His Sister's Boyfriend Ch. 12
Hunter caught up to Sadie a few blocks away, her shoulders slumped and tears glistening in her eyes. He quickened his pace, feeling a mix of guilt and concern for what had transpired at the restaurant. "Sades," Hunter called out softly as he reached her side. She looked up at him, blinking away tears before trying to compose herself.
"Hunter," she said with a shaky voice. "That boy is such an ungrateful brat!"
Hunter reached out to gently place a hand on Sadie's arm, offering her some comfort. He couldn't help but notice how Sadie still saw Mason as a little kid in many ways. "I know he said some hurtful things, but let's try and understand where he's coming from," Hunter suggested softly.
Sadie sniffled and wiped away a tear. "Understand? How can I understand when all he did was attack me like that?" she replied with frustration in her voice.
Hunter took a deep breath, trying to gather his thoughts before responding. "Mason is under a lot of pressure right now--he's trying to figure out his future and the financial burden of college," he explained carefully.
Sadie looked at him skeptically through watery eyes. "But why take it out on me? It felt so random and cruel," she murmured sadly.
Hunter's heart sank as he listened to Sadie's words. He knew that he couldn't reveal the true reason behind Mason's outburst--it would cause disaster. The guilt weighed heavily on his conscience, but he and Mason had promised one another to keep their affair a secret. "I understand how hurtful it was, Sadie," Hunter said with sincerity in his voice. "But I think there might be something else going on with him... something that he hasn't shared with you."
Sadie looked at him curiously, her eyes searching for answers. "What do you mean?" she asked softly.
Hunter's mind raced as he tried to come up with an explanation that wouldn't give away the truth. He knew that lying was not ideal, but at this point what other choice did he have? He took a deep breath. "The other day Mason told me that there's this guy back home," Hunter began slowly--his voice laced with a hint of uncertainty--making up the lie as he went along. "They've been low-key hooking up... And this guy is going to American next year. And I think Mason is stressed that he won't be able to go too because he can't afford it."
Sadie's eyes widened in surprise as she processed Hunter's words. "Wait, Mason has been seeing someone? Someone who's going to American?" she asked, a mix of confusion and concern evident on her face.
Hunter nodded slowly, hoping that his fabricated story would be enough to ease Sadie's pain. "Yeah... I think he feels like he might lose out on an opportunity if he can't go to the same school," he explained cautiously.
Sadie sighed heavily and ran a hand through her hair. "He never mentioned... I had no idea..." she murmured softly. Hunter felt heavy with guilt for making up this story as Sadie seemed lost in thought for a moment. She looked back at Hunter with hurt in her eyes. "How come you knew about this and I didn't?" she asked.
Hunter shifted uncomfortably, struggling to find the right words that wouldn't reveal his own secret. "I... I guess me and him have just had a lot of bonding time while you've been at work," Hunter admitted reluctantly. "We've talked about things, but I didn't think it was my place to share... even with you."
Sadie nodded slowly, her expression softening slightly. "I understand the bro code, Hunter," she said quietly. "But it still bums me out knowing that he confided in you and not me."
Hunter's stomach churned as he realized how messy he was making this by fabricating a fake relationship for Mason. He knew that Sadie would want to talk to Mason about it. And if she discovered his lie... it would hasten the unraveling of his affair with Mason and likely destroy his relationship with Sadie and her own with her brother. Shit! He'd have to touch base with Mason before they met up again... He reached out to gently take Sadie's hand in his, hoping to offer some comfort. "I'm sorry, Sadie," he said sincerely. "I never meant to make you feel left out or excluded from your brother's life."
Sadie looked at him with a mix of sadness and understanding. "No, it's okay. I know you didn't mean any harm," she replied softly. "You've been so good with him this trip. I can't thank you enough." She hugged him close.
Hunter's heart broke as Sadie hugged him, the weight of his guilt becoming unbearable, gnawing at him from within. He felt a lump forming in his throat. He had been fucking her little brother behind her back for days and here she was thanking him for it--unaware of the depths of deception that existed between them. "I...I'm glad I could be there for him," Hunter managed to say through a strained voice. He didn't know how long he could keep up this facade.
Sadie smiled warmly at Hunter before wiping away another stray tear. "You're such an amazing man," she said softly. "And you've been so good with my family."
Hunter's heart ached as those words echoed in his mind--'amazing man.' How could he live with himself knowing what he had done? Every kind gesture now felt like a lie--a betrayal--and it tore at his insides. "Of course," he replied weakly, unable to meet Sadie's gaze any longer. The guilt weighed heavily on him--threatening to suffocate every ounce of happiness left within him. "I love you so much," he said as he buried his face in her hair.
She leaned into the embrace, unaware of the immense turmoil that was brewing within Hunter. She felt comforted by his words and presence, believing wholeheartedly in their relationship.
Hunter's grip on Sadie tightened as conflicting emotions raged within him. He loved her--he really did, but he was also obsessed with her little brother! Did he love him too? It sure felt like it. His mind spun; torn between his love for Sadie and his intense desire for Mason. He couldn't deny the connection he felt with both of them. But the weight of his secret affair bore down on him like an unbearable burden. His mind raced with thoughts of what might happen if the truth were to ever come out--the pain it would cause Sadie, the damage it would do to their relationship, and how it could irreparably fracture her bond with Mason. It was a web of deceit and desire that seemed impossible to untangle. Lost in his thoughts, Hunter held onto Sadie tightly--seeking solace even as guilt ate away at him from within. He knew he had to find a way out of this mess--a way to deal with this situation without causing irreparable harm for anyone. Was it even possible? For now, all he could do was hold onto Sadie and hope that somehow everything would work itself out--for their sake and for Mason's too.
As Mason stormed away from the restaurant, he felt a mix of anger and confusion swirling inside him. The city streets around him were unfamiliar, adding to his frustration as he worked out his negative energy. He quickened his pace in an attempt to shake off his emotions but soon found himself lost in the neighborhood streets. His mind was racing with thoughts of Hunter and Sadie--of their complicated affair and the harsh words that had been exchanged just moments ago. The bustling sounds of cars honking and people talking became a blur as Mason's anger gave way to sadness. He couldn't believe how quickly everything had unraveled--just this morning he and Hunter had been blissfully entangled together under the sheets--But now it felt like all hope for their secret relationship was slipping away. And being alone in this unfamiliar city only amplified those feelings of isolation.
Mason stopped abruptly on a street corner, feeling overwhelmed by both his surroundings and internal turmoil. He leaned against a brick wall for support, trying desperately not to break down right there on the busy sidewalk. He looked behind him, hoping to see that Hunter had followed him, but was disappointed. His phone buzzed in his pocket. His heart sank as he checked his phone, hoping to see a message from Hunter assuring him that everything would be okay. But instead, his screen displayed a simple "I'm sorry" from Hunter. Tears welled up in his eyes as he read the words over and over again. The apology felt empty and insufficient for the pain he was feeling. Hunter must have gone after Sadie, not him. 'I don't know if it's worth it,' Hunter had said. Mason angrily wiped away the tears streaming down his cheeks; it was frustrating how quickly emotions could shift from desire to anger to hurt. Feeling a surge of determination, he decided to push forward despite his emotional turmoil. He couldn't just stand there feeling sorry for himself; he needed to sort himself out and figure out what to do next.
Taking a deep breath, Mason straightened himself up and glanced around the unfamiliar neighborhood streets. He decided to walk back the way he'd come towards the cafe they'd had lunch at. As he walked, he tried to calm his racing thoughts. He refused to let this situation bring him down completely. As he crossed an intersection, he spotted a small park up ahead. Seeking solace in the peaceful surroundings, he made his way towards the park and found an empty bench under a shady tree. He sat down heavily and closed his eyes for a moment, taking deep breaths as he tried to gather himself. The sound of birds chirping and leaves rustling in the wind provided some comfort amidst all the chaos inside him.
