Michael called everyone in, lunch was ready.
When everyone was seated, Michael asked Lance to say grace.
Lance was surprised but bowed his head.
"Dear lord, your children sit here before you, loving as always. We want your to bless our company and all our friends, keep us close to your heart. God bless us this delicious meal that Michael has prepared for us. And bless Michael himself, lord. Bless this angel who's graced us with his love and tenderness. I owe him so much, as do all we here. Keep us all safe and happy, god. Amen."
"Amen." Everyone said, except Michael, who was crying quietly.
Justin put his hand on top of his, squeezing it gently.
Michael looked up, smiling at everyone.
"Amen." He said.
"Now dig in, its going to get cold."
Everyone smiled and began filling their plates.
Justin quietly watched Michael, seeing him watching everyone, making sure they got a taste of everything.
Justin's thoughts were on his lover, the sweet man in his gaze.
I love you, Mico. Tomorrow begins Christmas, and I'm going to make it one you'll never forget.
Chapter 45
Around one o'clock Lance, his mom and Josh made their goodbyes.
They all hugged one another, Lonnie and Paulo taking the bags to the SUV.
Diane hugged Justin then Michael, her tears flowing openly.
Michael liked her a lot, she seemed a tender, kind lady.
Lance and Josh hugged Justin, wishing him a merry Christmas, Josh whispering something in his ear.
Michael didn't pick up on what was said, he knew something was a secret.
Justin and his surprises.
Lance stood in front of Michael, shyly looking at him.
"I'm sorry, Michael. I didn't get you anything for Christmas. I've only known you for less than a day and you've become so important to me."
"You have given me a great present, Lance. You've given me your friendship. It's more valuable thank any material possession."
Diane smiled at Michael, seeing him now as Lance's friend.
"Well, Michael, its be a real eye opener meeting you."
Michael smiled, looking deep into Lance's emerald eyes.
"It's been a moving experience for myself meeting the great Lance Bass. A man of unquestioning character, with a soul of real tenderness and with a heart capable of unending love. He should always remember that. He should never forget to keep his heart open, not to keep it closed. He has a lot of love to give someone. And that someone will love him back. Keep the faith, and always live life with love and hope."
Lance was in tears again, he hugged Michael to him tightly, Michael kissing his cheek.
Josh stood by, his own eyes tearing at Michael's deep words to Lance.
"All I can say is thank you, thank you." Lance said between sobs.
"That's all I need, Lance. That's more than enough."
Michael held him gently, knowing he shared a bond now with this man.
They'd both been through the valley of pain and despair, and shared that sense of hope.
They parted as friends and brothers.
Diane put her arm around her son.
"Come on, Lance. Let's go home." She said guiding him out the door.
Josh stood looking at Michael, Michael staring back at his friend.
"Your a remarkable man, Michael. What you've done for all of us, especially for Lance, I'll never forget. Especially what you did for him and what you've done for both of us.Your beyond wonderful, Mikey." Josh had more tears in his eyes.
Michael put his hand up, brushing away his tears.
"Your a wonderful man yourself, Josh. Take it slow with Lance, just love him with your heart, and your soul will fill with his love. He loves you, Josh. I feel it in his heart. Just give him the time to see it himself."
Josh hugged Michael to him tightly, Justin standing beside him with tears in his eyes.
"Merry Christmas, Joshy." Michael kissed him on the cheek, Josh smiling at him.
"And a very merry Christmas to you, Mikey." Josh said.
"God bless us everyone." Michael smirked.
Josh laughed, ruffling Michael's hair.
"Hey, Chasez, hands off the do. Justin is the only one allowed to touch my hair." He faked indignation.
"Enjoy our surprise, Mikey." Josh kissed him quickly.
Michael leered at Justin, Justin blushing.
"You know I hate surprises, Timberlake."
"But ya love me, that makes it okay." He said, putting his arm around him.
Josh smiled walking out the door.
Justin and Michael stood in the doorway watching their friends leave.
The SUV pulled out of the driveway, everyone waving goodbye.
Michael and Justin still had arms linked, Michael kissing Justin's lips lightly.
"Hey babe, we finally have the house to ourselves again, let's take full advantage of it." Michael purred, licking Justin's ear.
