A Stepbrother's Desire - Josh and Tyson 48
I watch Josh as he slinks back to his bedroom early in the morning. He thinks I'm asleep. Watching his nude bubble butt walk away is really so hot. But it's more than that. I not only think how great it is that I had all of that, in my hands, in my mouth, and inside me, but I know how lucky I am. He is the best man, the only man, and he knows me better than anyone else. I am so lucky to have someone so incredible to love. This is what helps me go back to sleep and dream.
I slept for a little bit longer but I was working a full day at the dealership so I got up and showered. I peaked in on Ty who was sleeping. Last night was amazing. I couldn't remember when sex, well, yes I could remember lol, but it had been a while since he and I fucked so passionately. I got hard in the shower thinking about it. If he had decided to pull a surprise job on me, with an attempt to scare me or something, I would have pulled him into the shower with me and fucked him again. Maybe he would have fucked me too. It was about time for him to take my hole and as I thought about him, I found myself soaping my lower body, with one hand massaging my ass and the other rubbing my dick.
"Ok, enough of that," I said to myself. When I had dried off, and gotten dressed I went downstairs to find Mom drinking some coffee.
"Hey," she said.
"Big week, huh," I replied. Bill being named a partner in the law firm was a big deal. As Ty explained it, yes his money would leap up considerably but he would also have more responsibility. But the flip side was once you were a partner, you have sort of reached the top. You'll run your shop and they will expect great results but there is no more kissing up or trying to please the boss. You are the boss. But, I was about to learn that the promotion had an impact on my mother as well.
"It's bigger than you know, Josh. Can we talk?" she asked.
"Yeah mom," I said, taking a seat beside her at the island. "What's up?" I asked, trying to sound funny.
"Well, let me tell you first that the issues between you and Ty haven't gone unnoticed, but since you two were keeping it quiet and not making a big deal, we left it alone, but I hope you're ok, Josh. Are you?" she asked.
"Yeah, all that is over. We took some time to chase after some of our other friends which turned out to be amazing but Ty and I are still together. Together, ok?" I said.
"Ok, well, life may be a little different going forward. Bill's promotion may have some impact on our lifestyle," and I didn't understand what she was talking about.
"The firm wants me to step down, Josh," she said. She looked very devastated and now that I think about it, she has had this same look the last couple of days.
"Why mom? Don't you do an amazing job?"
"Well yes, the team does an amazing job but they don't think it's appropriate for a "partner's wife" to be running a department even if the roles are in no way related."
"I think I can see that. They don't think you need the money anymore now that he's Daddy Warbucks!" I gasped. Mom chuckled.
"Ok, thanks for that, smart-ass. I needed that laugh!" she snapped. "But in fact, it's something like that. Partner's wives are usually off doing other things. I'm, well, rare, in that I prefer having a professional life."
"Are you and Bill fighting about it?" I asked.
"Not really. He understands I want to work and that I love my job but he also has to go with the flow. They haven't given me an ultimatum to vacate my position or threatened to fire me. My team and I respect each other and they want to be sensitive to that aspect. What they would like me to do is give a three month notice and transition in someone to take my place."
"What would you do then?" I asked.
"Well, and Josh, this is all very confidential but there are several things that have been presented to me. Mayor Buxtehude has asked me to become his Chief of Staff which is a big job but it's only good for the term he serves. Principal Dillard is putting me forward for a school board seat that is opening up next Fall. That's not a job but it's a very political opportunity. There is a position at the State Treasury I'm interested in and finally, I might apply to one of the other law firms in the city. Bill didn't like that idea but he didn't rule it out, depending on the firm."
"Wow Mom! I didn't realize what a "playah" you had become! I'm like uber-impressed!"
"What do you think has been happening with all the charity events and social dinners, Josh? Bill's friends and colleagues think very highly of me and feel he "chose well" when he asked me to marry him," and she gave a little hip jerk, acting like she was big stuff.
"So what about Lisa's dad? You didn't want to work for his campaign but you might work for him?"
"The exposure in politics would be incredible but working for him would not be my favorite job. Please don't tell Lisa I said that."
"Oh no problem. I'm not repeating any of this. I want you to be ok, mom. You do what you think is right and it will work out," I suggested.
