"um well you see, i was forced to take Kasey in. His uncle told me if i didn't or refused any of his demand he would have me aressted."
"oh well i wasn't asking about that i was talking about the fact that the movers are here at your house."
"what?"
I looked out the window he was telling the truth mover were here at my house taking things out. I hopped out of the car.
"what is going on here."
"is this your house" asked a man in a bussiness suit.
"yeah it's my house what are you doing"
"your house has been sold"
"wait thats impossiable it was never on the market, i don't understand."
" yeah mr. And mrs. Gueavara has sold the house."
I looked away and went inside.
"where are you taking all of the stuff"
"we are putting it into storage. Downtown"
I called my parents and they answered the phone
"what are you guys doing, i was still living in the house."
"who is this" siad my mom
"it your son Jay"
"uh, oh Jay we had to sell the house we are going to live in France so we need money just move in with one of your friends, I'm shopping right now talk to your father."
"hello" said my dad
"hey dad it's Jay"

"nothing you guys could have told me you were selling the house what am i suppose to do now"

" it's not that simple to just go live with a friend"
" you guys are horriable parents, when have you two ever been in my life, silent huh that's because you can't even remember. You guys can care less about me. If i died today or tommorow would you even care. You never cared you didn't do anything you always put the blame off on someone else. I was your responsability but you guys never took me on. So you can refer this to Linda, Jose. You guys were never my parents you were just the egg and sperm doner god rasied me. And you two can go straight to hell."
I hung up the phone then sat at the fountain in the front yard. I broke into tears. I didn't understand why i was such a burden upon them. I did well in school. I fought hard to make them proud. I can honestly say that my whole life i have never herd them one time say." Jay i love you". I wiped my eyes because there is no reason to cry over spoiled milk. Just pour another glass. Shane, Kasey, and Paul came over to me.
" So Jay what is going on"
" oh nothing you guys everything is fine"
"Bullshit Jay we have eyes" Said Kasey
"hey let just go shopping like i promised."
"Jay your house was just sold what ever money you have you are going to need to buy a new house." said Paul
I called my bank and they said that all of my funds have been withdrawn. I was completly BROKE!!!. I threw my cellphone and walked out of the drive way. I had nothing. No house, no money. Nothing.
"Jay come here, talk to me whats going on" Shane said
" what's going on. I'll tell you whats going on. Shane i'm broke i'm homeless i have nothing i don't have food i don't have water..."
"Jay you have us. I know that i'm in the same perdicument as you right now but i will find away to help you." said Kasey.
"oh god jay your court date starts in 20 minutes." Shane said
"ok lets go"
I was driving and i saw parents with their kids, a dad trowing his son in the air and cathching him. I wanted that i was jelous of a one year old. Haha what is wrong with me. I finally gotto the court
"all rise the honorable judge Taylor presides" said the balif
" this is the trial of Mr. Geavara versus the people."
" let's have the defense start this time"
"well Mr. Taylor, my friend Paul was shot. I have known him for along time now. He was bleeding so much blood i couldn't lose him. I got in my car and then drove to the hospital at a very high speed. That i will admitt when i got to the hospital i went straight in yes, i did realize that the police was behind me. But if i had stoped that night Paul would not be here today. When i went in the officer came and cuffed me. That's when The doctor told him that i was a hero and to let me go. So the officer did. That is when i was told by David that i had to take his nephew in because he was gay and that because we have been seeing each other it was my duty because he did not want any homosexual in his house hold."
" Do you have any proff of that being said" said the judge
"no sure but there is more to this story, and this i do have proff for."
" continue," said the judge
" thank you, When my friend Paul recovered from his wound i went to the hospital"
"there David asked me to give him half of the income my parent send me. That is when i recorded the session because i had A feeling that it would be more blackmail involved. I refused that is when he called the officer. And that is when we arrested me and threw me down the stairs that is how i got the mark on my forehead and i have bruises and a broken ribcage. That i know nothing of how that was recived. I believe it was through my unconciousness . The recording is on my cell phone a blackjack. "
They played it but it was just people laughing.