After some time had passed he felt his phone vibrating against his thigh. He pulled out his phone. Sadie was calling him. He hesitated for a moment before answering reluctantly; he knew they needed space from each other after their argument but couldn't ignore her call either. His heart raced as he wondered what Hunter had said to her. Had he told her about them? No... He wouldn't do that, right? He took a deep breath and answered the call. "Hey," he said, his voice filled with a mixture of sadness and uncertainty.
Sadie sounded concerned on the other end of the line. "Mase, where are you? Are you okay?" she asked anxiously.
Mason hesitated for a moment, unsure of what she knew, though she didn't sound mad. "I'm... I'm in the park near the cafe," he replied, trying to sound as composed as possible.
There was a brief pause before Sadie spoke again, her voice softening. "Look, whatever happened back there, we'll deal with it. I love you, Mason. Just come back to our place and we can talk."
Mason felt conflicted; part of him wanted to pour his heart out to Sadie--to tell her everything that had been going on--but he knew that it would only make things worse for everyone. "I love you too, sis. I just need some time alone right now," he said. "I'll find my way back... eventually."
Sadie sighed audibly over the phone but respected his request without pressing further: "Okay... Take your time then," she said softly. "I love you," she repeated before hanging up.
Mason stared at his phone blankly for a moment. The weight of everything--his complicated relationship with Hunter and now this strained dynamic between himself and Sadie--felt overwhelming. He nodded to himself and opened up the map app. He entered Sadie and Hunter's address so he'd be able to find his way back. As he walked along the D.C. streets, he put in his earphones and put on his "Rage" playlist. The music helped drown out some of the noise in his head and offered a temporary escape from all the emotions swirling inside him. As Mason made his way through unfamiliar neighborhoods, he couldn't help but feel a sense of loneliness creeping over him.
Suddenly, his phone buzzed in his pocket--a text message from Hunter. His heart skipped a beat as he read what appeared on the screen: "Hey Mase... I'm sorry about earlier--I didn't mean for things to get so messy."
Mason clenched his jaw tightly at Hunter's words; it felt like such an understatement considering how much pain he was feeling right now. He paused for a moment before typing out a response: "Yeah... Things got really messed up today." It was short but conveyed enough emotion to let Hunter know that this wasn't something easily fixed or forgotten.
Hunter replied almost instantly: "I know. I didn't get to say everything I wanted to say before Sadie came back. I hope we can talk later."
Mason's fingers hovered over the screen as he struggled to find the right words to respond. He wanted so badly for everything to go back to how it was before lunch--when they were just two people caught up in desire and forbidden love. But Mason's college decision had caused it all to come crashing down around them, tearing apart their makeshift fantasy. Finally, he typed out a reply: "I don't know what you can say that would make this better now. This has gotten so complicated. And I'm leaving tomorrow." `Complicated' felt like an understatement, he thought.
Hunter's heart sank as he read Mason's message. He was in his office catching up on work that he'd skipped out on to be with Mason the last few days. He had so much he felt like he needed to say but now it seemed like it was too late. He knew that their situation was complicated and the lie he had just told Sadie would only add to the tangled mess they found themselves in. With a heavy sigh, Hunter began typing: "Well... I might have just made it more complicated. I told Sadie something earlier and you need to know what it is, because she's probably going to ask you about it."
Mason's eyes widened as he read Hunter's message and the three dots that indicated he was typing again. The curiosity and concern intensified within him. He took a deep breath and replied with a sense of urgency, "What did you tell her? Did you tell her about us?"
Hunter stopped writing and paused to explain. "No, I didn't tell her about us... But I made up something else. I told her that you've been seeing someone back home who's going to American. And you wanted to go there because of him... And that's why you freaked out at her about the money."
Mason's heart raced as he read Hunter's message. He felt a mix of relief that their secret affair hadn't been exposed, but also a deep sense of unease at the lie Hunter had crafted in its place. He couldn't help but worry about what he would say if Sadie started asking questions or--God forbid--if she asked his parents about this mystery man. Still... he'd been lying to Sadie about his relationship with Hunter... So he should be able to manage this, right? "Okay... I guess that could work for now," he typed hesitantly, unsure of how to feel about the lie Hunter had concocted. But if it kept their secret safe and prevented any further damage, maybe it was necessary.
Hunter sighed in relief as he read Mason's response. It wasn't ideal, but it would keep their affair hidden from Sadie and Mason was leaving in the morning anyway. The weight of the situation still hung heavily on Hunter's shoulders, but he knew that for now, this was the best way to keep their secret safe and protect the people they cared about. "Thank you for understanding," he wrote. "I'm sorry for everything that happened today. I still want to talk. We'll figure things out somehow."
Mason stared at his phone screen. He knew Hunter was in an impossible position but that didn't stop him from feeling bitter about his equivocating. `We'll figure things out; I need some time; We can't keep doing this.' And yet, Hunter had woken him up this morning with passionate sex! And he only had a couple weeks to decide where he was going to college. Time was short. Mason took a deep breath, trying to calm the turmoil inside him. He knew that he couldn't rely on Hunter for answers or solutions--his own decisions needed to come from within. Mason stared at his phone, contemplating his response. He knew that Hunter's offer to talk was well-intentioned, but right now he didn't want to discuss their complicated situation any further. The emotions were still too raw and the pain of their argument too fresh in his mind.
After a moment of hesitation, he typed out a reply: "I'll come back soon. But I don't want to talk about this anymore today. I'm going home tomorrow anyway. I think this has just run it's course, Hunter." It was short and direct--trying to give Hunter what he was sure he wanted: an opportunity to break away.
Hunter read Mason's message with a mixture of understanding and dismay. He couldn't deny the validity of Mason's message; they both needed time apart to reflect on what had transpired between them. Still, part of him longed to tell Mason what he'd wanted to say earlier--that he wanted him, craved him, loved him even--but that he also felt those same things for Sadie. How the fuck was he supposed to handle this? Should he just let the whole thing end like this? With a sigh, Hunter simply replied: "Okay... I understand." His heart sank as he pressed send--it felt like an admission of defeat--but he knew it was necessary for the sake of all three of them.
As Mason made his way back towards Sadie and Hunter's apartment, thoughts swirled through his mind--thoughts about betrayal, desire, love--all tangled up together into one complex mess. It seemed impossible to find any answers amidst all the confusion--impossible to determine what path would lead him towards happiness without causing irreparable damage along the way.
Mason entered the apartment with a heavy heart, his footsteps barely making a sound as he made his way towards the living room. His eyes met Hunter's briefly, but neither of them spoke. Mason could sense the tension in the air--the weight of their secret affair hanging over them like an invisible wall.
Hunter sat on the couch, engrossed in his laptop and occasionally glancing up at the basketball game playing on TV. He tried to focus on work--anything to distract himself from the complicated situation unfolding around him--but his mind kept drifting back to Mason.
Sadie emerged from her bedroom just as Mason settled into one of the armchairs across from Hunter. She looked tired. "Hey," she said softly, making her way over to where Mason sat. "Can we talk?"
Mason nodded silently and got up from the chair to follow Sadie into her room. As they moved away from Hunter his eyes followed them, his heart beating hard at not being a part of this moment.
As brother and sister settled onto the king-sized bed, silence enveloped them for a moment before Sadie finally spoke up. Her voice was gentle yet filled with concern: "I'm sorry about earlier today... I shouldn't have said I didn't want to come to school here anymore. I wish things hadn't gotten so heated between us."
Mason sighed heavily and glanced down at his hands folded tightly in his lap. "No...I'm sorry too," he replied quietly, avoiding eye contact with Sadie.
Sadie reached out tentatively and placed a hand on Mason's arm, trying to offer comfort. "I just want you to know that I love you, Mase," she said sincerely. "And I hate us fighting like this. Hunter told me about what you're going through with this college decision."
Mason forced a small smile, willing himself to play along with the lie that Hunter had concocted. He knew it was necessary for now--to protect their secret affair and maintain some semblance of peace within their complicated dynamic.
"Yeah... It's just been really stressful," Mason replied, his voice tinged with sadness. "I didn't mean to blow up at you like that."
Sadie squeezed his arm gently as she looked in his eyes that were the same blue as her own. "I can't believe you didn't tell me you're seeing someone! You've been saying you're single forever!" she said.