Justin moaned.
"Stop it, ya horndog. Lonnie and Paulo will be back shortly, they're just driving them to the airport, they'll be back in less than an hour."
"We can accomplish a lot in a short period of time, if your as hot as I am."
Michael walked back into the house pulling off his shirt. He walked up the stairs, Justin not taking his eyes off him.
Michael stopped half way up, turning and removing his pants. Justin felt his desires burning in his lower region.
There stood his lover, his slim muscular body in full view, only wrapped in his black boxer briefs.
Justin felt a rush of desire claim him as he bounded up the stairs, picking up Michael's clothes as he went, then stopping in front of Michael.
Michael brushed his hand across Justin's cheek, then traced his fingers down his chest, stopping at his jeans waistband. He pulled Justin to him, kissing his lips deeply.
"I need you, my love, deep inside me. Make hot love to me."
Michael stepped up two steps then turned around pulling his briefs down. They quickly they fell to the floor.
Justin stared at Michael's exposed naked ass, his urges taking over.
He put his hand out, caressing the smooth skin on Michael's butt.
Michael moaned and began walking upwards, Justin following him like a lost child.
They walked into their bedroom, Michael beginning to rub up against Justin, Justin sensing his urgency, his need.
Justin threw Michael's clothes on the floor, his hands roaming Michael's body.
Justin pulled all his own clothes off quickly, Michael sinking back onto the bed.
Justin couldn't believe what lay before him, a man of immense beauty and raw sexuality.
Michael's erection was large and leaking pre-cum.
Justin climbed onto the large bed, hoveringing his body over top of Michael's, Michael immediately pulling him down on top of him, their two bodies united in passion.
MIchael's lips were attached to Justin's, Justin feeling his frenzied passion, the man was on the edge, the edge of abandonment.
Michael's right hand stroked Justin, his member enlarging to more than its usual girth.
Michael was having a deep effect on Justin's control.
Michael was in charge now, his desires needing to be filled.
Michael rolled over on top of Justin now, his lips and tongue tracking their way down his chest.
Both nipples were assaulted with Michael's tongue, both heightening to their peak, standing firm in his lips.
He licked lower, down his chest, over his abs to the edge of the hair surrounding his prize.
His hand took hold of it, pumping it slowly, his tongue licking all the hair, soaking it.
Justin moaned loudly, his hands finding their way into Michael's thick black hair.
He started trembling as soon as Michael's mouth found the end of his shaft.
Michael started sucking the head, his tongue licking the sensitive area under the crown.
Short burst of electricity arched through Justin's body as Michael sucked.
Justin was in that place again, the terrific place he loved. Michael's heart of passion. Justin was connected with his soulmate again, the passion and ecstasy flowing through both men.
Michael couldn't take it any more, he sunk all of Justin's cock deep into his throat, burying his face in his wet pubes.
He began a rhythm of deep throating, back and forth, Justin gasping everytime he sunk down again.
But Michael wanted something more, something he'd longed for all day.
He pulled off, looking up at Justin, staring into his blue eyes.
"Take me there, Justin. Take me to where you are, in that center of our love."
Justin looked deep into Michael's golden eyes, seeing his need.
He flipped Michael onto his back, kissing him deeply as his hardened cock rubbed against his.
The two lovers felt the charge of passion building in both of them, its release inevitable.
Justin lifted Michael legs, his cock rubbing against his balls, searching for Michael's hidden warmth.
Justin licked at Michael's left nipple, Michael almost screaming.
Justin had never seen Michael so charged, so turned on.
Justin went lower, licking a trail down through Michael's hairy chest, Michael's large cock rubbing against Justin's chin.Justin could feel its warmth and pulsing desire.
He bypassed it,taking Michael's balls in his mouth, sucking both large orbs.
Michael was gasping, his hands clawing at the sheets.
Justin popped them out of his mouth, his tongue going lower.
He licked between Michael's cheeks, Michael pulling his legs further apart.
Justin's tongue found his center, sucking on that pulsing entrance, Michael moaning loudly.
"GOd,yes, Timby, lick my hole, oh god."
Michael was thrashing around, his control gone.
Justin picked up the pace, relishing in the taste of Michael's center. His tongue probing deep into the entrance. His own cock was leaking and throbbing, as if all Justin's energy was flowing to that one spot.
