Chapter 111 ended
He went over to his cooler and got out a coke which was really quite cool and J realised it must be one that had been in the bag for a while. Sitting back down on his bed, he took a sip of his coke and then remembered the bag he had been given at the prize giving. Reaching over he picked it up off the bedside table where he had put it down when they had got back. Then before he opened the bag he looked at the certificate. It was just in black printing on white paper, but it was nicely done. There was a double line border around it and across the top were the words "HOLIDAYS BY THE SEA ASSOCIATION" and then under that in smaller printing, "Delta Campus -- Helkadiki -- Greece" Following on was "Certificate of Team Award" and the words, "This certificate is presented to Julian Butcher dormitory leader for C block and is awarded to show this dormitory has shown the best team work on camp." And the usual signatories at the bottom who had signed in blue ink to show that their signatures were not just photocopies or printed. J was quite chuffed with his certificate and knew he would show it with pride to his parents when he got back home. But still he had another camp to get through first.
Then he opened his bag and took a look inside. J was not sure he could believe his eyes and put his hand in to fish out some of the items in it.
Chapter 112
The first thing which J pulled out was a pen. It was silver and looked a good quality and it had the Holidays by the Sea logo on it. When J opened the pen to see what sort of refill it took, he discovered that it was a fountain pen and when he got the other end off it was to discover that it was a Schaefer cartridge fountain pen. J was very chuffed with that and set it down on his bedside intending to write a letter to Gerald to tell him about the award. J dug in again and found a key ring which was silver and had a map of Greece on one side and a map of Helkadiki on the other so he could show where his camp had been. There was also a small bottle of Ouzo -- the Greek aniseed liquor. A bookmark made out of leather with gold imprints on it for the town of Polichronos which was the closest town to their camp. Then at the bottom of the bag, J found this envelope and on the outside someone had written "be careful, be safe". When J opened the envelope he could not suppress a little chuckle for inside were three condoms -- one flavoured, one ribbed and one which claimed to be rainbowed for the "guys". J knew this was a gay pride symbol and so knew that Spiro had concluded he and Gar were gay.
Then J began to try to think like Spiro and assumed that though Spiro knew they were gay, he had not done anything about it and so J thought he must be alright with it. But it also made J a bit wary about doing anything more with his charges so that Spiro would be less likely to find out. J knew that had Spiro known about his activities with the six boys especially and his other activities in his night time sorties, then Spiro would have had to do something. J guessed that Spiro believed that his sexual activities were limited to just what he and Gar had managed together with themselves. Thinking of this got J hard and instead of writing his letter, he got up and turned the light off and then moving back to his bed he lay down and turning the bedside light off also, he began to play with his cock and balls as well as titillating other erogenous zones as he wanked himself to an average orgasm before turning on his side and going to sleep without even cleaning up the spunk he had deposited on his torso.
The next day was one where most of the kids still had fun but also had an air of gloom knowing that this was their last day of camp and they would be going home the next day. J on the other hand was feeling a bit mixed up. He was excited about the prospect of another set of campers arriving in a few days, but was also a little bit saddened that he would be losing these kids who had been so good for him and whom he had grown rather fond of even though it had been little more than a week since he had first met any of them. J knew that he would remember these boys as his first campers and even after he had been dorm leader to several hundred other campers; for J intended to volunteer to be a dorm leader every year; he would still remember these first nervous faces as they got off the bus and were lined up behind him.
At lunch time, J was talking to Gar after he had finished eating when Spiro asked him to accompany him to outside for a private chat. Once outside, Spiro began to walk away from the dining hall before beginning his talk. "J you are the only one of the dorm leaders from this camp who is staying on for the next and so I thought I would allow you the choice of changing dormitories if you wanted."
"I am happy with the one I have and it would be easier than moving all my gear into a new place." J responded.
"I thought you might think like that, and of course you would not have had a full choice, because you would still have to take one set up for boys with urinals in the ablution section." Spiro confirmed.
"Yeah, anyway one dorm is much the same as another and I have my little cooler set up and all." J said.
"What cooler?" Spiro asked.
J explained how he had made the cooler and offered to show it to Spiro who accepted and they headed off quickly so that Spiro could see it and they could get back in time for J to collect his boys from the dining hall. During this little trip, Spiro told J that he did not know if any of the other leaders coming on the next camp were gay and that J might find himself in a difficult position if he revealed his leanings to any of them. "So I will let you have a night or two off to go and visit the restaurant that Jeff took you to before this camp, but you will have to be back by midnight. Andrea will drive you there and back, and don't worry, she already knows you are gay and will keep quiet about because if she doesn't she will lose her job. All of my staff must be able to keep things confidential." Spiro explained.
J was a little shocked and taken aback by this turn in their conversation and remained silent after Spiro finished talking. Then after a fairly long gap he managed to say, "Thank you ... I think."
Spiro burst out laughing and ruffled J's hair in a fatherly fashion. "You're a bit shocked, aren't you?"
"Umm, yeah, I guess so. I have not had an adult speak with me in this way before and it has kind of taken me by surprise." J answered truthfully.
"Never mind. You look after your next lot of boys like you did with this lot and I will be bidding for you for my campus every year. If we could get all the dormitories to pull together like yours and Gars did, we would have a far easier time of these camps and the kids would have an even greater time too." Spiro praised J.