Mason felt a pang of guilt as Sadie expressed her surprise at his supposed relationship. He knew he had to keep up the charade, even if it meant weaving more lies. "I'm sorry for not telling you earlier," Mason began, his voice wavering slightly. "It's just... complicated. We're not really dating-dating, you know? It's more like... we're messing around casually."
Sadie rolled her eyes at Mason's revelation but smiled. "Oh... Well, go on," she said, wanting to know more.
"Yeah, and actually..." he continued cautiously, his mind spinning. "He doesn't even go to my school; we met through a friend." He took a deep breath, trying to maintain his composure as he continued spinning the yarn, weaving bits of the truth into the story as it grew. "And... well, Mom and Dad don't know about it," he added, hoping that Sadie wouldn't pry too much into the details.
Sadie raised an eyebrow at Mason's revelation but didn't press further. "Wow, okay. So you're keeping this whole thing a secret?" she asked curiously.
"Yeah," Mason replied with a nod. "It's kind of exciting in a way--having this hidden relationship." The truthful words tasted bitter on his tongue as guilt gnawed at him from within.
Sadie chuckled softly and shook her head in disbelief. "You always did have a flair for the dramatic," she said teasingly before growing serious again. "But Mase... is he treating you right? Why are you being so secretive about him?"
Mason's heart skipped a beat at Sadie's question. He knew he had to tread carefully with his response, making sure not to reveal too much while still appeasing her concerns. "He treats me well... most of the time," Mason replied cautiously, choosing his words carefully. "But sometimes it feels frustrating because he won't be open about our relationship. Like, we have all this chemistry and connection, but he needs to keep it hidden from everyone."
Sadie frowned slightly, concern etched on her face as she listened intently. "That doesn't sound fair to you... Are you okay with that?" she asked gently.
Mason sighed inwardly before answering truthfully... well, partially truthfully. "Honestly? It bothers me," he admitted reluctantly. "But it's necessary I guess and I'm willing to put up with it because the moments we share are incredible."
Sadie's brow furrowed with concern as she processed Mason's words. She couldn't help but feel protective over her brother, wanting him to be treated with the love and respect he deserved. "Mason, you deserve someone who can openly embrace your relationship," she said softly, her voice filled with empathy. "You shouldn't have to hide or settle for something less than what you truly want."
Mason nodded. It felt surreal to be having this conversation--seeking advice from his sister about his complicated situation involving her own boyfriend, while pretending it was about someone else. "Yeah... I know," Mason replied quietly. "But there are just so many factors at play right now."
Sadie looked at Mason with concern etched on her face. "What 'factors?'" she pressed gently, her voice tinged with worry.
Mason hesitated for a moment, his mind racing as he tried to come up with an answer that would both satisfy Sadie's curiosity and protect the truth of his affair with Hunter. He took a deep breath before finally speaking, his voice filled with uncertainty. "Well... one of the factors is that this guy--he's not exactly out yet," Mason confessed cautiously, choosing his words carefully. "And he has a girlfriend."
Sadie's eyes widened in surprise at Mason's revelation. She hadn't expected that twist, and it took her a moment to process what he had just said. "He has a girlfriend?" Sadie repeated, her voice laced with disbelief. "Wait... so you're seeing someone who's already in a relationship?" Her brows furrowed as she tried to make sense of the situation.
Mason nodded slowly, his gaze fixed on the floor as guilt washed over him. "Yeah... I know it sounds messed up," he replied softly. "But like I said, things are complicated. It might be over and done with anyway"
Sadie reached out and gently placed her hand on Mason's arm, offering him some comfort amidst the chaos of their conversation. "Mason... I'm not here to judge you," she said sincerely. "You're my brother, and all I want is for you to be happy."
The unexpected support from Sadie caught Mason off guard; he had braced himself for anger or disappointment but instead found understanding and empathy coming from his older sister.
"I just don't want you getting hurt," Sadie continued earnestly. She squeezed his arm gently before leaning back against the headboard of her bed. "You gotta be careful with something like that, little brother. Things can go wrong quick."
Mason stared at Sadie in surprise. He had expected anger or disappointment from his sister, but instead she offered him love and concern--something he desperately needed in that moment. At the same time, knowing that he was practically confessing his tryst with her boyfriend was making his heart beat a million miles a minute--especially because of her accurate assessment of how messed up things could get.
"Thank you," he whispered, his voice filled with emotion. "I thought you'd think I was some sort of home-wrecking slut."
Sadie smiled and huffed a soft laugh at him, shaking her head, the corners of her eyes crinkling slightly. "Family sticks together through thick and thin," she said sincerely. "No matter what happens between you and this guy... just know that I've got your back."
Tears welled up in Mason's eyes as he felt a rush of emotions overwhelming him--the relief of not being judged by Sadie mixed with the guilt of having an affair with her boyfriend. "I'm sorry for keeping so much from you," Mason confessed quietly, tears streaming down his cheeks now. "It's just... everything is so weird for me right now."
Sadie reached out to wipe away some of Mason's tears before pulling him into a tight hug--a gesture that conveyed both comfort and acceptance.
"You don't have to apologize," Sadie murmured softly against his ear as they embraced. "We all have our own secrets and struggles--we're only human." She held onto him tightly for a few moments longer before finally releasing him. "So what's the deal with this guy and American University? That got you so cranky at lunch?"
Mason took a deep breath as he thought about what he could say. "Well... He and I have been getting closer lately," Mason began cautiously, his eyes avoiding Sadie's gaze momentarily before meeting it head-on again. "We've been talking about how great it would be if we could go to the same college--I think we could have a real shot if we were close to one another, but if I go somewhere else... I doubt we'll keep in touch. But it's all probably a moot point, since I think we're ending it."
Sadie listened intently as Mason weaved the truth of his affair with Hunter into this tale of deception. Her eyes filled with sympathy as she realized the weight of Mason's predicament. "That sounds rough, Mase," Sadie said softly, her voice full of understanding. "I get why you lashed out at me randomly like that, I guess. Even though it was uncalled for," she scolded cheekily, scowling.
Mason nodded, feeling a mix of relief and guilt wash over him. Sadie's understanding brought some comfort to his conflicted heart, but he couldn't shake the knowledge that he was deceiving her. "I know... I'm sorry about that," Mason replied sincerely. "It's just been so overwhelming lately--I didn't mean to take it out on you."
Sadie smiled sympathetically at him before reaching out to pull him into a tight hug. "It's okay, Mase," she reassured him softly. "We all have our moments. Just remember that I love you no matter what."
Mason leaned into the hug, grateful for Sadie's understanding and support. He couldn't help but feel a surge of guilt wash over him as her words echoed in his mind. The weight of his affair with Hunter pressed upon him, threatening to crush any sense of normalcy he had left. As they pulled away from the embrace, Mason looked at Sadie with a mixture of gratitude and guilt in his eyes. "Thank you," he whispered hoarsely, struggling to find the right words to express how much her acceptance meant to him.
Sadie smiled warmly at him before reaching up to gently wipe away a stray tear that had escaped down Mason's cheek. "You don't have to thank me, Mase," she said softly. "Family is there for each other through thick and thin."
Mason nodded silently, feeling Sadie's words hammering down on him without her even realizing it. He swallowed hard, the guilt clawing at him from within. He'd been willfully betraying her trust over and over again all because of his infatuation with Hunter. The fact that she was being so understanding and helpful right now was hard for him to handle.
"I just want you to be happy," Sadie said softly, breaking the silence between them. "And if this guy makes you happy... Well, I know you said it's complicated and possibly ending, but... I hope it all works out for you."
Mason forced a smile onto his face, though his heart felt heavy with guilt. "Thank you, sis," he replied quietly. "I hope so too." Deep down, Mason knew that things were far from okay--that if he and Hunter continued their affair it was a ticking time bomb--but for now, all he could do was play along and keep up appearances.
Sadie reached out and squeezed Mason's hand gently before standing up from the bed. "Let's go join Hunter," she suggested warmly. "Maybe we can salvage our last night together."