He pulled up looking deeply into Michael's hazy eyes, Michael focusing on his blue lust filled eyes.
"Now...please Timby...now... need you...in.."
Justin could see Michael's emotions were lost, he needed Justin like he'd never needed him before.
And Justin felt in his heart he needed him more.
Tears were in his eyes as he entered Michael, his cock sinking deeply into him.
Justin felt an instant connection to Michael. And the love and passion he felt in him sent him to a new place. Both men now heard Justin's music, it filled their mind and souls.
Their rhythm began, slowly, then increasing fever, both men lost in each other's passion.
Michael's lips attached to Justin's neck, sucking his skin, Justin moaning loudly.
This went on for a long time, both men feeling shocks of love rippling through them.
But as always happens, the passion had to release, they had to succumb to it all.
Both men felt the passion flowing out of control, their release near.
Michael felt it first, the control gone, his center exploding with abandonment.
"JUstin, I love you!!!!!!!!" He screamed as wave after wave of fluid flew out of his body, Justin almost exploding at the same moment, deep inside Michael.
Both men held each other as they slowly came back to each other, coming back into the real world.
And Michael was crying, sobbing against Justin. Justin slipped out rolling onto his back, taking Michael into his arms, feeling his happiness and something more.
"What's wrong, Mico?" Justin was concerned, he'd thought he'd hurt him with his frenzied love making.
"It's okay, Jus. You didn't hurt me. I love you so much, Jus. That was the best yet. Your unbelievable in what you do to me."
Justin smiled, his own eyes moist.
"I heard the music, Mico. I heard our own music, just like you said. We were together in our center of love."
"I know Jus, thats what felt new, I wasn't alone. I'm finally not alone anymore. Your here in real life with me, and your in our center of love."
Justin felt the truth in what Michael said, finally Michael was his completely.
"I'm your's completely now."
Justin laughed.
"I was just thinking that."
Michael looked up at him.
"I know."
Justin stared at him.
"Michael, you mean...."
"Yes, Jus. I think we can hear each other's thoughts now. Let's try something.Talk to me in your mind, Jus."
Michael concentrated.
"Can you hear me, Mico?" Justin thought.
"Yes my love." Michael thought back.
"Oh, my god, Mico. I heard that. We can communicate without speaking."
Michael smiled.
"This should get interesting." Michael laughed.
"Michael, that love making, it was unbelieveable. You were so insatiable. I've never seen you so turned on." Justin smiled.
"It was you, babe. I saw you all morning, being there for me, being my rock, and I was overcome with a heated desire to have you please me. I needed you so much. I've never felt such desire. I'm so glad you love me so much, that you want me as much as I want you."
"I do, my Mico. I do so much. I love you."
They kissed tenderly.
"I think we should keep this gift secret, Jus. I think its only for you and me. We can use it to connect with each other when we're apart."
Justin smiled at that thought, the thought of always being able to find Michael.
"That's right, babe. We will always be able to find each other."
Michael smiled at that realization also.
"Yeah, I'll never be alone again."
His tears started again, Justin hugging him tighter. He knew how lonely Michael had been before, how alone he'd been through most of his life.
"I'll always be with my love, that's the greatest gift god could give me." He said, looking into Michael's eyes.
They kissed again, both men lost in each other's love.
"Well, Jus. We should clean up. Lonnie and Paulo should be back soon. Can I ask you something, Jus?"
"Sure Mico." Justin said as they got up heading to the shower.
"What do you think of Paulo?"
Justin stopped, looking at Michael.
"Well, I think he's a nice guy, smart, kind. I see that you and him have connected quickly. You like him a lot, I can tell. That makes me like him too."
Michael smiled.
"I think there's something special about him."
"Why? Have you sensed something. Or seen something?"
Michael looked at him.
"When you all ate the blood cake yesterday. His aura was different."
Justin looked at Michael, concern crossing his face.
"What color was it? It wasn't red, was it? Is he a danger."
Michael kissed him.
"No, Jus. His was golden."
"Golden. What does that mean? You didn't mention another color?"
"I know, Jus. At this moment, I can't tell you what it means. Please trust me on this. It means something good. He's someone special."