"Oh really? Is Josh sounding like the parent now?"
"I have experiences you know." She laughed.
"I have to get through this prom thing without letting it fall apart. We'll talk again after that," she said. I had to get to the dealership. A new line of SUVs were arriving today and they would be filthy after being on the road.
I thought about what mom said as I drove to work. They want her to leave her job because Bill is now a partner and it's uncomfortable having a husband and wife couple on site. She had worked at that firm for years, probably since I was like ten years old. I'm glad she has other options but changes taking place with the parents caused me to worry. I felt like I should ask what other changes might come? What other "expectations" might evolve? The whole thing makes me uncomfortable except for the fact we are so close to the end of the school year so what happens at school is not a big deal. Ty has another year in high school so we don't want problems following him into his senior year.
My mind was very occupied during work and a couple of the guys noticed. The leader walked me over to the water cooler to get water.
"What's up Josh? You're distracted today. You're doing the job but you're not saying much. Everything ok?" he asked.
"Oh yeah. My stepfather was made a partner in his law firm and because my mom works there too, they want her to step down as the Paralegal Manager to eliminate the "husband and wife" thing. It's kind of a big deal because my mom is very professional. Doesn't impact me directly but change kind of worries me. That's all. No biggie," I said, trying to assure him I wasn't dropping the ball on the job.
`Oh yeah, I understand what you're talking about. It's called nepotism. Some companies don't like friends and family hiring each other because it's harder to hold them accountable. We have it here at the dealership, in fact. We don't want couples getting competitive with each other and with clients and what not."
"My parents don't work together but my mom is a manager. They think the partners should be the breadwinners and it looks like it's all about money to have a spouse there too. But mom will be ok. She's tough, though. Thanks for chatting," I said.
"Just keeping my eye on my team doing the good work, son. Towels are coming in this afternoon. You gonna take them from Kyle?" he asked.
"Yes sir," I said, moving back to my vehicle. I was so lucky to have a black car to clean because they are the hardest to clean. Every speck of dust shows on a black car! You wipe and wipe! I just loved being on the hook for a black car! Damn!
Sometime after lunch break I got a text from Ginny. She was back from vacation.
<Hey Josh I'm home! Thank God!>
<Hey there! Have a good time?>
<Want to hang out tomorrow evening?> I wrote.
When I got home at 4 pm, Ty was in the guest room messing with his things for sale. Tristan had been over that day to help get everything imaged and online. I was sorry I missed him.
"You all ready to go live again?" I asked.
"We're not taking everything live yet. Trying to decide if we want to open it up and sell it all or start slow and open it up this summer. We got some really nice things at the flea market. I want to go back to Chatham County and see what those stores have too!"
"You need some analysts and report writers to get you some data? Make some business decisions?" I asked, joking with him.
"Well yes but it won't be you!" Ty snapped in response.
"Hey, did mom talk to you about things at work?" I asked.
"She said she was going through some things but she wasn't specific."
So I filled him in on what mom had said and Ty's eyes widened in surprise.
"I'm not surprised actually," he replied. "Those old law firms have funny ways and they usually get what they want. Dad might try to shield her but if she's in their view, they won't stop until she's gone," Ty said. "I don't say that as if she's done anything wrong. It's just that it's out of the ordinary for spouses to work in the same place there and now that dad's a partner..."
"Yeah, I understand. She has some options though so she'll be ok."
"Hey, speaking of options," Ty said, "Tristan and I are taking Rally out tomorrow night. Poor thing doesn't know many people and we want him to have some fun."
"Rally? Who's that?" I asked.
"The guy you met at my tennis match last week. Black guy, great body, very shy."
"Oh yeah. He is really cute. What are you all gonna do?"
"Probably go into the city. There's a music festival in the park. Maybe get coffees or something. Mom and dad have a partners dinner to go to on Saturday night. I was thinking that might be a good night for us. A real date night," Ty said.
"Excellent idea!. Ginny is back in town and wants to hang out Friday night. "Catch up" she said."
And Ginny and I did hang out on Friday night. It wasn't like our past hang outs that were cool and relaxing, such that I don't mention them in the story. This was a roller coaster!
