A Stepbrother's Desire - Josh and Tyson 67
It was early Sunday morning. There was no movement in the house yet. Ty was laying next to me, sleeping like a baby. He was so beautiful in his natural form. His skin was soft and smelled good. The night before, well fuck that was hot. So now my head was reeling. I had thoughts and images of Ty and Jordan fucking. What did that look like? How was Jordan? Did he please Ty? Did he do better than me? There was no chance in hell I would ask these questions out loud. If Ty ever decided to tell me about it, I wouldn't turn him away. But, to ask him to relive that would be wrong. That was just like my experience with Keith was mine. And on the basis these would not be repeat events, it was probably best to let them fade into distant memory. I will say in the end, I would put money on the fact that Jordan Rose could probably lay some dick down on a guy. I got hard thinking about it. That fucking muscular body and you know he's swinging big down there. I bet he growls. Fuck....
The door eased open and it was my mom. I just looked up not knowing what to say.
"Josh," she whispered. "Really? He just got home," and she looked kind of disgusted. Ok, so that made me feel like shit. I wonder what she wanted. She never, absolutely never, sticks her head in a door. Only once or twice has she knocked to get one of us to come out. Well, damn, we are off to a good start.
The night with Bryce and Julia was so fun. I guessed we hadn't outgrown the innocent stuff. When Julia showed us the Saturday Night Live clip of the British lady showing how to stir tea, back and forth and 6 to 12, we cried with laughter. She punched that lady for cutting the scones with a knife. Julia was saying she could see Mrs. Carmichael at the country club doing the same damn thing. That was hilarious too because she was that kind of lady. Her son Christopher wasn't unlike her. He was cute but prissy. Determined to be straight but someone was going to get his ass one day. His mother would probably punch that person. In any case, back and forth would be something we would laugh about for a while.
I kissed Ty on the cheek and he opened his eyes.
"Hey babe," he groaned. "What time is it?" he asked.
"Quarter to eight," I said.
"Fuck, its early. I'm gonna sleep a little longer," he said.
"You go ahead. You look so fucking gorgeous. I will just stay here and gawk at you." He giggled and rolled onto his tummy, running his arms under the pillow. Ok, he is very amazing in this position. I decided to get up. I slipped on some sport shorts and a t-shirt and stepped out of my room. I heard Bill running his shower. I walked downstairs and there was no sign of mom. I glanced out the back and the sight sent shivers down my spine. Mom was in the backyard with a rake in hand, pulling dead leaves from out under the azaleas that lined the back garden. "Oh shit in a hail storm," I thought. Mom never touches a rake. There were many implications to this. She was either so pissed at me that she had lost her mind and taken to raking or, worse yet, she was going to let me have it for not having already cleaned those leaves out. Which was worse, I was unsure but I figured it would be best to go out and face the Empire.
I walked out quietly into the cool grass. Mom was digging deep into the azaleas. Leaves were coming out which I would be completely prepared to clean up.
"Hey Mom," I said. She turned to me, leaned on the rake, and wiped her forehead. "What are you doing?" I asked.
"I supposed I'm getting all these leaves from under the bushes!" she quipped.
"Well, with everything..."
"It's alright Josh. I needed something that required exertion. Would've been nice if this had been done but I don't mind doing it." She didn't seem too angry.
"Well, it's just a shocking scene to catch you with a rake. What's next, you gonna wash the car?"
"That may be an idea." She looked at me without any expression. "I didn't mean to, um, walk in on you this morning but I really didn't expect Ty to be there with you."
"So,"
"I mean, Josh, he is just out of the hospital and while the doctors told us to leave well enough alone, I have to wonder if it's a little early..."
"Mom, I tried to steer him away before we went to bed. I told him I didn't want to mess anything up. He slipped into my room in the night and said he didn't want to be alone. He had been alone all week, and, well, I didn't couldn't turn him away," I pleaded. My eyes started to well up. "I missed the shit out of him you know and, I want to think he was glad to be home, with us, with me. I really tried to be smart," and my flood gates started opening.
"Josh, calm down. I'm not angry with you. I'm angry in general," she said, leaning into my shoulder.
"At who?" I sniffed.
"At myself." I was stunned.