"Okay, Michael. I trust you to tell me when your ready. But please, don't go through this alone, I'm here for you."
Michael kissed him again.
"I know love, I know. And now your always with me."
Justin beamed, both men walking into the shower stall.
Lonnie and Paulo arrived back shortly, finding both men relaxing in the living room on the couch. They'd both changed into new clothes.
"Well, their off and heading home." Lonnie said crashing down into a chair.
"Yeah, Lance seemed happy Josh was going with him." Paulo said.
"I'm sorry, Paulo. This must be hard on you." Michael said, Paulo seeing his sincere caring in his eyes.
"It's okay, Mikey. I'm happy he's found his soulmate. Josh and Lance deserve to be happy with each other."
Lonnie looked at both men.
"What's going on here?" He asked, not knowing what had transpired.
"Let's grab a coffee, Lonnie. I'll tell you all about it." Paulo said, getting up and heading for the kitchen.
"I think he is special, Michael." Justin said watching Paulo and Lonnie leave.
Michael thought about that and what the golden light meant.
He smiled, knowing the truth about that.
Once Christmas was over and things were normal again, he'd confront Paulo about that. Yes that was a necessity.
If they were going to be close, the truth had to be in the open.
Michael sat back, snuggling against Justin's chest, hearing his heartbeat against his cheek.
"So, Jus. In a few hours your father will be here. And your brothers. Do you think they'll like me?"
"Yes of course, Mico. I know Stephen will love you. And Jonathan, he's a teenager now, thirteen. He's old enough to understand our relationship."
Michael smiled.
"I'm about to have two younger brothers. That's awesome."
Justin smiled, loving Michael's acceptance of his family, even before he'd met them.
He only hoped his father could accept Michael quickly.
"It's okay Justin, I know your thinking about your father, I can sense it in your feelings."
"You didn't read my thoughts?"
"No, of course not, Jus. Listen. I will never read your thoughts. You have a right to your individual self, I have no right to invade your private thoughts. We are only going to use this gift to communicate to each other. We will still sense our feelings, but now we can communicate our understanding of those feelings better. We will be able to support each other on a better level. Understand?"
Justin hugged him tighter.
"Yes, Mico. I understand. And thank you, thank you for giving me freedom. You don't know what that means to me."
"I will never control you, Justin. You are your own man. I should let you know though that there is no way for you to read my thoughts. My gifts protect me from invasion."
Justin understood what Michael was saying.
"Your cock tastes so good, Michael." Justin thought.
Michael laughed, putting Justin's hand on top of his crotch.
"And yours tastes divine, horndog." He thought.
Justin laughed.
"This is going to be awesome." Justin said.
Michael kissed him, Justin removing his hand from between Michael's legs as Paulo and Lonnie came back into the room.
Justin looked up at them.
Paulo started laughing, Lonnie looking at him weirdly.
"Man, I know what these two did while we were away, just look at Justin's neck."
Michael looked at Justin' throat, bursting out laughing.
All three men started laughing, Justin getting up quickly to look in the mirror.
A large red bruise was on his throat, right where Michael had been sucking his soft skin while Justin made love to him.
Michael walked up beside him, kissing the spot.
"Hey, I'm not ashamed of making love to my man. It's a showing of our love. Deal with it boys."
Justin beamed at Michael's pride in Justin.
"Besides, I always mark my man."
Justin started laughing.
"Oh yeah, wait till I get you alone, I'll mark you good."
Michael kissed him.
Justin frowned suddenly.
"This is going to show for a while. Geez, Michael. My dad will see this."
Michael put his hand of Justin's shoulder.
"It's okay, Jus. Relax. I can fix it."
Paulo looked questioning at Michael. Lonnie saw his disturbed look.
"Watch this, Paulo." Lonnie said looking at Michael.
Michael put his hand on Justin's neck, closing his eyes. A faint blue glow became visible on Justin's neck.
Michael removed his hand and opened his eyes. Everyone saw the faintest glow in those eyes.
Justin looked back into the mirror. The mark was gone completely.
Paulo stood stunned.
"Your a healer, Mikey?" He stuttered.
"Yes, Paulo. I've been able to heal since I was a child. It was the first gift I found."
