**** I'm SOOOOOOOOOOO SORRY!!!!!! Okay I know this is like twelve thousand years late and don't worry I plan on writing forever! But I'm really sorry. You see I was overcome with classes and this BIG presentation with $12,500 riding on it. And we got the funding so it wasn't all in vain. But sorry! I don't even remember the last time I updated. Okay so a few promises that I must make. I promise I'll try to have the next chapter out sooner. But don't count on it seeing I'm in charge of homecoming at our school. Which is way too much work. To Sarah I promise the next chapter will have more of you and have sex with the two guys. Another promise to everyone is that in the next chapter I'll have a little thing saying. "when last we left Josh and Just." Just so you guys don't have to go back and read the previous one. Another promise is that I would have Eric be Prince William's boyfriend. So that promise is complete. I could go on and on. I have to thank some people. Thanks to Sarah, and Holly, and Jay, and Cy, Kevin, and a whole bu8nch of others who have been bugging me to get the chapter out. Oh and I have to praise Jay for what he has done. He just did the hardest thing he'll ever have to do in his life and I want to congratulate him on that. So GOOD JOB!!! Anyways. Thanks a bunchers. On with the story.
OH!! Read "in sync with josh and just" just cause it's a great story and it's written by a totally cool and cute guy! Hehe. Anyways. Tell you more about it later. It's a GREAT story! Well on with the chapter!!!
Josh and Just 37
"No. Justin is at his Mom's house. I'm just finishing up some papers. And then I'm heading over there in a bit." JC said into the phone as he looked down at the small stack of papers on his desk. He reclined back in his chair and looked at his desk. His eyes shirted to the side of the desk where a pictured of him and Justin sat. In the picture JC squinted towards the camera as they stood with hands linked together.
"What's Justin doing?" The voice on the other line asked. JC looked back at his papers and sighed.
"Well Justin is going up somewhere for a movie. So I think it's just contracts and stuff. But he's been connected with the production company all day. So we'll see. How's Mom and Dad?" JC asked.
"Eh they're fine." Tyler replied.
"How's the college life? Who's your roommate?" JC asked.
"Well college is okay I guess, and my roommate is pretty cool. He's this surfer guy, but he is also a pre-med major. You should meet him." Tyler replied.
"That's cool. Well hey Tyler I think I'm going to finish up this stuff and head over to Lynn's house. I'll talk to you more when I have a chance okay?" JC asked.
"Yeah sure. Say `Hi' to Justin and the guys for me." Tyler replied.
"Sure thing. Bye." JC said before hanging up. JC looked down at his desk and picked up his pen. He let out another loud sigh before lifting his pen to the papers. He worked furiously for another twenty minutes before finally putting down his pen.
"You are not more important that my Justin." JC said pointing to the papers scattered all over his desk. He stood from behind the desk and picked up his keys as he walked out of the room. He quickly let out a whistle as he walked to the coffee table in the living room.
"Leo! Ozzie! Come on we're heading out for a bit." JC said before releasing another whistle. He picked up the leashes from the coffee table and walked toward the foyer where he heard the clatter of the dogs running toward him. He gave each one a kiss on the muzzle before attaching the leashes. He opened the door and scooted the dogs out of the door. He locked the door quickly and headed toward his jeep.
As JC walked up to the Harliss household he adjusted the sunglasses that sat on his nose. He loosened his grip on the dogs leash and walked to the front door. he pulled out his keys and held them in his hand as his other hand reached for the door knob. He turned it finding it unlocked.
"Hello? Anyone home?" JC asked as he walked in with the dogs and closed the door behind him. He let the dogs go and took off their leashes leaving them to wander around the house. JC took off his sunglasses and placed the leashes on the side table near the door. He hopped down the single step into the living room finding no one. He poked his head into the kitchen to see if Justin was there. He saw Laura dancing to the music coming from the countertop radio as she prepared herself a snack. He smiled at his soon to be sister-in-law.
"Hey Laura." JC said with a smile. Laura spun around and looked to see who it was and smiled when she saw JC.
"Hey Josh." Laura said waking over to him and giving him a kiss on the cheek.
"What are you doing?" JC asked.
"Eating. I have a competition in like two hours so we have to get prepared." Laura said as she pulled her hair back into a ponytail.