Her parents were out at an art gallery and when she told me about it, it sparked my interest. I pulled it up on my phone and I was very sure it's where I would take Ty the next evening. How sophisticated!
We were sitting in her den and we had nabbed glasses of wine from a bottle her parents left unfinished. You know high school kids, we have to get it where we can! It was white and not my favorite but that was beside the point.
"Josh you know what I'm going to tell you, don't you?" she said, taking a seat beside me on the couch. She looked hopeful but serious.
"Yes, does it have to do with Kyle?"
"Yeah. He's asked me out and we're going out tomorrow night," she stopped and bit her lip.
"You think I'm going to blow up, don't you?"
"Are you?"
"Hell yeah!" I barked. "I mean, it was the last thing I thought of when I invited him into our circle. I didn't expect him to want to turn the apple cart over. This is our gig. It's been our gig for a long time. I tell you the truth, Ginny, I won't resent you for anything you do but I think I'm really jealous!"
"Josh, you need to stop and yes, I was expecting every bit of that..."
"I mean he moves in on Bryce and now I'm like the third wheel and now he's moving in on you! What next? Ty and Tristan? I know it sounds childish but is he messing up the Days of Our Lives featuring Josh Waner?" I asked, cracking a smile at how stupid I must sound.
"No he's not messing it up but he is getting involved. Don't fault it Josh. With only months to go, he is making up for some lost time and if it was you, you wouldn't want to be criticized for it either. He's a really nice guy, Josh. If I had to go on a date with someone, I mean a real date, he's the kind of guy, you know?"
"I know. He and Bryce beat me down about it and I gave in. I couldn't argue. And don't get me wrong, I love Kyle. I think he is an amazing guy. It just seems that, well, I don't know. You and me, well, I'm sorry I couldn't give you more because honestly, if I had wanted a girl to date, it would have been you. You and I have..."
"We're close Josh. I have loved every minute of this drama and I really hate for it all to end. But even though I don't see things going too far at this late stage, you are still the best friend I've ever had, Josh Warner. That will be the way we leave it at graduation!" she said, taking a sip of her wine. I just polished my glass down. It was the only way I could get through the dry taste!
Tristan, Rally, and I were at the music festival downtown but it was nothing but old people. We drove into midtown and couldn't find anything to do there. Rally was a total trip. Being in a social situation with him was a great idea. And since I had no intentions of giving him any more space for a hookup, I found I liked him a lot. So did Tristan. They were actually a lot alike. And they liked the same music and clothes. I certainly hoped he had no intentions of messing up my thing with Tristan. I mean, I can go from friend to bitch in about 60 seconds!
"Guys, y'all are real nice to take me out but it seems there ain't but so much to do! I think I have an idea. Is anyone's house free tonight?" Rally asked.
"Yep!" quipped Tristan. My parents are out of town. Why?" he asked.
"Let's run by my house if you don't mind," Rally said. I didn't know where he lived but he pointed us the way and we ended up in the historic district, not far from Jason Perrow's, except that Rally's house was a row house. They were narrow but long houses which were mostly attached, while some were free standing. He hopped out and ran inside. He came out a few minutes later and jumped back into my car. I could see his mom standing at the window, probably spying like mom's do.
Rally pulled out a medium sized joint out of his pocket and Tristan cracked up.
"Where the fuck did you get that Rally?" Tristan screamed. "You been shopping at Lord and Taylor again?" he said, and Rally was laughing too.
"I have a friend who slips me one every now and then on the down low, of course. I don't do this often but tonight's special. You two are so much fun. I haven't gone out like this in a long time," said Rally, being new to the city.
"To the batcave, Batman!" screamed Tristan and we headed back to his house.
It didn't take us long. We sauntered out onto Tristan's back patio and lit that thing up and passed it until it was gone. We were lit up like a Christmas Tree. We were laughing at the dumbest things and finally we ended up in the family room, piled up on the sofa, eating crackers and chips and talking about sex. Rally rolled off the couch when Jack told him about Jack cumming three times. I confessed that I had those prostate orgasm things several times where literally I was cumming inside and out. We all screamed with laughter. Tristan said he had almost gotten there but had somehow lost it before it happened. Rally was grabbing himself and I knew he was turned on. That boy was going to be one hot fuck when he finally got his bearings.
