Jared the Paramedic - Volume II Chapter 5 - Jack and Molly

It was Saturday morning, and the two of them actually slept in until 09:00 am. Jesse woke up first and was laying there watching Zane sleep cuddled up to him. He kept asking himself if these were feelings of friendship he felt, or more. Jesse was worried about disrespecting Marc by finding someone else, but he did enjoy Zane's company immensely.

Zane opened his eyes to see Jesse staring at him. He thought to himself about how he was beginning to enjoy seeing Jesse in his apartment and bed, but he knew he hadn't put any roots down yet.

"Good morning," said Jesse.

"Good morning," replied Zane. "What are you up to?"

"Nothing. I was just looking at the guy who made a difference in my life," said Jesse.

"You made the difference in your own life Jesse, not me."

"You get to meet a couple of special people tonight at dinner. I've known them as long as I can remember Zane and they have always been like a second set of parents to me. I haven't seen them since I left on my journey."

"I'm looking forward to meeting them, Jess."

"I'm scared, Zane."

"Why are you scared, Jess?" asked Zane with concern. He reached out and stroked Jesse's hair. Jesse snuggled into him.

"I haven't seen them in six months, and I feel like I've disappointed them. I ran away from everything, and left it in their hands to look after."

"Jesse, you are worrying too much. They're coming to see you. They are dropping everything to come and see you and if they were upset with you, I don't think they would be doing it."

"You're probably right," Jesse said simply. "Zane, would you be offended if I told you I am really beginning to enjoy these morning cuddle and talk sessions we have?"

"No, I wouldn't Jesse, because I enjoy them too. I am beginning to look forward to waking up with you each morning and our chats," said Zane carefully.

Jesse didn't say anything for a moment, but then said, "Thank you for being the man you are, Zane."

Zane leaned over and kissed the top of Jesse's head. Jesse giggled a bit.

"I need to get up and use the washroom, Jess" said Zane as he started to break free. Jesse pulled him back into bed.

Zane looked at him, and Jesse moved in for a very tender, lingering kiss. When he finished, Jesse sat back and laid flat on his back.

"Jess, that was the best one yet," said Zane. He could see Jesse had a tent pole sticking up under the sheet, about the same size as his tent pole in his own shorts.

"Thanks Zane, you too," Jess replied.

Zane got up and ran to the washroom.

They took the taxi to the restaurant and were escorted into a private room Jack had reserved. It was rather large for four people but Jack wanted everyone to speak freely and privately amongst themselves. When Jesse came into the room, Molly came out of nowhere and took him off his feet in a hug. Molly is a beautiful woman who runs, uses the weights, and looks more like a 45 year old than the 58 she really was. They both had tears rolling down their cheeks.

"Momma Molly, it's so good to see you."

"Jesse-boy, I've missed you so much. I'm still torn between spoiling you rotten and beating your ass black and blue over my knee."

Jesse cautiously answered, "I hope you made up your mind to spoil me."

"The jury is still out son, and they may return with the verdict for both," she laughed.

As soon as Molly let go, big daddy Jack to her place. Jack is 59 years old who looks like a 49 year old. His build is still very much like in high school football with broad shoulders on 6'5" height. If he was to walk up to someone in the dark, most people would pass out or piss themselves in fear.

"Son, it so good to hug you again finally," said Jack.

"You too Daddy Jack, I missed you and Molly the most of everyone."

Jack let him go and with his big mitt, he reached up and put his hand on Jesse's head proceeding to mess up his hair. Molly started laughing.

"Daddiiiieeeeee.....you messed my hair," sulked Jesse. Molly and Jack hugged him again but together this time.

Zane was watching the events unfold in front of him. With the love he sensed and felt radiating off the three people in front of him, if he hadn't known who they were he would have easily thought they were Jesse's real parents.

"Jack and Molly, I would like to introduce you to my friend, Zane," said Jesse proudly.