Mason took a deep breath, steeling himself as they got off the bed and made their way back to the living room. He tried to push aside the guilt and conflicting emotions that threatened to consume him. As he settled into the armchair across from Hunter as Sadie joined him on the couch, a heavy silence hung in the air.
Sadie shifted slightly on the couch, her eyes flickering between Mason and Hunter. She reached out for Hunter's hand, intertwining their fingers together. Hunter looked at Sadie with love in his eyes before turning his attention towards Mason. His gaze was now filled with longing and regret. Mason met Hunter's gaze briefly before looking away. Hunter's heart sank. Discussing their complicated situation with Sadie in the room would be near impossible. He stole another glance at Mason, who seemed lost in his own thoughts and purposefully avoiding eye contact. He tried to think of how to get a message to Mason without actually talking to him. Could he say something to Sadie that Mason would hear and understand? Squeezing Sadie's hand gently, Hunter mustered up a small smile before turning to her. "So, babe," he said softly, his voice filled with warmth and affection. "Did you guys have a good talk?"
Sadie glanced at Mason for a moment before returning her attention to Hunter. She nodded slowly. "Yeah...we did," she replied gently.
Hunter's smile widened slightly, relief washing over him. He was glad that Sadie seemed to be accepting Mason's situation, even if it was based on the fabricated story he had concocted.
"That's good," Hunter replied softly, his voice tinged with sincerity. "I think it's important for him to have someone to talk to about all this college stuff."
Sadie nodded in agreement before turning her gaze towards Mason. "You know you can always come and talk to me too, right?" she said sincerely. "Even though we fought earlier... I'm here for you."
Mason looked at Sadie gratefully and forced a small smile onto his face despite the turmoil inside him. "Thank you, Sadie," he replied quietly. "I appreciate that more than you know."
Sadie reached out and blew a playful kiss in Mason's direction, her eyes twinkling with affection. "Love you, little brother," she said teasingly before turning her attention back to Hunter.
Hunter nodded at Sadie's gesture and smiled warmly at Mason. "Yeah, man," he chimed in, his voice filled with sincerity. "I'm here for you too--no matter what happens."
Mason's heart ached at Hunter's words, knowing the meaning behind them. He wanted to believe that Hunter meant it--that he truly cared for him--but he was finding it difficult to accept his words anymore after all his wishy-washiness. "Thank you," he replied flatly, not looking at Hunter directly. "That means a lot."
Hunter reached out and placed a hand on Sadie's knee, trying to anchor himself in their relationship while also being supportive of Mason. It was an impossible balancing act--one that threatened to crumble beneath the weight of their secrets. He looked at the younger man with another pained look before turning back to the Wizards game.
Sadie suggested ordering sushi for dinner and Hunter nodded in agreement. "That sounds good to me," he replied with a smile, trying to maintain some semblance of normalcy amidst the tension that hung in the air. "Mason?" he asked, looking towards him.
Mason snapped out of his thoughts and looked up at Hunter, forcing a small smile onto his face. "Yeah, sushi sounds great," he said softly, trying to sound enthusiastic despite the emotional mess inside him. He turned to Sadie. "Do you mind if I pick out some rolls?"
Sadie shook her head with amusement as she reached for her phone. "Sure, but no eel this time, Mason," she said playfully, handing him her phone. "You know I can't stand it."
Mason chuckled softly, grateful for the lighthearted moment amidst the heaviness of their current situation. "Fiiine, no eel rolls, got it," he replied with a playful wink before taking Sadie's phone and scrolling through the various sushi options.
When the sushi arrived, Sadie and Mason set up the food on the coffee table in front of the TV. They all settled down around it, their attention shifting from their individual thoughts to enjoy a meal together.
Mason tried his best to engage in light conversation with Sadie as they ate, attempting to distract himself from the emotional turmoil weighing him down. He asked her about work and shared stories from his soccer practices, trying to keep things as normal as possible. Sadie responded warmly; the tension that had lingered between them earlier seemed forgotten amidst their sibling banter.
Hunter watched Mason interact with Sadie--their laughter and easy rapport. It was clear that there was still love between siblings even after everything that had transpired today. He tried several times throughout dinner to engage Mason in conversation, but each attempt fell flat. Mason remained withdrawn and distant towards him--a stark contrast to how they had been earlier that day. Did Mason really mean it when he'd said they should end it? The coldness weighed heavily on Hunter's mind; he knew he needed to address what happened earlier--to apologize for not handling things better--but now wasn't the time.
Meanwhile, Mason was--for once--grateful for Sadie's presence and the distraction she provided. He didn't want to deal with his complicated situation with Hunter tonight--it felt too raw, too overwhelming. Instead, he focused on enjoying their time together as siblings, cherishing these moments and icing out Hunter. When they finished eating, Mason offered to clean up while Sadie and Hunter stayed settled on the couch. He moved around the living room gathering plates and empty sushi containers--anything to keep himself occupied and avoid any more awkward interactions with Hunter. Hunter leaned back against the cushions of the couch next to Sadie--the silence between him and Mason feeling heavy in contrast to their usually easy camaraderie. As Mason finished cleaning up, he could feel Hunter's gaze on him. It was a mix of longing and regret, but also something else that Mason couldn't quite decipher. He tried to ignore it, focusing instead on the task at hand. Once the living room was tidied up, Mason made his way back to join Sadie and Hunter. He settled into an armchair adjacent to them--a physical barrier between himself and Hunter--hoping it would help block the man's gaze for a little while.
Suddenly Sadie's phone rang, interrupting the lighthearted atmosphere that had settled over them. She glanced at the caller ID and groaned--it was the hospital. "Sorry, guys," Sadie said with a sigh as she answered the call. "Hello? Yes, this is Sadie," she said into the phone, her voice tinged with disappointment. As she listened to the person on the other end of the line, her brows furrowed in frustration. "But I'm supposed to be off tonight... It's my last night with my little brother... Well, can't someone else cover?" Hunter and Mason exchanged a nervous glance as they watched Sadie's expression shift from disappointment to resignation. Mason quickly looked away again. "I understand... Okay, I'll be there as soon as possible," Sadie replied reluctantly before ending the call.
She looked towards Mason with a mixture of annoyance and regret etched on her face. "I'm sorry Mase, but they need me at work," she explained apologetically. "Someone called in sick and they're short-staffed."
Mason nodded understandingly, though a pang of disappointment washed over him. He didn't want to be alone with Hunter tonight. "It's okay, Sadie," he replied. "Work is important." Sadie smiled sympathetically as she got up from the couch and moved towards Mason. She reached out to ruffle his hair affectionately before leaning down to give him a quick hug. "I'll be back for breakfast tomorrow before you have to leave," she said sincerely before turning her attention towards Hunter. "You'll be good, babe?"
Hunter grinned warmly at Sadie as he stood up from the couch and pulled her into an embrace. "Of course," Hunter replied gently, his voice filled with reassurance even as his anxiety swirled due to Mason's cold treatment.
As Sadie released herself from Hunter's arms and quickly went to change into her scrubs. Mason buried himself in his phone until she returned to grab her coat and bag. Mason mustered up a small smile despite feeling disappointed by how their night was ending abruptly.
"Go save some people," Mason said as he walked over to give Sadie one last hug goodbye.
Sadie smiled and squeezed him tightly for a moment longer than usual--her way of conveying that everything would be alright even if it didn't feel like it right now--and then pulled away. "You too... And be good for Hunter while I'm gone!" she teased lightly before giving both Mason and Hunter one last wave goodbye.
Once Sadie left the apartment, silence settled over the living room once more--an awkwardness hanging heavy in the air between Mason and Hunter. Mason avoided eye contact for several moments until finally...
"Mase..." Hunter began hesitantly after clearing his throat nervously--the weight of their earlier fight still lingering heavily on his conscience--"We need to-"
But before he could finish his sentence, Mason cut him off abruptly. "I don't want to talk about it," he replied curtly, his voice filled with frustration and hurt. "We said what needed to be said." He turned away from Hunter, and walked to the guest room with his phone. Closing the door behind him.