"You shouldn't be. You didn't do anything," I said, trying to turn the comfort table on her.
"That's the whole point!" she yelled. "Bill and I have sat back and let everything go as it may. All the guidance was to leave well enough alone and we did. While you and Ty handled yourselves ok around the house, there were some things with that fella that broke in and wielded a knife at Ty and then this emotional crisis Ty has experienced. I just don't know if we've done the right things, Josh. I just don't know." she said with exasperation.
"Mom, I think you've done the best you could with what you had. Nobody has any experience with this and I don't reckon any of those ladies in your circle could help. I understand," I said.
"No, they couldn't and apparently it didn't stick to us the way Bill feared because the Mayor has handed me the keys to his administration. As well, he has personally checked on Ty everyday. He says we're damn lucky to have two fine boys like you and Ty!"
"You're surprised? Of course we're damn fine boys!" I snapped.
"Josh, we have spent so much time worrying about how Ty is going to react to you going away that we, neither Bill nor I, have figured it out for ourselves. As a mother, I am a complete failure and you need not argue with me. I got handed a gay son eight months ago and I haven't spent thirty minutes talking to you about it. I don't know anything about you. I don't know how you feel, what inspires you, what you love, what you hate. I don't know what makes your heart tick," and she gasped for air. Well, I did too, actually. I wanted to speak but I didn't know what to say.
"The lesson here, and it may be too late to unwind, is that turning a blind eye has consequences. And now my son, my beautiful baby with the bushy hair, is going off into the world and I won't know..." Oh my God, I could not take any more. I took the damn rake and threw it down. I clutched my mom. I put my grip on her like I never had. Even being sweaty from raking, she still smelled good. She always smelled good. She heaved and some tears rolled down my face.
"Mom," I said, pulling away gently. "I don't know if I was truly meant to live this life. My whole game plan got thrown off when we moved here. Yes I was going to be the star football player that I had dreamed of for so long and yes I fell in love with my stepbrother. I have always just wanted to fly under the radar and ever since we came here, everything, every-single-fucking-thing has been about me! I'm sorry for doing this to you. I really am."
"Stop Josh, life is bigger than your plan. You found the life that is propelling you forward. We both did. Now, we have to do what we can with it. Doesn't help me get that time back with you but, well, whatever. It's too late now," she said, as she bent over to pick up the rake.
"Mom, it's not too late. We can catch up. I want you to know. I don't have as many secrets as you think. Yeah, Ty and I had some experiences that may be outside your comfort zone. They are outside our comfort zones too, I think. But if you'll find some time each week, I'll talk to you, tell you whatever you want to know. Just please don't go through life thinking you don't know me. You know me better than you think. I swear you have always been able to see it coming before it got here!" Mom laughed.
"That is very funny. I used to feel that way a lot. Not so much these days but I'll take you up on your offer. I will make it a priority. An hour every week, Josh, that's all I ask. Just help me understand who Josh is now. I want to know you're ready. I suspect Bill does too but this is a mother-son thing. Got it?"
"Yeah mom. I got it. You know, despite everything and whatever, I love you. You know that, right?" I asked. She hugged me.
"You don't know how good it is to hear. Well, maybe you do. But coming from your child, its really good to hear."
After we finished that housecleaning, I took the rake.
"Hey Mom, let me finish this and I'll get the leaves up. Your place is in the kitchen. Why don't you get Ty and make some breakfast?" I asked, with a chuckle.
"Give me that rake!" Mom said, trying to swipe it from me. "I'm going to rake your ass up!" and I screamed with laughter and ran to the other side of the garden with it. "My place in the kitchen!" she yelled. "You are on thin ice, buddy!" she said, walking back to the house.
Ok, so that was not at all what I expected, I thought, as I finished getting the leaves raked out. She was worried about not knowing me after catching me and Ty in the bed together. I know they knew Ty and I stayed together often but we never confronted it with them. And, I certainly didn't picture myself raking today, but I understood how she felt. Raking seemed to calm my nerves. Maybe I would wash their cars today as well. Do a little gifting to the family. I would wash Ty's as well. I built up quite a sweat as the summer sun, heat, and humidity were all coming out in full force. I went inside and the house was quiet. I heard the shower in mom's bedroom going so I guess she was showering. Bill was reading the paper. I went upstairs. Ty was not in my room. The bathroom door was closed. I knocked and entered. He was about to step into the shower.
