Foreword
This is m/m erotic fan fiction (aka "slash"). To some extent it should stand on its own, but it was primarily written for an audience that already knows the characters from the TV series. Alex Kryeck was a recurring character on The X Files. Byers, Langly, and Frohike were also recurring characters on The X Files, but we got to know them better when they were regular characters, along with Jimmy Bond and Yves Adele Harlow, on a short-lived spinoff series (The Lone Gunmen, spring 2001).