There came a point where he was gone, we thought to the bathroom. No, there wasn't any interest in the three of us messing around. We were all too alike; however, Tristan planted a dastardly seed in my head.
"You know you can get away with it, don't you?" he asked with a sly grin.
"Get away with what?" I asked.
"You know. Da writings on the wall babe."
"What da fuck you talking about?"
"The writing. The play. You can..."
"Where is Rally?" I asked.
"I don't know," Tristan said, sounding worried. "He's missing, that's for sure!"
"Do you think he's run off?"
"Better not!"
"Maybe he's lost in this "sprawlin'" house," I jibed.
"Maybe he's in my closet, jerking off!" Tristan announced.
"Why would he do that?"
"Where better?"
"You're right!" I screamed. "Your closet would make a great backdrop for a porn scene!" I said, cracking up laughing. Tristan was laughing too.
"I have thought it many times!"
"I would love to jerk off in there sometime. It's so beautiful in there."
"Aw thanks, sweetie. You helped me pick out most of what's in there."
"Its your presentation, Tri. Everything is so elegantly displayed!" I said, emphasizing the "played."
"That brings me back to my point, Ty. You can help Rally sort things out for himself. Know what I'm saying?" Tristan said in a mysterious voice.
"I don't want to fuck him. Well, I mean, I would like fucking him but I'm not a free man, you know!"
"Don't look at it like that, Ty. Think of a sandwich," Tristan said.
"Um, some ham sandwiches would be awesome right about now!" I said.
"Wouldn't they?" Tristan said laughing. "I mean a sex sandiwch, dummy! Do I need to draw you a picture?" Tristan said, causing me to gasp.
"Holy mother of Gucci! You're suggesting Josh and I rip him a new one. Break him in and put him away wet!"
"That's exactly what I'm saying!"
"Wow!" I said. In a low voice, I said, "you know I have some experience in this area," and I raised my eyebrows.
"Yep, you do and it didn't fuck things up did it?"
"Nope. But that didn't go as far as it should. You know I would have liked some Bryce dick. I was so ready," and I snickered.
"I thought about it for days. Bryce kissing me was so good. Hmmmm," Tristan hummed.
"So you think I could set this up and Josh would go for it."
"He goes for anything I think."
"You are sly," I said. "Hmmmm!" I hummed back.
We got up and walked back to Tristan's room. Rally was in Tristan's dressing room, which was really an empty bedroom, wearing a vintage t shirt and a pear of tight fitting jeans belonging to Tristan.
"Damn, that looks good on you, Rally!" I said.
"I love his clothes!" said Rally. I have just about tried on everything and look how his hangers alternate between black blue!" he said, causing us to crack up!
I took Ty completely by surprise Saturday night. We went to a little Brazilian restaurant for dinner. We went a little early because of the next surprise I had for him. Wow, that was a good restaurant. The parents would like that if they hadn't been before. I was about to pay the bill when Ty placed some cash on the table.
"Ty, you don't..."
"Duh, we're a couple. You don't have to impress me. You're working so hard for your money. I need to split that bill with you."
"Oh ok. I just wanted to..."
"Be the man? Josh, you're already that without paying for expensive dinners," Ty said with a chuckle. He and I both took a look around for the third time. Having someone take our picture that one time, leading up to the events with Brett Winter, had left us with some degree of paranoia. "So where are we going next?" he asked. I raised my eyebrows and gave him a devilish grin.
Once the bill had been paid, we left and walked out onto the side street. The art gallery was a short walk into midtown and the car was good where I had parked it. The night was cool but not uncomfortable. I wanted to hold his hand but refrained but that didn't stop us from shoulder bumping each other, making sure we stayed side by side, despite some people's sidewalk rudeness in not getting out of the way!
I saw the art gallery coming up and I stopped Ty. "Listen Ty, this might not be the most exciting thing but it's so, well, is so fucking cultured, that I thought you might appreciate it," and we continued walking. He started laughing.
"Are you taking me to the art gallery?" he asked.
"How did you know?