"Crew team?" JC asked. Laura gave him a nod before going back to making her snack.
"Where's Just?" JC asked.
"In the den." Laura said as she walked back to the fridge to get something. With that said JC walked out of the kitchen and back into the foyer where he walked down the small hallway until he found the den. He opened the door and poked his head inside and saw his love. Justin sat at the desk biting the end of a pen as he read through a pile of papers. Justin looked up from the papers and to the computer screen. He read what was on the screen and then looked back toward the papers. He picked up the papers and stood from the desk. He started to pace in front of his desk as he read. He started to bounce his head back an forth as if he was bored with what he was reading and as if he was saying `Blah, Blah, Blah.' Justin took the pen out of his mouth and circled something on the paper and then went back to the computer and typed something.
"Hey Beautiful." JC said. Justin looked toward the door to see JC and then smiled as he looked back at the screen.
"Hey!" Justin said as he continued to do his work while speaking to JC. JC walked into the room and walked to the desk. He walked up behind Justin's chair and looked over his shoulder at the screen. JC picked up some of the papers and casually looked through him.
"You look busy." JC said as he ran his fingers through Justin's curs. He smiled at the sight of Justin's curls being shorter than before. `He had obviously gotten a haircut,' JC thought.
"You like it" Justin asked as he continued to do work, not really looking for JC's response.
"Yeah it's cute, I like it better than I did the jungle you had before." JC said as he leaned down and kissed the top of Justin's head.
"Thanks." Justin said as he began to read something once again.
"Have you been at this all morning?" JC asked as he let his hands slip to Justin's shoulder, where he started to knead the tense flesh.
"Yup. I got into a huge argument with this person on the movie set. There making us actors live together. We have to share an apartment. How crazy is that?" Justin asked.
"Aw babe it's only for three weeks. Don't worry." JC responded.
"Yeah three weeks I can't call you and talk to you freely because they'll be people in the house listening." Justin replied.
"Justin! Are you ready to go?" Laura asked as she poked her head into the room.
"Oh Laura! Man! I forgot. Okay uhmm. . ." Justin stumbled as he tried to figure things out.
"Just, Sweetheart, why don't I take Laura to her competition and you can finish up here and meet us there. Your Mom is going to be there too, right?" JC asked.
"Yeah she'll be there. She was going to meet us straight there." Justin said.
"Okay so finish up and meet us there. I'll take the dogs with me too. Anything else I should take?" JC asked.
"Uhm Yeah, bananas cause they'll help get rid of lactic acid, this way Laura can race more. And take the picnic blanket from the closet and whatever food you want. The competition is like an all day thing." Justin said looking up to JC. JC played with the keys which were in his hand, jingling them while he made a list of things.
"Anything else?" JC asked.
"Oh and take the cooler and just load it up with some of the drinks in the fridge. Be sure to take some water." Justin added.
"Okay so we'll see you in a little bit?" JC asked.
"Yeah." Justin responded. JC leaned down at the same time Justin leaned up in order to give each other a small goodbye kiss.
"Bye." JC whispered as he pulled back.
"Bye." Justin said as he went back to work.
"Come on Laura! You have a boat to row." JC said.
JC stepped out of his car and looked at the sight in front of him. In front of his eyes stood a lake where he frequently visited with the rest of the guys and Justin. The long lawn of grass that traveled along the edge had now been turned into a resting ground for all the crew members. Little school canopies were set up with parents sitting on blankets eager to watch their child's race. JC cast a look at Laura who was pulling her hair into a pony tail again. She scanned the lakeside for her school's area. JC opened the back seat of his jeep and pulled out a the quilt, picnic basket and a hat. He slipped on the hat, resting the items on the hood of his car. He quickly threw on his sunglasses and picked up the blanket and basket.
"There they are Josh!" Laura said pointing in front of them to her school area.
"Laura! Josh!" Both turned around to see Lynn pull up in her car in the parking space.
"Am I late?" Lynn asked as she turned off her car and got out.
"Nope, we just got here." JC replied. Laura went over to her mom's side and gave her a hug.
"I'm going to go get ready for the race why don't you guys just hang out with the rest of the families right there." Laura said pointing to the parents sitting near the student's area.
"Okay we will. Josh let me take those, could you get Jonathan out of the back seat?" Lynn asked as she took the items from JC. JC gladly took out the kid and held him in his arms.
