Gay

Note I guess on this one I have to write a disclaimer. Well, here it goes, but I have changed it to my sarcastic preference: If you are offended by gay stuff, why the hell are you at a gay site, if you are under age, join the club, and if you feel like saying this is your work, I couldn't care less. Also, if you feel like emailing me, my name is Bryan, my dad's name is Robert.

This story is entirely fictional and not intended to imply anything about the true sexuality of Justin Timberlake or any member of 'N Sync.

Well, here it goes, read at your own risk.

~Chapter Two~

Jake drove his jeep up to the house. He would be spending the next two weeks at his mom's friend's place, along with the friend's nephew or something to that effect. He hopped out and took his bag into the house. The guy should have been there since yesterday, so he figured the guy would be in the house lounging. Jake opened the front door and yelled hello. Not a single thing moved. Jake thought that a little strange, maybe the guy was swimming, he hadn't seen him in the garden.

Jake headed up the stairs and turned at the first guestroom, the one he normally stayed at. He looked in and saw a pair of jeans and a t-shirt on the bed. Well, he thought, looks like he claimed this room. So Jake headed for the second guestroom. It was slightly smaller, but the bed was bigger and the dresser was nicer. He laid his bag on the blue bed and decided to find the guy he would be spending the weeks with.

Jake checked all the rooms in the house to be sure that the guy wasn't asleep. He looked in the garden, and yet no sign of the guy. Jake thought that he must be swimming, or he left to go somewhere. As Jake approached the pond, he heard something splashing. Happy that he had found the guy, Jake quickened his pace. Jake broke through the barrier and saw the source of the splashing. It was someone flailing their arms in need. Just as Jake got closer, the flailing slowed and eventually stopped. "SHIT!" he screamed, jumped out of his shoes and dove into the water. Why is it that when I finally find the guy, he is drowning? Jake thought to himself. He hit the water gracefully and began swimming to the guy. Jake thoughts the guy had looked at him, that look at him made Jake move all the more faster. Seconds later, Jake was trying to get the guy up. It seemed that the guy's foot was caught in some waterweeds and that they had a tight hold on him. Jake pulled himself down and looked at the weeds. It was a kind of freshwater seaweed that was really strong. Jake felt the blood pounding in his ears and his lungs aching from holding his last breath. Try as he might, Jake could not rip the weed off of the guy's ankle. Jake fished around the bottom trying to find something sharp. There! A little rock that had one sharp edge. With every bit of energy that he ever had, Jake slashed at the weed again and again with such vigor the weed gave way after two cuts. Grabbing the guy, Jake launched them to the surface. He broke the surface with a huge breath and began pulling the guy to shore. Jake laid the guy down with such reverence that it seemed weird even to Jake. Jake listened for a breath, none. Jake felt for a pulse, a faint one. "Come on, man, don't die on me!" Jake repeated over and over. Jake thought back to when he had learned CPR. He carefully plugged the nose, tilted the head back and took a breath. With calm resolution, he pushed as much air as he could into the guy's lungs. They rose slightly and began to deflate as soon as he took his lips off.

Tears strolled down Jakes face as he again and again breathed into the guy's soft, cool lips. Jake checked the pulse again and it was almost gone. Jake decided he had to do actual CPR now and positioned himself over the guy's chest. Wow, Jake thought, this guy is built and smooth. God dam it, Jake this is not the time to go all homo! This guy could DIE if you don't act cool and save him! One and two and three and four. Jake's mind took on a calm state and just concentrated on making this guy breathe. Jake lowered to give the guy another breath, just as he put his lips to the guy's, his eyes shot open. Thanking God, Jake moved the guy on his side and patted his back, hoping to expel some of the water. After about a gallon of water was coughed up, Jake laid the guy down again. Jake looked into the guy's eyes and was amazed by the blue he saw. They were a blue to match the guy's UNC shorts and they pierced his sole within seconds. At that moment, Jake knew he had fallen for this nameless guy.

