The Vampire Diaries.
If you aren't at the very least 18 don't read. I don't need to be sued for corruption...if that's even possible. This doesn't contain any personal information on the celebrities who play the role. I will say it up front....I'm a bitch. A King Bitch! Don't piss me off or ask for me to put you in my stories. It's rude and unfair, to ask someone to change their story around because you want to be in a story. If that's the case then make your own story. Thanks!!! Anyways enjoy the story...if you don't like it then oh well.
Blood Blessing-1
I'm Nerva, a warlock. I have been born and raised as a witch since a young age. My family...a long line of witches and warlocks and sorcerers and wizards, druids and so on... since way back in the lands of Egypt, to the Middle Age Europe, and the Salem Witch trials. My family existed.
Our Grimoire is very large and stacked. Unfortunately my parents bound my powers at a very young age to keep me from hurting anyone. Since magic grows each generation it was hard to control, I sneezed and created a tornado....and so on.
So right now I'm a powerful powerless warlock, ergo, Human.
"So what do you think?" My mom asked as she looked around our new house. Mystic Falls, Virginia. I looked at our white house that looked like it could use color.
"I agree." My mother said, she is an active witch and used telepathy a lot because...I'm mute. It's a permanent side effect. As long as I am bound I remain mute.
It did other changes too. Like my hair is a long snowy white and my eyes are a bright purple with blue around the iris.
"Ugh. Please don't remind me. That bounding was some nasty business." Mom said as she waved her hands causing the bags and boxes to enter the house and put itself away. Since we lived closer to a forest she could use magic.
I sat on the porch, It's fine mom.
"You think so?" She asked, Yeah I think so...pun intended.
I looked at mom... I only received mocha skin and features like perfect teeth, thick luscious lips, and of course her magic.
"Don't tell me you feel different again, honey you are the same as you were before." She told me, just trying to cheer me up.
Take magic from a witch and they no longer know how to live.
I walked the halls of my new school. I couldn't help but feel eyes on me. I looked around to see a group of teens and a slightly older guy looking at me. Okay...
I reached my class, "Good morning as you can see we have a new student. Please introduce yourselves." He said as I pulled out my sketch pad.
"Hi. I'm Nerva, and I'm mute." I wrote and the teacher read it out loud.
"Well Nerva please take a seat." The teacher said putting me in the back.
"Why do you look like that?" The girl next to me passed a note, "It's a rare condition." I wrote back on the paper, noticing she's one of the girls from the group who stared at me.
"Oh. What's it called?" She asked on the note. "It's some what of albino and something I cannot spell." I told her on the note.
"Cool!" She wrote back letter.
"Thank you." I wrote back before listening in on the teacher's lesson.
"I'm Elena." She wrote me, "I'm Nerva." I wrote back causing her eyes to widen.
"What's the matter?" I wrote on the note that had barely anymore space.
"Nothing. I'll see you later." She told me instead of writing and walking off as the Bell rang.
Classes went by what felt like very quickly. It was lunch time, I was looking at the fact I would be sitting alone.
I entered the cafeteria, grabbed some food and paid for it. Sat down and slowly ate my fruit and vegetables. I keep consuming meet and such low but I do eat all my basic food groups.
I noticed everyone was whispering and taking glances at me. Honestly I knew why, I looked weird to normal human standards....but I'm still me. But still, no black person would have long snow white hair or Purple-blue eyes.
"Hey Nerva." Elena greeted sitting down, as another came a pale muscular boy with slicked hair that totally worked for him.
"This is my boyfriend Stefan." She introduced Stefan to me. "Umm. More of our friends our coming, I hope that's okay." She said with a small smile. I nodded, "Okay good."
In a matter of seconds people sat at the table I was at and began chatting and introducing themselves. I noticed it was the group from before.
"So Nerva, what up with the looks?" Tyler asked to be elbowed by Caroline.
"It's a rare condition. He's also mute." Elena filled in, "That sucks." Bonnie commented with a strange look on her face.
"Yes it does." I wrote on my sketch pad. "Majorly so!"
I had Jeremy speak what I wrote. "So where are you from?" Jeremy asked me, "I'm from all over, the last place I lived would be New Orleans."
"New Orleans? Really?? That's awesome." He said with a glazed look, obviously thinking about Mardi Grad.
Honestly it was pretty awesome the music, the food, the colors, the performances, which was why I went. Most people went for the alcohol, loose women, and boobs.
Boobs do nothing for a gay boy.
"Mardi Gras is pretty awesome." I wrote to Jeremy and he blushed, being caught.