Paulo shook his head.
"Your amazing, Michael. Simply amazing."
Paulo and Lonnied smiled at the two lovers.
"So, Paulo. What are your plans for the holidays?" Justin asked, still looking at his neck in the mirror.
"Well, I'm not going home. My grandfather said its too late now, I have this new job.I'll probably just stay quiet at Josh's. He's asked me to continue to stay there, so I can look after his house."
"No damn way, Paulo. I'll not have you staying alone over Christmas. Your coming here for Christmas Eve and Christmas day.End of story." Michael said. Justin agreeing with him.
Paulo smiled at him and Justin.
"Thanks guys, that would be nice."
Michael and Justin smiled at him.
"How about you Lonnie?" Michael asked.
"Going to spend it with my family, Michael. As always."
Michael smiled, but Justin picked up on his gloom. He knew how much Michael missed Nana and Zach.
"It's always nice to spend it with family." Michael smiled at Justin.
"I'm spending it with my new family." Michael kissed him.
Justin smiled.
"Okay, guys. I'm heading out. You guys have a great christmas, see you in a few days." Lonnie said, hugging them both.
They both hugged the big man back.
"Paulo is in charge of you two knuckleheads, so listen to him." Lonnie pointed at them.
Michael saluted him.
"Aye, Aye, Afro Sally."
Lonnie laughed loudly.
Lonnie hugged Paulo then Justin walked him to the door.
After Lonnie left the three men sat around talking and laughing.
The time slowly went by, the first thing either knew it was five o'clock.
Justin and Michael got dressed, both men picking out the other's clothes.
Justin had dressed Michael in a black silk shirt, and dark grey dress pants.Michael had put Justin in an off white cotton shirt with a pair of dark navy dress pants.
Both men looked handsome and refined.
Paulo complemented them when they came downstairs.
"Looking sharp guys. Real sharp."
"Let's go Paulo, our reservation is for six thirty at the restaurant." Justin said.
They were meeting Justin's family at the Chi restaurant in the Hyatt Hotel.
Justin was part owner of the restaurant, he usually dined there when he was in town. His parents had arrived earlier today and were staying at his other house. They didn't know yet about Justin's new home, that was a surprise. They would be coming back there after dinner.
Lonnie had picked them up at the airport, his last task before he went home for the holidays.
He'd told them Justin hadn't arrived yet and would meet them at the restaurant later.
Paulo drove Justin and Michael to the restaurant. They walked into the restaurant, being warmly greeted by the maitre de.
"Welcome again, Mr. Timberlake, your family is already here waiting for you in your private dining room. Please follow me with your guest."
Michael smirked at Justin, but picking up on his nervousness.
"Relax baby. I'm right here with you." Michael thought at Justin.
"Thanks, babe. I'm so glad of that." Justin thought back, smiling at him.
Yes,Michael thought, this new way of communication was going to be very handy.
He could give Justin encouragement all evening, without opening his mouth.
Justin looked at Michael, seeing the grin on his face.
"What's so funny, Mico." He thought.
"I'll be here talking to you all night, love. I'll be your courage.I'll have your back."
Justin smiled, his nervousness gone now.
They both walked into the dining room smiling.
They were greeted by a running child, who leaped into Justin's arms.
"Justin, your here. Hurray!!!" the child said, Justin wrapping his arms around the small boy.
"Hi ya, Stevie. How's my bro."
"I'm great, Justin. I'm great."
Michael smiled at the small child.
He looked somewhat like Justin, same good looks. The child would grow into a handsome man.
Justin's other brother walked up to him, hugging his older brother.
"How's the Jon man doing?" Justin said after hugging him, Stephen still attached to his leg.
"Doing great, Justy. And I've got a girlfriend now. She wants your autograph." He blushed.
"That's the bomb, bro." He said, hugging his brother again.
Justin's father and stepmother walked up to him now, both smiling at Michael first.
Jusitn hugged his stepmother Lisa, then hugged his dad.
"How's my boy, been hearing lots of good things about you, son." Randall Timberlake said.
"Doing fantastic, dad. Doing fantastic."
Randall smiled at his son, but kept looking at Michael.
Michael felt his own nervousness setting in.