Hunter's heart sank as Mason shut down their conversation before it even had a chance to start. He understood that Mason needed time and space, but he couldn't shake off the feeling of urgency--Mason was leaving tomorrow and he didn't want things to fester between them. He stood there for a moment, his mind racing with thoughts and emotions. He knew that Mason needed time and space, but he also couldn't bear the thought of letting their relationship unravel like this. With a heavy sigh, Hunter made his way towards the guest room door.
He knocked gently on the door, hoping to at least have some kind of conversation with Mason before he left tomorrow. "Mason... can we please talk?" Hunter asked softly through the closed door.
There was a brief silence from inside the room before Mason finally replied in an exasperated tone, muffled by the door. "I don't know what more there is to say," he said bitterly. "You've made it pretty clear how you feel."
Hunter clenched his fists at Mason's words--he could hear the pain and hurt in his voice--and it tore him apart knowing that he had caused this rift between them. But he couldn't let things end like this--not without trying to salvage something from their situation. "Mase... please just give me a chance to explain," Hunter pleaded, desperation seeping into his voice. On the one hand Hunter knew that he should let it go and get on with his life. That was the smart thing to do. But he wasn't thinking that way right now. He cared for Mason and didn't want him to leave D.C. in this mindset.
The seconds ticked by as Hunter waited in tense anticipation for any sort of response from within the room. Hunter took a deep breath, steeling himself for whatever awaited him on the other side of the door. Without waiting for permission or a response from Mason, he turned the doorknob and slowly pushed open the door to find Mason sitting on the edge of the bed with his head in his hands. "Mason," Hunter said softly as he stepped into the room, careful not to invade his space. "I know I messed up today--I should have handled things better."
Mason looked up at Hunter, his eyes red-rimmed and filled with a mix of anger and hurt. He opened his mouth to speak but closed it again, unable to find words that adequately expressed what he was feeling.
Seeing Mason's struggle for words only intensified Hunter's guilt. "I don't know why I've been so wishy-washy... One moment I want this more than anything, and then suddenly it feels like too much," Hunter admitted honestly, searching for some semblance of understanding between them. He moved closer to Mason cautiously before tentatively placing a hand on his shoulder--an attempt at comfort amidst their turmoil.
Mason shrugged off Hunter's touch angrily--his emotions were running high and he couldn't bear any physical contact right now. "You can't just flip-flop like that!" he exclaimed bitterly. "One moment you're all over me and you're saying all the right things. And then all of a sudden you push me away without any warning!"
Hunter winced at Mason's harsh words--he had hoped they could have a calm conversation rather than descending into another argument. "You think I don't know that?" Hunter replied quietly through gritted teeth as frustration seeped into his voice despite trying desperately to remain composed. "Do you think it's easy for me? To go back-and-forth between wanting you so damn badly and knowing how wrong it is?"
Mason stared at Hunter, his eyes filled with a mix of anger and vulnerability, before turning away and lying down on his stomach, burying his face in a pillow. He knew it was all wrong. He had all the same guilt and pain that Hunter did. He'd told Hunter to just end it and let this go! Why was Hunter trying to draw him back in again?!
Hunter watched Mason's retreat, feeling a mix of frustration and longing. He wanted to reach out--to comfort him, to explain, but instead he took a deep breath and tried his best to steady himself. "Mason," Hunter said softly as he walked over to the bed and sat down on the edge next to him. "I know I've hurt you... And I hate myself for it."
Mason turned his head slightly, glancing at Hunter with tear-filled eyes. The vulnerability in his gaze was hard for Hunter to bear--he had caused this pain--and it tore at him from within. "I care about both you and Sadie more than words can express," Hunter continued quietly, his voice filled with sincerity. "But this situation is tearing us all apart." His heart raced as he spoke those words--acknowledging the truth aloud made everything feel even more real.
Mason let out a shaky breath. "Then why did you do it?" Mason asked as his voice broke--a question that had bounced around his head since their first encounter under the blanket back on that December night. "Why didn't you push me away that night? Why did you touch me like that--and let me touch you like that--if it could only end like this?"
Hunter looked at his hands and thought of what to say. "I wish I had an answer for you," he replied, desperation seeping into every word. "All I can say is that being around you--being with you--feels incredible."
The weight of those words hung heavy in the room--not just because they were spoken by someone who should have been off-limits but also because they held such truth within them for both men involved: desire mingling heavily with guilt, love coexisting alongside betrayal, hope clinging stubbornly amidst uncertainty.
Hunter, feeling the weight of their complicated situation, let out a sigh and reached out to gently rub Mason's back. The touch was tentative at first, unsure of how it would be received, but he couldn't help but offer some comfort--some small gesture amidst all the chaos. Mason flinched slightly at Hunter's touch--a mixture of surprise and vulnerability coursing through him--but after a moment he relaxed into it. The sensation of Hunter's hand against his back felt soothing--a balm for his wounded emotions--and he couldn't deny its comforting effect.
Hunter continued to rub Mason's back in slow circles--his touch gentle yet intentional--as if trying to convey all that words could not express. He didn't want this tension between them; he irrationally longed for things to go back to how they were before--the moments when desire overwhelmed reason and their connection felt electric. Mason closed his eyes as Hunter massaged his tense muscles--the warmth from Hunter's hand seeping into him with every stroke. It was an intimate act--an unspoken apology laced within each caress--and despite himself, Mason found solace in it. As minutes passed without either man speaking or breaking the silence around them, something shifted within them both--an unspoken understanding passing between them as Hunter massaged Mason's back.
Finally finding some semblance of calmness amidst their tangled emotions, Mason turned onto his back so that they were face-to-face on the bed. His gaze met Hunter's searching green eyes with a mix of longing and confusion--they had been through so much together already. Was there really no way forward? Hunter's heart raced in his chest as he met Mason's gaze--those intense blue eyes that had captivated him from the moment they first locked eyes. He could see the turmoil and confusion reflected back at him, mirroring his own emotions.
Mason opened his mouth to speak, but no words came out. His mind was a jumble of thoughts and desires--a whirlwind of conflicting emotions that threatened to consume him whole. Hunter reached out hesitantly, cupping Mason's cheek gently with one hand--his touch tender yet hesitant--as if seeking permission within their unspoken connection.
"Mason..." he whispered softly, his voice filled with equal parts longing and uncertainty. The warmth from Hunter's touch sent shivers down Mason's spine--an electric current passing between them--but still he couldn't find the words to articulate what he wanted or needed in this moment. Instead, he leaned into Hunter's touch ever so slightly.
As their faces drew closer together--their breaths mingling in anticipation--time seemed to stand still for a fleeting moment. Their lips brushed against each other tentatively--a soft caress that held both hesitation and yearning--and suddenly everything else faded away into insignificance.
The kiss ignited a fire deep within them--the culmination of weeks spent dancing around temptation and forbidden desire--all coming crashing together in an explosion of passion. Deep and passionate, their lips moved against each other with a hunger born from hours of tension. Mason's mind reeled as his body responded to Hunter's touch--their connection intensified by the raw emotions that coursed through them.
"Hunter... I..." Mason breathed out between kisses, his voice filled with a mix of longing and uncertainty. The weight of their complicated situation still hung in the air--every touch, every caress felt like both an act of rebellion and surrender all at once. "W-We..." Each time Mason tried to speak, Hunter interrupted him with his lips. His kisses were desperate, filled with a longing that matched Mason's own. He couldn't bear to hear the words--the truths--that threatened to ruin this moment of stolen passion amidst their tangled web of secrets and desires. So he stopped Mason from saying them.
As their lips finally parted, both of them gasped for breath--eyes locked in an intense gaze as they tried to catch their bearings. The room around them seemed hazy and distant--an insignificant backdrop to the overwhelming emotions between them. Mason reached up hesitantly, his fingers tracing Hunter's jawline as he searched for answers in those intense green eyes. "What are we doing?" he whispered softly, his voice filled with equal parts desire and uncertainty.
Hunter sighed heavily before covering Mason's hand with his own. "I don't know," he replied honestly, searching for clarity even as confusion clouded his mind. "But I can't let you leave tomorrow hating me."