By this time they had got back to the dining hall and J went to wait by the door where his boys would come out so that he could round them up and take them on to the afternoon activities. This last afternoon the kids were involved in field activities and J was doing as much running around with them as they campers were doing and so by the end of the afternoon they were all bathed in a sheen of sweat. J led them back to the dormitory where there was almost a race to get in the showers first. J didn't mind this and allowed them to spend a bit longer in there with him going round and gradually turning the water temperature down till they were all standing under cold showers lowering their temperatures till their balls and cocks had shrivelled up into their bodies with the cold; including J's. Even with that, by the time they had got back to their bedsides to dress, the warmth had loosened the skin and their balls were hanging free once more.
They remained naked, with the exception of the trio who had to wear their undies, while they practiced their skit for around the campfire that evening and then got dressed to go back up to the dining hall in time for the last evening meal they would have on the camp.
From the dinner they went straight to the campfire which lasted a fair bit of time while all those who had prepared skits performed them in between singing some of the traditional campfire songs. Getting back to the dorm after campfire, J noticed that they all smelled of the wood smoke from the fire and so he sent them off for their final shower before bed and then directed them to get ready for bed even thought there was still some time till lights out. J went into his room and began to write the letter he had intended to write the night before. This was of course to Gerald and he filled Gerald in on the award and all that he had done since the last letter including how much he missed Gerald and was looking forward to seeing him as soon as he could after getting back, and that a meeting at the airport would not be soon enough. J had been writing for about fifteen minutes when he became aware that the dormitory was unusually quiet. He got up and went to the door which was still open and looked into the room. His face split into a grin as he looked down each side and saw that every one of the boys was already asleep. They were all lying on top of their duvets and with the exception of the trio were all naked. J watched for a little while and when he was sure that they were all asleep, he turned off the light and then closed his door so that he could continue to write his letter without his light disturbing the boys.
When he had finished writing his letter to Gerald, he wrote another to John and Jean and then he also got ready for bed and turned off his lights and was asleep before the official lights out time. The next morning J let the boys sleep a little longer because he knew that they would have a long tiring flight home. After breakfast the campers were allowed a couple of hours on the beach and swimming before they had to get back and pack so that they would be ready to leave straight after lunch. Getting back from the swim, J had the boys all go and shower and wash their swimming costumes before they began to pack so that the costumes could have a chance to dry. J went round from boy to boy and helped to wring as much water out of the costumes as he could so they would dry even quicker and then spread the costume on the towel rail of each bedside locker while the boys packed their bags. They were about half way through with the packing when J called for their attention and suggested that as they were still naked they had better remember to leave a set of clothes out to wear to lunch and then on the plane. There was some embarrassed giggling after this suggestion for a number of the boys had already packed all their clothing without thinking of needing something to wear. But even with this there was still no mocking or teasing from others. J had, if nothing else, managed to get that lesson across and hoped that they would take it home with them and teach it to their peers as mixed with them again.
Finally the time came when each of the boys had to get dressed and pick up their bags and take them up to the point where they would get on their coach and leaving the bags there go on for their last meal at camp. Now there was a definite despondent gloom hanging over the camp and the lunch was a fairly quiet affair. Even in the leader's lounge there was some sombreness as they too were sad to be going. Perhaps the brightest out of the lot was J because he had another camp to look forward to. For the last time, he and Gar got up to fetch their boys from the dining hall and lead them back to the coach to ensure that the correct luggage and boy was loaded onto the correct coach. They got their two dorms lined up ready to walk over to the coach stop when David and Stephen broke out of their lines and walked up to the two leaders each with something hidden behind their backs.
Stephen stopped in front of Gar and said, "Gar we want to thank you for being a great dorm leader and helping us to win a new award. We hope you will remember us because we will not forget you." Then bringing one hand forward, he offered Gar an envelope. "We did this to help you to know we like you and want you to remember this camp."
As Gar took the envelope David handed an envelope to J and gave almost the same speech. It was almost like they had discussed and planned their speeches together. Gar was about to say his thanks when David thrust another envelope at him and said, "And Gar, we in J's dorm want to thank you also because we enjoyed having time together with you also." As he finished Stephen passed a second envelope to J and told him that Gar's dorm also wanted to thank him in the same way.
"Well we also thank you guys because without your help we would not have had such a good camp either. You are all the greatest and if we come on camp together again, I hope I get some of you at least if not all of you again. Only of course you would then have to share a bed so we can fit two dorms into one." J said and joked.
"Well J would have to fight me for you guys also because I would be delighted to have you all again also. Thank you all for being such swell guys and for helping both J and me to have a great camp also." Gar said.
Neither J nor Gar had realised it, but it was not just their dorms who had witnessed this little event and as Gar finished speaking, all the campers who were there began to clap and cheer. Some of the other leaders looked a little out of sorts because they had not been given anything by their dorms, but they also joined in cheering the two leaders. Eventually J held up his hand to get a bit of silence and told the campers they had better head towards the coaches or else they would not get the kit on the right coaches with the owners and they would end up with someone else's stuff instead of theirs.
It took about half an hour to get the kids and kit all sorted and loaded onto the correct coaches and soon J was left standing almost alone. All that was left was one of the activity leaders and Spiro standing either side of J. Spiro invited both of them to go up to the leader's lounge for a drink and J said he would join them but wanted to get his two letters to post and so would detour past his dorm to get them. He took off at a brisk pace while the other two ambled off slowly and as a result J caught back up with them just before they reached the lounge. J nipped over to the office to put the letters in the mail bag and was back in the lounge before Spiro had time to place an order.
Well there is only one more section of camp left for J. What exploits do you think he will get up to with boys only a little younger than him?
