Chapter 1

Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, ONE...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

So, that's it, at last 2009 ended and the beginning of a new year was here. Thank God! Actually, it's 'cause 2009 was a CRAPPY year. I mean, my girlfriend broke up with me, after a 1-and-a-half-year relationship, I mean it's not like I'm going to die because of that, but I really liked her. I think in the end we both knew I am gay; she had the right to be with someone who really wanted her and not as a screen.

Shoot! I always keep rambling on. OK, so I broke up with Julie (my girlfriend); I crashed my 2008 Volvo S40 and because of all that stress I lost my job at Starbucks (I turned a Venti, Latte Frappuccino into a Tall, Vanilla Latte and when the guy asked I told him to go to hell, so I kind of deserved it). And the cherry on a wonderful year, on January 5th I would move to another country, and what country you might ask? MEXICO. God I have no idea how am I going to survive that, I don't know a word of Spanish so I will be attending an American Private School in Mexico City, but I love it here.

Damn! Sorry, I forgot. So, my name is Connor Stillings, and I'm 17 years old (18 next February). I'm 5' 10", pretty well built, dark brunette hair, fairly long. And the thing I love the most about my look are my eyes, deep blue, like the ocean, and framed by long eyelashes and a dark eyebrows. And because of my eyelashes I, more often than not am asked if I wear mascara, but that's a tale for another day.

I live in St Louis, MO, near Richmond Heights in a beautiful, colonial red-bricked house. I really am in love with that house, besides the fact that I've lived there forever; my parents bought it a year after they got married.

I live with both my parents and my brother and sister. My dad's name is Jake; he's tall, and blond, with blue eyes. My mom's name is Rachel; she's brunette with beautiful hazel eyes. My sister Hayley is 15, and my brother Kyle is 13. He's a pain in the ass and I loathe the day he was born, actually. No, just kidding, but he can drive me crazy sometimes.

So, I was telling you I'm moving; that's because of my dad's work. He is a very important financial consultant and his firm sent him to Mexico to save a big company from bankruptcy or whatever, so my parents sold my dream home and we're moving in five days.

-How you doin', kiddo? - My mom came out of nowhere and scared the crap out of me.

-Huh? Oh, yes, great mom! I'm having an awesome time, too bad we have to leave. - I said, making her a face.

  • You know we're going to be fine, honey. And your dad will be earning twice as much, so we can come back here anytime we want to- she said giving me a kiss on the cheek.

God, I love this woman. I mean, if I could've picked one, I would've picked her. My dad, too, is awesome and we have a great life here. My mom's a doctor so she makes good money. With my dad's income we live very well. We have no financial worries, but with the crisis and everything, my parents want to have an extra something to save up just in case.

She hugged me and said - Happy New Year, honey. I hope it's a great year for you. You'll see how good it's going to be down there. - I knew she meant Mexico, but I couldn't help but grin.

I woke up around noon the next day; I couldn't' believe 2010 had started. I got up and headed for the shower. I turned it on and then turned into the sink and washed my teeth thoroughly, i turned on the shower and watched myself in the mirror.

-That's not bad, not bad at all. A bunch of Latinos will be drooling over you in a couple of days- I said to my reflection.

I realized everything had gotten all misty. So I got into the shower and enjoyed the hot water running down my curls, and on my back. I grabbed the shampoo and massaged my head for a little while. As I soaped my body I started feeling horny, so I thought taking care of it. I slipped my hand down to my man tool and started stroking it. I am like 7" and cut; I really like it that way. I was thinking about a bunch of cute guys in the showers as my back arched and my boy juices spilled all over my abs and chest even a little in my mouth, so I licked it and start rinsing everything off me.

I heard my mom calling for breakfast so I got dressed in just a pair of jeans, a t-shirt and a sweatshirt over it. I love fashion, by the way, and I love brands. I know it sounds a little shallow and I hate being cocky, but I do love brands.

Breakfast turned out to be French toast and bacon, so we were all at the kitchen table talking about nothing in particular and then my dad said.

-Your mom and I will be leaving on the afternoon plane. We stop at Houston and then we fly to Mexico City, so we can get everything settled down for you guys to fly down on Tuesday, OK? Now, Connor, can you drive us to the airport? -

-Sure dad, but I don't have a car anymore - I said, hoping he answered what I wanted.

  • Well, you can drive your mom's van. - What the hell! Why can't I drive his car? (a BMW M6 Convertible). I think crashing my Volvo is a good reason. - By the way kids, our stuff will be sent a day before you leave so I want you to be ready and have everything packed by then. Try and take with you only one luggage piece. - And he finished his cereal bowl.

-Dad, but we're staying alone? I'm not sure Connor is capable of taking care of us. What if the house burns down and he doesn't know how to call the Firemen? - Kyle said, which made me hate him a little more.

-First of all, there's no reason for the house to burn down, and I'm pretty sure he knows how to dial 911. - He said, trying hard not to laugh.

  • And I'm not a stupid little pain in the ass like you are - I said slapping him in the back of his head.