"Hi JCEEE!" Jonathan said as he got out of the car.
"Hi Jonny!" JC replied back.
"So Josh pick a spot to place out stuff down, I'm stumped." Lynn said looking around.
"How about right here. It's kind of out of the way but still close to Laura's school." JC pointed out.
"Okay sounds good." Lynn said as she placed down the stuff and spread the quilt. She put the basket on top before sitting down. JC placed Jonathan down and looked at the lake. He could see two boats with eight girls each, rowing for practice. He watched as two teams of boys pulled they're boats to the dock. JC heard a bunch of girls coming from behind.
"Hey Lina! You know that school? Well I heard that the sister of Justin Timberlake goes there. I think that's her right there." A girl whispered to another. JC smiled as he turned around and looked to where they were pointing. They pointed straight at Laura who was on the floor stretching her back.
"I think she's so lucky to be related to Justin. She gets to be close to all the guys. You know I heard that she's like the best solo rower in the county." Another girl responded.
"Do you think that Justin is here?" A girl asked. JC's face turned into a worried look as he heard that. `Don't cause any attention to yourself JC!' JC thought to himself.
"JCEEE! I forgot Teddy in the car! Can I go get it?" Jonathan asked as he tugged at JC's pant leg. JC closed his eyes. He glanced over his shoulder quickly and saw that the girls were looking over at him.
"Yeah sure Jonny! Come on." JC said hefting Jonathan into his arms. He turned around and started walking toward the car. He gave the girls a small smile as he passed them by and walked directly to his car. He peeked inside and didn't find the bear. He turned and looked in Lynn's car and saw the bear in the back seat. JC looked at all the doors and the driver's was unlocked. JC shook his head as he walked around the car and opened it up. He got the bear and handed it to Jonathan. JC closed the car and made sure he locked it. He headed back over to the area once again passing the girls.
"Excuse me ladies." JC said as he passed by. He heard the girls start to squeal which made him burst into a smile.
"Thank you JCEEE!" Jonathan said hugging his bear.
"No prob Bob." JC replied before placing a kiss on his forehead.
"Ewww." Jonathan exclaimed as he wiped the kiss off. JC looked into his arms at the kid and laughed.
"Josh? Where's Justin? He said he'd be here." Laura said as she ran over to JC who was standing watching Laura and her team prepare.
"Don't worry Laura, he'll be here. He's just been really busy lately." JC said wrapping and arm around her shoulder. Laura look up at JC with doubt.
"Don't worry he'll be here. I paged him so many times he's either so sick of his beeper or he's on his way." JC smiled.
"Thanks Josh!" Laura said as she ran over to her team once again. Laura picked up her gloves from her bag and placed them in her mouth while she pulled her hair back once again into a ponytail. She wrapped it with a rubber band and slipped on her gloves. One of her team mates stepped behind her and tilted her hair back in order to wrap a red and gold ribbon in her hair. Laura shook her arms in preparation. She let out a couple of deep breathes and cracked her neck softly. She got into a huddle with her team. JC watched as the group of teenage girls did a little pre-match ceremony before breaking with a cheer.
"Titans what time is it?" Laura called out. As she led her team to the boat.
"It's time to race! It's time to win!" They chanted back.
"What time is it?" Laura asked again.
"Race time!" They shouted back. Laura sat in the strokes seat on the boat and took a hold of her paddle. She waited until the rest of her team got in and then called again.
"Push off!" Laura called. The team pushed themselves away from the dock and floated out.
"Rowers ready?" Laura called. Instantaneously, the girls pulled their paddles in uniform position and prepared to move.
"1, 2, 1, 2. . ." Laura started counting, giving the girls a rhythm to row by. Laura's team moved to the starting point of the race and relaxed. She glanced over to JC who standing and yelling for her. She cast him a worried glance. JC looked at his watch and then back at Laura. The sound of a door closing drew JC's attention to snap behind him. he looked behind him and saw Justin racing from his car to where JC's was standing.
"Hey!" JC said as he gave Justin a hug.
"Hey did I miss anything?" Justin asked as he opened the lens cap on his camera.
"Nope she's right there. Second lane." JC replied, while pointing.
"Justin!" Jonathan said as he hopped out of Lynn's arms and ran to Justin. He hugged Justin's legs and smiled upwards.
