad can come up for a holiday."

"It certainly is nice Steven, no wonder Adele loved it here."

"I haven't really explored the area properly, but theres a walking track amongst all that foliage that takes you straight into town."

"Bye daddy, bye mummy." Billy waved as they flew past to go next door.

"Thats the last we will see of them until lunchtime." I giggled then finished off the coffees.

Dad had been talking to Kasey quietly and he was listening then I noticed he opened the computer and started typing again.

"This one and this one, that one is the brains but you will find it hard to prosecute, hes the presidents favourite nephew."

"Can you send it on to intelligence?"

"Sure just let me make a few notes, that will make it easier for them."

"How many kids were onboard dad?"

"Eight from three months to two years." I felt sick. "They were all destined for adoption Adam, big money was involved and they were treated right, so the doctors said.

"What will happen to them?"

"Unfortunately they wont be sent back home son, they will still be offered for adoption but the new parents will be charged and put on a watch list and they may not like it."

"So theres more to this story than your telling me, sugar coating things wont make me feel any better. Child trafficking is just that dad a horrible way to treat our babies."

"Son its best you and your mother don't know, this time it is all adoptions but next time it may be much worse." He sipped at his coffee watching mums eyes and she took my hand and said.

"Lets go out and look at the forest baby, bring your coffee it will get cold."

I followed her out, but I was staring at Kasey, I knew he knew what exactly was going on, and if he gets himself involved again, thats it no more mister nice guy Adam.

"He does it for you Adam."

"Who?" "Kasey, he knows how you feel about kids and he put his hand up to go to Timor, he wants you to be proud of him."

I couldn't believe what she was saying.

"I am proud of him, please explain mum.""Your father was very worried about him, wrong or right you blamed him unnecessarily. He begged Kasey not to go, he wanted to send Hargraves to make the bomb up but Kasey said you would never forgive him if he didn't fix it himself."

"Thats not true mum, I will give you one thing. I knew deep down dad wouldn't do that to us, but at the time I needed a strong sounding board to blame and unfortunately dad was it. Why on earth would Kasey do that to us?"

"Your father said he wanted to impress you, he somehow has to do that to be a man."

"Its his fathers influence mum, he didn't want to join the army but he did it impress his dad, do you think hes doing the same with me?"

"Yes son, us Suttons are like that, your dad did the same to me. He was always shooting off somewhere to do some sort of dirty work, in his head he was protecting me and you, and Kasey is doing the same with you and Sam."

"How do I stop him?"

"You cant son, its in his blood and believe me. I tried so hard to convince your father to stop but he wouldn't hear of it."

"Sorry mum." I felt awful.

"Don't be, your father is pretty much indestructible, and he likes to banter with you, he says it makes him feel loved if your taking notice of him in any form."

"I do love him mum, that has never changed."

"He and I know son, so when Kasey tells you he has to go away on a small mission, its not your dad doing it, its Kasey."

I had a lot to think about and mum is probably right. I have to convince Kasey I am ok living on the fringe watching him become successful on his own. He does it for me and Sam, well its about time he does something else for us and completes his course, and I am the right person to see that happens.

Mum helped me make up the salad and I took the tray of meat out of the fridge, Kasey kissed me and we all walked over to Georges place. Mums big box of chocolates was eyed by many a kid as they gathered around.

"For afters." They moaned then ran off to play, Billy was the loudest, and the king of the castle, a kids game they began to play.

Introductions were done and we all sat in the sunshine, Rhoda arrived and winked at me.

"Did you work it out?"

"Work what out Adam?"

"The four cards you put aside."

"Oh them, no nothing there." She winked again.

"So if you don't tell me it wont happen."

"Maybe."

She popped her cards in front of mum.

"Alice, cut these cards three times please." Mum did what she was told and Rhoda went to work. June and George were starting up the barbeque and were laughing a lot, it was a nervous laugh I could tell they weren't fully there yet. Dad and Kasey were still in talks, I overheard Kase say several times that he remembered something, he hasn't asked for a headache pill as yet, but I have a couple in my pocket just in case.