-Don't talk to your brother that way! - My mom said, but I know she was about to laugh. After that I helped my mom clean the table and fill the dishwasher; then I went up to my room. I turned on the computer and just started fooling around, doing nothing until my dad called me so i could go drop them off.

He drove the way there and when we got there it kind of dawned on me that this really was happening. I mean, everything was going to change from now on. My dad found a parking spot not far from the gate, and I helped them to unload the van and check their luggage. I can't believe they're flying first class and we're flying coach; it's so unfair. After that I hugged my parents I told them to be safe and call me when they got to Houston and then to Mexico City. I just started walking back to the exit, telling myself it was going to be ok and everything when my phone rang.

-Hey Conn! How's everything man? Happy New Year by the way! - it was my best friend Kirk, he was on vacation in Miami, so I guessed he just came back.

  • Hey man! Same to you! How was Miami? - I said walking towards the van (a Toyota Sienna).

  • It was amazing man! I have like a thousand things to tell you. Are you busy right now? - He said, he did sound excited.

  • No at all dude, I mean I'm driving my mom's van and I'm in the airport - I said.

  • What the...? Why are you driving your mom's van...? Whatever, then I'll meet you at the Starbucks on Olive in half an hour.

  • OK man. See you soon - I said and I hung up.

I hate driving my mom's van, I mean it is easy to drive but it's too big. Since I don't have a car anymore, so I'll have to settle for this for the next few days. And yes, if you were wondering if my dad told me not to dare drive his car, yes he did. So I'm stuck with a freaking minivan for the whole weekend.

I drove all the way across town listening to music and not paying attention when it started snowing. I was really excited! I know it snows every year, but I still get excited every time it snows. That's another thing I'm going to miss about Missouri, it doesn't snow in Mexico City. When I asked my dad if it had ever snowed, he said that the last snowfall recorded in the city was 1969, so I'm pretty much sure I'm not getting any snow.

When I parked the van in front of the Starbucks I saw Kirk's white Dodge Durango parked on the other side. I got down and felt sorry for not bringing another jacket (when I left my house it was like 35, but it dropped down to 27) so I was kind of cold.

I walked over to the counter and asked the lady for a Cappuccino. I hate Starbucks for firing me. When I got my coffee I started looking to Kirk but he was nowhere to be found. I started dialing his number on my iPhone, when I saw him by the restroom. He's like two inches taller than me, with a perfect tan and green eyes and his blonde straight hair pushed on the side. God, he's CUTE.

-Hey dude! What are you doing here? - I asked

  • I'm just cooking some pancakes. I have to pee, silly! - He said sarcastically.

  • Don't be a jerk. I meant why aren't you IN the restroom -

  • Oh, because this big lady asked me if she could go first. But she's been in there for like ten minutes now. Hope she doesn't get flushed down the toilet. - He whispered,

  • Well, hurry up man, I got to pick up Kyle at seven and then get some take out because I'm not cooking-

I walked over to an empty table and waited for him. When he got there he started telling me about the thousand boys he had hooked up with and his crazy adventures. Kirk is gay too, and he knows about me, but we never felt attracted for each other, I mean I think I see him more as a brother than anything else, I've known him since we were in pre-school, and our mom's are friends and everything. I know it sounds weird but I think the whole "gays being raw sexual animals" is just a myth.

So we talked a lot and when I looked at my watch, it was 6:50 so I was kind of late.

-Damn man! I got to go. But why don't you come over and spend the night and we can keep talking- I said while I stood up.

-Sure man, sounds good. I'll see you in like an hour ok? - He said I ran towards the van and stepped on it. Damn! This thing is fast; no wonder my mom's always on time.

We were in the basement playing pool and just hanging out, when I started to get like really sad. And before I could stop it, tears where rolling down my face. Kirk just came over to me and hugged me really tight.

-Hey, what's with the waterworks Conn- he said, while his arms where just embracing me.

  • I don't want to leave Kirk. I don't. I mean it's like nobody cares if I want to or not. They're just doing this huge change in my life without asking. And I don't want to be far from you and everyone at school. I love it here and I don't want a new life, I don't' know man. - I just put my face on his shoulder and started sobbing.

  • Oh, dude. Don't worry. You won't lose us. I mean I can't talk for everyone else, but I know you'll always be here - he touched his chest - and I'll come down every chance I get ok? -

  • OK man, thanks for being the best friend someone could ask for - I said

  • I know, that's like my motto - he said - is that a smile I'm feeling? Why don't we watch a movie and forget about everything? -

-Sure, I'd like that - I said with a little better mood.

We went for some snacks and just cuddled under a blanket, watching The Hang Over. After like half hour later we fell asleep, just like two brothers hugging, no pun intended no taboos, just some boy's love.

So, this is the first chapter. I'm sorry if there's not a lot of sex, but there will be, I promise.

I'll try and get the new chapter by tomorrow. Write me with your opinions at almhog@hotmail.com.

Thanks for all the help to David L and John McD, I really appreciate all you've done for me, guys.