"Hey Jonny. Ready to see Laura race?" Justin asked. Jonathan nodded. JC scooped him up and held him so he could see.
"When do they start?" Justin asked. With that said the sound of a gun shot firing skyward sounded causing the row boats to swiftly move over the surface.
"Go Laura!!!" Justin yelled as he raced toward the docks where the girls were pulling up after there race. JC ran behind him carrying Jonathan in his arms. Lynn raced after the two. Laura's boat pulled up to the dock and the team slowly got out. Laura stepped off the boat and turned around to see Justin standing there.
"Justin! You made it!" Laura said as she hugged him.
"Of Course I made it!" Justin replied.
"Thanks Josh." Laura said as she gave him a hug.
"No problem. But I want a favor in return. I wanna see you at the state championship this year." JC responded.
"Okay I'll try." Laura replied with a smile.
"Good job girls." Justin said congratulating the other girls.
"Thanks." Was the unanimous response.
"How many races do you guys have today?" JC asked.
"Three." Laura said taking a giant swig of her water.
"Let's get you girls back and rested for your next race." JC said.
Justin pulled into the driveway next to JC who had just gotten out of his jeep. Justin stepped out of his car and cast JC a glance. JC opened the backseat and allowed the dogs to jump out. The two dogs hopped onto the concrete and ran around a bit.
"What do you want to do tonight?" Justin asked as he took off his sunglasses so he could see JC better.
"I think the guys wanted us to go to a club. You up for it?" JC asked as he walked behind Justin toward the front door. Justin opened the front door and stepped in.
"Yeah, we haven't gone to a club in along time. It would be fun." Justin shrugged.
"Are you sure? Cause once I tell you the next part you'll get mad and not want to go." JC replied.
"What?" Justin asked with a straight face.
"Well. . . uhm. . .Stacey kind of is coming." JC said looking toward Justin for approval. Justin instantly scowled when he heard Stacey's name and turned toward the kitchen. He started to walk off out of the foyer.
"Justin! Justin come on! You're being unreasonable." JC responded, chasing after Justin.
"Josh! How am I being unreasonable. I think I have a perfect reason for not wanting Stacey to tag along." Justin replied as he opened the fridge.
"Which is?" JC asked, watching Justin get a coke from the fridge.
"That I don't want to see some bitch trying to convert my fiancé back into straighthood." Justin said as he popped open the can and took a sip. He held the can out to JC who gladly took it and took a swig.
"She won't convert me. I promise you that. I am utterly and completely yours. And nothing can change that, besides maybe Blain Wilson or something." JC said. Justin quickly smacked him in the arm causing JC to burst into laughter.
"I was just joking!" JC replied.
"Do you see me laughing? Do I look amused?" Justin retorted keeping his facial expression flat.
"Come on Justin, Seriously now. Why do you think Stacey is so bad?" JC asked.
"Don't make me list them off Josh and you know I could." Justin said as he heard the phone ring. He walked to the cordless and picked it up.
"Justin she's not that bad!" JC replied as Justin answered the phone.
"Hello?" Justin asked.
"Hello?" A distinctive voice came through the phone.
"William?" Justin asked.
"Yeah, Justin is that you?" William asked with his thick British accent.
"Yeah it's me. So what's up? How are you?" Justin asked.
"Uhm. . . Nothing is. . . up. . . And I'm doing quite well as a matter of fact." William replied.
"Really? You sound like you are smiling uncontrollably. What time is it there for you?" Justin asked.
"Well I am smiling uncontrollably. And it's pretty early in the morning here. Everyone is still sleeping. I've been trying to get a hold of you." William responded.
"Oh I'm sorry I had my cell phone turned off all morning and we weren't home." Justin explained. Justin kept his eyes on JC as he moved. JC took another sip from Justin's coke before leaning in and placing a kiss on Justin's cheek. JC walked to the kitchen counter and began to look through the mail.
"Well I'm glad I reached you now. I have a giant favor to ask. Well I have recently met this guy. He's an American and we met while he was visiting Eton and well we hit it off and I can now say that he is kind of my. . .boyfriend." William said.
"Wow! Really? What does he look like? What's his name?" Justin asked.
"Well he's incredibly sizzling and his name is Eric." William responded.