Mason's heart broke at Hunter's words. He squeezed Hunter's hand gently as a whirlwind of emotions overwhelmed him. "I don't hate you," Mason whispered softly, his voice filled with vulnerability. "I could never hate youI... I-I love you, Hunter."
Hunter's eyes widened at Mason's confession, his heart pounding in his chest. He had known that there was something more between them--that their connection went beyond physical desire--but hearing Mason's words spoken out loud brought a mixture of joy and fear. Could he possibly love both Mason and his sister at the same time?
"Mason..." Hunter breathed out, his voice filled with tension. "I..." but before he could speak, Mason captured his lips in another passionate kiss. He didn't want to hear Hunter's answer. He couldn't handle it either way, so he chose to drown his uncertainty in the intoxicating embrace of their desire.
They broke the kiss and Hunter's hands trembled slightly as he reached up to unbutton his own shirt, his gaze never leaving Mason's intense blue eyes. The room felt charged with anticipation. Once Hunter had removed his shirt, revealing his broad, muscular chest coated with light dusting of dark hair, he turned his attention to Mason. With a mixture of tenderness and urgency in his touch, Hunter helped Mason remove his own shirt.
Mason's bare torso was always sight to behold--smooth, toned, and kissed by the soft glow of the moonlight filtering into the room. Hunter admired every contour and line that defined Mason's physique--the way his muscles flexed with each breath, hinting at his athleticism. His fingers traced along Mason's toned chest, feeling the warmth of his skin beneath his touch. He marveled at how perfectly smooth it was--a canvas waiting to be explored. His gaze moved down towards Mason's abdomen, where a faint trail of dark hair led downwards from his navel--a tantalizing invitation.
As Hunter's eyes traced the lines of Mason's body, he could feel the intensity of Mason's gaze upon him. It sent shivers down his spine, a mixture of vulnerability and excitement coursing through his veins. Mason couldn't help but admire Hunter's physique--the way his muscles rippled with every movement, showcasing strength and power. His broad chest rose and fell with each breath--a testament to both physical fitness and desire--and it was a sight that never failed to captivate Mason.
As the desire between them intensified, Hunter's lips left a trail of kisses down Mason's torso--a slow descent that was both tantalizing and torturous. With each kiss, he relished in the taste and feel of Mason's skin against his lips--savoring every inch as if it were a delicacy meant only for him. Mason gasped softly at the sensation--the warmth of Hunter's mouth on his skin sending waves of pleasure coursing through him. He arched his back slightly, offering himself to Hunter's exploration--an invitation that didn't go unnoticed.
Hunter continued to pepper kisses along Mason's abdomen, tracing delicate patterns with his tongue before dipping lower towards the waistband of his pants. His breath ghosted over the fabric teasingly as he looked up at Mason with eyes filled with hunger and anticipation. The intensity in Hunter's gaze sent shivers down Mason's spine. The mere thought of what might come next made him ache with need--his body craving more intimate contact from this man who consumed all his thoughts.
With a mischievous glint in his eye, Hunter hooked his fingers into the waistband of Mason's pants and slowly began pulling them down--revealing smooth, pale skin inch by agonizing inch. As Mason's pants were pulled down, his hard cock sprang free, throbbing with need and eager for Hunter's touch. Hunter let out a low growl of desire as his gaze fixated on Mason's beautiful erection--the sight only fueling his own hunger. He leaned in closer, capturing Mason's lips in a searing kiss--his hands moving to explore every inch of exposed skin.
Their tongues danced together as Hunter's hand wrapped around Mason's throbbing length. He loved how his big hand could envelop Mason's cute cock so well. His touch was firm yet gentle--a tantalizing mix of pleasure and restraint--as he began stroking him slowly from base to tip. Mason moaned into Hunter's mouth--the sensation overwhelming him as pleasure radiated throughout his body. He rocked against Hunter's hand, seeking more friction and pressure. Feeling emboldened by the response, Hunter increased the pace of his strokes--matching each movement with desperate kisses along Mason's neck and collarbone. He relished in every gasp and whimper that escaped Mason's lips--an intoxicating melody that fueled their mutual desire.
Unable to contain himself any longer, Mason reached between them--his fingers fumbling slightly before finding what they sought: the bulge straining against Hunter's pants. With practiced ease, he undid the button and zipper before gripping the elastic of his underwear--aching to feel all of Hunter beneath his fingertips. With a swift motion, he tugged them down--the fabric sliding off Hunter's hips to reveal his thick, throbbing cock. Hunter let out a low groan as his erection sprang free--aching for Mason's touch. The sight of Mason kneeling before him with desire shining in his intense blue eyes was almost too much to bear.
With hungry eyes locked on Hunter's exposed arousal, Mason leaned forward--his breath ghosting over the sensitive tip. He savored the momentary pause--the anticipation building between them--before finally taking him into his mouth. A gasp erupted from Hunter's lips as he felt Mason's warm mouth engulfing him--a surge of pleasure rippling through every nerve ending in his body. His hands instinctively reached out to grip onto something--anything--for support as overwhelming sensations coursed through him. Mason worked diligently, using all the techniques he had learned over time to bring Hunter closer and closer to the edge. His tongue swirled around the head, teasingly flicking at sensitive spots that made Hunter writhe with pleasure beneath his ministrations.
The sounds that escaped from Hunter were pure, masculine bliss--an intoxicating melody that spurred Mason on even further. He took more of Hunter into his mouth--with each descent eliciting groans and growls from above--and expertly bobbed up and down while maintaining an enthusiastic rhythm. Hunter's breathing grew ragged--the intensity mounting within him--as waves upon waves of ecstasy crashed against every inch of his being. Sensations coiled tighter and tighter until they threatened to consume him whole--he was teetering on the precipice but didn't want it to end just yet. Sensing this desperation within his lover, Mason pulled away--leaving wet kisses along the skin of his stomach--to catch their breaths together. Hunter panted heavily, his chest rising and falling with each breath. He looked down at Mason, his eyes filled with a mix of desire and gratitude.
"Mason..." Hunter breathed out, his voice husky as he reached down to pull him up into a passionate kiss. Their lips melded together once more--a raw hunger laced within the connection--as their bodies pressed against one another in a desperate embrace. Mason moaned softly into the kiss--his body arching against Hunter's muscular frame as their erections brushed against each other, sending sparks of pleasure coursing through him.
Hunter's hands roamed down Mason's body, exploring every inch of his heated skin. With a mixture of urgency and tenderness, he cupped Mason's ass--his fingers digging into the soft flesh as he pulled him impossibly closer. A moan escaped Mason's lips at the sensation--the sudden surge of pleasure that shot through him. He pressed himself against Hunter even harder--a silent plea for more--as desire consumed them both. Feeling emboldened, Hunter let his hand drift--tracing along the curve of Mason's ass before slipping between his cheeks. His fingertips grazed over the puckered hole--an intimate touch that made Mason gasp in anticipation.
Mason trembled--an electric shock coursing through him at each delicate caress against his most sensitive spot. The anticipation rippled through him, building an intense craving within every fiber of his being. With slow and deliberate movements, Hunter circled around the tight ring of muscle--teasingly applying pressure without fully penetrating. He wanted to savor this moment--to make it last--and to ensure that every sensation was heightened for both of them. Mason whimpered in response--a desperate plea vibrating from deep within--as he pushed back against those teasing touches; yearning for more than just fleeting contact.
Hunter couldn't deny Mason's silent begging any longer. With a gentle yet determined motion, he slid his finger inside--the tightness and warmth enveloping him in a sensation that left them both breathless. A moan escaped Mason's lips as Hunter's finger filled him--an exquisite blend of pleasure and discomfort washing over him. He adjusted to the intrusion, allowing himself to relax into the intimate connection they shared.
Hunter began moving his finger slowly--exploring every inch of Mason's velvety depths with care and precision. His touch was tender, yet purposeful as he sought out all the spots that would make Mason unravel beneath him. Mason arched his back at each calculated movement--intoxicating sensations coursing through his body with every glide against his sensitive prostate. Pleasure radiated outward from where their bodies met--their desires intertwining in an intoxicating embrace.