Jack and Molly stood and looked at Zane, and for once, Zane was squirming under the scrutiny of the two people. Molly raised the hand and gave him the 'spin around, let's get a look at you' gesture. Zane complied.

Finally, Molly spoke. "Not bad Jesse, and he does have a firm little butt." Jack coughed, his wife catching him off guard.

Jesse was stuttering, "I never said....."

Molly had already approached Zane and wrapped him in a big hug. "Don't mind us Zane, I like doing that to people."

Zane replied quickly "You had me going, Ma'am."

"Cut the Ma'am shit. Call us Molly and Jack."

"Yes Ma'am" he said with a smile. Jack laughed.

They found seats at the table and Jack suggested they order before they get talking or no one will ever eat. A very distinguished man came into the room with wine for everyone and Jack spoke to him in Cantonese. The man was very impressed with Jack, as was Zane. The man was actually the owner of the restaurant and was going to oversee the meal for his VIP clients tonight.

Zane was watching carefully as Jack spoke with him, and even Molly joined them with her Cantonese. Jesse leaned over to Zane, "They learned Cantonese because of the amount of clients their firm has who prefer to speak it over English." Zane nodded his understanding.

Jack spoke up. "Jesse, as this is your special night, would you order for all of us? Plus, I think you and Zane could pick put the dishes he likes. You know we'll eat anything you order."

The owner came around and stood by Jesse. "If you're ready to order Sir."

Zane noticed Jesse was reading the Chinese part of the menu, not the English. Jesse spoke in perfect Cantonese to the Owner, ordering the meal.

The man complimented Jesse in English. "You spoke that like a native, young man."

Jesse stood and bowed to the man. "I am humbled by your compliment and I had a very good teacher, sir."

The man left the room.

"You speak Cantonese, Jesse?" said Zane.

"Yes I do. It was actually easy to learn and having a photographic or eidetic memory didn't hurt, either."

"That's why you could quote reports word for word you had read in my office?" asked Zane.

"Yes, I've had it ever since I can remember and I don't even think of it as not being normal," replied Jesse.

"He speaks a couple more languages Zane, and he keeps it all pretty nonchalant about his abilities and skills," added Molly.

"Wow, I can see where that would help you with clients in some situations," said Zane.

Jesse smiled. "It does, and I would do just about anything to be able to represent my clients properly."

"That sounds more like my little Jesse," stated Jack. "Tell us about your travels Jesse, I mean now that we are here and we're not on the phone, you can probably tell more stories to us."

Just before Jesse started to speak, a couple of waiters came in with soup and appetizers. After they left, He started talking about his travels. Both Molly and Jack interjected with questions and Zane sat back and watched all three of them interact as the stories progressed.

The meal began to arrive and soon the entire table was covered in plates of food. Zane had never seen so much food at one time on a table for so few people. Jesse pulled right over next to Zane and showed him how to use the chopsticks. Their physical contact and Jesse's mannerisms with Zane caught the attention of Jack and Molly. Jack and Molly locked eyes while the men were busy and he raised his eyebrow sending Molly a signal. She just smiled back at him. They watched Zane master the chopsticks very quickly.

Molly explained the different dishes to Zane because Jesse and Jack were too busy eating; actually they were just packing their faces with food. Molly reached over and smacked Jesse once during the meal for trying to throw a calamari ring over Jacks chopsticks. The group chatted, told jokes and even some stories coming out about Jesse while he was growing up. Zane was laughing right along with everyone.

"Zane, tell me about the Centre you run. From what I have read about it, it is a first class operation."

Zane was surprised by Jack complimenting him on what he had read about the centre. 'He's been checking into us,' thought Zane. He started talking about the programs and the potential of the new programs. Both Jack and Molly were very interested in what Zane had to say.

"Do you have any Corporate Sponsors," asked Jack.

"No sir. I haven't done too much work in that area but there have been a few businesses who are good to us," replied Zane.

"Well Zane, you have your first Corporate Sponsor. McCoy and Associates will not only be handling your legal issues but we will be assisting in other ways. One of which is our client who wants to spend some money on a worthwhile people based charity, and we will be matching his donation."

