Everyone this is a great site, with everyone in lockdown there are plenty of stories to pass the time. Even go back into the archives plenty of classics there. Chapter 6
This chapter is just to let everyone know, they aren't the only ones going stir crazy. No Sex. Just an update. Thanks
It is April 18, 2020. Derrick and I have been together for 6 weeks and 2 days, but who is counting. Actually it isn't that bad, we have gotten a routine down again for the 2nd time since being back from Tennessee. Before it was up at 5:30 walked 5 miles, then went to the gym then home to shower and have a quickie, after which he did a little work and I would putts around. Write, read or go outside. Derrick cooks, cleans, a general domestic. I do laundry. TV sucks, even with the 50 million stations, plus Netflix, there are so many things sitting in my queue, who knows when and if they will ever get watched.
Now with everything closed, we walk for almost 2 hours in the morning. Then twice a week we hit the stores for dairy and produce. It's great being a senior and have special hours to shop. They should keep this even after this is over. We do sit-ups, push-ups, and walk up and down the outside steps carrying gallon jugs of sand or water about 50 times. Shower and a quickie, he does a little work and I putts around again. I know an exciting life. LOL
It hasn't been warm enough to plant the garden, but Mr. Greenjeans has seedlings going. The lawn guy will be starting next week, I threw lime down and will put weed and feed down after the first cut. Can't wait for Derrick to see him, he is a hottie . He is about 28 with a great body on the verge of transforming into a Dad bod. He is also a cop. He has been doing this to supplement his income having a few young kids. I hired him about 4 years ago. Sometimes he goes commando under his shorts and damn I can tell he is cut and has a nice german helmet and has a hairy crack from what I can tell. When he wears underwear they are Jockey extended legs. I know for a fact they do fit like a second skin. He also has men's nipples not the ones that look like they should be on a 12 year old.
Easter was kind of surreal, my family and us got together in the afternoon at a siblings house. It was warm enough for all us to be outside and keeping social distancing. The young kids didn't get it, but were happy none the less they got plenty of candy from all of us. In all honesty it was nice to be so laid back.
It was down to two houses that Derrick liked. He put a bid on both and got them. He decided on this huge house. I think it is too big, but I know why he likes it. The kitchen is huge and is well equipped a home chef's dream. I like the fact that there is natural gas. The house is only 3 years old. When he went to sign the papers and give the deposit, he said the young realtor asked where I was. Ha-ha. Then this past week, he went to the bank to do the mortgage. They said they didn't think there would be an issue, of course they didn't he could pay cash for it. The only thing is the bank said 4 to 8 weeks to close. The reason given the emphasis being put on the business loans.
He hired my painter, and we went to Home Depot for paint. This week he has an appointment with two furniture stores to buy and look at furniture. I guess with some of these high end stores you can do that. He has nothing he either sold or left everything in Florida. He has nothing except some nostalgic pieces. James and I facetime 3-4 mornings a week. If I get up we go on line for 4:15 am before he goes to work. They have been busy and making ends meet with just the takeout which is great for them. We use to do it the afternoon, but he is not happy about Derrick being around. I don't know how far this will proceed. We have had virtual sex a couple of times. He doesn't realize the whole Friends with Bennie thing or doesn't care to. I'm not going to press the issue, but let's face it what long distance relationship works in the real world. Another thing I have only spent an hour with this guy in person. So when this Corona thing clears up I will go spend a week or so with him. Derrick wants to spend his winters in Virginia, West Virginia, or maybe Tennessee and we will drive down. Guys we all know once we sample the fruit after a few times he may start to spoil or my favorite like a pair of old pair of sneakers you know exactly how they fit. Listen all of this is really putting the cart before the horse. Who knows when things will get back to normal.....
