Gay

Hm... I got some pretty scratches head intense, so to speak, feedback for the first part and I wanted to thank everybody who took time to tell me they liked my story... I hope I don't disappoint anyone with the rest of it =)

Title: Fool. Author: Pris G. Pairing: I don't want to give it away since it's part of the plot but it's Josh-centric :) Part: 2 of 14. Feedback: I love it. Rating: The whole thing ranges from PG-13 to NC-17. Disclaimer: I don't know them. This is fiction. Gay fiction. Don't read if it bothers you. Don't sue me, I'm broke. Last note: Hope you enjoy it :)

The following days Justin seemed to be even more clingy and affectionate with JC than usual. That kind of confused JC. He had thought Justin would have talked to the guy he claimed to be in love with by now since he had been pretty desperate when he attacked... ahem... approached JC on the subject. But at the same time JC didn't want Justin to talk to said guy because he didn't think *he* was said guy. And JC wanted to be him so badly. And the way Justin was acting towards him only made him wish harder because he kept getting glances of what he could have with Justin but those glances didn't last long. Sometimes, when Justin would just show up out of the blue and plop down on his lap saying he was cold or something like that, it made JC wonder if he wasn't the guy and Justin was just trying to be subtle, even if logically he know he wasn't. Until one afternoon the other shoe dropped and he was *sure* he wasn't the guy Justin wanted. "Josh! Open up!" "Bang my door down, why won't you?" JC muttered as he opened the door so Justin could breeze in. "I need to talk to you!" "Sit down," JC said when he noticed how much Justin's hands were shaking. "Have you ever fallen in love with a friend? Were you afraid to jeopardize everything? Did you do something about it? What was it?" "Hey! Hey! Slow down!" JC chuckled and patted Justin's shoulder "Yes, I have, more than once. Yes, I was. Yes, I did. I talked to them. You've had it happen to you with Brit, J." "But this is way different. Brit is a girl for once." "Has the guy ever showed any signs that could give you a lead on what he feels?" "Sorta." Justin scrunched up his face in thought "He's a really, really close friend though, so I may be reading him wrong? What if I am?" Justin frowned. "Jay, if this guy is as much of a friend as you say he is, even if he doesn't feel the same, he'll understand it." "It's Chris." Justin blurted out and JC nearly chocked. "Chris?! As in Chris Chris? Our Chris?" "The one and only. You think he'll understand it when I tell him?" "But he's straight!" "Not exactly." Justin chuckled "Let's say 'bendable'." "Oh..." "So? What'd you think?" "I say go for it." JC smiled as best as he could and he could hear his own heart breaking in a thousand little pieces. God, how much it hurt... "Thanks, C." Justin smiled that melt-your-heart smile of his and hugged JC tightly, kissing him on the cheek before standing up and skipping to the door. JC couldn't remember the last time he had cried that hard in his life. "Josh! Man, open up!" "What's it with people and banging on my door like that today?" JC muttered as he stood up "Coming!" He yelled as Joey pounded on his door again "Yes? How may I help you?" "Oh! So polite! That's my boy!" Joey pressed JC's cheeks till JC slapped his hands away "Are you ok?" Joey felt JC's forehead "You don't look good." "Geez, thanks!" JC stuck his tongue out. He wasn't about to admit that he had spent a good part of the last two hours crying and pigging out on chocolate. He felt like throwing up and his face looked like shit, so what? "I'm serious, C." Joey glared at him. "I'm fine, Mama Joe." JC smiled despite everything. "HAHA, funny boy!" "Come in... Any reason why you were banging my door down?" "Just came by fast to ask if you wanted to go have dinner with us down in the hotel restaurant. I still gotta go ask Lance." "Sure. I just gotta shower first." "OK. Be ready in forty minutes?" "Sure. See ya." "See." Joey waved "LANCEY! OH LANCEY!" He yelled as he walked the short distance to Lance's room, banging on the door pretty much like he had done on the door to JC's room, causing JC to laugh and shake his head before he closed the door to his room. If Joey had said 'us' and he hadn't asked Lance yet, that meant that at least one of the other two was going. Justin had pretty much made it clear that he was talking to Chris this afternoon and, if at least one of them was going, it could only mean that things had gone alright or else they'd be less likely to get out of their rooms. He didn't know if he felt happy or miserable. Actually he knew he felt happy and miserable all together. Happy that Justin was probably happy too and that Chris was a great guy and would treat Justin right if it all worked out for them. And miserable because he wasn't the one Justin was happy with. God, that chocolate he ate would all come back up if he kept crying that hard. "C, can I talk to you a bit?" Justin whispered as the two of them walked a little behind the others towards the elevators. "Sure, J, what's it?" JC asked but he had a sinking feeling he knew what it was Justin had to say. Justin's silly smile and the gleam in his eyes made it pretty obvious. "Chris and I talked and we are sorta gonna try the whole boyfriends thing." Justin had such a way with words. All that just to say he and Chris were an item. JC couldn't help but smile at Justin's silly behavior "Isn't it great?!" "Yes, J." JC hugged Justin, lingering for a while "I want you both to be very happy together." And he wasn't lying. He really did want them to be happy. He knew they would be great together too. "Thanks, C. For everything," Justin whispered and JC wanted to cry again. Geez, how many tears could the human body produce? "Anytime, J. Anytime." "Hey, you two, girls! The elevator!" Joey so tactfully pointed out and they separated chuckling. JC couldn't help but watch when Justin went ahead of him and got inside the elevator, standing beside Chris, hooking his pinky with Chris'. They looked perfectly adorable together. JC wanted to die. TBC... That's it... hope you guys liked it and I won't make promises about when the next chapter will be out... my life's been a hectic mess lately... Pris