Zane was stunned. He reached out for Jesse's hand and grabbed it. Jesse grabbed it back, with a smile on his face.

"You're serious, Jack?" asked Zane.

"Very serious, Zane. I've already pulled a lot of information on your centre including funding reports and anything I else I could get through normal public sources. I'm impressed with everything I saw and even the people I spoke with had nothing negative to say about you. In fact, they all praised you, Zane."

Zane was shocked. It took him a moment to regroup his thoughts before he said, "You've been checking us out? You've been checking me out?"

"Yes. You don't know me Zane, but I don't pull punches. I have checked you out because there is a considerable amount of money which has the potential to be spent on your Centre. I won't speak specifics yet, but the client is looking for a building to buy so you can move into better facilities and be able to have the space to run your programs. We are talking a lot of money, Zane. Plus, I will be your front man to find additional corporate sponsors."

Zane sat there with mouth open. "I can't believe this."

"The only thing I need from you is an audit of your financial records by our people," said Jack.

"No problem and you can do it anytime you would like," replied Zane.

"I'll have people there on Monday by 10:00 am" replied Jack.

"You don't mess around, Jack."

"Not that Zane. I want the last hurdle cleared so we can go ahead with what we are planning without delay. We have won you a couple more months from your landlord rent free, Zane, but we need to get moving."

"Wow. That's for real?"

"Yes, I helped Robert with the file and it progressed through both of our efforts." Jesse smiled at Jack.

Molly spoke up now. "Zane, I've been working with Jack on this and after the audit, I will be helping you out as well. We can talk more about that later because I suspect you're overwhelmed already."

"I appreciate that Molly and I am overwhelmed right now. To be honest, I was scared shitless of meeting you two tonight, and now I am having all my dreams answered," said Zane.

"Why would you be scared of us?" asked Molly. "Jack I understand because he is so big and potentially intimidating, but how could I scare you?"

"You two are the most important people in Jesse's life, and he loves the two of you so much. Most importantly, he respects you two and needs your approval in his life. In fact, when I watched you three together earlier in your reunion, if I hadn't known some of Jesse's history, I would've sworn you were his natural parents from the love you three shared with each other. The body language between the three of you was sincere and beautiful. Also, you're a team and you two tag team. You've both been sending very subtle signals to each other all night after I answered questions and before a topic changed in our discussion," replied Zane with a serious look on his face.

Jack had a big smile on his face when he turned to Molly. "The kids good, Molly."

Molly was smiling too. "Yes, he's very unassuming and much more subtle in his observations than I gave him credit for, but he doesn't miss much. Look at his eyes, and the deep cognition within them."

"Yes, I saw that. When he formulates an answer, his right eyebrow twitches," replied Jack.

Zane was unsure what to say until Jesse broke in. "It has been fun to watch the three of you playing games with each other tonight. Mom and Dad, I think you've met your match in Zane."

Jack smiled "I agree, and I really look forward to working with you in the future."

Zane was finally smiling. "Not as much as I am looking forward to working with both of you. I have a lot to learn and would consider it an honour to learn from you two."

"I want dessert," Jesse interjected to change the topic.

Zane reached over and patted Jesse's stomach. "You still have room in there for food?"

"He can always eat dessert," said Molly. The waiter had been in the background and Molly said something to him in Chinese. He ran out of the room.

"Zane, would you please tell us about you? You are such a gifted young man with spirit, imagination and such drive it has been a pleasure to share a meal with you tonight," said Molly.

Zane sat for a minute, looking at the table. He hadn't even told Jesse yet.

Molly spoke up again, "Zane, I didn't mean to put you on the spot if you would prefer not to or just tell us how you got into this line of work? You passion for your work is so contagious."