"Wow where does he live?" Justin inquired.
"Well that is why I called you. He moved to this place called Tampa. It's in Florida. And well I told him you lived in the town, Orlando. So he said he would eventually head up to your place. And I think tonight is the night he is coming to your place. I'm sorry Justin for just suggesting him to pay a visit without your approval." William apologized.
"Oh no problem William. It's fine. We'll take him out to a club with us. When did he say he would drop by?" Justin asked.
"Well he said that he would come about five o'clock your time." William responded.
"Okay so I have about five minutes until he comes. Would you like to stay on the line until he comes?" Justin asked.
"No I must go. If the guard catches me awake on his rounds I'll have hell to pay. Goodnight Justin. Oh I mean. Good Evening." William claimed.
"Okay Bye William. Don't worry I'll take care of Eric. I'll call you tonight. Well tomorrow for you." Justin said with a small laugh.
"Okay. Say `hello' to JC for me." William said.
"Will do." Justin responded. He finished up his conversation with William and hung up the phone.
"So what's up?" JC asked from the counter.
"We're going to the club without Stacey. That's what." Justin said as he started walking out of the living room. JC quickly ran after Justin and wrapped both arms around Justin's waist from behind.
Justin stopped himself as he passed the hallway mirror and looked at his reflection. He smoothed a wrinkle out of his shirt and ran his fingers over his gelled curls. He made sure everything else was fine before walking into the foyer. He glanced in the living room to where everyone sat around. Joey was sitting in the recliner while Lance sat on the loveseat with Britney. Christina let out a small yawn from on the arm of the couch. Chris sat on the couch with his arm behind Sarah who sat beside him. JC stood beside the recliner and laughed along to all the jokes being tossed out. JC averted his eyes for a second and glanced toward Justin only to do a double take at Justin. Justin gave him a small smile and walked further into the living room.
"Wow you look dead sexy!" JC said as he placed hands on Justin's hips.
"Thanks. You don't look bad yourself. He hasn't shown up yet has he?" Justin asked as he leaned in and placed a kiss on JC's lips.
"Nope but he'll be here. He probably hit traffic or something." JC said as he pulled back from the kiss.
"Yeah hopefully." Justin replied.
"So what's so special about this guy again?" Joey asked.
"He's friends with Prince William." Justin replied. as he pulled JC back to the living room.
"OooH! Friends of royalty!" Christina cooed.
"Back off Chrissy, He's gay." Justin responded.
"Damn! All the good ones are gay." Christina mumbled.
"I'm not." Joey said.
"Like I said all the good one's are gay." Chrissy joked.
"Ha. Ha." Joey said in mock laughter.
"Ohhhh I'm sorry Joey! You'd make a cute gay guy, I swear." Justin said patting him on the back.
"I don't like you guys any more." Joey said pouting as if he was a little child not receiving candy. Justin gave him a smirk before pulling JC's arms around him. He leaned back against JC and tapped his foot.
"Hey you know I think we need to start hooking Joey up with girls. He's the only one who is not really big on dating." Lance brought up.
"And proud of it!" Joey said as he crossed his leg. The doorbell sounded through the house causing Leo and Ozzie to run to the door and walk excitedly around the threshold.
"Hey fellows. Step back for a second." Justin said as he pointed over to JC who was calling them as he leaned at the archway of the living room. Leo and Ozzie ran over to JC who petted their heads softly. He watched Justin open the door as he held both dogs collars.
"Hi." Justin said as he looked at the man in front of him. The man looked around as if he was lost and looked at Justin with question.
"Uhm hi. Are you either JC or Justin?" The man asked.
"Yeah, I'm Justin. You must be Eric." Justin said as he extended his hand.
"Yup." Eric replied as he followed Justin into the house bashfully.
"Well come on in. This is Josh. And these are the rest of my friends." Justin said as he walked into the house. JC looked up from his crouched down position with the dogs and extended his hand. The dogs stood at attention as Eric put forth his hand. They stood protectively in front of JC.
"Don't mind them. They are kind of curious about you." JC said, referring about the dogs.
"Oh no problem." Eric replied as he petted Ozzie's head. Ozzie closed his eyes from the touch and leaned toward him in pleasure.
"Well Eric I'll introduce you to everyone. That is Joey, Christina, Sarah, Chris, Britney, and Lance." Justin pointed out.