Slowly, the guy's eyes started closing. "SHIT!" Jake yelled and checked the guy's pulse. It was OK and the guy's breathing was normal, if a bit sedated. Jake breathed a sigh of relief as the guy slipped into a deep sleep. Jake carried the guy into the house and laid him on the bed. He looked around and found some extra pillows to prop the guy up with. Next, he carried a chair up for himself and put it down right next to the sleeping man. Jake pulled out a book and decided to read while the guy slept. It was an interesting book titled, Soul of the Fire. It had been his favorite book since he was fifteen and he had read it hundreds of times. After a while, the guy began to stir. Jake thought back to his very limited medical training and could come up with anything that would help. Suddenly he thought, music calms the fiercest beast, so if he played something maybe he would calm down. His mind flashed, had I brought my flute? He dashed to his bag and literally tore it open. There laying on top was an old, wooden flute that you had to cover the holes yourself. It had been given to Jake by his grandfather when he had gotten the roll of Pan in his schools production of A Mid-Summer's Night Dream. He ran back to the other room and sat down again. The guy was still moving uneasily and had started moaning.

Jake started playing the main song that he had had to play in the play. It was an upbeat song that stirred thoughts of woods and the like. Slowly, the guy started calming down. Jake ended up playing the song again and again until the guy was peaceful asleep again. Satisfied that the guy was stable, Jake headed for the bathroom to get something to drink. Jake thought though the guy had just about drowned, he would need fluids in him to prevent dehydration. With a glass of water, Jake headed for the guestroom to check on his charge. He set the water on the nightstand and looked about. It looked like the guy had just gotten there and had decided to take a swim first thing. Then realizing that he had just set the guy in his wet UNC shorts on his bed, he looked down to see the dark circle emanating from the shorts. Dam, he thought, I will have to wash those sheets! Though Jake was not prone to complain, he HATED washing sheets. Clothes are fine, but he just can't stand washing sheets. He looked down at himself and found he was soaked to the bone. His black jeans had been thoroughly drenched from his swim, and his Notre Dame lacrosse t-shirt had turned from a white to a gray. Looking at his feet, he realized he had forgotten his Nikes by the pond. He turned around and headed for his room to change, then he saw the footprints. There was a trail of footprints in water leading from the bathroom into this room, back, and another set leading down the hall. Annoyed, he went to his room, changed into a pair of khaki cargo shorts and a plain white t-shirt that was a little bit tight, but Jake liked how it showed of his pecs and six pack. And, he figured, if this guy is gay, like I hope he is, he might be attracted. Newly changed, Jake set about erasing his footprints, towel in hand, he headed for the door he had came in through. At the door, he threw the towel down, stepped on it, and began walking in the trail, dragging the towel with him. He walked up the wooden stairs, into the bathroom, did a quick swirl, and walked into the guy's room.