"That whole block is art galleries. Which exhibit?" I continued the walk and it got crowded. There were several gallery exhibits that weekend it seemed. We stopped in front of the gallery.
"The Bayou Exhibit? Seriously Josh? This is fucking amazing!" and he led me into the door.
It was as if we had walked into the land of the lost. The paintings were by a Southern artist who focused on images of Louisiana bayous. There were scenic river scenes, kids jumping off docks into the bayou, alligators, and blue herrings. Mazes of waterways covered by mossy trees. Ty and I stopped at each painting. He was engrossed. I found them to be very cool as well. Really brought out the country boy in me, or that used to be in me. There was one painting that was so amazing. A fisherman had brought in a haul of crawfish which were blazing red compared to the dark muted colors of the water and his boat. We couldn't take our eyes off it.
"This is so cool, Josh. How ever did you think of it?" Ty asked.
"Ginny's parents were here last night. She showed me the link and I immediately thought of bringing you here. You like?"
"Oh yes, babe," and he looked up at me with approving eyes. We were brought out of our trance by Julie Chatley!
"Hello boys. What brings you out tonight?" she asked cheerfully. We were so startled we hardly knew how to respond.
"Oh hey Julie," said Ty. "We're just admiring these awesome paintings!" he said, throwing the attention to the art. Mr. Chatley approached.
"Good evening, gentlemen," he said jovially.
"Hey Mr. Chatley," I said. Ty might feel comfortable calling these people by their first names because he grew up with them. I didn't.
"I wish I could get Bryce to come to cultured things like this. Very impressive I must say," he said sarcastically. "He's out with Lisa this evening, I believe. Great paintings, aren't they?" he asked.
"Incredible," said Ty. "Can't take my eyes off this one!"
"Yes, well, you aren't the only one. Seems the painting sold in the first ten minutes of the showing last night and the artist has had twenty five offers since. He wishes he had auctioned it so he could see how high the sale might have gone. I suspect he'll be doing another one in the near future," said Mr. Chatley.
"If he does, you can sail down the bayou and buy it for me!" said Mrs. Chatley causing us to chuckle.
"Hey thanks again for your antique advise, Mrs. Chatley. It has made a huge difference in my approach to my online store. Found some great things just recently."
"I'm so glad. Send me some pics if there's anything I might appreciate," she said, like a fox in the chicken coup. "And boys, we are thrilled to see you out here tonight. Be assured it will "stick" with Mr. Chatley and myself. Got it?" and she gave us a wink indicating she wasn't going to throw us into the gossip circle. She and my mom had become really good friends and I suspect she's in the know with most of the Josh and Ty saga.
"Yes ma'am, and thank you," Ty said.
"Yes, thank you," I repeated.
"Oh, and Mrs. Chatley, tell Julia I said hey," Ty said. "She looked like she was having an amazing time out with her friends the other day! I ran into her at the pizza place but didn't get to say much. It was busy and there was a long line," Ty said.
"Lord, thank you Ty. I really appreciate you saying so. She really is having a good time," and she swiped Ty's cheek and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Such a charmer!" I thought to myself.
Seeing the Chatleys caused me to ponder the notion that everyone was out with someone tonight. Tristan was back with Jack, Bryce out with Lisa, and yes, Ginny was out with Kyle. "So what!" I said to myself. I was out with Ty and I wasn't missing out on anything. When we left the gallery to head back to the car, and back home, to what was going to be one amazing fuck, he took my index finger in his hand and it was almost like walking hand in hand. I didn't shrink from him. It felt amazing!
Getting up for school on Monday was hard on multiple levels. First I woke up hard! Second, I hadn't gotten up for school in a week. Third, my ass was still tender from the smack down Ty put on my Saturday night. Yeah, I thought I was the big man and was going eat his ass out and fuck him sideways. I had the wrong play in my head. He did just that to me! I don't want him to know it but I get fucking turned on when he takes the ball and runs with it.
I walked into student teacher Keith Burch's class and his first words were, "see you at lunch?" and I said, "oh yes." And when lunchtime came, I couldn't get there fast enough.
"How was Spring Break?" he asked.
"It was a lot!" I said, causing him to chuckle.