"Everyone this is Eric." JC added.
"Hello Eric!" Britney said giving a welcoming wave.
"Are you ready to party?" Chris asked.
"What do you mean?" Eric asked.
"We're off to a club and you're coming with us. You'll have fun." Lance said as he stood up.
"Okay sounds fun. I guess I'm coming with." Eric added.
Justin bopped his head to the music as he heard the music blaring from every speaker in the club. He looked around for a second and watched as Britney and Lance danced together on the floor. Joey was dancing closely to a girl who was obviously scantily dressed. Justin gave a small snicker as he walked up the small set of stairs to the table area where he saw JC in a booth with Eric. Chris and Sarah passed him on the way to the booth giving him a small nudge. Justin made his way to the booth. A smile formed on his face as he got closer and closer to his beloved. His smile faded when he saw that Christina walked up to the booth with Stacey following her. Christina was obviously not happy with the arrangement. Justin walked to the booth just in time to see JC closed off by Stacey. Eric sat on the other side of his oblivious to what was going on.
"I'm out of here. You deal with her. I need to go dance or something so have fun!" Christina said as she walked toward the dance floor.
"Hey there." Justin said as he slid into the booth next to Eric. Eric gave him a smile and took a sip of his drink while bopping his head up and down. Justin waited for JC to answer him but way too busy with his conversation that Stacey had lured him into. Justin gave a small frown as he let out a sigh.
"Why don't you tell the bitch to back off?" Eric asked Justin. Justin looked up at Eric with confusion. Not so much what he knew but how he knew it.
"What do you mean?" Justin tried to play dumb.
"Oh Come on Justin, don't play dumb with me. Just because I'm taken doesn't mean that my gaydar is broken. I know you and JC have something going on. And I know you are really upset that that girl is like all over him. especially what she's doing now." Eric said pointing to the two. Justin looked over and saw that Stacey was running her hand up and down on JC's abs. Justin furiously looked away.
"Is it that obvious?" Justin asked, taking in his lower lip in waiting.
"Not so much you as JC. While you were out there. JC kept talking about you one way or another. And just the way he looks when he says your name is as if he loves you with all his heart. And then you getting agitated with that girl all over him is just the seal that binds the love." Eric pointed out as he took another sip.
"Did he really look love struck when he said my name?" Justin asked.
"Yup. Total love-struck. Hit by cupid's arrow like twelve times." Eric responded.
"He's so cute." Justin smiled back.
"How serious is the relationship?" Eric asked as he looked out on to the dance floor while he wait for the answer.
"We're kind of engaged." Justin replied.
"Wow that's pretty serious. That's cool though. You two look happy together." Eric responded.
"Thanks. Now if only he would stop flirting with her." Justin said with a sigh as he looked down at the table.
"Why don't you do something. It'll help to get your frustrations out." Eric shrugged. Justin took into mind what he was told and pondered it for a second. The next thing heard was the sound of JC yelling in pain as he leaned over to clutch his shins. He looked up at Justin who was smiling at him with a smug look on his face. JC rubbed his shins to ease the pain and sat up and looked at Justin with hurt in his eyes. Justin's heart began to melt. He began to regret kicking JC's shins. He silently mouthed `I'm sorry' to him, yet JC just turned his head so was looking out on the dance floor. Justin looked down at the table I guilt. His face was soon covered with a smile as he thought of something. Justin slipped off his shoes and started to rub his foot along the area where he kicked JC. JC turned and looked at Justin for second and then looked down at the table as if he could see through it to see what was happening. JC felt the foot travel slowly on the inside of his leg, gently rubbing back and forth. JC blushed when the foot reached past his knee. Justin moved his foot to JC's knee and rubbed the inside thigh closely. Justin's foot suddenly stopped when he felt a hand on the thigh. Justin looked up and found both of JC's hands on the table holding his drink. He looked at JC who was looking at Stacey as Stacey looked back with a mischievous grin. Justin let his foot drop to the where his shoe was and cast JC a glare.
"Josh can I talk to you for a second." Justin said in a flat, emotionless voice. JC looked away from Stacey and nodded eagerly. Justin scooted out of the booth as did Stacey, in order to let JC out. JC and Justin walked toward the exit without seeing if JC was after him. JC caught up with Justin for the most part. Justin suddenly faced an onslaught of people coming through the entrance causing him to be carried in a tide of people toward the dance floor. He turned around and looked about.