"is this some kind of joke Mr. Gueavara. I will not have you make a mockery of my court room" said the judge.
My lawyer walked in
"sorry you honor i'm late my client will take what ever judgement you have ready."
" no he won't" said Kasey
" who are you" said the judge
" my name i Kasey Johnson i am a witness to the arrest and the person that copied the recording. I knew that something was going to happen like this so i made three recording of the event one was by video on a video phone the second was on a DVD so it would be played here today, the third was the whole conversation betwee my Uncle David and the officer."
The court room got into a big commosion
" if this is true i will be stripping both of your tittles and i will have place a law suit against all three of you" said the judge
"three sir" i said
"yes you lawyer he was suppose to keep your phone safe young man"
"oh yeah jamison your fired get away from me".
As the video was played the judge ordered the baliff to arrest the officer and to arestt David as well. He als had my oldawyer arested for tampering with evidence. And order 2.3 million dollars for the city to pay with the help of the law firm. Because a witness of me being beaten will i was knocked out steped up. He told them that i puked blood and the officer never stopped. The law firm had to pay for tampering with the evidence to win the case. This was broadcasted on the six oclock news.
"well Jay i don't know how you did it but you did" said Paul
"thank you guys so much, Kasey i owe you my life. If you didn't make copies of those things i would be behind bars."
"sir before you go into your chambers i want to thank you so much, when i was in the prison. It was some others there that said the tis cop blackmailed them also they just got tired of it and quit then he arrested them they are still there right now."
" thank you sir, you are lucky to have friends like those ones. It was smart to make copies. And for those me that are in jail i will have a recall on their cases."
" oh my god thank you sir. For everything"
"you just did this city a favor. Many people said he blackmailed for money and other things, but you proved it."
Later i went to look at some houses i found one. The man was about to close the deal with another couple but they recieved a phone call about a cheaper offer. Lucky me i was next to get the house. It wasn't like a huge house but it was a three story house with an attic and a basemnet. I got all of my things out of storage and had a few people move my things in. It was like i was back at the mansion. Just smaller. Shane took a shower then came back down stairs in his towel showing off his chest he made his chest jump just to show off. Kasey just looked away. Shane walked over to Kasey.
"hey man how are you holding up" said Shane.
"i'm fine" said Kasey
"um, i wanted to apologize about the other night i don't really know what got into me with that whole idea."
"Shane your older than me and even I know that sorries don't cut it now adays."
" I know but, it's a start. I just have to prove that i am sorry."
"yeah what ever"
"Kas..."
Paul grabed him.
"he'll come around Shane" said Paul.
Kasey called me i walked over to him.
"Jay can i talk to you for a second."
"yeah sure was up"
"um, listen i'm sorry about what has been happening to you lately. I um, wanted to tell you that i, i love you. And i know that talk is cheap and actions speak louder than words, so i am asking you right here right now to take me back so i can prove my actions to you."
"wow um, Kasey i don't now what to say"
" all you have to do is say one three letter word"
"but what about Paul he tried to kill himself because i denied him."
" thats what happened to him."
Kasey looked over at Paul then went to the door. I ran after him.
"KASEY WAIT"
"Jay go with Paul, he needs you any man that is willing to take his own life for love deserves to have the one he loves."
" But.."
" But nothing. Jay i'm going to leave town. You go with and Paul be happy"
"Kasey why are you leaving town"
"because i can't stay here. I don't have anything here anymore."
"yeah, yeah you do you have me you have all your friends."
" I only had you three David made be anti social. I couldn't have friends at the house and when ever i got close to friends we would move."
"so what you are going to keep moving. Listen Kasey you don't have to run anymore. Stay here who knows me and Paul could break up. I don't know. I just don't want to see you run out like Davidhas trained you to do."
" Jay, thats all i know how to do. I'm going to run. You know your destiny it's with Paul. I got to find mines."
"but what if it lays with me. You are running and your not sure".
"Well if we are suppose to be together than you will find me."
"But..."
He reached over and put his finger to my lips and kissed me on the check and walked over to the greyhound station . One minute he was there, the next he was gone.