Billy was tuckered out, the fresh air has hit him so he crawled onto dads lap and watched the others play, my Sam was eyeing Kasey off and with one swift move Kase without even looking snapped his fingers and Sam did the same as Billy. They cant have a sleep just yet they have to eat first.

I was listening to what June was telling mum it was all mixed up but in the end she said, you are loved and admired by many.

She sat back and I asked her if it was all true she just smiled and nodded yes.

"Come on big boy cut these cards for me." dad stared at her then did her bidding.

She only looked at them for a minute or two then said.

"Cut again." Dad started laughing.

"No! this isn't right, cut again."

"Whats happening Rhoda?" I asked.

"Nothing, theres nothing but secrets behind these cards. I haven't seen this before general."

She got the general right.

Dad scoffed and went back to talking to Kasey, Rhoda looked at mum and me.

"That never happens he must have some powerful wards up."

"He has." Mum giggled.

"At least hes one of these people that love you. Now what are the lovebirds up to?' She said that just as George bought some cooked food up to the table. He stopped in his tracks and stared, no glared at her.

"Its none of your business Rhoda."

"Get on with it George she wont stay around forever." He made a throaty noise and dumped his meat.

Sam was listening and you know how little kids are when theres a secret to be kept.

"My friends say you are going to get married and they will be happy to have a mummy again." That stopped the kids who had come over to grab something to eat, they all looked at their daddy and he blushed bright red.

"Daddy, we want aunty June to be our new mummy." He didn't know what to say so he turned around and went inside.

"Whoops," I hears Sam say then he and Billy started laughing.

Mum and I made up rolls while Rhoda was still smiling to herself she looked at me and said.

"The spell has been broken." I sort of know what she was saying, the unsaid things had been said and theres no going back.

George did come out again and he shoved salads on the table then he went over to where June was standing grabbed her then kissed her, his member was stiff and he didn't care anymore. The kids screamed and surrounded them me thinks they have their approval.

It was a fantastic afternoon and dad had made many notes while he sat at the table, Kasey was remembering everything and he also remembered it was time for his afternoon nap.

"Later big boy its too busy at the moment and mum is about to open the chocolates." I almost fell off the bench laughing as the kids suddenly crowded around.

George had told me during the afternoon that it was the kids he was worried about, bringing a new mummy into the family might have upset them. But that wasn't the case the kids loved their aunty as much as their dear departed mum.

We almost had more food than we bought in or bags, saves me cooking. Georges kids had to have a nap so after a wonderful day we all traipsed home to put two sleeping boys to bed, they both slept in the spare bed and we closed the door gently. The fire was stoked while mum and I sorted out the food, much of it we will feed to the wildlife tomorrow. Kasey was stuffed and dad went to have a lay down, mum followed shortly after. Whether they wanted a nap of they were giving us some space we didn't know because they closed their door.

"So how do we work this my Adam?"

"Ever had sex in the bushes?"

"Not up to now." He took my hand and we started heading for the walking track, there will be a space for two men to make love I'm sure of it.

"I still have some grey areas but its all coming back without a headache, I knew you in the car park Adam, but I dint now your name until I heard you say it. That started me thinking that you were the one I was looking for, you were there to help me remember."

"Well I didn't know that vagrant was you Kase, but I did as soon as you walked into the salon, you have no idea how I felt when I looked into your eyes."

"I do Adam because I felt the same, a little confused but I knew I was in the right place, and I know you meant more to me than just a meal and a haircut."

"I missed you so much."

"What is this Adam." He picked up a strand of my hair.

"What?"

"The grey."

"I will dye it, just getting old Kasey."

"No, I think not." He dropped his head and I lifted it up.

"Its a natural occurrence baby, means nothing, and I quite like it at the moment."

"Then we must talk about it when we are back at home."

We talked at length on the porch he couldn't stop kissing me or holding parts of my body.

"What were you and dad discussing?"

"I have to put everything down I did over there, he wants to make sure its all kosher, and then I will have to make a statement at the generals meeting when I get back to town."

"How long do you think we could put them off?"

"Forever my love, forever." He nibbled my ear.