"Dad, mom, Jon,and Stevie. I'd like you all to meet Michael Tavarro. He's a good friend of mine.If you don't mind I've asked him to join us for dinner." Justin looked nervously at his father.
Randall walked up to Michael extending his hand.
Michael shook it firmly, smiling at the man.
He felt something, something unusual.A picture developed in his mind, but he didn't say anything.
"Nice to meet you, Michael. If Justin holds you as a friend, then that's good enough for me." He smiled at him, Michael smiling back.
"Thank you, Mr. Timberlake."
"Please call me Randall. This is my wife, Lisa." He said, Lisa coming up to him.
She hugged him, Michael feeling her tender feelings.
"It's a pleasure meeting you, Michael. Please call me Lisa."
"Thank you Randall and Lisa. It's a pleasure meeting you both."
Justin smiled at his parents welcoming Michael.
"I'm Justin's brother, Jonathan. This is Stephen." Jonathan said, putting his hand out.
Michael shook his hand as well as Stephen's.
"Nice to meet you both. Justin said he had two great brothers, I can see that now."
Both boys smiled at him.
Michael liked them both right off the bat.
They all sat down at the table, a waiter walking into the room with beverages.
They sat around for a while talking and chatting, Michael relaxing a bit, beginning to know Justin's family.
Michael told them all about himself, about Justin and his meeting, the mall attack, which they knew about, but hadn't connected to Michael.
"Your a courageous man to take on two men like that, Michael." Randall said, sincere in his praise.
"I saw someone in need and I helped. End of story."
Both young boys looked at Michael in awe.
"Are you a super hero?" Stephen asked, staring at Michael with big eyes. Jonathan admonished him, saying that was silly.
"No, Stephen, I'm just a good guy who helped someone in trouble."
Justin smiled at Michael's tenderness with his youngest brother.
Stephen smiled back at him.
Lisa had noticed the two rings that Justin and Michael wore, but didn't say anything. She sensed that there was something more going on here. She sat quietly watching the two, seeing Michael's happiness, and seeing Justin's attention towards Michael.
Yes, she thought she saw deep love between them. Could that be? Could Justin be gay. She'd let this go on, she'd let Justin speak with his heart when he was ready.
Randall hadn't picked up on this yet, but he sensed that Michael meant a lot to Justin. He could see it in the way Justin looked at him. Randall was happy for his son, his son needed someone like Michael in his life. A mature respondsible man.
Michael reminded him of someone, but he couldn't think who.
He shrugged it off, going back to the conversation.
"I'm a writer actually, Lisa. Have a novel out and another in print."
"Wow, thats great. I have such respect for writers, their ability to put into words deep feelings."
Michael smiled at her, liking her very much. He saw that Justin loved her as a second mother.
Randall smiled at him, Michael picking up on his deep thoughts.
Michael knew something, but wasn't about to tell Justin.
He'd only use it if it were necessary.
They enjoyed a good meal, lots of laughter and good conversation.
Michael enjoyed getting to know these people, he felt how much they meant to Justin.
"Your family is terrific, Jus." Michael thought.
"Thanks, Michael, and they seem to really like you. I think I should tell them now." Justin thought back to him.
"No, Jus. Wait till we're home. This is something that shouldn't be done in public, this is a private moment with your family."
"Alright, Mico. I trust your judgement." Justin smiled at him, Lisa seeing it.
If she hadn't thought better, she could of swore she saw Michael's eyes get brighter.
After the meal was done, and Stephen was beginning to get a little hyper, everyone agreed to go back to Justin's house.
"There's something I need to show you on the way, dad." Justin said smiling at Michael.
"Okay, son. Lead the way."
Justin paid for the dinner, everyone leaving.
Paulo pulled up front, everyone getting into the large SUV.
Michael introduced them all to his bodyguard, Randall wondering why a writer needed a bodyguard, but keeping silent.
Lisa had thought the same thing.
They drove out towards Justin's home but headed towards Justin's and Michael's new home.
When they pulled up through the gates Randall asked Michael if this was his home.
"Yes,it is my new home. I just moved in this week."
"It's beautiful, Michael." Lisa said, smiling at him.
"It's the home of my dreams." He smiled.
They all got out walking into the beautiful home. Michael showed them around going room to room. They ended up back in the living room, everyone sitting on the couches.