"Hey handsome," he said. "You're looking hot and sweaty, and hot!" he said with a mischievous grin.
"You gonna shower?" I asked. He came over to me and yanked my shorts down. "Kick off those stinking shoes," Ty said. I did.
"What are you thinking?" I asked.
"We can conserve water and shower together. Now come on," he said, taking my hand and leading me into the shower spray. I put my arms around him and kissed his neck. He pulled my face to his and kissed me. Yeah, of course I got hard. His cock was pressing against mine. He licked my neck and began lowering himself. He sucked in my right nipple and gave it a light bite. I had goosebumps on my arms. He lowered further and sucked my cock into his mouth. We all know how a blowjob goes so needless to say, watching him swallow my load as my body spasmed might have been a damn hot scene to any spectator. He popped up and kissed me, giving me a taste of my own jizz and aimed his cock at my torso and shot his load on me. It ran off quickly with the water. Oh my God, it was amazing. Just watching him have his moment was so beautiful, like an art exhibit.
"I love you, Josh," he whispered.
"Love doesn't begin," I said. "Ty, I won't ever stop being sorry for putting you through the Keith thing. I wonder if it was all worth it," I said.
"Get over, Josh. I knew it was going to happen one day. I would've liked to talk about it but I didn't press you. But, we're not going down those paths today. I'm hungry and I have things to do. I want to be productive," he said, lathering his hair with shampoo.
"I'm washing cars today. I'm going to have them all shiny and clean. Yours too," I said, giving him a quick kiss.
"That's really nice. The last time I saw my car it was filthy," he laughed.
"It still is," I said.
"Why is it in the garage?" I asked.
"I didn't want people driving by and thinking "oh there's Ty Breck's car which he can't drive because of this and that!" so I put it in the garage out of sight."
"Well ok, there was some thoughtfulness there," he giggled. I gave him one really deep kiss and let the suds wash off me.
We inhaled eggs and toast and grapefruit. Bill went to work in his study. Mom went to the club to discuss progress on her homeless kids fund. I was washing cars when Tristan pulled up. He practically ran to the door. He gave me a quick wave and bolted into the house. I knew he and Ty had a lot to catch up on.
I'm glad I got mom's car done first. It would look good pulling up to the club clean and shiny. Bill's Range Rover was a tool because it's tall. Ty's car was a snap as was mine. I went in and Bill called me to the study. He thanked me for being so helpful today. He appreciated the yard work and the clean cars. Said he had felt a strong sense of family seeing everyone doing their thing. We chatted a bit more but I really wanted to get upstairs. I wanted to see Tristan and Ty.
When I entered Ty's room, he and Tristan were stretched out on the bed, looking at their iPads and laughing and talking.
"Hey you two," I said.
"Come over here," Ty said. I crawled in between them. Ty kissed me one cheek and Tristan kissed me on the other.
"My favorite two," I said.
"Jury's out on you," laughed Tristan.
"You got that right," said Ty.
"Hey, I didn't come in here for grief!" I barked. "Where's the love?" I asked. One punched my left leg and the other punched my right. "What's the plan?" I asked.
"We can't decide," said Ty.
"I know what I'm thinking," I said, slyly.
"I know what you're thinking, you perv!" snapped Tristan. Ty cracked up.
"Fuck yeah, I'm always thinking that!" I replied. "But what I was thinking was that you get Jack over here. We go to Steele's Store and get some of that fried chicken and go down and hang out by the river. There'll be shady places in the late afternoon. I don't know, just thought that sounded really cool. And, if we could sneak off with a bottle of wine, that would be even better!"
"And that's why I love you, Josh," said Ty.
"Me too,"Tristan said, grinning, showing her perfect, white teeth. "I have a bottle at my house!"
So, Jack couldn't get there fast enough. It was almost as if he had just been around the corner when Tristan summoned him. God it was so good to see him again.
"Hey Ty," Jack said, when he came into the house. "I was so worried about you. You look terrific," he said. He gave Ty a light kiss on the cheek which was just super amazing.