The guy was stirring again so Jake sat down again and began playing the same song. Slowly, the guy's eyes opened. Jake stared in wonder, he realized that the guy might be sore, so he grabbed a pillow to put behind his back, so they could look at each other. The guy started to lean up when he mumble something about asking what had hit him. The guy raised his hand to his head and winced in pain, Jake found that this caused his heart to quicken, what if he was in real pain? Scared, Jake took the hand in hopes of comforting the guy. Jake helped him up enough for the pillow to slid between the guy and the headboard. Next he reached for the glass with the water and put it to the guy's lips. Lips that Jake had felt on his not long ago. Returning to the present, Jake noticed the guy had taken a sip when he said, "Haven't I had enough water already?" Jake found this ungodly cute and just wanted to hug the guy. Deciding that might not be the best thing if the guy was straight, he just have a light chuckle. The guy turned to face Jake and with eyes the color of a crystalline lake, he locked eyes with Jake. Jake could feel himself melting into those eyes when he felt a tear roll down his cheek. The guy took this to heart and swept it away with a finger saying, "Thanks man, you saved my life today. My name is Justin, might yours be Jake?" Jake just nodded a yes and involuntarily squeezed the guy's hand he still held. Realizing he still had hold of the hand, he released it. Jake thought Justin's eyes had dropped when he did that. But no way Justin was not interested in him, was he? Jake thought. "So," Jake began, "I bet you would like to get out of those shorts." When Jake heard what he had said, he blushed deep purple. Justin seemed to think it amusing and just smiled. Jake thought this heart warming and eventually turned back to his normal color. Though his color was back to normal, Jake couldn't look Justin in the eyes. Justin thought this so cute and just put his hand on Jake's. Just touching Justin made Jake feel better. After a minute or so of complete silence, Jake gained his wits back and left Justin to change. As he walked out, he heard a sigh from Justin, could it be that he liked me? No way, he is too hot to be gay. Jake let out a sigh himself and walked to his room through the bathroom. A few minutes later after hearing some rustling, Justin knocked on Jake's hall door. Jake said come in and Justin entered. He now wore a pair of cargo shorts and UNC shirt. Jake made a mental note that Justin REALLY liked UNC. After a second of staring at each other, Justin started, "Jake, I would like to thank you again for saving my sorry ass. If you hadn't been there, I would have died. Just thanks again." Justin began to get teary eyed and Jake rushed to give him a shoulder to cry on. Thought Jake knew Justin was a year older, they stood eye to eye, Jake was 6' 1" and figured Justin to be the same. Jake just stood then with one arm around Justin holding him and a hand on the back of Justin's neck, slowly messaging it. After a while, Jake got worried that his, "Shh, it will be all right, you are safe now." would not be enough, for Justin was crying just as hard as he had when he started, though for different reasons. Justin had started talking about how everything wrong was happening to him when Jake thought, you don't have a straight guy, who you are madly in love with, pouring out his heart on your shoulder and all you want to do is kiss him and make everything better. Giving up on his "shh"ing, Jake started to hum a tune he had learned as a little kid from his grandmother. As he hummed, Justin seemed to get better, so Jake decided to try singing it. Now Jake had no illusions of grandeur and thought he was anything close to good, but he could do this one song decent. He found the pitch and began, cracked, and tried again: "Once long ago, in a land forgotten by time.there lived a couple that loved to rhyme.one was a man that was plump and fat.one was a woman with feather and hat.now they're old cat was dastardly rat.his life was devoted to taking a lovely nap (I just made that up in 30 seconds so no comments)." Finished with all the song he knew, he went back to humming and rubbing Justin's back. A few minutes later, Justin did stop crying and just stayed in the position Jake had him. Jake had not heard most of what Justin had been crying about, but it seemed to be centering around something like agents and contracts and a stressful lifestyle. Jake was perturbed that he did not know what caused Justin so much pain, and him when he saw Justin crying. Jake held him up and asked, "What is causing you so much pain? Can I help? Just tell me, please?" Jake added the last bit like he was a child asking for candy. Justin looked into Jake's emerald eyes and began. "Don't you know who I am?" "Yeah, you're Justin Timber.Timberlane?" Justin just smiled and said, "Timberlake. Haven't you ever heard of *NSYNC?" Looking at Jakes expression was all Justin needed, "I am part of the band, you have heard of them right? Anyway, it is just that life on the road is so stressful. I am all alone in this world too.the guys are