Dear Readers, This story isn't over. I had some setbacks in my vision in the past three months, and that made writing difficult again, but I had my delayed third surgery last week, and my vision is back close to what it was before the cataract and retina problems--it's enough for me to read my pc and use my writing program again fairly easily, so I'm back in the game. Chapter 47 had been started, but I was so stressed about my problem that I couldn't work on it, but four days ago I took it up again, nd it's moving along. I'm hoping it will be ready for posting within a week. I'm sorry for worrying you guys, and I'll get it posted as soon as I can...my doctor's follow-up appointment today shows everything is looking good, and the scar tissue which had obscured my vision lately has been removed, and shouldn't come back.