"How's Ty?"
"He's good. We're good. Those things are sorted out and in fact, I accomplished a lot."
"Do tell," Keith said.
I went over how Ty's suggesting that we needed some time away had taken me on a roller coaster ride. I told him about the lake trip and how I had decided to include Jordan Rose at the last minute and how it created a new dynamic. It wasn't a "threesome" anymore, so to speak. He fitted in well with the guys and we had a great time. I also told Keith about how I ended the day with Jordan, giving him the "Gigi" farewell. Keith's face lit up. I touched on Mom's dilemma but we didn't explore that. I told Keith about Ginny and Kyle and the fact they had hit it off really well. I confessed how jealous it made me and that I was struggling to come to grips that she had a new guy but she totally deserved to have some fun before school ended. I concluded with date night and the art exhibit.
"I was at that exhibit, Josh. My boyfriend and I went Friday night. Funny, we could have almost run into each other."
"Wow that would have been spectacular!" I said. He smiled. "I guess you saw the crawfish painting?"
"Oh yes. It was unforgettable."
"It sold that night and had twenty-some offers," I said, showing off that I was in the know.
"Well, I'm not surprised," he said.
"Hey Jordan said he ran into you at the car show. Said it was cool seeing you out with your boyfriend," I offered.
"I felt a bit uncomfortable but you guys are bound to stumble across teachers living their lives," Keith said. "The fact is, my boyfriend and I are in trouble and we're trying to get out as much as possible to see if we can reconnect. It might happen but I'm not sure. We are traveling in such different directions now," he said with regret. "Enough of that, though. Listen Josh, it sounds like you had a life changing week. My first thoughts are, what do you need me for? It seems things have fallen or are falling into place. You seem to be processing changes. Relationships are evolving and without your scheming. You're taking huge strides from the Josh I used to know. To be specific, this conversation has been totally informational. I don't see where you require my advice on any part of it. I'm just saying..." he said, shrugging his shoulders.
"Maybe I don't want to come here just for advice. Maybe I just like talking to you!" I quipped. "I mean, you have given me some great advice and you seem to really care but my goal is to show you progression. I want someone to see how hard I'm trying. It's not so easy with the parents. With them, it's like one mistake undoes three successes and vice versa. You know the old saying," I said. "I really value your thoughts and, well, it might sound stupid, but I would like to think there was a day I could support you, when you have issues. You know? Pay it back."
"Oh my God, Josh. I'm a bit speechless!"
"That's a first!" I said.
"You jerk!" laughed Keith. "No, it's just that there was a time you wanted to tell me to go to hell and now, it's rather like, no, I think we've become friends. It means a lot to me, Josh, and I do know how much you've progressed and I love it. I really do," he said, getting quieter with each word. I thought it was kind of funny that he remembers the day when I didn't think much of him and now, he had really become one of my greatest friends, not just a mentor. The thought of going to a game or a carshow with him and hanging out as friends just got me going. I really liked him that much.
"So maybe next time you can tell me more about you. At least, what you think you can trust me with. I respect the fact that you're a teacher and you don't want to mess things up with a student but I hope to be trustworthy."
"Thanks Josh, and maybe I'll consider sharing a bit more. We're so close to the end of the year. I'm going to get busy and so are you but let's keep the lunch thing going. Prom is coming and I'm an official chaperone. I will get to see a lot of crazy things that night!" he laughed.
"Oh yeah, yeah, yeah! I can't believe you'll be there. That is great news, Keth," I shouted. I saw him look at the door and I did as well, to make sure there weren't other students standing there to hear me. He raised one eyebrow at me. I cracked up.
Keith pointed out something that deserves mention. Prom is coming up and I'm supposed to corral everyone into the group plan. So far, it appears everyone is on board with attending as a group and this will be a really big "hoo-rah" for us. The other thing Keith pointed out is that everyone has evolved and paired up and maybe that's the natural thing to do. I don't know what Prom looks like from the situation Ty and I are in but I'm going with him and I'm gonna be with him. He knows that. To hell with the Empire! I have one special plan to put into place and I'll know more about that in the next chapter. What's one more big scheme, especially when it involves doing something for Ty!