there for me as friends but I need someone to.to.to love!" Jake just looked at Justin with this flabbergasted look, "Say wha.?" Worried Justin responded, "You know, someone to love!" Jake felt his heart hit the floor. Justin was straight and looking for a woman. FUCK FUCK AND FUCK! Jake lost eye contact with Justin and just could not bring himself to even raise an arm. Justin thought, what the fuck have I done! He was interested in me! But.if anyone found out.people would be after Jake and I like bull's eyes. Dam those homophobic assholes and their shit opinions! Jake was thinking, how could I even think I could be with him? He is some star that lives all over and has millions of adoring fans.female fans. Jake made a solemn promise to himself that he would try to help Justin over the next couple of days.even if it killed him. Justin had enough to worry about, he did not need the love of some gay guy he barely knows. Jake looked up at Justin's face and thought, I love you.but you can never know how much. Justin saw the pain in Jake's eyes and thought, you ass! What the fuck is wrong with you?! You just broke the heart of the guy you are in love with! But, reason returned, it is for his safety.God knows what New Englanders will think of a gay guy! Both looked at each other with such pain in their eyes that is hurt the other. After a second, they both shed a single, cold, sad, heart-broken tear. After that, Justin got up and left for his room. Jake paced about his. Thinking about Justin just made his heart hurt more, so Jake set about doing something. Unpacking was what came to mind first. Though he had been there before, he had never stayed in this room before, so he hoped the old, cherry dresser with the huge mirror would hold all the clothes he brought. With some shoving, it did. Jake was thinking of what to do next when he heard a loud rumbling. Turning around he saw Justin in the bathroom looking at Jake. "Sorry, guess I am a little hungry!" Justin started with a drop dead gorgeous smile. "You wait in your room, I'll make diner tonight. But only if you clean up the dishes!" Jake returned with a sly smile. Justin nodded his agreement. Jake thought, guess almost drowning doesn't do anything to your appetite. Once down in the kitchen, Jake looked around. Finding what he needed, he decided to make a homemade pizza. He made up the dough in a couple of minutes, then he thought, what does Justin like as toppings? Not knowing, Jake ran to the foot of the stairs and called, "Justin, what do you like on your pizza?" "Anything fresh! You making the pizza?" Justin answered. "Yeah! Fresh stuff, that include veggies?" "Sure!" "Thanx, we eat in about an hour!" Jake got a grunt as a response and went back to the kitchen. He found some veggies in the frig and chopped them up. Setting the timer for forty-five minutes, Jake headed back to the counter to look at the evening news. The stock market was down, that was about the high point of the news. Jake had started to nod off when the timer started buzzing. Snapping back to reality, Jake turned the oven off and pulled the pizza out. He set it on a hot pad and took out a knife to cut it. After he had cut it into eighths, Jake went to the foot of the stairs and called for Justin. Justin grunted something about coming in a second, so Jake did not push further. Jake took the pizza and put two pieces on each plate. He set the plates on the counter and pulled up two stools, side by side. Justin came down a few seconds later and stood amazed at the plates when he said, "Wow, you know how to cook!" Jake blushed and mumbled a thank you. He then pushed Justin in to his seat and set the plate in front of him. Justin dove into the food like he hadn't eaten in years. Before Jake had eaten half of his first piece, Justin was starting on his third. Jake just giggled at how hungry Justin was. Justin spared a moment to look up and said, "What? You never seen I guy eat?" "I have, but never that quickly!" Jake responded with a punch to Justin's arm. "Yeah," Justin began, "Wait till you see me eat breakfast!" With that Justin returned the punch and began eating with renewed vigor. Jake just laughed some more and then returned to eating his share. The entire pizza was finished, Justin having five pieces and Jake having three. They sat around a bit, too full to talk when Justin said, "Well, guess I have to earn my keep. 