"Can I go outside and look around, Mommy." Stephen asked.
"Okay, Stevie, but don't wander off. Stay close. Jonathan, you go watch your brother."
He smiled at his mom, going out the doorway with Stephen.
Everyone sat quietly, looking around.
"I'll make coffee,Mikey." Paulo said, getting up to go into the kitchen.
"Thanks, Paulo." Justin said, knowing he was giving them privacy.
Once he'd left Justin looked at Michael.
"It's time, Justin. Time to tell your father." Michael thought to him.
"Alright, Mico. Here goes everything." Justin thought back.
"Dad, I have something I need to tell you."
"Alright, son. I'm listening."
Lisa sensed what was coming. That this was the moment of truth for Justin.
"Dad, I've been looking inside myself for a long time now, and I've realized something about myself. Something that you may not like."
"SOn, whatever is bothering you, talk to me. Michael should leave though, if this is personal." Randall said.
"No, Dad. He's a part of it too."
Randall looked at Michael, seeing him looking back at him. He couldn't get over his golden eyes, they seemed to search into your soul.Randall felt that Michael was measuring him up, deciding if he was worthy of something.
"What's going on, Justin. Is something wrong?"
"Dad, Lisa. I'm gay. I've known for a long time, and I've come to terms with it."
Randall looked at his son, not saying anything. He didn't looked stunned, he just looked totally surprised.
"Justin, this can't be. Your with Cameron, you've been with her for four years. And all the other women. It's not possible."
Randall was trying to debuke it, to make it not seem real.
"It's true, dad. Cameron and I broke up a couple of months ago. I couldn't keep lying to her or to myself anymore. It's who I am dad, it's who I want to be. And there's something else, dad."
"What, Justin, what could be more shocking that this?"
Justin could sense his father getting angry at him.
"It's okay, Justin. Tell him all of it." Michael's thought entering Justin's mind.
"Michael and I are lovers. This is our house, our new home. We're together."
Randall stared at both men.
"I think we should leave, Lisa. I can't deal with all this right now."
Justin's heart sank as his head lowered.
Randall got up to leave, Michael standing up and blocking his path.
"Please, sir. Don't walk out on your son. Don't walk away from his needing you."
"Did you do this to him? Did you seduce my son?"
"No, sir, your son decided this on his own. I didn't have any influence on him. You know your son, do you think anyone could influence him."
Randall looked at Justin, seeing him looking at him with tears in his eyes.
"No, your right there. Justin is strong willed."
Randall sat back down beside Lisa, she putting her hand in his.
"Justin, I'm not going to say I'm okay with this. I know your hoping I would be, but I'm not. I'm scared for you, for what might happen to you."
Michael sat back down beside Justin, taking his hand in his, looking at Randall.
"Is it because of what happened to Damien?"
Randall stared at Michael, total shock now registered on his face.
"How the hell do you know about Damien?"
"I have a gift for sensing peoples hurt, their deep pain."
"Who is Damien, dad?" Justin looking at his father then Michael. Both men were staring at each other.
"Tell him, Randall. Tell him about your friendship with Damien."
Randall lowered his head, Justin thought he saw tears in his father's eyes.
"Damien was a boy I met when I was seventeen, Justin. He was my best friend. He was so loving and happy, so full of life.
We were best friends, went everywhere, did everything together, you couldn't keep up apart.I loved him like a brother. We loved each other so much that he felt he could tell me his deepest secrets. He told me he was gay. I didn't hate him, I loved him. Not that kind of love, but the love of a man for his brother. He wasn't any different, or had changed. He was the same young man I'd always known. We continued to be friends, up until we graduated high school. Then something happened. Damien fell in love with the wrong boy.The boy outed him, made it look like Damien was a molester. Several boys in the neighborhood beat him up, repeatedly. His life became a living hell."
Justin felt for his father's friend, felt for his pain.
"He couldn't take it, Justin. He even stopped talking to me, his best friend. He became quiet and moody, his own parents distant from him. Then one summer night he walked out of his home, never to return."
Michael saw how hard this was on Randall.
He got up sitting down beside him.
"Let it out Randall, let your son know."