"Thanks Jack. I really appreciate that," Ty said. "You doing ok since all that gossip crap?"
"Yeah, that's calmed down. That seems like a long time ago!" Jack said.
"See if they want to mess with us again!" said Tristan.
"Nobody is messing with my boys!" I said. Then Bill came out of his study.
"Hello boys. What are you all up to?" Bill asked.
"We're going down to the river and eat fried chicken," said Ty, with a sassy look. Bill laughed.
"I may be wrong but that sounds like a great plan. Why don't I ever think of that?" he said. "Tristan, Jack, so glad to see you both. You all have fun," and he headed back to the kitchen.
"Man of few words," said Jack. Ty and I nodded.
So we found our spot by the river. I'm not sure, but running water is so soothing. We stretched out a large blanket, pulled out the chicken and potato wedges, poured wine into red cups. That chicken cannot be described but they were about to run out when we got there. We noticed people looking at us and they were thinking how much they would have liked a piece of chicken!
Tristan dredged up the memory of cleaning Bryce's river house. When he got to the huge cum stain on the sheets, we were all cracking up. A bottle of wine between four guys doesn't go far but we had a little buzz. Ty was stunned at the details.
"I bet Julie Chatley was beside herself!" Ty said. Tristan laughed, knowing exactly what he was referring to. That wild ass party at her river house was not exactly aligned to Mrs. Chatley's well ordered world. Ty said that reminded him of the video we had watched the night before. He pulled out his phone and showed Jack and Tristan the SNL skit. We were all cracking up again.
"Back and fowth!" We imitated. That was a funny skit.
"I think she should play that role every week!" said Tristan. "She could cover a lot of ground!" he said as we laughed.
"You slag!" I barked, giving him a pretend slap. Ok, so we went on with that for a while and soon we were playing tag. Not sure how we got into that. Well, I lie. Ty got us into that and none of us could hardly keep our ground after eating all that chicken. We just ran out of steam and collapsed on the blanket. Some people we knew from school came over and talked to us for a minute. You could tell they knew but they didn't say anything about Ty's rehabilitation. Just as well. It was a great evening. And it got better because we drove to a quiet place by the river where there weren't many people. Ty and myself had a great make out session in the front seat while Jack and Tristan were in the back. Nobody crossed any lines but I can tell the hormones were so strong in my car, a single match would have made us go up in flames.
"This is the stuff I will remember the most, Josh," Ty whispered in my ear. My breath caught in the back of my throat.
"Why are you so fucking perfect? I don't deserve any of this," I whispered back.
"Shut up you two," said Jack. "We've all got the best we're gonna get and it's the best that's out there, in my opinion," he said. Tristan turned Jack's face back to his and sucked in his bottom lip with his red, thick lips. I had to catch my breath.
"That's hot, isn't it?" Ty said to me.
"It all is," I said.
Before the night concluded, Ty had garnered a group text and it seemed our circle of friends were all in for July 4th fireworks at City Park. He had confirmed with mom that we could have an outdoor party in our backyard before the fireworks show. When he wants something done, all he has to do is snap. The plan was in place before Jack and Tristan headed home. It was dark but the heat was still in the air. Ty and I sat out on the front porch for a while. We pushed our knees together and talked about things in general. It was nice not dwelling on my going to college, on his rehabilitation, on all the events of the past two weeks.
"Did you catch up on your texts?" I asked.
"Did you read them?" he asked.
"Absolutely not. I did see Kyon's pop up several times. And Beau too."
"I text with them. It's clean stuff. Kyon likes to chat and I don't want that to make you mad," Ty said quietly.
"Nope I have no problems with it. He liked you a lot, I know. If he shows up here, that will be another story!" I clipped, giving his knee a push with mine.
"He'll never do that. There'll never be enough time for him to do that," he said. "I think Beau had a crush on me but I have put him long enough. He's fun though. I would like to have him as a friend."
Ty took a long look at me. "Just hold my hand and tell me you had a good time tonight," Ty said.
"Oh I did baby. It was amazing being with...you...again," I said slowly, almost regretting how it sounded. He leaned in toward me and kissed me again. There, on the front porch, in the heat of the night.
"Wow! We're having a party!" I thought.