'Pose I need to rinse these before I put them in to the washer?" "Hmm.when I stay here, I never do so I guess you don't have to either." "Won't the dishes still be dirty when we take them out then?" "Let's just say that your aunt bought a feature to allow that. She planned on having lazy people doing dishes! People like you!" "Hey, I am not lazy! You are the one that is lazy! You spend more time here!" Justin responded with a punch to Jake's shoulder. Jake smiled with this and grabbed Justin by the waist. Jake dragged him into the living room and threw him on the black leather couch. He then turned him over and laid him on his stomach. While Justin yelled to be released, Jake told him to say uncle or he would never get up. Justin finally gave in and said, "Uncle," but it was so quiet that Jake made him say it again. Once free, Justin asked, "Hey, I am older than you and a little bigger, why did you beat me?" "Easy," came his response from Jake, "I am the division 1 class 1 champion!" Jake smiled ruthlessly and ran a head through Justin's hair thinking, I want you, I want you so, so bad! That hair of yours is so amazingly soft! Jake realized he was staring at Justin and looked away. Justin noticed this and was a little hurt. Jake looked at his watch and saw that it was ten thirty. He winked at Justin and said, "Well, since I don't have anything to do, I am going to bed. Have fun with the dishes!" With that, Jake was off like a rocket to his room. As he ran by, Justin mumbled something about getting him back. Safely in his room, Jake looked about and changed for bed. He slipped off his pants, shirt and boxers and put on a pair of black Ck's. He drew back the covers and laid down. With a grunt he settled in bed and got comfortable. He awoke in the middle of the night to hear Justin crying. Worried that Justin was hurt, Jake practically ran to Justin's room, ignoring that he only had on a pair of boxers. Jake went through the bathroom adjoining their rooms and stood still. Justin lay curled up in a little ball on his bed crying like there was no tomorrow. Jake sprinted to the bed and began to massage Justin's neck saying, "Come on, it can't be that bad, just tell me. It will make you feel better." "(sniff) Why are you so nice (sniff) to me (sniff)?" "Because.because.because, Justin.I don't know." Justin just looked at Jake in wide-eyed amazement. "You (sniff).you.what? You don't like me?" "Nothing, forget I ever said it!" "That's it isn't it!" Jake ran out of the room, through the bathroom and locked the door. He sat on the bed and said, "What is wrong with me! Why couldn't I tell Justin I like him? He must think I hate him. Damn!" Meanwhile, Justin sat on the edge of his bed, all trace of tears gone. He doesn't like me.he really doesn't like me?.Justin decided to go to Jake's room and try to comfort him. Justin went to the bathroom door, locked. He grunted then went to the hallway door. Locked! Frustrated Justin called, "Jake, let me in! Like you said it will be better if you tell someone! Please?" "Go away.you gotta hate me after what I said!" Was all that Justin received in response. "I do NOT! Please listen to me!" Justin pleaded uselessly. Justin got hopeful when he heard some rustling, but nothing came of it. He spent that night right outside of Jake's door, hoping for dear life that Jake would come out and talk to him. Jake awoke in the morning hoping that what he thought that happened had been a dream. He smelled something in the air. Could it be.breakfast! Jake had always loved waking up and having a hot breakfast. He opened the door and didn't see anyone. Though, there were signs that someone had slept there. Did Justin sleep outside my door waiting for me? Gnaw, he doesn't care about me that much. Does he.? Down the stairs he went and found that the table had all the fixings of a true, New England breakfast, scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, biscuits, and OJ. Jake looked for Justin, he was nowhere to be seen. Jake sat down and began to wonder where Justin was when he walked into the kitchen with a bottle of maple syrup. Justin flashed the smile that mad Jake just melt and acted like Jake had never confided his love for Justin to him. "Morning sunshine, how are you?" Asked Justin in a cheery voice. "Fine. I need to talk to you about last night. I hope you are not offended by what I said. I know you will want me to leave, and I will, all you need to do is say so." Jake began with teary eyes. Justin calmly walked over and laid a land on Jake's shoulder. "It's okay, really. I don't want you to leave." Justin himself began to get teary eyed. "You've been nothing but kind to me this entire time, thanks." "It's nothing, really." Jake said a little bashful. Justin just laid a hand on Jake's shoulder and said, "It is something Jake, it was about the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me." "No way! Either you have the meanest parents, or you live in a bubble!" "I do not, for your information, live in a bubble. And, I have the nicest parents in the world! It is just that I have never drowned and given one of them a chance to save me!" "Well, I advise you not to, I would hate to find out your mom or dad did not know how to do CPR!" Jake joked with a light punch to Justin's arm. All remains of the earlier discussion gone.

Justin gave Jake an evil smile and said, "I have you know, I will get you back for that. Ten fold!"

Jake smiled in return and he motioned to the food. Justin giggled and said, "Hungry? Well, I guess I could let you eat, but not much, okay? AND you are going to do the dishes!"

**Well there you have it. I know that probably no one is going to read this but this is a large step for me. If you are wondering why the first part did not have little parts like this or the one up top, it is because I had enough trouble trying not to get caught. Thankfully, my parents are out somewhere driving. Cya~Bry