Zane cleared his throat, and started his story with his father and step mother. Jesse moved over next to him and put his arm around Zane's shoulders. He continued with the story about his boyfriend cheating on him and then assaulting him at the same time as the young man he had been fucking when discovered. He explained how he took the young man into the centre and helped him, even reconciling with the victims' family.

"Molly, it's been a few years since the problem with my boyfriend, and I haven't dated anyone. I threw myself into my work as compensation and penance for something I must have done wrong to cause it. Over time, I realized it was his problem, not mine. I really haven't had a friend until Jesse and I met." Zane turned his head to look at Jesse, who was smiling back at him.

Jesse jumped in quickly. "Zane and I are good friends, and we seem to be able to talk to each other easily. We also enjoy our time together too. Molly, he gave me great hugs when I had nightmares the first couple of nights that I was in the apartment, and they have stopped coming to me altogether. From the first moment we met, we've had some sort of deep connection."

"I want you two to know we are sharing a bed to sleep in. We've found we both enjoy being with someone, but we're just good friends. I haven't even seen him naked yet and we are not fucking like little bunnies," said Zane with a smirk.

Molly spit her tea out through her nose and Jack started laughing at her. Jack high-fived Zane over the table just before Molly smacked his leg. Jesse was almost falling out of his chair from laughing so hard.

"I can't believe he got you, Mom," said Jesse, one word slowly at a time between laughing.

Molly smiled and gave Zane thumbs up. "That's payback for checking out your ass, Zane." She stood and moved around the table where Jesse was leaning over laughing. She cracked his ass a smack, causing Jesse to jump up onto his toes while holding his ass cheek.

"Moooooooommmmmm!" said Jesse.

"You deserve more, young man," said Molly.

"Can I help, or at least watch? Especially if it's bareassed?" asked Zane.

This time it was Jack who spit his tea through his nose, and started laughing.

"I think I really like this kid, Jack. We're going to have our hands full with him and Jesse," said Molly.

"Get over here, son," demanded Molly. Jesse slowly walked over and stood in front of her, trying the cute move with his feet kicking rocks and looking innocent.

"Stop the trying to be cute Jess. I love you son, and I'm so happy to see our Jesse getting back on his feet." She opened her arms and he leaped into them, hugging her back.

"Mom, I'm so sorry," Jesse cried.

She was rubbing his back. "It's ok son. I love you," she said as he kissed the top of his head.

"I love you and Jack, too. You two and my new friend Zane are all I have left anymore," said Jesse.

Molly pushed Jesse away from her a bit. "Jesse, they have never left us and they never will." She put her hand on his chest. "They are in our hearts and our memories until the day we join them. They never leave us Jesse, but we have to let go what we had with them in this world here because it can't be the same now. They are in heaven and we are in the physical world. We must continue our lives son, until it's our time to join them."

"I'm beginning to understand that Molly. Marc's in my heart and my memories, but he's not here." Jesse took a deep breath and said, "He would be so mad at me for the wasting the time it took to realize it."

Jack was standing next to them. "No son, he wouldn't be mad. He would be happy that you are finally realizing it. I'm sure he's in heaven and I bet you the women are chasing him around and driving him nuts up there."

Jesse laughed at that. "As long it's just the women."

Zane spoke up. "Molly and Jack, we both have luggage and we've really just been two friends. We even discussed it to remove the awkwardness and agreed to be friends. We both admitted we had no clue if it would ever progress beyond friendship, but we also agreed to see where it went and slowly. The only thing we have done is evening and morning kisses, and lots of hugs and cuddles. Your son is safe in my home."

Molly smiled. "We came to that conclusion very quickly after we saw the two of you together Zane, and we do appreciate the maturity you two have shown. I wish more people were sensible like you guys." Molly reached down and pulled on Jesse's jeans.

"But look at this grade 'A' male ass and package, Zane," said Molly.

Zane was the one caught off guard this time, but he didn't have any tea in his mouth.

"Mooooommmm, that's gross coming out of your mouth," said Jesse trying not laugh.