Feeling emboldened by Mason's response, Hunter added another finger--stretching him further while maintaining an unhurried pace. The burn mixed with ecstasy overwhelmed Mason--a potent cocktail that sent sparks flying through his veins. "Mmm... more," Mason whispered --his voice laced with need--as he rocked against Hunter's fingers; craving deeper penetration; yearning for complete surrender within this illicit affair they had embarked upon together.
Hunter complied without hesitation--inching closer towards fulfilling their shared desire for more intimate contact. He withdrew his fingers briefly before carefully replacing them with something much larger: his cock.
He looked in Mason's eyes as he lubed himself. "You're beautiful," he said and kissed him softly as he leaned Mason back and lifted his legs, positioning himself at the boy's hungry hole. As Hunter entered Mason inch by agonizingly slow inch it felt like time stood still; frozen within this moment of ultimate vulnerability and longing. Their bodies melded together in a perfect union--Mason enveloping Hunter's length with an exquisite tightness that threatened to drive them both to the edge immediately. A chorus of moans and gasps filled the room as they moved in tandem. Hunter set a pace that was steady yet unhurried, allowing Mason time to adjust and revel in each sensation. He held onto Mason's thighs firmly, guiding him with precision--an unspoken understanding passing between them as their passion intensified.
Mason clung onto the bed sheets desperately--a mix of pleasure and emotional connection overwhelming him--as he rocked against Hunter's thrusts. The sensations pulsed through his body like electricity, igniting every nerve ending along the way--their desires intertwining until it became impossible to distinguish where one ended and the other began. Hunter's thrusts grew more intense, his hips meeting Mason's ass with a primal tempo that sent waves of pleasure radiating through both their bodies. The tightness and heat around Hunter's cock as he plunged deep into Mason's ass was an intoxicating sensation--a perfect fit that left them both gasping for breath.
Mason moaned unabashedly. He could feel every ridge and vein of Hunter inside him--stretching him deliciously and filling him completely. The sound of skin slapping against skin echoed throughout the room. Each powerful thrust drove them closer to the precipice. Hunter's fingers dug into Mason's flesh possessively--one hand gripping his hip while the other reached between them, finding his neglected arousal. With expert strokes matched perfectly with each plunge into Mason's depths, he worked diligently--determined to bring them both over the edge together. Mason keened at the added stimulation--the dual pleasure overwhelming any coherent thoughts as it pulsed through every nerve ending in his body. His back arched involuntarily, seeking more contact from Hunter--to be consumed by this forbidden connection that felt so right in all its wrongness.
Their movements became faster and more urgent--as if chasing after something just beyond reach--and it wasn't long before they were teetering on the edge; their passion reaching its crescendo. With one final, powerful thrust and a symphony of moans and gasps that filled the room, Mason's body tensed as his release crashed over him--an intense wave of pleasure washing through every fiber of his being. His cock pulsed in Hunter's hand--the sensation amplified by the tightness surrounding it--as he spilled himself onto their entwined bodies. Hunter felt Mason convulse around him--his walls tightening with each pulse of ecstasy--sending shockwaves of pleasure coursing through him. With a guttural groan, he released himself deep within Mason--a surge of warmth that melded them together even further.
They lay there for a moment, chests rising and falling in sync as they caught their breaths--a tangled mess of limbs and emotions. The air was thick with an unspoken understanding--they had shared something profound; something forbidden yet undeniably real. As reality settled back into the room like dust particles floating lazily in sunlight, they separated slowly--gently untangling themselves from each other's embrace. Their gazes met once more--a mix of desire, tenderness, and uncertainty swirling behind their eyes--but neither spoke aloud what lingered between them.
Hunter pulled out of Mason's ass slowly, a mix of pleasure and reluctance washing over him. As he withdrew, he couldn't help but watch intently as his length left Mason's tight heat--a sight that both fascinated and aroused him. Mason shivered at the sensation-- emptiness replacing the fullness that had consumed him moments ago. He felt a mixture of satisfaction and longing--an ache for more intimacy even as their forbidden affair weighed heavily on his conscience once again.
As Hunter pulled away completely, a string of cum connected them briefly before breaking apart--glistening evidence of their passionate encounter. The sight made Hunter's heart race--a potent reminder of what they had just shared--and it stirred something deep within him. Their eyes met once more, lingering in silent understanding amidst the aftermath--they were caught between desire and guilt; love and betrayal. They knew this couldn't continue like this--that there would be consequences to face--but for now, they chose to revel in the momentary escape from reality.
Wordlessly, they reached for each other--seeking solace within one another's arms--as if trying to hold onto every fleeting ounce of connection before it slipped away entirely. But as they lay there tangled together on the bed--their bodies still damp with sweat--it was impossible to ignore the heaviness that hung above them: Sadie would return soon; reality would come crashing back down upon them all too soon. Hunter sighed heavily--he didn't want this beautiful yet complicated encounter to end like this--to be tainted by regrets or unspoken words swirling between them--but he also knew that time was running out.
"Mason," Hunter began softly--his voice filled with tenderness yet tinged with sorrow--as he brushed a strand of dark hair away from Mason's forehead. "I-"
Mason placed a finger gently against Hunter's lips, silencing him. He shook his head slowly, his eyes filled with both vulnerability and determination. "Shh," Mason whispered softly, leaning in to press a gentle kiss against the corner of Hunter's mouth. "No words. Just hold me." His voice was barely above a whisper--a plea laced with longing--as he settled into Hunter's embrace once more.
Hunter nodded silently, understanding that their connection could only be expressed through touch in this moment--through the warmth of their bodies pressed tightly together; through the tender caresses shared between them. They held each other close, but neither spoke another word. They simply existed within that intimate bubble they had created--a sanctuary from reality where time stood still and consequences were momentarily forgotten.
Hunter's eyes fluttered open in the dark room, his body still entangled with Mason's. The alarm clock displayed 4:47 AM. As awareness flooded back into his senses, he became acutely aware of his own hard cock nestled between Mason's firm twink cheeks-- stirring a desire that refused to be ignored despite their recent efforts. Hunter's breath hitched as he felt the heat radiating from Mason's slick hole against his cock. The temptation was undeniable--his desire for more intimacy, more pleasure threatening to consume him once again. Gently, Hunter shifted his hips, grinding against Mason's ass in a slow and deliberate motion. His cock throbbed with need--aching to be enveloped by that tight warmth once more--as he surrendered himself to the intoxicating sensations that washed over him.
Mason stirred slightly in his sleep--the movement of their bodies not going unnoticed--but remained blissfully asleep despite Hunter's actions. It only fueled Hunter further--an illicit thrill coursing through him at the thought of indulging in this forbidden pleasure while Mason slept soundly beside him. With each grind, Hunter relished in the friction--the way their bodies molded together perfectly; every nerve ending coming alive with sensation. He wanted to bury himself inside Mason one more time before the boy left Washington D.C.--to lose themselves one more time completely within the depths of passion and desire before they had to confront the reality of their tryst again.
Hunter's cock continued to press against Mason's well-fucked hole with each grinding motion--a tantalizing tease that sent waves of pleasure coursing through both their bodies. The friction, combined with the lingering memories of their recent encounters, ignited a new fire within Hunter--one that burned hotter and brighter with every passing second. Mason stirred again in his sleep--his body instinctively responding to the sensations--but remained blissfully unaware of Hunter's intentions. It only fueled Hunter further--the knowledge that he had complete control over this moment; the power to awaken desire within Mason once more.
With a mix of urgency and restraint, Hunter adjusted his position slightly--aligning himself perfectly with Mason's entrance. He could feel his own precum slickening the way--an undeniable sign of his arousal--and it made him ache for release. Gently, ever so gently, Hunter applied pressure against Mason's entrance--not enough to penetrate but just enough to elicit a gasp from both of them--even the sleeping boy who moaned softly--an unconscious plea for more. His body instinctively pushed back against Hunter's cock, seeking deeper connection even while in slumber. His subconscious desires were laid bare before them--an invitation that was impossible for either Hunter to resist.