"So who do you have next period?" Caroline asked, "History." Jeremy translated for me, "Yikes." Stefan commented, "What?" Jeremy asked for me. "Mr. Saltzman, he's usually not in the best of moods." Stefan told me.
I walked into the history class expecting the worst. Alaric Saltzman was there smiling at me as I entered.
"Hello. You must be Nerva. I've already heard about your conditions and such. Word travels fast." He said with a smirk, "Anyways. Please take a seat class will start shortly." He said as people started to fill the room.
"Welcome class. Let's get started shall we?" He greeted as he began teaching about the French Revolution.
I couldn't help but smile, I loved learning about history.
I couldn't help but feel eyes on me, as I turned to see Jeremy in the back watching me. His face turned red in a blush as he looked away. I turned back to the front to smile. He is so cute.
School finally finished. I got some books from my locker so I could look human, knowing full well my mother would just snap her fingers making me know everything inside the books and have my homework finished for me in a matter of seconds.
She said that just because I can't use it that witchcraft is more important. So no need to waste time on human schooling and teachings.
"Hey Nerva." Jeremy called out to me running. "Here." He said breathing hard as he handed me a piece of paper with a phone number written in it.
"I know you can't talk but I thought we could text." He said blushing gaining his bearings.
"I'll text everyone in the group your number so you don't have to put them in yourself." Smiling being nice.
I just nodded and offered a small smile, before walking home. After I left the town and entered the rural woods, I could finally see the path to my house. Feeling eyes on me. I turned around and around, unable to catch the eyes that looked on at me, so I kept walking keeping my eyes open to the possibilities.
Bonnie, Elena, Stefan, and Jeremy stood at a distance watching Nerva walk down the path to his home.
"I'm telling you, that he's a warlock. He looks the same way the image in my Grimoire describes as a binding. A powerful binding." Bonnie told them.
"How does this help us? If anything it gives a potential threat." Elena said with a frown.
"He's harmless while he's bond. We can use his help. Think how much easier it would be for me to do powerful spells with another witch on our side. His family might be really powerful. That can help us against Klaus." Bonnie reasoned.
"You just want to take a look in their Grimoire." Elena joked, "It's more than that." Bonnie said knowing she been found out.
"If they can help against Klaus and the old ones then I'm all for it." Stefan said hugging Elena from behind.
"We should approach him. Not at his home...." Elena said, with Jeremy jumping in.
"I hardly think adding someone to this hell of a life will help." Jeremy said, "But. I gave him my number. So it's only a matter of time." He said as he pulled out his vibrating phone
"Nerva text me." He told them as they got back into the car and drove to Elena's house.
"What he say?" Bonnie asked quickly getting wrapped into the situation. "Hi." Jeremy joked as he text Nerva back.
I couldn't help but laugh silently at the joke Jeremy sent me. Something about him just made my heart race.
"Who makes your heart race?" Mom asked as she came inside through the back.
Just a boy from school. His name is Jeremy.
I blushed after "telling" her that. "Nerva. Witches and humans don't go well together." Mom said in a disapproving tone.
I know. I can still "look" though...just not "touch".
Causing mom to laugh, "That's what I thought and said to a friend of mine in Puerto Rico before I fell for your dad."
Well it's different mom. I'm not inlove with him on first sight.
"You say that but that's the down fall of all witches and warlocks in our family. We fall inlove on first sight."
Well I'm not inlove.
"You say that now." Mom! "Okay, okay. I'll get dinner started. Oh and your homework finished." She said before snapping her fingers causing papers to fly and a green light to enter my head through the books....I wasn't lying when I said she did this.
She retreated to the kitchen to begin dinner.
"So Nerva, would you like to hangouts some time?" -Jeremy
"Sure. When and where? Just us or the group?" -Nerva
"Just us. Maybe Pizza and a movie? My place??" - Jeremy
"Sounds good."-Nerva
"Alright it's a date."-Jeremy
I couldn't help but blush at this.
"Here's my address...." - Jeremy
"Hey Elena. I need the house Friday." Jeremy told Elena, "Why?" She asked him curiously.
"Because I'm hanging out with Nerva." He told her as she nodded and looked at Stefan.
"Want to go out Friday?" She asked to which he nodded.
"Great then it's settled." Jeremy said as he left the room to go upstairs.
"You know what this means don't you?" Elena asked, "Yeah. We need to watch over them." Stefan said to which Elena nodded.
(That's the first chapter. Hope you like it. I don't really watch The Vampire Diaries, I don't have the time. So please excuse me if some things are wrong, but I am a bit of a fan.)