A flaming ice cream desert arrived and they sat back down again. Jesse and Zane were sitting close to each other while eating the ice cream. Zane stuck his finger in the ice cream and then wiped it on Jesse's nose. Jesse laughed and did it back. Carefully, they both got a piece of fruit in their spoons and were about to launch it at Molly and Jack when they both got hit by flying ice cream.

"Fucking amateurs," Molly said to her husband while laughing. The two younger men held their hands up in surrender.

The four of them jumped in Jack's rental car and drove to the Centre where Zane gave them a tour of the facilities. Both Molly and Jack were impressed with what they saw. Jesse stood between his two parents the entire time, enjoying the proximity to them. They went upstairs to the apartment to share a bottle of wine. While they were seated in the living room, Jesse was in deep thought.

Zane was sitting next to Jesse and recognized the look. He put his hand on Jesse's knee and asked, "What's wrong?"

Jesse looked at Jack and Molly, and then at Zane.

He started slowly, "Mom, is it possible Marc and I were so interdependent and together for so long I couldn't function alone when he was gone?"

That comment took everyone by surprise.

"Do you guys want me to leave while you have this discussion?" asked Zane.

Jesse grabbed Zane's hand quickly. "No, I would like you to stay please," added Jesse.

Molly looked at Jack for a moment before answering. "Jesse, it may not be that simple to summarize it that way. But, before you jump all over me, I can see why you say that."

Zane was looking uncomfortable with the conversation. "Please guys, I need to give you guys some space for this. I'm going to go to my office and go through some paperwork."

Jack spoke up with an air of authority. "Zane, this is your apartment and you don't need to go anywhere. If you would allow it, I would suggest my wife and Jesse go down to your office to have this discussion. We can stay here, make some popcorn, drink wine and watch one of the old John Wayne DVD's you have on the shelf."

Molly agreed. "Zane, my apologies and Jesse - lets go."

Jesse stood and looked at Zane carefully, like he didn't want to be separated from him right now. Zane stood and hugged him tightly.

"Go with Molly and talk. Its time, Jesse and I'll be here waiting for you," said Zane. Jesse looked at him and Zane gave him a gentle kiss on the lips. They both stood back from each other, their eyes locked for what seemed a long time.

Finally, Jesse and Molly left to go down to the office.

By the time they had come back into the apartment, The Green Berets was almost finished playing and there was no more wine. Jack and Zane had been watching the movie, but enjoying themselves as they got to know the other.

Jesse came into the room and sat next to Zane with a big smile on his face.

"Did you fart or are you pleased with yourself?" asked Zane.

Jesse leaned in and kissed Zane on the top of his head. "Both, I was pleased with myself and I just farted."

Molly shrieked over Jack's laughter, "You damn men and your farting."

Zane lifted himself off the couch slightly and let a fart lose.

"Jack, it's time we head to the hotel while we can still breathe," stated Molly clearly. "These two really are like peas in a pod" she said as used her thumb to point at them.

"I sensed that at the restaurant Molly. They are two peas in a pod, and they're definitely good for each other. Good night gentlemen," said Jack.

Molly and Jack hugged both of them and they made arrangements to meet for breakfast in the morning. Jack would swing by and pick them up at 9:00 am.

Both of the men had taken showers and crawled into bed. Zane was laying on his back, Jesse snuggled in beside him with his arm across the tight stomach of his friend.

"Zane, I really enjoy the time we spend together and I honestly look forward to us snuggling together on the couch or in bed."

"I would be lying if I didn't agree with you." Zane used his hand to lift Jesse's head so he was looking into his eyes. "Jesse, in such a short time period, I consider you to be my best friend. I honestly look forward to us sharing this time each evening as well."

"I haven't had a best friend for a long time Zane, and I feel the same about you."

"Jess, I really hope you aren't thinking about finding somewhere else to live. I mean, you don't have too. Having you here brings some life into my little dingy apartment."

Jesse wiggled upwards in the bed a bit so he could look Zane in the eye. "Are you asking me to stay here with you Zane as your roommate?"