"Josh?" Justin questioned as he glanced around. He frantically looked around in a panic. He turned around once more and came face to face with a man with an evil grin on his face. His eyes were glazed over and he had that tiny sparkle in his eye. Justin started to inch backward.
"Josh?!" Justin called out.
"Justin!" JC called back somewhere from the club.
"Josh?" Justin called out as he kept his eyes on the man who obviously was under the influence of some sort of drug or alcohol.
"Hey boy, you lost?" The man asked with a small laugh.
"Josh!?" Justin called out. Justin soon felt a hand on his shoulder causing him to whirl around in shock. He was afraid of what he might see. When he saw JC's concerned face he quickly gave him a big hug.
"You okay Just?" JC asked.
"Thank god you're here." Justin responded.
"It's okay don't worry. Let's get out of here for a second." JC suggested. Justin nodded as he closely followed JC, this time clutching onto JC's wrist.
Lance and Britney danced off the floor to the booth where Eric and Stacey sat. Eric made light conversation as he looked around.
"Hey Eric. What's up?" Britney asked as she scooted into the booth to sit next to him. Lance scooted in after her and rested his elbows on the table while resting his chin in his hands.
"Where's everyone else?" Lance asked.
"Well Joey's at the bar drinking with that guy. He's been with him all night. And Chris and Sarah re basically getting their groove on sill." Eric responded as he scratched his head.
"Where's Justin and JC?" Britney asked.
"Well Justin and JC got into a little argument so they went outside I guess to work it out." Eric responded.
"They already act like a married couple, they should just up and get married." Lance huffed.
"They aren't going to get married, because Justin doesn't trust Joshy." Stacey intruded in the conversation. Britney cast of unpleasant glare toward Stacey.
"Calm down Baby." Lance aid as he placed a hand on her knee.
"I'm trying but she's making it so difficult." Britney replied to gritted teeth.
"What's wrong Britney?" Stacey asked.
"She's just a little sensitive when people talk about her two good friends." Lance answered her.
"No, there is a table in between me and her. That's what's wrong with me." Britney responded to Lance.
"You know you really shouldn't get into fights. One of your silicones might burst." Stacey said with a smug look. Britney opened her mouth in shock before looking to Lance for permission. Lance shook his head toward his girlfriend and took her hand with his.
"Hey you know what I want to do? I want to go get a drink. Come on Lance. Come on Eric. I'll get you two one." Britney said as she pushed her way out of the booth. Lance laughed at his girlfriend's reason to get out of the booth and smiled.
Justin and JC walked into the cold dark night and walked toward Justin's car. JC walked with his arm around Justin's shoulder while Justin continued to keep his pace to the car. As the neared the car Justin pressed the button un-alarming the car. Justin took a seat in the driver's seat while JC took a seat in the passenger's seat. JC looked at Justin who looked at the steering wheel sadly.
"Justin what's wrong?" JC asked. Justin just shook his head and changed his focus to another object.
"Justin, come on. Besides from being your fiancé, I am your best friend. You can tell me anything." JC said.
"It's just. . .It's. . ." Justin started to stutter. JC moved his hand to Justin's thigh and gave it a comforting squeeze. Justin looked down and smiled. He took a deep breathe and lifted his head to look into JC's eyes.
"It's just I was sooo pissed off at you with what you let Stacey do and I wanted to blow up at you, and then I get all freaked out in the club and find out that I need you so much. I just wanted to just rant and rave at how big of an asshole I thought you were but you end up saving me from something that was truly freaking me out. Why do you have to be so nice." Justin said with an exasperated voice. JC looked at him with a small smirk.
"Don't worry Justin I'll try to be meaner from now on." JC replied back sending himself into laughter. Justin rolled his eyes and looked out the window slightly smiling from JC's response. Justin looked back at JC and was suddenly brought into a kiss. The two sat in the car kissing within a deep, love- struck trance. JC finally pulled back and started at Justin's face.
"Justin I love you, and if I act a little too friendly with Stacey, I give you permission to kick me in the shins." JC said as he rested his forehead against Justin's.
"Oh don't worry I will." Justin replied.