Lisa put her hand on Randall's shoulder. He looked into her eyes, then looked at Justin.
"He stood on the railway tracks that night, and threw himself in front of a train. They found him the next morning."
Justin was crying now, feeling for his father's hurt.
He got up, Michael moving to give him room. Justin sat down hugging his father to him.
"Oh, Justin, I loved him so much. He was my friend. why couldn't he talk to me, why did he have to do that? I was there for him, and he turned away."
Justin held his father close, feeling his pain.
"I don't know dad, he just felt alone I guess. He felt everyone was against him. He couldn't take that shame any more."
"I love you son, I love you so much. But I don't want you to feel that kind of hatred, that kind of abuse from other people. If you become openly gay, you could feel that."
"I know, dad, I know. But I have something Damien didn't have. I have Michael beside me, the love of someone who loves me."
Randall smiled at his son, seeing his eyes looking into Michael's.
"You love him that much, son?"
"Yes dad, I love him with all my heart. I'm complete now. Michael and I are soulmates."
Randall looked at Michael in a new light.
"You love my son, Michael?"
"With all my heart and soul." Michael stared at him, Randall seeing his determination, and something more. He saw his love for his son.
Randall hugged his son to him.
"Well then, I'm happy for you, Justin. I'm glad you found Michael. "
Justin beamed at his father.
"I think your something special, Michael. I think there's more to you than meets the eye." Lisa said smiling at him.
Michael smiled back at both of them, he could hear Justin's thoughts in his mind.
"They like you, Mico. And they've accepted us together. You've won their hearts."
"Calm down, Jus. Yes, they have accepted us, I never doubted that."
Lisa looked at the two of them, sensing them feeling each other's thoughts.
Were they that in tune?
She liked Michael, she could sense his ability to ground Justin, to make him a better, more mature man.
"Welcome to the family, Michael." She said, hugging him.
Randall stood up, Justin and Michael standing.
"Welcome, Michael." Randall said hugging him.
"Thanks, Randall. Welcome to our home."
Michael froze suddenly, his face going white.
He turned quickly, running.
Justin and Randall chased after him, concerned.
Michael met a crying Stephen in the hallway, passing him quickly and not stopping.
Randall kneeled down to his son.
"What's wrong, Stevie."
"It's Jonnie, dad. He's in the pool. He's not coming back up. I couldn't reach him."
Justin's heart clenched in his chest.
All three adults ran out of the house heading for the pool.
They reached it just in time to see Michael pulling Jonathan out of the pool.
Michael had dived into the pool, pulling Jonathan up from the bottom.
He climbed out, quickly administering CPR.
He tried and tried to revive him, while Justin knelt down beside him.
Nothing seemed to revive the boy.
Lisa was sobbing, Randall crying openly.
"He's not breathing Justin." Michael said between gasps.
Justin leaned down, trying himself.
He breathed into him, applying CPR himself. He felt for a heart beat or a pulse.
Nothing.
Justin started crying himself, Michael holding him. Justin looked up at his crying parents, and then at his lover.
"No, not my little brother, no, don't let him die, Please." Justin cried in grief.
Justin looked into his eyes, Michael seeing the depth of his grief.
Paulo came running out of the house, carrying Stephen, seeing the heart wrenching sight.
Michael looked down at the motionless young man.
He didn't think twice about what he had to do.
He put his hands gently on his head and his chest, concentrating his powers. He felt all the water in the boy's full lungs, draining them completely. He felt for any injures, finding no others. Then he felt the boy's heart begin to pump again, his lungs filling with air.
Everyone stood still seeing the blue glow around Jonathan and seeing the pain in Michael's face. Michael was fighting from screaming, the pain was massive.
Michael pulled back from him, bending over, throwing up a lot of water.
Jonathan gasped, his chest heaving up.
Lisa screamed, dropping to her knees, pulling her child close to her.
Jonathan opened his eyes, looking up at his father and mother.
"What happened. Why is mom crying." he said.
Randall fell to his knees, sobbing, taking both of them in his arms.
Justin cried, looking at his family together again. Then he looked at Michael, seeing him still on his knees, his eyes looking slowly up at him. Justin could see the pain in them, then he saw Michael gasping, Michael falling forward into Justin's arms, passing out.