Unable to hold back any longer, Hunter gave in completely, thrusting forward to meet Mason's push, sinking deep back inside the twink's willing heat as if being pulled by an irresistible force. A low groan escaped him as he felt himself enveloped by tightness, the familiar feeling sending shockwaves through every nerve ending in his body. As he filled Mason completely-- each inch disappearing inside--he couldn't help but marvel at how perfectly they fit together: two bodies intertwined on a journey towards ecstasy despite all odds stacked against them.
Mason's eyes fluttered open as he felt the final inch of Hunter's cock slide deep inside him. He gasped in surprise, a mix of pleasure and confusion flooding his senses as consciousness slowly returned. He turned his head to try to meet Hunter's intense eyes--the desire and longing within them mirroring his own--and he couldn't help but let out a soft moan at the intimate connection they shared.
"Hunter," Mason whispered breathlessly, his voice filled with equal parts need and astonishment. "What... What are you... Oh my God," he groaned.
Hunter's lips curled into a wicked smile as he watched Mason process the realization of being filled while still half-asleep. He relished in the power and desire that coursed between them--a heady mix that amplified their connection.
"I couldn't resist," Hunter replied huskily, his voice laced with unbridled lust. "You were too tempting--so beautiful--I had to have you again." His hips rocked gently against Mason's ass--an instinctual motion driven by need--as he reveled in the tightness surrounding him.
Mason's mind was a jumble--the remnants of sleep dissipating rapidly amidst waves of pleasure coursing through his body. The mixture of surprise, desire, and vulnerability left him feeling dizzy yet undeniably aroused.
Hunter's hand moved to cradle Mason's cheek gently, his touch both tender and possessive. "You feel so good," he murmured softly, his breath ghosting against the back of Mason's neck. "You're even more incredible when you're half-asleep--so responsive and eager for my cock."
A shiver ran down Mason's spine at Hunter's words--a mix of arousal and confusion swirling within him. His body instinctively rocked back against Hunter's cock--seeking deeper connection as the pleasure intensified. He couldn't believe Hunter had put his cock inside while he slept! But the pleasure made all his questions vanish. His mind was clouded with desire as he surrendered to the intoxicating sensations that pulsed through him. Pleasure radiated from deep within his core, urging him to seek more--more of Hunter inside him, more of the blissful release that awaited.
"Hunter," Mason moaned, his voice a breathless plea. "Please... fuck me. I need you... I need all of you."
Hunter's eyes darkened with lust at Mason's desperate plea--a spark of dominance flickering in their depths. Hunter's movements became slower and more deliberate, his hands roaming over Mason's body with reverence and desire. He shifted their bodies into a comfortable position--a spooning embrace that allowed for deep intimacy while maintaining a connection.
Mason melted into Hunter's arms as they settled together--his back pressed against Hunter's chest, their bodies fitting together like two puzzle pieces. The warmth of Hunter against him sent shivers of anticipation coursing through his veins--an electric current that heightened every touch, every caress--heightening the already intense feeling of Hunter's cock filling him up completely once again.
Hunter's hands glided over Mason's smooth skin, tracing delicate patterns along his chest and abdomen. His touch was gentle yet purposeful--a dance between pleasure and restraint--as he reveled in the sensation of their bodies moving together as one. With slow, deliberate thrusts, Hunter began to move within Mason--each movement sending waves of ecstasy coursing through both their bodies. He relished in the tightness that enveloped him--the way Mason's walls clenched around his cock with each glide--and it fueled his desire even further.
Mason moaned softly at every deep penetration--his body rocking back against Hunter's hips instinctively; seeking more connection, more intimacy, more depth. As their bodies moved in harmony, Hunter's unhurried and deliberate thrusts kept Mason begging. He savored the sensation of being buried deep within Mason--the way his cock glided in and out of his ass with each languid movement.
Mason moaned wantonly, lost in a haze of pleasure and desire as he pressed back into every one of Hunter's slow thrusts. The intensity built with each passing moment, their connection growing stronger as they surrendered to the intoxicating rhythm between them. Hunter's grip tightened on Mason's chest and hip--a mix of possessiveness and need--as he increased the pressure behind his thrusts ever so slightly. Each movement was calculated for maximum pleasure--hitting all the right spots that made Mason whimper and writhe beneath him.
The room was filled with their gasps and moans that mingled together as their bodies moved effortlessly together as they feverishly worked to sate their hunger for each other. Mason reached up to grab onto Hunter's hand--one that rested against his chest--and interlaced their fingers tightly; seeking comfort amidst this whirlwind of sensations that consumed him. With every stroke inside him, Mason felt himself spiraling closer towards ecstasy--the mounting heat coiling tighter within him until it threatened to unravel entirely. His breath hitched in anticipation--he was teetering on the edge but wanted nothing more than to be pushed over it by Hunter's skilled touch.
Hunter sensed Mason's impending release--the telltale signs becoming impossible to ignore: quickening breaths, trembling limbs--and he adjusted his movements accordingly; angling his thrusts just right with each glide inside--to maximize stimulation upon those exquisitely sensitive spots deep within him. Hunter's free hand trailed down Mason's body, fingers gliding lightly over his abdomen before coming to rest on his throbbing cock. He began to stroke Mason in time with each deliberate thrust--building and intensifying the pleasure that coursed through him.
Mason's moans grew louder and more desperate as Hunter skillfully brought him closer to the edge. The combination of their bodies moving together, their connection so intimate and intense, pushed Mason towards an overwhelming climax. Sensing Mason's impending release, Hunter quickened his pace--thrusting deeper and faster as he continued stroking him with precision. He wanted nothing more than to witness his lover unravel beneath him--to be consumed by waves of pleasure until there was nothing left but pure bliss.
Mason's body tensed as the pleasure within him reached its peak--a tidal wave of ecstasy crashing over him with an intensity that left him gasping for air. His back arched, pushing his ass further onto Hunter's cock as he let out a cry of release and shot his load on the bed sheets next to him. As Hunter felt the pulsing spasms of Mason's ass around his cock, it sent him spiraling towards his own release. With one final thrust deep inside Mason, he groaned loudly, spilling himself into Mason's depths for the second time that night.
They held each other tightly--breathless and spent--as their bodies trembled from the intense orgasm they had experienced together. Slowly, Hunter withdrew from Mason's trembling body--they separated reluctantly yet still connected by a bond forged through desire and forbidden passion. They rolled onto their backs to lay side by side on the bed--bodies glistening with sweat--as they basked in the afterglow. They savored these moments before reality came calling once again.
As the haze of pleasure began to evaporate, Hunter reluctantly broke the silence that enveloped them. He knew he couldn't stay in Mason's room any longer--he had to return to his and Sadie's bedroom before she returned from her unexpected shift at the hospital. "Mason," he murmured softly, his voice filled with a mix of regret and longing. "I have to go back... I can't be here when Sadie gets home." His words hung heavy in the air--finally acknowledging reality again..
Mason turned towards him slowly--a mixture of sadness and understanding etched on his face. "I know," he said--his voice tinged with resignation.
Hunter reached out tentatively--his fingers grazing against Mason's cheek gently--as if trying to offer some form of comfort amidst their tangled emotions. "I'll see you in the morning," he said as he leaned in to give Mason one last kiss.
Mason nodded silently. Not saying anything else. He didn't want to say anything else. He'd said everything he needed to say last night, and he didn't want Hunter to say anything more.
With a heavy sigh, Hunter pulled himself away from Mason's touch--the loss palpable to him even as he forced his body to move towards the door. The weight of guilt and responsibility settled heavily upon his shoulders once again.
"Mason," Hunter said quietly as he reached for the doorknob, his voice filled with uncertainty. "I..." he paused, as if debating with himself about what to say. "Good night, Mason," he said simply.
Mason stared silently at the wall as Hunter left the room, his heart heavy with a mix of emotions. The looming reality that he was leaving for home in the morning was both comforting and dispiriting at the same time. He tried not to let his mind buzz with the possibilities for when he was back home again, hundreds of miles away from Hunter and Sadie. He focused on his breathing and his own exhaustion and allowed sleep to take him once again.