"So do you feel up to going back in there and getting our groove on?" JC asked.
"Only if you promise that we'll make out for at least an hour today.
"No objections here!" JC said as he quickly opened the door to eagerly go back in the club. Justin gave a small chuckle and was about to open the door when it was opened for him. He looked up to find JC smiling holding out his hand. Justin took his hand and stepped out of the car. JC helped Justin to his feet and closed the door after him. Justin and JC walked off toward the entrance of the club once again.
It wasn't long until the couple found themselves in the comfort of their own home. JC walked into the room with his blue pajama bottoms with white stripes running lengthwise. He had a matching pajama top that he left unbuttoned. He ran his fingers through his hair as he made his way to the bed where Justin laid reading a book. He frowned when he saw that Justin was reading in the dark. He walked to the nightstand where he flipped the lamp on. Justin looked back at him with his thin wire framed glasses and gave him a smile of appreciation before going back to his book. JC lifted his knee on the bed and took a seat leaving one leg to hang off and lightly touch the ground. JC leaned down to the bottom of the nightstand and shuffled through it for a couple of magazines. He placed them in front of him before guiding Justin's head to his thigh. Justin rested his head on JC's thigh as he continued to read.
"What's it about?" JC asked. Justin looked up at JC with a small smile.
"Do you really want to know?" Justin asked as he waited for JC reply eagerly.
"Sure." JC responded. Justin sat up and turned over so that he was laying on his stomach as he looked up at JC with excited eyes. He got comfortable and looked into JC's eyes as he began to depict the story.
"Well it's about this murder that happens right. And well this detective takes the case ends up working with this other detective he's known for years. She's just as smart as him and they are basically trying to figure out who the murderer is. And along the way they realize that their feelings for each other goes beyond their friendship. They are sooo in love that it's not even funny. You should hear some of the things he does for her." Justin said eagerly. JC laughed at how adorable Justin was as he explains the plot of the book excitedly. It's as if he was a child recapping his day at school to his parents.
"Such as?" JC asked. Justin once again looked up at JC.
"Well she loves roses right? And she also loves chocolate. So he spends all day searching for these chocolates in the shape of roses. He buys two dozen of them and places them on her desk before she comes to work." Justin responds.
"That is nice of him." JC said as he leaned down and placed a small kiss on Justin's lips before looking down at his magazine and begin flipping through the pages.
"Josh?" Justin asked softly.
"Yeah Baby?" JC asked as he finished reading one last sentence before turning his head to Justin.
"You know when I go shoot my movie. Will you be okay without me? Like I don't want you to be all lonely and all." Justin replied.
"Oh don't worry Just. I'll be fine. And besides the guys will keep me company and we are actually busy while you are gone. So don't worry and I'll come visit." JC said as he moved his finger down Justin's cheek slowly. Justin gazed deeply into JC's eyes and cast him a small grin. The phone suddenly burst into a ring ruining the silence they had maintained. The phone stopped ringing immediately causing JC and Justin to look over at the unanswered phone on the nightstand. Justin cast a glance at Leo looked at the phone with confusion.
"Leo's baffled." Justin said giving a small chuckle. JC looked over and watched as Leo walked to the phone and sniffed around. At about the same time there was a knock at the door.
"Come in!" Justin yelled. The door opened a crack to reveal Eric.
"Come on in Eric." JC invited. Justin leaned back against JC as Eric walked in with the cordless in his hands.
"Hi you guys, I was kind of walking to my room and the phone that was next to me started ringing so I answered it. It's for Justin. It's this girl named Kelly who says she is his cousin. She sounds really upset." Eric said meekly. He handed the phone to Justin who popped up and gladly took the phone.
"Kelly? What's wrong?" Justin asked quickly. JC took a seat behind Justin and started to rub his shoulders trying to keep him calm when he heard the news.
"Justin?" The girl sobbed into the phone.
"Kelly what's wrong? What happened?" Justin asked concerned about his cousin.
"Justin I don't think I can handle this alone anymore." Kelly sobbed.
"Handle what? College?" Justin asked in confusion.
"No." Kelly replied with a whimper.
"Then what Kelly? Are you hurt?" Justin asked.
"No Justin! I'm. . . I'm. . ." Kelly said between sobs.
"You're what?" Justin asked.
"I'm pregnant!!"