"Yes, I mean if it's ok with you? Would you like to stay here with me?"

Jesse leaned in and gently kissed Zane. "I feel safe here with you Zane, and I think it would be nice to stay here if you want me."

Zane leaned forward and kissed Jesse gently. "I would like it very much, Jesse."

The two of them snuggled in tightly together.

"Good night, Zane. We better get some sleep before morning."

"Good night, Jesse."

Both of them listened to the other's breathing as they fell off to sleep. Zane fell off to sleep dreaming of Jesse, and the two of them making love. He was dreaming of making love to Jesse, and having Jesse make love to him. This was no quick fuck, he was dreaming of facing Jesse as he thrust in and out of his ass, sharing sensual kisses as he came. Zane's breath was quick and shallow as the nocturnal emission hit him, filling his underwear full of sweet seed.

Jesse wasn't aware of Zane's emission as he was dreaming of Zane mounted in his ass, making tender love to him. In his dream, Jesse was laying on his front, and as Zane was making love to his ass, he was grinding into the bed. Jesse felt the cum build up and release as Zane was yelling he was cumming as well. The nocturnal emission filled Jesse's bikini underwear, and provided lubrication as he continued to grind into the bed until the waves of ecstasy finished rushing through his body.

Zane and Jesse barely made it out the front door as Jack pulled up to the curb. They drove across town to a famous pancake house and as they pulled up to park, Jesse was bouncing up and down in his seat with enthusiasm. Molly commented it was like having an 8 year old in the back seat, to which Jesse stuck his tongue out at her.

After breakfast was finished, Jack took them took them to a park where a heritage festival was underway. Fifty countries were represented and were selling their national foods out of booths. There was entertainment consisting of music and dancers performing on different stages throughout the fair as well. One booth had some of the same food as they had served at the Calgary Stampede, but no one would try the scorpion or cockroach pizza, crocodile burgers or the deep fried pickle pizza. Zane challenged Jesse to the cactus burger, but they compromised by sharing a poutine.

Molly had noticed Jesse and Zane were holding hands on and off during the day. Spending the day with them gave Jack and Molly both the chance to watch Jesse and Zane interact. Molly and Jack were really beginning to like Zane, and they noticed Jesse was as well. The looks between the two of them were subtle to most people, but were not missed by Jack and Molly. When the two young men ran to the washroom, it gave Molly and Jack a chance to speak.

"Jack, have you noticed how connected the two of them are? They even have been anticipating each other's physical movements," said Molly.

"I know Molly. They act as they have been friends for years" replied Jack. "I haven't seen Jesse connect with someone like this since......"

"I know. I didn't want to compare it or say it either. Jesse needs someone very rare and special in his life to meet his needs. He may have found the one person," replied Molly.

"They are like two peas in a pod Molly, and it is wonderful to see Jesse smile and laugh again."

Molly agreed. "I truly hope it works out for both of them in the end," she added.

"Molly, even if the two of them spend years together just like they are right now, as good friends, if both of them were happy and their needs were being met I wouldn't have a problem with it," said Jack while deep in thought.

"Neither would I," replied Molly.

"My gut reaction is Zane has already figured out Jesse may have some money stashed away, but I am also thinking he doesn't really care about it."

Molly thought for a moment before replying, "He might if he knew what Jesse's net worth was and between his two companies Jesse could pay off the national debt of a small country." She thought for a moment more and then added, "Jack, I feel the same thing that Zane doesn't care. They really look good and act naturally happy together."

The two men joined them again. They stayed for the big show in the evening, which was followed by fireworks. The four of them laid on the grass in a circle, their heads together in the center to watch the fireworks. Jesse and Zane held hands the entire time, as did Molly and Jack.

Molly and Jack were leaving early in the morning and there were lots of hugs for everyone when they dropped Zane and Jesse at the apartment. There were a few tears too, but they would stay in touch. Jack had offered to have them both flown up to their house for a weekend, Jesse replied they would think about it.
